Im reporting this sighting for a neighbor who lives just up my road, she is French and that's why I'm posting the report for her. Saturday night she and her friend were sitting out in the terasse behind her house and at 22:15 two bright red lights were coming very fast from the northeast. Both objects flew over her terasse and zipped away towards the southeast over quebec city. They were very bright red lights and fairly large. No sound and no vapor trail of any sorts. She just had enough time to get 2 photos on her cellphone which I'm including with this report. I'm a ufo witness myself from back in sept.10th, 1995, and can understand the emotion that went through her mind and her friend when they saw this event. I wonder if anybody else seen these two very bright red lights around the same time saturday night.

On July 5th, my husband, granddaughter and I walked out our front door to light off some leftover fireworks. It was several minutes after 10 pm. My husband was bent over in the street in front of our house, attempting to light the first firework. My granddaughter and I were gazing up at the sky. It was a clear night and we were looking at the stars. Suddenly, we saw a light, about the brightness of a planet, moving overhead. The object was coming from a southwesterly direction. At first, we thought it was a plane, but quickly realized that there were no blinking lights and it was moving at an incredible rate of speed; much faster than any plane I have ever seen. Also, we could not detect any sound coming from the object. We quickly called attention to it and my husband stopped what he was doing to watch it with us. The object was traveling in a northeasterly direction, traversing an arc of about 120 degrees. We were stunned at the speed with which it traveled, having never seen anything that has ever come close to that speed; not military or civilian jet or satellite. Within about 10 seconds, it disappeared from our view. My husband and I are used to watching the sky and have always,up to this point, been able to identify what we have seen. We had no clue what this object was, however. (( All three witnesses to this sighting are well known to NUFORC, and we consider them to be exceptionally capable, and reliable, witnesses. Please see similar sighting from Harrington, WA, for approximately the same time. PD))

strange red and green light flashing in sky, hovering for about 35 minutes sometimes moving forward and backward, up and down, and hovering. the green light was a circle the red light was a rectangle it looked like an L shape craft/lights. The flashing was a long green flash then a quick red flash, it was repeating. before it flew away directly east the red light started to flash wildly or it seemed that way to me. As it was leaving the red light became 3 small red lights. It looked like 2 rectangles, one on the left and one on the right with 1 small red square in the middle. The shapes of the lights was very crisp and clear without distortion or halos. For the clarity of the lights I think they where very very large but almost dim to be so clear. Possible "twinkling" star? PD

The four of us were outside on the deck watching the fireworks and chatting. I was leaning back in my chair looking up at the stars when I noticed one of the stars moving across the sky. So I said to my friend I think I just saw a UFO or is that a plane. He looked at me and said thats no plane. So whithin an hour we saw this light pass by over our heads about 800 feet up pass by four times. Each time it passes it would disappear and whithin 15 or 20 minutes reappaear going in different direction. It was not going in a straight line. It would glide across. the sky and then bounce up and down and zig zag then go straight ahead. We did see a few planes pass by as wll since the airport is some what near us over the water. But it was no plane.

My family and I were sitting outside watching fireworks from our deck when we spotted three lights flying over New Bedford, which is due west of our house. At first, we assumed they were commercial or private aircraft, but it became quickly clear they were not. The lights, flying in a triangle at perfect synchrony, moved directly towards us. As the lights moved to within a close distance of our home, it was impossible to see anything OTHER than a light - i.e. we did not notice the outline of any object, even though it appeared as though the aircraft were each flying fairly low to the ground. The other odd thing was they were flying in ABSOLUTE silence. No engine noise, no propeller noise, NOTHING. Things became especially odd when the "middle" light seemed to "fade" out into nothingness despite nearly no cloud cover during the evening. Quickly thereafter, the front "light" faded out in a similar fashion while the other light continued to move over our house in an easterly direction. Very odd. Only thoughts could be they were military aircraft flying towards Otis Air National Guard Base on Cape Cod, which is only about 20 miles away from our house.

At arm’s length, it was approximately one-fourth to one-fifth the size of a pencil eraser, and it was really bright. After its sudden appearance, it stayed in one spot for five to six seconds, next – it moved to the left about 20 times it width, then, it moved to the right about 40 times its width. About this time, I tried to get my wife and her sister to see the object – telling them that it looked like a really bright star, but they never saw it. To get a better view, I got out of my chair and moved away from the over-hanging tree branch. Just as suddenly as it appeared, it disappeared into the blue. Total viewing time was 15 to 20 seconds. What made this sighting a little bit weird was that a large jet airliner flew ! directly into the same area where the UFO had been less than a minute before bringing with it a long, wide contrail.

Sighted two lights, 1 red and 1 white that appear to join together then separate at random intervals. Sighted over North Raleigh from Garner on July 5th, 2014 at 2:11am. Have also seen the same lights occasionally the past few nights, at different times. The lights are still currently in sight at 02:15am on July 5th, 2014.

Wind was 20 mph out of southeast any firework debris such as Chinese lantern would have moved SE. Altitude about 15000 feet. Object size was about the size of a dime. Cleared view in 2 minutes. AFB only has KC135 tankers and no fighters. Speed hard to estimate. AFB had no comments. I am retired Boeing and I know aircraft. This was NOT fireworks, space station or satellite.

