My mother, sister and I saw two red and orange balls of light in the sky staying still. After about 3 minutes, one of them began to fade away, then 5 minutes later, the second one faded away. After about 5 more minuts we witnessed a bigger ball of light rising along the horizon then fade after a few more minutes. While witnessing the lights, my sister and I experienced intense headaches. Also, our two cats were scared and stand-offish.

Balls of light appeared in the sky and started moving in a way a airplane, helicopter or meteor could not the crafts appeared in different parts of the sky disappearing and reappearing, in the south hills, and then zoomed behind us and followed us until we were almost to town. When we reached town it seemed like there was a power outage in town because none of the stop lights or street lights were working.

I live on the 7th floor of an apartment house with a balcony on the west side of the building. I watch the sunsets nightly, weather permitting. This particular night, the sunset filled the western sky with a brilliant orange, fading to the color of a blood orange. All of a sudden, I noticed what looked like a fluorescent light tube in the sky,in front of the sunset. It was perfectly vertical, appeared to be emitting it's own light and not moving, although the sunset was sinking below the horizon behind this tube. The tube remained illuminated in a white light. It remained stationary until the sunset was gone and at that point it began to fade until I could no longer see it. To get an idea of the size of the tube, I held my arm out at full length and it was the size of my little finger at arms length.

I was leaving my house at about 9:20 or so to go to Walgreens just down the street. I decided to take the long route just to enjoy the night and drive around the neighborhood a bit (opposite direction as my usual route, wouldn't have seen this occurrence had I not taken new route). As I pulled out of my driveway and turned to progress down the street, I noticed a large (perspectively about the size of a pea held in your hand) green light in the sky absolutely railing Southwards. It progressed in speed for a matter of a few moments, grew in brightness, and then abruptly disappeared as I kept my eyes peeled in the direction that I saw it in with no avail with the intentions of another sighting. I have communicated with a few acquaintances of mine, and apparently they have experienced the same thing. What absolutely astounded me was the clarity of the light, it was quite blatantly either very low to the ground or a type of lighting that I have not witnessed bef! ore in my life. Equally astounding, though, was the apparent frictionless flight that this object had attained. It was the cleanest moving, brightest object I've ever seen in my life. Others that have seen the same thing claim that the same two details, being the frictionless flight and the brightness of the light, were aspects of the sight that stuck with them and astounded them as well. It was an odd feeling night, at that. Had a very different feel to it. This is one of many experiences that I have had witnessing UFOs, not strictly of this sort (this is the first of this sort that I've seen). Also, the first I'm reporting. I often go outside with confidence that I'll see something astonishing in a matter of minutes admiring the sky. Thanks for reading, hopefully this gets out to anyone else who's seen the same thing.

I was looking out my window at night when I noticed some movement in the corner of my eye. About west from my home, there was a blue-green light that was mostly stationary. Occasionally, it would make maneuvers that no fixed wing craft, that I know of, can do. Its movements were occasional shifts towards or away from the horizon and occasionally left or right movements. About an hour in, it had moved behind a series of trees and I could no longer see it. There are some other interesting facts about this thing. This early morning (9/4/14) was the second time I've seen this thing now; it was very close to the position it was yesterday morning. It also appeared that there were faint reddish colored lights hovering near or moving away from this object. on 9/4/14 at about 3:30 AM or so, there were three consecutive bright flashes in the sky to the left of the craft. My mother also witnessed the craft on the second day. Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. PD

Heart Lake (in the Flat Tops), CO
I am a MUFON Field Investigator currently inactive. On the night of September 2nd, I was camping out at Heart Lake (altitude 10,750') in the Flat Tops, a remote area north of Glenwood Springs, CO. Location 39'46"15.15 degrees north latitude and 107'19"8.20 west longitude. The sky was almost completely clear and the moon was in the 1st quarter and quite bright. As usual, I was doing a sky watch as I have had several good UFO sightings up here in the past during previous camp trips here. At about 22:35 hours I noticed a bright light below and to the right of the 'pointers' in the Big Dipper, about 10-15 degrees above the horizon. Knowing there were no bright stars in this area I watched the light, which appeared motionless at first. After a minute the light began to move slowly towards the west, too slow for an aircraft or satellite. During this time an aircraft did fly over, moving much faster than the light. I remember thinking that I hoped it would ! do something to show me it was a UFO. After a minute I turned to grab my binoculars to get a closer look at the light and when I turned back it was gone. I scanned the sky with the binoculars in the area where I had last seen it and there was nothing there. No flashing lights that might have indicated a conventional aircraft, no clouds around that it might have gone into. I have seen lights like this several times before in CO and also in AZ, so I believe this was a probable alien craft.

Carolina Beach, NC
Having seen lights in the sky on the Outer Banks in 2004 and at Carolina Beach in 2013, I take my camera with me to the beach and set it up at nights trying to catch a video of the lights. On Tuesday night while watching from the top floor balcony of the motel I was staying at I observed an orange light in the sky a little left from straight out in front of me at about a 30 degree angle up. I estimated it was at cloud level about half way between me and the horizon. The light came on and grew in intensity quickly then maintained that brightness for about 2 seconds then faded out just as quickly. It appeared about pea size at arms length. At 9:43(21::43) it appeared again but this time at the horizon a little to the right of center. Then once again a little to the right of it a few seconds after. I did not see any again until around 10:00(22:00) Friday night while fishing at Freeman Park in the inlet. Two orange lights appeared just above the buoy that! has the white blinking light out in front of the inlet near the horizon. Again they only appeared for about 2-3 seconds each, one after the other. During none of these sightings did I hear any aircraft, plane, jet, or helicopter. I did not have my camera pointing in the right direction during any of the attempts to video them. These orange lights are completely different from the red dividing lights I saw at Avon, NC on the outer banks in 2004.

