Le 30 septembre 2023, à 22h57, le témoin, présent à son domicile à Vigneux-sur-Seine (91), observe dans le ciel un objet ovale, lumineux, d'une teinte rouge-orange. Il le décrit comme rayonnant, donnant l'impression d’être en feu ou de refléter la lumière du soleil, sans laisser de traînée visible. L’objet est resté dans son champ de vision pendant environ 30 secondes, se déplaçant de manière stable vers l'horizon nord-est. D’étrangeté et de consistance* moyennes (témoin unique, pas de photo du PAN), ce cas s’avère être l’observation probable d’une lanterne céleste (voir le compte rendu d'enquête). *selon les critères du GEIPAN, la consistance est la quantité d’informations considérées comme fiables et objectivées, recueillies pour un témoignage. Cette hypothèse est confortée par les éléments suivants : - Observation un samedi soir, jour typique pendant lequel ces lanternes sont lâchées à l’occasion de célébrations diverses (fêtes, anniversaire, mariage…), - Couleur typique d’une lanterne, rouge/orange, décrite par le témoin comme semblable à « du feu », - Observation ayant duré quelques dizaines de secondes ; donc persistante, - Absence de bruit, - Présence éventuelle d’un halo, correspondant à l’enveloppe de la lanterne. L’étude des conditions météorologiques, et en particulier du vent, au moment de l’observation, révèle que sa direction et sa force, tant au sol qu'en altitude, étaient compatibles avec l'orientation du déplacement du PAN, suggérant ainsi qu'il s'agissait d'un objet porté par le vent.. Le cas est classé « A » : observation d’une lanterne céleste. [GEIPAN classification A — Lanterne thai]

It was 10 o’clock at night on the last day of September at 10:00 PM. Myself and my friend were sitting in my you car overlooking Lake Michigan. When we both turn to the right and noticed two very bright stars that were not high in the sky. Then we noticed each one of them shut the lights off, and we immediately got out of the car and started filming. We still on for a few minutes, but we observed for 20 minutes. I took the footage with my iPhone 12 and I captured two of them. My friend, and I knew what we were saying was odd, and nothing that a plane could do in the sky, which he will be able to observe on his video.

Another chilly nite last nite and at approx 22:00hrs looking to the SE bogey! and softer bright! single spark. In a typical darker yellow colour and at a high altitude. Say above 15,000ft. Waited for usual FAA indicator lights...nada. Not even an obvious 'light' source. Strobe or no. Heading mostly E and after getting zero indication of it being commercial or known military it had my rapt attention. Typical sighting for being in LA IMO. The UAP I mean. This kind of craft is so that common place in the skies above Los Angeles that I wasn't even going to report it here. However, that's LA this is not. I watched up until it did something that again, I've observed many times prior & I'm happy to have seen again. This particular kind of object or craft has demonstrated a peculiarity right before it vanishes, a trait now seen in two different states. It performs this 'flit flit...errrrrrr, flit!' action/activity immediately before it vanishes right before your eyes. If you didn't know to look for it. IMO? You'd not ever see it... -end

Object appeared earlier on the horizon ENE to WSW from the right of the moon flying slower than an average prop airplane. It had no noise. The red light appeared to illuminate from inside. "Glowing" as it passed overhead, the light diminished and then disappeared. I couldn't see the craft any longer.

I was standing outside in our backyard waiting for my dog to go to the bathroom when a large boomerang shape UFO with no lights glided over our house. It was dark and the full moon was out so the sky was somewhat Lite. The object was grey in color and appeared to be smooth with no sound and no lights. It just glided over the house flying south. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing and yelled for my husband but by the time he came out it was gone.

I was taking a photo with some friends on the balcony of the Hunter Art Museum in Chattanooga, TN and I looked up to see a small, glowing orb. It was floating just above us. Maybe 20 ft away. Or so it seemed. I began to call the attention of my friends to it and it went out. I looked around for what I had thought was a drone, but there was nothing. I didn’t even hear what would have been a drone. I thought I was just seeing things, but I’m 100% positive it was a silent, softball size, glowing orb.

On the weekend of September 30- Oct 1 my wife ((deleted)) and I spent the weekend in historic Gettysburg, Pa, celebrating our 38th wedding anniversary. On the evening of September 30th 2023, at around 9 pm we were taking a guided walking ghost tour of the town. The tour guide had us stop at a few locations while he told his stories. On the last stop, the guide was standing on a side street and our group was either sitting or standing listening to him. My wife was sitting down on the curb and looking up at the guide who was doing his thing. She became distracted by a blinking object behind him in the sky- which was moving at a very fast rate of speed. She said it zigzagged- back and forth- and then pulsed left/ right, left/ right- before it moved across the sky at a constant speed. That was the part I caught very briefly on video from my I phone. I lost it in the tree cover in the parking lot after a few seconds. I also have 2 photos which I took before the video. It is difficult to see the object on the still shots unless you blow it up. It is near the center in both photos. When increased in size, it appears to be somewhat disc shaped with a reddish haze around it. There are a couple of other strange areas on the photos which may have something to do with the camera on my phone. We don't recall seeing those with our eyes, but they are interesting. If you increase the size of the still shots you can see lines under the lower clouds which do not appear to be clouds. Also a couple of bike handlebar( for lack of a better description) shaped objects higher up in the one photo. There's probably a logical explanation for all of this, but we don't know what that is. We thought maybe the blinking object was a drone, but after talking to one of our sons- who happens to be an aerospace engineer- he said they don’t move like what we described to him. The weird thing was that no one else in our group noticed this. We also looked online to see if anything was posted about this in that area, but came up with nothing. We are looking forward to have someone give us their expert opinion on this! Thank you