Then they all started to move. From the bottom to the top they slowly started to fade away as they look like they were descending. About 15 to 20 minutes later we noticed one of the orange lights appearing in the horizon . Shortly after another orange light and then shortly after another. the lights proceed into the sky and slowly faded away. after seeing this I looked up UFO sightings on youtube and literally found a video of exactly what I saw, formation and all. After looking up many UFO sighting I've noticed that the ones that are similar to the ones I saw are mostly sited by schools. My sighting was over Paredes middle school in Austin, Texas. I just thought it was a very weird coincidence.

Late around 11:00pm after the fireworks show at the nearby lake had finished, I started looking at the sky and remaining fireworks, but what caught my attention right away was a red light whizzing around in figure eights at the left side of the road beside the lake, which at first I thought was a drone. It was in the direction southwest. Then I met two friends which I was telling about the red light, and some underground knowledge and they then pointed out in the same direction, lights in the sky that look like UFO’s. I walked up a slope and the two friends followed to get a better view, and they appeared to be coming from the right, so that we could be more able to see them from the trees in front of us. There were 9 glowing lights, colored white, light yellow, light orange, and then the one red one I saw earlier, the red being the brightest and largest looking. The red one was the farthest behind coming into view after the white, yellow, orange lights started moving into formations. Then came the red light from the right, from the tree line, moving more towards the formatting lights. Once the red one was getting into view and looked more like a V, one by one did the lights disappear, until there was only a few lights flickering, and dissipating, while the red one was moving toward them, in a curve, going up into the sky, then disappeared. After all this, around 4 am, I had psychological hallucinations, like rainbow fractal crystals and static with lights on the ceiling.

line in the sky bigger than a plane about 3 quarters of an inch long moved slower than a plane about 10 mph seemed like there was 4 horizontal orange lights seemed to "flicker" as if on fire. Only lasted 45 seconds because it moved behind tress blocking our view.. me and 3 other people saw it and verified it was like nothing we had seen before and one person even made the comment "Idk maybe it's a ufo" almost ironically. -Gunbarrel City, Texas 11:25 pm

Baldwin Park, CA

Went outside to see if I can watch some last minute fireworks throughout the city so I was scanning the sky. From my location looking towards Mount Wilson which is north of me in Baldwin Park, CA, what caught my eye was a bright light I thought it was a shooting star at first but it just got bright almost near the brightest star and it dimmed down. I thought no that's not a shooting star, then I thought was it a satellite? no I continued tracking it it was headed in a straight line towards north east. It got really dim especially cause the light pollution and the smoke from the fireworks but i could still make it out that it was going in a straight line. What happened that it grew bright again and dimmed, when I continued watching it it continued to go bright and get dimmed, so it would go bright like a star then dim to almost unseen, I even lost it for a bit, but since it continued in a line I could just make out where it should be, but I also noticed that it seems to go farther in the distance. It just was really weird never seen anything like that. what it did was go bright then dim right away then travel maybe 3 or 4 sec then repeat about 3 times then I lost it then it did it again but lost it cause I guess it either was too far or it flew fast away or just stopped blinking. so at a count of one its bright then one sec dim then 3 or 4 count dimmed. but it was really bright that's why to me it was a UFO cause I never saw anything like that, it was not a plane cause it had one light and it was really small almost invisible when not lit. The color was like star light color and bright.

Independence Day 2014 about 12 miles north of Bellingham, Washington. Around 10:00 p.m. my sister and I watched an orangish-red light in the SW sky move slowly away from us in an upward trajectory. It had no blinking strobes that would have identified it as an aircraft. We forgot about it and around 11:00 p.m. I went outside to watch and listen to fireworks, and a live rock concert taking place across a neighboring field when I noticed a semi-bright white light low in the southern sky over the Bellingham Bay - Lummi Island area. I was thinking that it looked like the moon behind clouds... the sky was about 95% overcast with small open holes where I could see some stars. The light slowly turned in a westerly direction changing from white to the bright orangish-red color. I got my binoculars and my sister and when we looked for it again it was behind a clump of trees but we could still see it intermittently. When it completely re-emerged there were two of them! moving slowly and appearing to be connected in some way. One appeared to be following and catching up to the other light -- or they were two lights connected to a moving craft, that appeared to get closer together as the object rotated and moved away from us. I felt that there was no way that two aircraft would be flying that close together at night. They did what the earlier light did, slowly moving away from us in an upward trajectory in the SW sky and then blinked out or disappeared into the cloudcover. This sighting lasted for about 4 minutes in total. In between songs at the concert and fireworks we noticed that the lights made no sound whatsoever. About 15 - 20 minutes after the sighting a commercial airliner went through the same area of sky as the lights and it had the obvious bright white nose light and strobing lights along with its jet engine sound.

Around 11:00 p.m. on 7/04/2014 I was sitting on my balcony which faces west. I noticed a Orange/Yellow light in the Western sky traveling from the North West twoards the South South East. It made no noise, was brighter than airplane lights, traveled faster than airplanes and had no blinking lights. It was followed by a second, third and fourth similiar object in the same path at about four minute intervals.

