August 8th, 2015, around 11:25 pm, in Old Bethpage, Long Island, I saw what appeared to be an orange fireball or jet aircraft on fire. The fireball flickered like flames, but had no smoke or smoke trail. I really thought it was an aircraft on fire, and was waiting to see if it plummeted to the ground, even though there were no strobe lights or navigational lights. The fireball flew about the speed of a jet around 10000 feet high from the east to the west over several minutes in a clear evening sky, until it finally disappeared in the west behind a cloud.

(it was far away) it moved fast. it was not a plane because it had no wings or any windows. it was pure white. i got a feeling of dread right after though i cannot explain why. For a distance that I would say is no more than 6-inches across the sky, tracking in a linear direction of a West to East direction but in the sky north of Avenue and Davenport Rd roof top location, we noticed a round, thick white light turning on and off to a rhythm of “on” for a count of 1 and 2 and, “off” 3 and 4 and, “on” 5 and 6 and 7 and off 8 and 9 and for a total of 5 “on” lights all together. What is totally strange for me is that at 3 “on”s I flashed on my green starlight laser and when I flashed it through the dark from 3 black 4 black and 5 it turned off but seemed to move faster for a moment and out of sight. The size of the light was bigger than a commercial jet’s frontal high beam light coming towards someone, yet was lit from underneath, not in the forward direction. Also, the light beneath it was somewhat subdued and not as bright as the planes in the distance flashing as they moved off in all directions. In terms of size, from my rooftop it seemed ! to measure about 3mm in the sky above. That it seemingly immediately reacted to my laser when I flashed at it was outstanding. 12:24am - Travelling from NW towards the moon in a SE direction (north of Avenue and Davenport again) was a cylinder shaped object tumbling or spinning in a clock-wise direction in almost a slow motion-like momentum, much like one would expect to see in space, yet close enough for us to see it with our naked eyes even though it was night, traveling within a halo of very soft, subtle and subdued light. The object seemed to be illumined with a subdued, washed-out amber and green light. It looked like the cylinder was a 4:1 ratio of length to width. In the sky it measured approximately 5mm and with the halo closer to 7mm in diameter. It was lower than the clouds but higher than the jets flying east, taking off from the airport. I pointed my green laser and could see the object get hit from the beam a number of times, much like I could see the laser hit the side of a building in the distance with a focused dot. The cylinder’s surface seemed like it was a reflective surface judgi! ng by the green lazar’s clear visibility. The cylinder disappeared from view as it got closer to the full moon’s brightness heading towards Lake Ontario. From when we first noticed it until it was no longer obvious to the eye was about 2-minutes. No phone or camera was with us. We noticed both objects roughly in the same area of the sky, initially, though they traveled in different directions. It was a very electric energy that awakened and excited us. This is my 3rd unknown flying object sighting in a week and each time they were witnessed with the same friend. I wonder if she is the reason why because I have never had a sighting before this, except once, caught on camera in Joshua Tree, CA, in June 2015. The lights leave me curious but the cylinder object tumbling and spinning is very exciting and highly strange.

Just after 11pm, a very bright object appeared in the western sky, just above the horizon, moving to the east at just about the radial velocity of a satellite, which is what I believe this was, but it was burning with a very bright orange glow. It continued to move east and at it did it continued to burn, but became gradually more faint after passing 90 degrees elevation. Eventually about 20 degrees above the eastern horizon it faded out. My expectation is this was a satellite or space junk, re-entering the atmosphere, but I would think a lot of people would have seen it, and there would be some news about it online. I witnessed a white cylinder shaped object levitating over Logan Village shopping center in Dundalk, MD, around 5:30 pm on 07/24/2015, while waiting for the bus to go home. I was at bus stop for about 10-15 minutes. I noticed it just staying in the same spot up in the sky. Clouds were moving, but the object wasn't. I don't know what it is.

Lights went on (all lite up like fire) and then went off. All three were apart from each other. Yard got bright also...the lights went off and then back on. We got scared and ran inside. But looked like ice cream cone shape with fire colors....took three pictures.