When I took the picture of what I thought was an unusually large moon (low to the ground) near Gaffney, SC, I saw in the developed picture 7-8 people in the street with what appeared to be their heads down. I was walking outside to go and drop something off on a neighbor's porch. When I look up to the sky and see what appears to be a shooting star. At this point I am super excited because I've never seen one before in my life, so of course I'm staring and watching it and walking up closer to try and get a better view. Sadly I did not have my phone in my pocket for the one freaking time in my life and I'm so sad and disappointed in myself, that'll never happen again.! But as I'm walking up I realized what I believe to be a shooting star is not moving and as I get closer I can clearly see it is lights in the sky, there's a light and then there's space in between the light and then there's another light and then there's space in between the light and so on and so forth. It begins to look like a disc, or a bended object in the sky. As I'm watching it's slowly begins to turn and rotate in a circle clockwise. It must have spun in a circle and rotated for a solid 30 seconds in front of me before slowly becoming invisible right before my eyes and slowly began to disappear in front of me. It is legitimately the most real and scariest and exciting experience I've ever had in my entire life. I was so excited and so scared. At the same time I could have pissed my own pants.

As I was leaving my house , I realize two bright red orbs going at a very fast speed and one looks like it was following the other. I kept filming and the first one suddenly vanish , it’s not the first time I’ve witness weird activity in this area , around October last year around 10 ish at night I witness a huge laser beam in the sky and saw it slightly vanish and turn into a dot

We saw a flashing red light inside the trees. Then the whole area light up like in multiple colors. It was a huge spinning circle of lights. These flying objects have been coming to my property every night. I am terrified.

I was UFO watching (I have seen more UFOs before, here at the same spot from my home.) when about 10 minutes into my UFO hunt, I spotted what looked like a fuzzy line that was appearing to dance in the sky. I pointed my camera at the line and noticed that there was about 11 orbs, vibrating in the image, they were also travelling across the sky. I took a long exposure image, 10 seconds to capture the objects, it was a success. I captured the whole 10 seconds of glory, then ran inside to get my parents, to come look at the objects, they barely made it out in time to see them over the Gulf of Mexico. I then took another 10 second exposure image of the objects, this time it was zoomed in so you can see the vibration more.

A video tape. This light that did not blink did not change colors. Just bright white orb of that. Had a very smooth type of movement. As I was videotaping this light, I noticed there was a regular aircraft flying not far from the object. Then as it descended, it actually passed another blinking aircraft.

Me and my fiance went out onto our driveway to do work around the property when she had seen something in the sky and gotten my attention, we both witnessed an extremely large rectangular reflective object move from the left to the right slowly. the craft made zero noise, we have never seen anything even close to this. The size is larger than any plane I've ever seen, we called and made a police report with the Haywood County sheriff's office and were told by the officer that he has also seen strange things recently in the sky. Nearby animal life had gone completely silent when what we saw was closest to us, zero clouds in the sky. The weather was clear, there was nothing obstructing our view and we witnessed this craft or whatever it was for no more than 20 seconds clearly, after that we watched it through the trees and saw its speed accelerate.

Saw what looked like a bright slow moving light. Upon magnification at 100x with my S22+ phone, it was changing shape and color. It looked like an observation pod. Then changed back to a star shape. My fiance was simultaneously watching and saw the same thing through binoculars. See video and photos.

They can sit stationary for hrs and also move/fly rather slowly horizontal to the horizon. I have seen them drop down in a vertical line but never noticed it going up. Almost always horizontally. I've seen just one, 3-4 and dozens at a time. I've been noticing them most of the summer, but can't find any info online of a triangle shaped craft, satellite, drone or anything. I took pics on the 9-30-22 10-3-23 and 10-5-23 the 3rd and 5th shows a thing and not a triangle. I may have more dates if not deleted. The objects always show up in pics as a circular blur and never the lights or true shape except once it shows 3 white dots where the light are almost always present. At times they will go dark unexpectedly. Pics are from an iphone se2nd gen which isn't great. But no matter how clear it always blurs even when the moon and stars Do Not. Stars show up these things never photograph clearly. I've seen them at all kinds of heights and I don't think it's ET but I also have no idea what it is. Most often there are red or white lights on the perimeter only sometimes both colors. The pics with the moon is just for reference my mailing address is 28043 but my area is Bostic, NC

I am a frequent stargazer. I was observing: a satellite, planet, and the harvest moon also i was trying to determine what planet it could possibly be. As I was looking a small "light" like a plane came across the sky in our atmosphere moving faster than any jet i have seen. Vanishing off in the horizon. It didn't have a tail. I was looking in an empty space with no one visible outside. It looked fairly high up but difficult to say how high because it was moving extremely fast. I can honestly say I never seen anything even close to this in my life