My husband and I were out for a walk and we just saw 3 orange balls of light coming in from the east and moving to the west. They were separate from each other but seemed to follow the same path as the other. The were very orange. They did not flash. They started off low to the sky then as they went further to the west they seemed to get higher before completely disappearing. They did not make any sound as they passed like a helicopter or a private plane would have. We live in a city with an airport and are very familiar with what a plane looks like. These were NOT planes. I understand that this is the forth of July, however, we do know the difference between something flying in the sky versus a firework.

Hillsboro, OR

This occurred on 4th of July, coming home from watching fireworks. I know because of this, what we witnessed could be easily dismissed. But the sightings were spread over the Hillsboro area, and uniform in appearance. We saw red lights stationary in the sky. There was no distinguishable form other than the lights. I first saw three of these lights in the north, each at different altitudes from our perspective. They faded from view, only to have two more float up from above the horizon (tree line and surrounding rooftops) into the sky. These lights quickly blinked out. I thought these probably were lanterns, the kind with little candles in them. But then I observed two more lights in the south, already very high in the sky. The color was a vibrant ruby color, not likely candle lit. They had a slow pulsating light that very in intensity. These lights were only visible for a few minutes before they faded out. There were no noise. The moved like they were floating. If it were two or three objects like these I would dismiss them. But there were seven that I witnessed in two different directions, roughly five miles from where I viewed them. Really unusual. I have never seen anything like it before.

Creswell, OR

On July 4th, 2014, at approximately 11pm Pacific Time, a single bright round red-orange object was seen in the clear skies over Creswell, OR, by 4 people – myself, my wife, and another couple standing nearby – but also by many others having done some research online. It happened just as a fireworks event was about to kick off at the Creswell High School. My wife and I were in the back of my pickup facing east on Nieblock Lane, when I noticed a bright red-orange object, drifting silently towards the south. It moved extremely slowly towards the south, then turned away towards the east and eventually disappeared. It was just a large round bright object, not a Chinese lantern, not a firework, not a drone, not a flare, not a helicopter, not a plane, not a balloon, and I’m not crazy. From the distance it was at, it was too big to be a simple Chinese lantern. And it never drifted up, it just appeared out of nowhere and flew along a level altitude, not gaining or losing altitude for the entire 2-3 minutes we all watched it. I spent several years in the Army as a Combat Medic and I’ve seen all sorts of aircraft, weaponry, flares and such to know that what my wife and I saw, along with another couple nearby, was by definition an unidentified flying object. The object we all saw can be found at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pH3UIrN7sTQ

Upon returning from fireworks and pulling into our driveway, my wife noticed multiple reddish lights moving east then changing directions moving south east of downtown akron. In total we witnessed 6 lights that at one point appeared only maybe a 1/4 mile away and producing no sound at all. We watched them for over 5 minutes before they blinked out.

Nampa, ID

My wife and I were watching the fireworks from our second story roof top. My wife first saw a red steady light out in the distance to the north. I thought it was a helicopter taking photos of the fireworks in the area as it seemed to stop and hover in one location in the sky then move around. Did this a couple of times and it seem to just get faint in brightness and it vanished. No more than 8 minutes or so later two bright red lights were slowly traveling from west to east overhead side by side in formation. One slowed some but stayed up with the other. This lasted for three or so minutes overhead then they changed direction toward the northeast and faded into nothing. No sound as I tried hard to listen, nothing. Weather - High clouds, no open sky of stars and good visibility. Faint light from the setting sun in the west. Winds around 5-6 mph. I'm a 20 so year pilot so I know what helicopters and fixed wing look and perform like.

July 4th, 2014 @22:45(Eastern) I, my family, and several other witnesses were out in the parking lot shooting off fireworks when we noticed 3 brightly glowing orange lights suddenly appear out of nowhere. They were moving at a rate of about 20 mph in a triangular formation. There was no sound. As they moved higher up in the sky, they began to form a straight line when, just as quickly as they appeared, they disappeared. These orange lights just appeared out of nowhere, almost like they just rose up from the neighbor’s backyard. It was the craziest thing I have ever seen in my life!!!! I’ve watched TV with people on there with their footage talking about the experience, but to actually experience it on my own is on a completely different level. My son took footage on his cell phone. I will try to include it.

Victorville and Palmdale (between), CA

I was driving west on Highway 138 at 10:40 p.m. on July 4th 2014, I was about halfway between Victorville and Palmdale when I noticed some lights just northwest of my position. They were about a mile and half in the sky maybe more but at least a few thousand feet above all the fireworks that were going off. I slowed and began to watch when I noticed it was one light source that was originally like a whitish blue star but throughout the ten minutes I view it changed colors finally staying light red the last 5 minutes. This main light source was slowly dropping lights or lit pieces of something from the bottom as it floated westwardly for about the first 3 minutes of observation then then it began shooting lights or flares or whatever it was out the bottom rapidly. The lights coming out the bottom were reds, greens and whites in no order. A few shot out to the front and a few to the rear. Then the main light which exploded 2 times like C4 before fading out.