I-10 (MM# 15; 10 mi. N of MS), MS
I was 15 miles past the border of Mississippi heading north on 1-10, at approximately 2:23am. I had the top down on my car, and was admiring the stars-- There were more than I had ever seen in the sky. The Milky Way had never been so clear in the sky. I saw something that looked like a HUGE comet-- at first. I saw a black tube, surrounded by blue lightning, surrounded by black and white as if the very sky had been torn open. It shot upwards, growing bigger, until it disappeared with a flash! I FELT that flash, like an electromagnetic wave. It was so big and bright, all the other stars seemed to be drowned out by it. It all happened in about a second-- Long enough for me to scream "whaa--AAAHH!" And I did scream. I screamed and had to pull over, the experience was so moving and powerful.

Watching lightning storm southeast of La Junta a green-blue object appeared and shot north across the sky at a very fast speed then disappeared northeast of La Junta. There was no sound as it traveled through the air.

Object about 3 miles high. It instantly jerked across sky 20 miles or more. Jerked back to near same position. Tried taking photos, it wouldn't let me focus on it, kept jerking away in short bursts. I did find the image in two of my photos, blurry but you can make out the shape. My wife found the images while zooming in on picture while I was in office drawing on paper what I saw. When I showed her my drawing, it matched what she found in pictures.

On July 15, 2015, my son and I saw a spherical looking object traveling from south east to north west direction. The object looked like a shooting star at first coming down then it changed color to orangish red in color and did a erratic bounching movement. I caught it on my tablet before it went out of sight, heading towards Grain Valley, Missouri, and disappeared from sight.

Follow up on our phone calls -sorry I am late getting this to you. On July 5, 2015, (Sunday) at 4:30 PM CDT, my son and I were hanging up new flags on my flag post. He was hoisting up the flags, so I was looking into the sky, watching them go up. Much to my surprise, right in my line of sight, a UFO was passing overhead. It was traveling from due South to due North at what appeared to me to be a very high velocity. It was snow white with no visible markings or lights. I had a very clear view of it before it disappeared out of my sight. I could clearly see it for about 5 to 10 seconds. If it was the size of a 747, I would estimate the altitude at 2500 to 3500 feet. My gut feeling is that it was much larger than a 747, and was at an altitude of at least 40000 feet. It was traveling at an angle of about 70 percent from the plane of the earth. At speed and angle traveling it looked like it was heading into orbit. To our South was a large bank of white clouds - the north was deep blue clear sky and very clear visibility with no haze or air pollution. After I have had time to reflect on it, I think it may have been cloaked white, while it was in the clouds, and not cloaked to blue in time not to be seen. At rate of speed and angle of ascent, it could not have left the ground more than maybe 10 Miles South of my location. and there are no known airports or military base in that area, It had two short stubby wings in the front, about 10 to 15 percent from the front of the fuselage. These apparent wings were only about 5 to 10 percent of the length of the fuselage. Very short and nothing like I have ever seen before - almost like the were just stabalizers while in flight in the atmosphere, The front of the craft was rounded like a normal plane, The rear was also rounded and only about 25 percent as wide as the front. There was absolutely no tail gear on it that I could discern. HOPE THIS WAS HELPFUL, I will be home tomorrow in case you want to call while on air, We spoke via telephone with this witness, and we found him to be quite objective in his description of the object, and seemingly quite sincere. He is a former member of the U. S. military, and we suspect that he is a very good witness. PD