I was driving to work on route 214. There were big clouds in the sky ahead of me, and there was something whitish and shiny moving toward them. I say shiny because the sun was reflecting off of it. When it got in front of the cloud I could not longers see it. I'm almost certain it disappeared.

We (mother and son) were driving up Interstate 95 North bound when we saw a light shoot across the sky. It moved at an incredible speed. The light stopped and hovered for about two minutes. Our view was then blocked by trees and we did not see it any longer. Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. PD

White light at very high altitude moving from south to north at high rate of speed. Thought at first it was an aircraft, no position lights or strobes noticed. Light flared bright for a second, then dimmed back down to the way it was when first sighted. First noticed it overhead and just south of my position, was out of sight towards the north within about 45 seconds. No tail noticed. Sky was very clear and outside house lights were on and could see object clearly. I have seen satellites before moving at this kind of speed, but never this bright and noticeable, especially with outside house lights on. NUFORC Note; We wonder whether the witness may have observed the characteristic "flare," or reflection of sunlight, from an antenna on an "Iridium" satellite. Such reflections can be seen from almost anywhere on the planet, and on almost every night. PD

Reddish-orange light appeared to be decending in the northern sky. The object was seen from Ventana Village Rd and Rainbow Blvd in the Ventana Ranch area of Northern Albuquerque. Only one object was seen. Another aircraft was in the same vicinity as the object, emitting a red and blue flashing light as a normal plane would. This aircraft was clearly a plane. After about 10 seconds of watching the unknown object, the light began to appear more faint. The light from the object appeared to vanish before hitting the treeline. We drove our vehicle to Irving Blvd where we had a clear view of the sky to the north, but the object was gone. We could still see the same aircraft that was near the unknown object further out in the sky, but not the unknown object.

Appeared to be 14 lights Mbe flashing in a row but in two's. They were going pretty fast. Definitely not planes we are near Logan Airport and see them 24/7. We stopped the car to admire and take a picture and watched them pass. Was extremely hard to focus on camera but was successful on getting two pictures! I've never in my life have seen such a thing! Amazed and confused!

A bright light that looked like a star changing speed. I was looking at stars and saw one that was moving ever so slightly, then it started picking up speed and moved at a moderate speed out of sight behind the treeline. About 10 seconds later either the same one or another one came out of the treeline into sight, and was moving much faster than before until it disappeared into the atmosphere. There were 3 of us there and we all saw it. Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. PD

Very fast, orange pulsating glow, seemed very high, made C shaped turn, flew over my head about 500 miles in one second, then changed direction in a V sharp turn and flew across the sky over a thousand miles till it was out of sight, truly amazing, I’ve never seen anything like it before.

A male walked up to get fresh air. I asked him if I am seeing things. He says no he sees them too, but he doesn't know what it is. They are changing colors, it looks like red to white. Very small, could be mistaken for stars. But they have moved all over the sky. And I can not say for sure how many!

My wife and I were driving East on Empire Rd, when we saw a huge white object just above the peak of the ridge of the southern extent of the Superstitions (Tonto Nat'l Forest) maybe 20 miles away. Looked through binoculars and the light appeared starlike and very large. To my knowledge there is nothing up there that would cause a reflection like that. After turning a corner and getting back in sight of peak again, object was gone. I have a clear view of that peak from my patio and have never seen that light before, so I do believe it was something other than a reflection. Also it wasn't moving, so unlikely to have been a plane's landing light.

Orange light in the South/East, me and my friend were out smoking on the porch. The light was very consistent color and bright, like it could have been a flare. I saw it through binoculars and I couldn't discern any shape. After it got a ways into the sky it changed directions, either heading towards or away from us. It dimmed quickly, brightened, dimmed again, brightened, then disappeared. Very little to no wind, and I confirmed this by watching the clouds move in relation to the few visible stars. My roommate said that he saw this exact object earlier in August, but I don't know when.

I was informed by my fiance that there was something going on outside, i came outside, and she told me there was a triangle shape made of three orange lights,by the time i saw it, there were only two lights and they disappeared. at that time an orange light came from south to north, followed by at least ten other lights, i have a six and a half minute video documenting this, there was no sound, and no running lights that u could see, it also appeared as though the objects were moving at a great speed, compared to planes and satellites I've seen in the past, they also appeared to be traveling along the same trajectory, i did some research too see if the local airbase had anything going on and i could not find anything!

On Sunday August 31st, at approximately 3:20 AM, I was driving home with my friend from a night out. We had just passed Waikele, when we saw a large green light drop from the middle of the sky. It happened really fast. It dropped and sort of disappeared real quick and then a second or so later, it dropped again a little lower from where it had just disappeared and then it kind of got bright and disappeared real quick again. I don't even know how it disappeared because it literally happened so fast. I've seen shooting stars, comets, and meteors before, but nothing like this. It really have me chills. [GEIPAN classification A — Satellite]
