September 23, 2018 Sighting of object approximate 7:00 p.m. I noticed what I first thought was a speck of a cloud (as others were to the left of it) straight out my living room window which faces directly West. It was very well lit, as the other clouds also were, and held my attention. I then started to notice it was moving downward instead of off to the left like the other clouds were doing. I went and got a pair of binoculars and when I looked at it, I could see it had a “tail” and appeared to be a comet! I got my camera and began taking pictures of it, calling my husband,to come and look at it. In all I have 9 photos. The first is take normally. I then started zooming in hoping that the image would be easier to see or identify. From the time I first saw it, approximately 7-10 minutes had passed. I have since looked on-line for any reports of an object in the sky, or astronomical sites reporting comets, or any other such thing. I have been unable to find any other mention of this object. I will be emailing the photos along with a map of Calif showing approximate where I was, and where I saw the object move in a downward path until it went behind the mountain. My husband and I are both retired. We have lived and worked in the Redding area for the past 30 years, give or take. This is the first time I have ever seen something unusual in the sky and the fact that I was unable to find any reports of it yet has peaked my interest!!

We’re coming from DC to our home in Annadale, Va, around 12:15 am by the Little River Turnpike and the Pinecrest Blvd a bright red fireball and we’re thinking at first that it was a drone after we saw that it elevate so quickly and for the kind of movement it impress us, my husband and me.

A large orange fireball about the size of a steering wheel. I watched it with my mother for a few seconds. She passed me a torch and I shone the light at it. This evening, at approximately 19:50, I witnessed what initially looked to me as a "shooting star", quickly transform itself into a fully capable and manuevering aircraft. From where I was standing, I had a full view of the northern sky with the moon also in view (waxing crescent tonight). While conversing with an associate over the phone, this ball of a light quickly took my attention. Assuming it was going to burn out somewhere within the stratosphere or troposphere (as I've observed in my lifetime amongst "shooting stars" or meteors) I continued my conversation. Then, what I witnessed next blew my mind. The ball of light came to a grinding halt and I was able to actually hear this flying object. It sounded like a loud, "screeching", static electric-like sound. So powerful, I was able to feel the vibrations under me. Hard to explain. After coming to an almost complete stop, I watched it turn and head Northeast. I hung up the phone, and called my wife outside so she could see this object. I followed this object with my eyes from the second it's light was identifiable to my periphals. When she came outside, we both marveled over this ball of a light, and watched it as it continued to travel northeast. This object maintained its physical appearance as an orange "ball" of a light the whole way through. It was very distinctive in a way, that it was very bright and orange. Easily able to differentiate itself from any sort of commercial aircraft. Serving in the Marine Corps for four years, I can say it was of no military aircraft I have seen before either. This object stopped almost midair. We watched until the light faded into nothing, as it continued its travels northeast I would say HUNDREDS of miles. All within two minutes. Anyone in the San Gabriel Valley, Los Angeles Valley, ..........anyone,anywhere, who happened to look up and witness what they "think" to have been something strange flying through the sky, I can assure you, was nothing ordinary or of our "technology". I have (2) side notes to add: Less than 3 minutes after the object dissapeared, a loud helicopter was overhead, and in my area. The only thing I could see were the lights from the undercarriage and skids. It made a circle and dissapeared. This may have been pure coincidence. The second thing I wanted add was regarding the noise I heard. The loud vibrational type noise. I've heard this before and actually regularly for the past two years. The weird thing is when I have heard it, the noise's "vibrational frequency" has been much louder and sometimes in intervals. It leads me to believe the area I live in or possibly the mountain ranges (San Gabriel Mountains or San Bernadino Mountains) nearby are being utilized as a some sort of entry point? I will continue to record my "encounters" as I feel there is a correlation between these anomalies.

Shortly after 2:30 this morning, I looked up into the sky directly to the North and saw a flash or what i thought was a shooting star. Perhaps it was a comet because it looked so big (approximately 3 inches long from my perception. It was a third wide as its length. It disappeared as soon as it was visible. Recently, there were shooting stars so thought maybe it was related. I waited several minutes to see if there would be others but nothing was happening.