On June 29, 2015, about 10 miles outside of Chapel Hill, NC, travelling south towards Charlotte, NC, I witnessed an object that looked very much like a disc or possibly cylindrical craft. It was apparently a considerable distance away, so it was difficult to ascertain whether it was truly a disc, or whether it was a cylinder; however, it appeared to have no wings and did not have any type of propulsion mechanism that could be seen. It was clearly a silver or gray color. I cannot provide an accurate distance of the object from my vantage point, but it seemed to be somewhat equidistant between the locations of frequently sighted high-flying commercial jets and lower flying, small, private airplanes. I realize this estimate is not very helpful, but it was just too difficult to give a good estimate of distance. Although based on the uncertainty introduced by the distance of the craft from my vantage point, one could perhaps attempt to explain it away as some type of mundane craft; however, it was the observations regarding the apparent shape, coupled with the speed of the object that made me decide to report it. The speed truly caught my attention. I originally sighted the craft directly ahead of my vantage point looking south and at about 30deg up from the horizon against a clear blue sky. From the time I spotted the object until it moved across the south to western span of the sky to below the tree line on the western horizon, only about 4-5 seconds passed, maybe a little less. As I watched it move, it was clearly far faster crossing the sky than the apparent movement of a high-flying commercial jet (which appears to move very slowly as most anyone knows who has seen a high-flying jet followed by its contrail). Likewise, it was much, much faster than the apparent speed of low flying, small, private planes. It appeared to move across that expanse of the sky even faster than the speed of some lower-flying military jets that I have seen in the past. From the time I saw it until I could get my daughter's attention to try to look at it, the object was already out of sight behind the trees on the western horizon. If the distance I had estimated was accurate, then this craft was moving at an extremely high speed. It was truly moving faster than any conventional aircraft that I have seen. So, in summary, it was not only the apparent disc or cylindrical shape of the craft that caught my attention, but also the speed that made me think it was something truly unusual. Although I was unable to take a photograph, it looked very much like the object in the photo of the High Plains, Oregon, sighting of June 14, 2015, at 1230hrs (Pacific), which is shown on the NUFORC website (although the object I saw was quite a bit more distant and probably a third of the apparent size as seen from my vantage point). Furthermore, I was in a car when the sighting took place, so I cannot make any comment about the possible sound of the craft. ((ADDENDUM #1 FROM WITNESS Dear Mr. Davenport, Thank you for your interest. Your work on the NUFORC site is admirable. First, the size, as compared to the moon at that same location (on a hypothetical full-moon night), was estimated to be about 1/10th the size of a full moon (at a 30-35 degree location and not exaggerated by atmospheric effects). Again, I estimate this based on envisioning a cylinder/disc sitting over a full-moon and deducing the amount of the moon covered. The following is my best estimate regarding movement: As I stated, the object originally appeared to be about 30-35 degrees above the horizon, directly in front of me. When it went out of sight about 4-5 sec later, it was hidden because of the interference of the tops of trees on the western horizon. Those tree tops were approximately 10 degrees from the horizon. So, I suppose one could say the object traversed an expanse from 30 degreess to 10 degrees in about 5 seconds. Does this help answer your question? If you need more detail, let me know, and I'll do the best I can. Remember, I have a chemistry background, not physics. Ha! I will leave the heavy lifting to you. And to the last point - no, my daughter was never able to see the object. It simply moved too quickly. I simply do not believe the object I saw was as large as 1/10 of the full moon. Please pardon my excitement and erroneous description in response to your question. To explain, I responded by saying that I thought the object I saw was 1/10th the size of a full moon, but the more I consider it, I believe this quick response is not accurate. Considering my difficulty in judging the shape of the craft (disc vs cylinder) leads me back to a more reasonable estimate of size as 1/20th the size of a full moon. I feel that this is a far more accurate reflection of what I observed. The object was quite small, but still clearly a disc or cylinder shape and apparently not a plane or commercial jet due to its speed. It becomes clear to me, as I honestly endeavor to provide accurate information, how difficult it is to obtain reliable witness testimony, especially when there is only one witness. I so wish that my daughter had also observed the object, so that I would have some confirmation of my perceptions. Please consider this updated information as an addendum to my initial report. It was 11:42 am in Sioux Falls near E 63rd street 57108. The ufo was silent. It was a cylinder shape. I show one of my neighbor of the ufo. It was flying 575-600 mph. It had no wings, no tail section, or propellers. I'm started to be a believer of ufos. Years ago my cousins saw a ufo too in Hartington, Nebraska. It was unbelievable that I saw one. It was 10,000-20,000 feet above the ground.

The first object appeared from the northwest and was flying in a large "S" pattern. The object was approximately 10,000ft in altitude and made no sound. The object was cylinder in shape with lights on each end. This object was traveling at a high rate of speed. As the craft moved away toward the south continuing its "S" flight path another craft appear from the same direction and appeared to be chasing the first one. The second craft was very large with four lights in a diamond pattern. This aircraft was also very low and moving at a very fast rate of speed. The most amazing aspect of this sighting was the first craft made no sound and the second craft made a low humming sound that was barely audible. Any objects flying at that speed traditionally make a loud sound trail.

As it got closer the bright light got bigger and as it was almost tripled in size. Just before it went directly above us the light dimmed, and as it dimmed it turned into a cloud like formation, making the whole body translucent all we could see was the out line even though it was right above us, the sky was clear with no clouds. It turned its direction and started going north and disappeared into the northern lights that were out that night and were able to be seen pretty far south that night. This was not part of a spent rocket cylinder especially since how slow it was moving and its ability to turn and head directly north and go from a dark object with a bright light to translucent with no light and we weren't the only eye witnesses that summer night last June.

