Le 13 août 2007 vers 23h 30 une famille regarde les étoiles depuis leur jardin. Ils vont apercevoir dans le ciel un phénomène lumineux qui les intrigue : venant de l'ouest, une boule blanche lumineuse grossit en venant dans leur direction. Changeant progressivement de trajectoire pour se diriger vers l'étoile polaire, la sphère diminue avant de disparaître complètement. Une carte du ciel prise aux heures et lieux indiqués montre que ces personnes ont été témoins du passage de la Station Spatiale internationale. Dans la nuit du 2 août 2007 vers 1h du matin, deux témoins observent le déplacement d'une boule lumineuse verte. Tournant en spirale dans une trajectoire descendante, le phénomène disparaît de leur vue derrière un hangar. Aucun bruit n'est entendu durant l'observation du phénomène. Aucun autre témoignage n' a été recueilli sur ce phénomène dans le secteur. L'enquête IPN a été infructueuse par manque de contact avec le témoin. Les caractéristiques de l'observation font penser à un météore (durée = 2 secondes, boule couleur verte) non répertoriée, mais toute enquête est impossible par manque de contacts et donc d'informations. En mai 2008 un témoin raconte qu'avec plusieurs autres personnes, il a observé le 29 juillet 2007 vers 20h, le passage dans le ciel d'une boule de couleur sombre parsemée de tâches claires irrégulières. Cette sphère avec une protubérance à l'avant se déplaçait de façon rectiligne sur une trajectoire Ouest -Sud-Est. Durant l'observation qui a duré une trentaine de secondes aucun bruit n'a été entendu et aucune fumée remarquée. Ces personnes ont probablement vu un ballon néanmoins aucune hypothèse ne peut être vérifiée compte tenu de l'ancienneté de l'observation. [GEIPAN classification C — Manque d'informations fiables]