On September 10th, at 12:30am, traveling home to Jacksonville, FL, from a vacation on the west coast of Florida, we noticed a bright light in the air over the St. Johns River. We were traveling east on 295 about to go over the Buckman Bridge in Orange Park about to enter Jacksonville. The light was bright orange traveling north then upward, it looked like a bright orange Nike swoosh, then turned into a white light. At first I would have thought it to be a meteorite, but it was traveling along the circumference of the earth and made an abrupt change straight up, almost a 90 degree turn. Then it changed colors from a bright orange to a white light. My wife, two daughters and a friend all saw this light.

About 9pm on Sept 6, I went outside to have a smoke on the balcony, and jokingly I said to my roommate, I hope I see a Ufo! Well no word of a lie as I sat down something strange appeared in the distance so I ran into the apt grabbed my cell phone and filmed it maybe some one can tell me what it is. I certainly don't know,the incident was really cool and my roommate witnessed it to.

Red Orb/Fireball UFO On the night of 09/01/18 at aproximately 10:42pm, I was out on my back deck, in the process of setting up my telescope to do some stargazing, when I noticed a redish/orange light flicker through the trees in the distance in the southeast direction. Thinking it was just one of the amber colored street lights in my neighborhood shining through the treeline as the wind blew. I then realized there wasn't any breeze and there shouldn't be a street light over in the area from where this light was coming from. I was bobbing my head around trying to see it flicker again through the trees. I see it 2 more times each of which it seemed to be to the left of where it previously was. I then realized this was not a street light. I thought it was a plane at first as I live within 1 mile of T.F. Green airport in Rhode Island but it was not. It looked more like a red signal flare except that it was not moving vertically upward, but horizontally with a slight ascention to it. As it finally came into my full view from behind my neighbors' houses and trees, I could tell this was neither a plane nor a flare, as it was too large and bright for either. There was no tail, no sound and no smoke or anything coming from it. Moving too slow to be a meteor or comet. It was traveling slow and low altitude as I was viewing this easily with my naked eyes. I then ran into the house with excitement to wake my wife and tell her look out the bedroom window. She said she saw it but I don't believe she did. I then went and got my binoculars and ran out the front door as the object has now traveled from behind my house to the front. It seemed to be heading in a north/northeast direction coming from the southeast. When I looked at it through the binoculars I could see that it was a round shaped object with a very bright (like the sun) white/yellowish glowing center and a thick red spiked halo around it which seemed to be pulsating/burning. I ran back in through my house back out to my deck to grab my telescope to try and get an even better view but! by the time I moved it to a better area I could no longer find the object. In my amazement and excitement, I didn't even think to grab my cellphone which was right outside on the deck with me and take a picture or video of it. Someone else had to see this. I am also sure that the airport MUST have seen this object fly by.

My wife and I live in Redding Ca. On Wednesday evening, Aug. 30, 2018, at apprx. 8:20 PM , (still daylight ) , we were in our car going to town. We were driving north on a suburban road, when straight ahead in our windshield we both saw at the same time, a bright green fire ball with a burning orange color tail. It was traveling from east to west from an elevation of about 35 degrees, down to about 10 degrees. When it was about two thirds of the way in its trajectory, the tail went out but the bright green ball continued on for about one second. The total duration of the sighting was about 3 seconds. This is the fourth thing like this I have seen over a period of about 20 years, all in California. The other three flared and burned up and looked to be gone, unlike this one that kept going after the tail was gone. Seemed kind of unusual to me. I was pulling out of my driveway and noticed a large, what I thought at the time, weird Volkswagen sized meteor out of the corner of my eye. It looked like it was entering the earth's atmosphere. It wasn't going across the sky, because there was no trail. Almost like it was coming at me. I could see fire around it but there was like a white blue color under the fire. Almost like a shield of some sort. I looked over to tap the person next to me to look at what I was seeing and when I looked back up it was gone. Disappeared. Like as soon as it made it through earth's atmosphere it became invisible. It wasn't moving fast like in a meteor/meteorite shower. And it wasn't bright either. Also there was no sound coming from it at all.

Suddenly, my boyfriend and I looked up and saw 6-8 balls of light moving quickly and low across the sky. They were too fast to be a plane. The lights were moving together at first and evenly spaced apart. Then one by one they disappeared.