My boyfriend and I were outside on our deck just after 03:00 hours. We both had a pair of binoculars and were looking at Venus. He thought he saw a shooting star but I could see it better through my binoculars and said, "That is a spaceship! Look its moving with its blinking lights behind our house and was out of site. We both ran to the front of the house and spotted it moving east over the South Thompson river in Kamloops. It hovered and fell like a leaf but did not pass the power lines. We watched it as it vanished or disintegrated moving east.

My friend and I were flying our RC airplanes, mid-morning, calm wind, clear skies. We were both flying relaxing slow flying planes while sitting in lawn chairs. We noticed an object directly overhead at an estimated altitude of about 200-300 feet. It was cylindrical, roughly the proportions of a soda pop can, the surface appeared to be solid and metallic (shimmering in the sunlight), and had no visible protrusions or markings. It was COMPLETELY motionless: no spin, no rotation, no drift .... and it made no sound. It remained completely motionless for about 5 minutes, then my friend and I had to land our planes when the batteries in the planes ran out. After landing our planes , we looked back up to see the object .... and it was completely gone . We scanned the sky to see if it had drifted off ( as a balloon would ) , but did not see it anywhere .

Tonight, while planting cukes, my son says, "Hey look, Dad! What is that bright light in the sky?" No sound, and no contrail... Then he said, "Hey look, there's another one!" I sent him running for the camera and caught a few pictures of the second one. Not long after that, a jet (with a contrail) could be seen chasing after them. The objects were moving East NorthEast, right at sunset set so there may have been some distortion with the sun's reflection. However, upon zooming in with my 16 megapixel camera, there was no glare. The sun was just below the horizon behind me when I took the pictures. There were no clouds in the sky where these object passed by. The duration was only about 5 minutes. The object must have been a long ways up as the image pixels start to distort the object some when really zoomed in. Before the image gets too distorted, the object's body can be described as horizontally cylindrical and gray metallic color. There are no strobe lights as most aircraft have. The tail section has a bulge on the upper side and the tail wings are attached to the side and top of the cylinder body, like a missile. There is a strange black object on the underside. In one picture, the black object is under the nose, while in another, the black object is under the mid section. It is very hard to say that the object has wings, but there is a different coloration at the mid section of the object. While the rear of the object is in generally good focus so you might say it has tail wings, It is strange that the objects wings at the mid point of the craft are not clear. It's Friday May 29, 2015 around 10 am, and my tennis partner and I are playing singles at Cal Dickson Tennis Center in South Tampa. We are the only ones there. It's 3 to 3 in the second set, add out and I'm serving from North to South. I'm serving a second serve. My service toss is in an area directly above my head as I face West. I tilt my head up as I look at the area in the sky where I want to toss the ball into. I look up an toss the ball and stop. Directly in the area that I'm tossing the ball I see a object every high in the sky reflecting the light from the sun. I say to my partner look at that and point. He can't see it. So I go over to his side of the court next to him and point at the object in the sky. It's stationary and metallic reflecting the light from the sun, which at 10am is south east. He sees it and we stare transfixed. He sees a second similar object higher in the sky that I can't see. The object stayed in this area for around 5 or more minutes and then either left or disappeared. We just couldn't see it anymore. Cal Dickson Tennis Center is around six miles North of U.S. Central Command MacDill Air Force Base in South Tampa. My partner and I resumed playing tennis and shortly thereafter a military helicopter, (long and silver), appeared in the sky near where the object was that we sighted, but lower. The helicopter stayed stationary in the sky till around 11am. And numerous military aircraft with contrails appeared patrolling flying very high in the sky near where the object was sighted. These aircraft were many times higher in the sky than the helicopter. My partner and I have been playing tennis at the Cal Dickson Tennis Center three times a week on weekday mornings for over two years and are familiar with the aircraft flying over the area. Tampa International Airport is around five miles northwest of the Cal Dickson Tennis Center. Occasionally, traffic, news and police helicopters appear over the area of the Cal Dickson Tennis Center. But these helicopters are always east, southeast, northwest over land. The unidentified flying object we saw was West of us out over the bay.
