Watching fireworks 10:30 pm. When a low flying orange light came directly over head. Cigar or tube shape. Moving slowly. Followed by another one 30 sec. later. 5 min. later they reappeared. Then about 5 min. later, they appeared again. Fireworks stopped. They did not come back.

It was 10:00pm and I was called outside and when I went outside I saw 3 orange/red cylinders floating through the sky in a triangle formation. I thought it was Chinese lanterns but it was not windy at all, also it couldn't have stayed in that formation that long. I walked down a pathway and saw one bright white light floating through the sky very fast. It couldn't have been in the sky more than 30 seconds. about a minute later at home I saw one very dim light floating slower than the white light but aster than the 3 red lights. it floated through the sky before disappearing into the sky. What were these?

Just closing deck doors this evening at approximately 34/35 minutes ago as was on the deck I looked up and saw brillant bright light in sky. Silver in shape pencil point light was following tail very clear and succinct. Looked launced. Waiting to explode thought it was fire works. Didn't. Did a ten second count - object appearing to move. Not Chinese latern for sure. Posted on FB to see if I lost it. Video footage at same time with audio. From my end was very very clear. Please advise. I have footage on my FB page as someone else videotaped it in my city from another angle.

On, July 4, 2014, 830 PM EST, while sitting in the parking lot at South Hills Village Mall, Pittsburgh, PA, sky still light, my grandson noticed a 'big plane'. We didn't pay attention until he said, 'look, it's on fire'. We turned and saw this tubular image with a red tail of light soar across the sky at a slow rate. My daughter was already holding the camera and took the footage. It moved upward than SW at a steady speed, never dropping until it cleared from sight. So, I grabbed my 80 x 52 binocs and saw what appeared to be a white hull with a blue horizontal stripe craft approx 30 ft width similar to a Cessna in size it was Silent could have been a NASA predator rework drone I could clearly make out the curve on the bottom of the Craft similar to a predator or shadow. Possible hoax, we suspect. PD

While flying over the coast of San Diego a silver blimp like object with an orange stripe across the top of it was seen sitting stationary atop and inside of a cloud. It was seen from above. It was not moving. It had no wings or tail fins. It was larger than a blimp but am unsure of size since we were flying over it.

Observed 2 orange objects in the sky over my car while driving home from work. After making a turn onto another road, I observed 2 more orange objects for a total of 4 objects.I pulled off the road to watch the objects which seemed to be traveling in pairs, but traveling the same route. The first 2 objects I saw were closer and appeared to be translucent. Continued watching until objects were no longer visible. I did get a picture of 2 of the objects on my cell phone..

Having a cigarette outside, I noticed a pink glowing cylinder about the size of a nunchuk handle. It did a slow twisting spin, while moving left to right, shifting those movments within a foot or two in the air. It was as if this object knew I could see it, like a person doing a dance when no one was around and then being startled when caught. It stopped its spinning twist, froze, then made a very rapid arch and flew behind my neighboring townhouse. There was nobody on the roof of the town house, and diffenitly not a quadcopter as I own a few. That night there was a large thunderstorm and there were trees taller than the townhouse giving foreground or a back drop if you will too lend me a very sharp view of this unknow object.

Saw a silver cylinder flying object with no wings, flying west over town of Summersville, WV. No sound and traveling faster than an airliner. Did not glow. Must have been about 10-20 thousand feet. It flew in a straight line with no exhaust. But I saw it fly into a light cloud and I could see exhaust but when it exited it into the blue sky, there was no exhaust. Thought it was a gov. drone but did not see any wings. I saw the same silver flying type craft over Summersville Lake a few years ago but at a lot lower altitude. It also had no sound or wings. Don't know what this thing is but I would like to know. ((ADDENDUM FROM WITNESS)) I just submitted a report but, because of the use of military time, I reported the time incorrectly. I reported it as 8pm local but it was 10pm-11pm local (I guess 22:00-23:00). Please correct. ((END ADDENDUM))

twice now, my apartment mate and i have seen an egg/cylinder-like craft flying at an unknown height and moving silently and swiftly coming to a full stop without slowing down, making crisp right angles and ascending and descending with tremendous acceleration. The first sighting occurred at 23:00hrs (CST) on Thursday, 06/19/14, and the second sighting occurred an hour later on Saturday, 06/21/14. The object displayed red, blue and green colored lights that would slowly dim and brighten. At first we thought it may have been a police helicopter but it had no beacon, no searchlight nor any sign of a forward light and it moved so effortlessly, guickly and silently through the sky. on both occasions it flew over central Austin, heading south and then north finally descending east of Interstate 35 resulting in its disappearance behind our nearest treeline.

Observed this in brief sightings for over an hour at times accompanied by dimmer blinking lights that traveled at rapid speeds.. On Thursday June 12, 2014, at or around 2122, I took a video of a lightning storm near my house. After taking this video I took a screenshot of an exceptionally bright lightning strike and proceeded to upload it to my social network page. After looking at the picture I noticed what appeared to be a “blob” on the picture. I looked at the “blob” and noticed it was a black dot that had appeared in the night sky and could be seen as a result of the intensity of the lightning. The lightning had lit up the night sky as to make it day and you can clearly see this black dot in the sky when you freeze the video. I replayed the video to make sure there were no low flying planes in that specific area and showed this picture and video to two other people to verify the accuracy of what I thought I saw. In the picture you can see a cylindrical object in the sky and as you zoom in, you can clearly see what appears to be some type of “force field” surrounding the object.