On Saturday, August 25, 2018, at approximately 2056 hours Eastern standard time, my wife and I observed a glowing red sphere crossing the night sky. - The object’s flight path was south to north. - The speed of the object was comparatively similar to other planes in the sky, not the slowest and not the fastest - The altitude seemed to be a lot lower then 90% of planes/helicopters in our skies in our neighborhood - The object flew in a straight line, in what appeared to be a uniform speed the entire time we observed it, until it seemed to putter out for a second, and restart although dimmer now and then disappeared altogether - The object appeared larger then most planes at that altitude - The color was red and it seemed to have an afterburn, glowing outer edge. It appeared to be very much like a ball of fire in the sky - We heard no discernible noise from the object - The flight location would best be described as flying over a main road near our house. If you view a map, search for Stony Brook Hospital, in Stony Brook, New York. Follow the (Rt 97) Nichols Road, northbound from the hospital to where it ends about a mile or two north. The object appeared to fly over Nicolls road northbound, from Stony Brook Hospital, to its end, and continued its flight northbound, in the direction towards Long Island Sound and onto Connecticut My wife and I just took our dog outside of our house for a walk. We got about two houses two down our block. when I looked up in the sky I saw this glowing red sphere. I always look towards the sky to observe the location of the objects in the night sky. Initially I thought it was the planet Mars, since lately it’s been one of the most visible and largest objects in the night sky and is reddish in color. I quickly noticed it was moving and too large to be planet and called out to my wife to look up at it, who was somewhere behind me and several feet away, holding the dog by leash. We both thought the same thing, was it a comet? or a plane on fire and in distress? My iphone was in my hand, on and unlocked. I opened my camera application and thought I hit record. I noticed I didnt actually hit record, but was able to hit record, as the object flew briefly obstructed from my view by some trees. I recorded a 26 second video, before I lost sight of it. My wife was able to observe for a few more seconds and she described it as “it putter out” “then relit itself, but this time less bright then before“ then totally disappearing from her vision It was nothing like anything we have ever have seen If it was a comet, it didnt make a noise, have any burning tail, or have any large flames coming from it If it was a plane, it had no visible lights like any other planes we have ever seen or what was in the sky at the same time. It was a big and reddish in color, with what appeared to be rough edges in the same reddish color, which looked like flames

I was on holiday at my dads house in France. Rue de St Remy, Lathus. It was 1:16am and I was lying in bed when something caught my eye out the window, there is no blind or curtain. I looked and saw multiple orange orbs gliding through the sky . Lathus is a small village with no street lights. The sky was pitch black so the orbs were very noticeable. There were no clouds so nothing obstructed my view. I immediately turned off my bedside lamp and went to the window and started to record on my iPhone. At first I was filming through the window pane, I then opened the window (it opens inwards) so that is a jerky part in the video. The orbs show as white on the video but in actuality they were bright orange, silent and steady. I don’t judge distance well so can not give an estimate of how close they were but they were vivid and bright. Directly opposite the house I was in is another house with a graveyard directly behind it. I have included pictures with red lines drawn to show directionality of where I was viewing from and where the orbs travelled to. All the orbs followed the same direction as each other. You see them disappear in the video, this is when each one passed behind the house opposite me. What puzzled me is that they did not appear again anywhere, they went behind that house and simply vanished. You can not see the house opposite in the video, as already said, it was pitch black so nothing showed up. Thank you.

Wife and I where driving eastbound on Arrowood Rd towards Walmart when we looked towards the sky and the thin crescent moon. Up in the sky there was an orange glowing dot that seemed to get bigger and bigger. I asked my wife if it looked like an airplane and she said yes it then took her words back as we continued to drive. The ball moved westbound and it looked like a faraway ball of fire. As the light grew bigger we both realized it wasnt a recognizable aircraft. I asked my wife to record as we attempted to make a U-turn on the boulevard to keep watching and hopefully record it. As we stopped, the ball suddenly disappeared out of the sky. We where both skeptical about what we saw as it was not common.

Driving south on US-301, passing through Edgehill, I was trailing a lightning storm that was moving to the South East, when two balls of fire floating just above the tree line ahead of me came into view. After driving past the light at the intersection with VA-205, a third fireball came into view with the other two. They passed beyond sight behind the same treeline until I drove over Pine Hill Creek, where they came into view once more. This time, however, all three were on the opposite side of the road and were spotted through the trees. When I came to a clearing near the intersection of US-301 and VA-3, they had vanished. NOTE: The three fireballs took no obvious formation, though, anyone could make a triangle from three points on a plane.
