This is a sighting from a few months ago; I documented it in writing at the time so the details are correct. While riding as a passenger in a car in a residential area of the Tower District of Fresno, CA, I saw a strange light in the sky and asked the driver to pull over for us to get a better look at it. It was dusk, verging on night, so we got a good view of twenty or more luminous objects meandering across the sky from north to south, as if in a disorganized squadron. The light from the objects was similar in effect to a candle or firefly; there was no sound at all. We watched this display for about 5 to 7 minutes, until each UFO was out of sight.

I have never seen a UFO before, but this was a strange sighting. I am already forgetting the details, but what I recall was something like this: a green light (or two lights, but as if in one vehicle?) shot up from low in the sky at a speed that made me think of a firework being launched. The light(s) reached a certain altitude (30-45 degrees up from the horizon) and hovered for what felt like 30 seconds. I got out of my car to look at it, because the initial movement (and the subsequent lack thereof) was so unusual. It just hovered there for an oddly long stretch of time, then I noticed the light(s) were red, as though it had turned around abruptly. It still hovered for a few more seconds, then took off again in a different direction, flying off out of sight, maybe with green lights again. I should have recorded all this right after seeing it, but my kids (who saw it too) were a little freaked out, and I had to downplay the whole thing. Can't remember if I ever saw red and green lights at the same time. The initial "shooting up" movement was much faster than a commercial plane, though perhaps could have been a fighter jet? No sound was heard, though. My kids suggested the "hovering light" was a flying vehicle heading towards us, hence the appaearance of not moving. But there was never any change in light size or brightness, as you see when an airplane (which always has white lights!) is heading towards you.

Bright orange light lit up the night sky. Almost like a fireball or something. Someone else told me they were somewhere else in town and saw like 2 bright flashes of orange light. Firetrucks police cars and other emergency vehicles can be heard.

Size of the light was a lot larger then a star, it's hard to describe the size of anything. If you placed a tennis ball 15' in the air it was around the same size as that would be in relation to it being high in altitude, much larger then a star. It had no curve in its path with a direction of mostly South, if anything it was south-southwest. Law Enforcement

Looking into the sky on the hood of my car. In the south east sky over Stockton, Ca. I thought I had seen a bright flash of white light about the size of a bright star. No big deal "right." I rubbed my eyes and continued to look thinking maybe I saw a plane. After that thought I starred into a fixed spot between 2 stars. Then every 5 to 10 seconds, I was able to see this same light over and over. Only differance being that it would appear from the southeast to the northeast over and over. I thought maybe a sattalite....until the last 30 or 45 seconds of my experiance. In those last seconds, 2 white lights blinked next to each other a few times stationary. Then 2 seperate like shooting stars going in seperate directions left the sky. Wow!!! That is all I can say!! I have heard the stories....read alot of stuff. But this was the first time i ever questioned what did I just see.

the night i saw this i was on my balcony, it was a clear night, and i saw 3 crafts, or 1 the repaired in different points in the sky. each craft, or single craft moved in curved patterns, and were small lights, i knew they were not planes, and had no flashing red lights. On July 5th, 2015, in Salisbury, Maryland, shortly after the 4th of July fireworks finished at approx. 9:40 pm, my brother, nephew and I saw a reddish-orange light traveling east to west at a constant speed. The light resembled the red navigation light on a small plane but had more of an orange tint to it. We watched the light until it faded from view, approx. one minute. The light was the size of the navigation lights on a single engine airplane flying at the altitude these airplanes normally fly at. We are familiar with aircraft lights as we live one mile from the Salisbury Airport and grew up just outside of Andrews AFB. This light was unlike any aircraft light we are familiar with. Other aircraft were seen landing at the Salisbury Airport earlier that evening. This did not resemble those at all. This light resembled a red light I saw over the Atlantic Ocean in November 2014. I videotaped and photographed this light.

I went out into my backyard to have a cigarette and noticed a bright light toward the NW, as I procceded to watch it it would make sudden moves. I ran back into my house to get my mother, we both watched it for almost an hour before it just kinda vanished.

My roommate and I were on the rooftop deck of our apartment in downtown Bangor. There's a white bat that lives in the area, and we noticed it flying overhead. The bat was flying somewhere above the vicinity of Main Street & Cross Street. We were watching the bat, when I noticed what I thought to be a single craft with two dim, semi-hazy lights located on the front and back. (No craft was actually visible, just the two lights. If this was a craft, it would be cigar-shaped.) My roommate whispered, "Oh my god...do you see that?" The lights flew above the bat but below the cloud cover, and were moving at a faster pace than the bat. They moved at the same speed, without sound. Instantly, the lights jumped forward and to the side, changing direction slightly from a northeast-path to a more northerly path. (Based on iPhone compass app, original path was about 60 degrees, and changed to 35 degrees.) The jump forward in distance was roughly the same length as the distance between the two lights (or, if it was a single craft, the length of the draft, itself.) After the jump, the two lights kind of vibrated, like if it was one craft, it was wiggling ever so slightly and rather quickly. After the jump, the bat immediately did a 180 and booked it to a nearby church steeple. This was flying too low to be some kind of satellite or meteor, and there was absolutely no sound, so definitely not a helicopter or plane. (Also, we live right by the airport, and, not only was this thing flying off the regular flight paths, but also, we're pretty familiar with every type of aircraft that lands or takes off around here. Can't think of any possible explanation.

Two ufos were following each other heading from the west to the east. They were whitish yellow lights, the shape could not be determined but the lights were somewhat circular. The first UFO was leading, moving left to right with the second one following (not perfectly) what the first one was doing. They were probably about 2,000-4,000 feet high (definitely lower than the clouds, which were altocumulus clouds, I think and lower than planes). There was no noise. At first I thought it was two birds following each other with the sun reflecting off of them but it was too late for the sun to be a factor and they were traveling way too fast. Also, it was too late for birds. At the time I was in my back yard with a clear view of the sky. Weird.

While on my couch, I saw 2 orangish/red lights travel really slowly, from S/SW to N/NE. Figuring they were aircraft in a formation, I didn't think anything unusual. Just as these two passed out of the frame of my window, another 2 lights followed, spaced out the same. Being a military aircraft enthusiast, I went on to my deck to see if I could see or hear what they were. There was absolutely no sound. Just the solid lights moving slowly off towards the distance. They were too low to be commercial aircraft, and I have seen military helicopters and private planes fly at this altitude, but there was no sound or flashing beacon light. It was one blue and one red slow flashing lights like the landing lights of a plane However these cast a purplish glow around an unknown object that displayed these two lights The lights reminded me of new led style lights because the color was cold not warm There was no sound and it moved slowely from east to west and must gave been visible over allentown pa I took my eyes off of it to get into my car and when i got to a clearing it was gone Wondering if anyone else reported similar colors Definitly not green and red but blue and red because it gave a purple haze

I was photographing the moonrise over Lake Tillery, NC. A blip suddenly streaked up by the moon and then past it. I noted it and discussed it in a video I then took of the moon. Did not give it too much thought until I found out I had gotten it captured on still photo I had taken. I took a series of still and videos of the moon last night, May 3, 2015, I have posted my pics and vid on several places on FB on my page and on some friends' pages.