I was out in the country last weekend in Western New York State: between Geneseo and Lakeville, on the Western shore of Conesus Lake. At approximately 1:45 a.m. on Sunday, June 8, I saw an object go streaking across the sky – extremely fast, much faster than a plane. Although the trajectory looked like a satellite – very smooth and straight from east/southeast to west – it seemed quite close to the earth and flashed at regular intervals. The flashes were equal in intensity and strobe-like. The object disappeared between flashes and I was able to track it across the sky from flash to flash. I saw 4 or 5 flashes in all before it was out of my view. The flashes were white with another color (can't recall exactly what color). I would say the object was possibly rectangular or cylindrical. The whole episode lasted maybe 5 seconds to cross my entire field of view. Fast! I’ve briefly researched satellites and this sounds like a “tumbling” satellite, but seems that mine was going too fast for that. Or maybe it was close to Earth and that explains why it seemed to be so fast? I have seen one satellite in the past, from deep in the Grand Canyon, and that one was much tinier, fainter, steady (not flashing), and took longer to cross the sky. I am very curious as to what I saw. Perhaps it was some other sort of satellite? I don't think it was iridium as the iridium flash description I have read does not match what I saw. About me: I am a lover of the night sky with little technical knowledge. I live in the suburb of a large city so it is not often that I am in a dark enough place to really enjoy the stars. I have witnessed two meteor fireballs in my lifetime (one in the Grand Canyon), many asteroids, and one satellite. At heart I am a scientist and just wish I knew what that was. Thank you.

Upon watching this craft further- two bright red and green lights appeared between the two white lights and pulsated brightly. The lights appeared to be moving in a circle and quivering. Ran to go out on the porch to get a closer look and the lights grew very bright and the craft disappeared.

Went to take out the trash, turned and noted cylindrical object in the sky overflying my home. Called immediately for the other witness. Watched until object disappeared in the distance. Pace of object was slow relative to aircraft. No flashing lights, self lit (glowing) white. Hard to tell how high it was, but I would have called it 'low flying' were it a plane. No sound. It's June, so dusk was just coming on, and visibility was excellent with very few, light clouds in the sky. Object was approx as bright as a full moon. Object left no trail.

At first I thought it was a plane but realised it was way to high! It was white like a tic tac and rotating slowly and not moving staying in position. Planes were flying across way below it! It was then covered by cloud and when cloud moves it had disappeared and didn't go left or right must have gone upwards and have 3 witnesses cannot explain what it was!

I was driving from Pleasant View, TN, to Clarksville on my way home. As I drove on 101st Airborne Division Parkway, near Trenton Rd., I noticed an object to my left that was getting larger in appearance. My first thought was the planet Mars (red spherical shape at a distance). It was a clear night, and slightly windy. As I kept driving, I eventually stopped at the intersection on Trenton Rd. As I looked again at the object. I was now slightly to my left rear of my vehicle much larger. It was a breath-taking sight due to its size and shifting colors it was emitting. The shape of the craft reminded me of a blimp but elongated. The whole craft reminded me of looking at a jellyfish in the ocean, but in the air. It was emitting bright colors were of a molten red and yellowish that almost gave it a molten lava like texture. The whole crafts luster reminded me of looking at a crystal with a light shining through it (gave it a heavenly appearance to it). There were no sound coming from the craft except the wind and vehicles driving by. I would have to say the craft was at least several hundred feet from the ground, and perhaps a distance from my vehicle of no less than half a mile away (moving towards Fort Campbell (traveling Northwest).

I was driving south on Spring St in Wilkes Barre, when I noticed the moon was still out and hadn't yet washed away in the light from the rising sun. I kept looking up at it as I was driving, wishing I had a camera to photograph it - I enjoy amateur astronomy and I enjoy photographing the moon. Anyway, while I was stopped at a light on Spring St, I looked up again, and I thought I saw a fast moving commercial aircraft gliding between my view of the moon - I was just thinking about what a great shot that would make, when I realized that the plane had no wings - nor any discernible tail. It was a very long, cylindrical object, round at both ends, and it was moving VERY quickly. I've lived in this area my whole life, I KNOW what aircraft moving in and out of Avoca International Airport look like. Avoca would've been north of my position at the time - this object was moving due east - maybe east/south east. It glimmered and reflected light from the sun. It was a ! very smooth, metallic-looking object - the best description I just gave to someone a few minutes ago was that it looked like mercury moving across the sky. I continued onto where my wife works to pick her up, and I was transfixed with this thing. Now, this may have been a perspective thing, but I swear to God the thing stopped dead in the sky and HOVERED for a moment. I contemplated pulling over into the parking lot of Home Depot to get out of the car and look at the thing, but I continued on. When I began ascending the hill to get to where my wife works, it went out of my view behind the building. I had a good idea of its trajectory, so after I got my wife into the car, I drove to the other side of the parking lot to get a better view of the sky, and it was gone. NO aircraft moves THAT quickly. There was plenty of distance to the horizon versus the point in the sky where I'd seen it last. It was NOWHERE to be found. The sky was mainly clear, no clouds for it to have moved! behind. The thing was just GONE in a clear, blue sky.
