It was getting dark, and I was outside talking with my neighbor; he had just waxed his truck, and wanted to get it back in his garage because it looked like it was going to rain. Then to the East, I saw a light. I asked my neighbor if he knew if it was a star. It appeared to get brighter, and I was getting ready to hear what I thought would be the sound of a helicopter, but heard nothing. I would hear no sound of any aircraft throughout the sighting. It went behind a tree, I took my phone out of my pocket, and my neighbor asked if it was raining. A few seconds later, I started recording at exactly 7:37 PM. I assume it is the same light, due to the brightness. As I was recording, it also looked like there was something black over the light. However, I could not see what that was clearly. The light appeared to head in a North direction, and soon started to disappear. This to me appeared to be from going through the clouds. I was watching it through the screen of my phone, and camera app, so, when I couldn’t see it on screen, I looked over my phone, and I saw the light for about a second, and then I couldn’t see it anymore.

I was walking past the kitchen window at about 10:00pm and I saw a bright light in the sky. I thought it was a star at first, then I noticed that it was changing colors. Red, blue, green and back again. And it was moving. Not fast enough to be a plain. It was moving side to side and in tini circles. I called in my brother and he saw the same thing. Then I called in my mom and she agreed that it could not be a star or a plane. I tried to take a picture but the light was too small to see. As I watched it, it slowly started moving down to the tree line until I couldn't see it past the trees. About 10-15 minutes later. I googled it to see if anyone else saw it and I found this website and I saw that someone else saw something just like it a month before in Knoxville, TN.

Observers were two engineering students. Witnessed was a formation of dimly lit, brownish colored lights which started in a V-formation and shifted as it passed over the sky. I was outside viewing the morning sky. Brilliant Venus hung low in the Eastern sky and Orion was in the southeast. As I looked to the North I noticed two stationary points of light that looked like bright stars. They were at an approximate angle of 70 degrees, separated by several arc minutes in a north/south orientation. I immediately knew that this was unusual as they were out of place in this area of the sky. They held a steady glow with no signs of any type of navigation lights. After a little over a minute they both faded out almost simultaneously. I thought that I was still able to see the now extremely dim lights slowly move off in an easterly direction.

Saw a green light in the sky over the BW parkway Northbound before approaching Cheverly exit. It may have been still when I first saw it but I cant remember for sure. It suddenly took off and moved a short distance at a very high speed and completely disappeared. I believe I saw red light right before it completely vanished. I didn't see individual lights as you would for a plane. I saw a big green light that moved at a superfast speed before disappearing and possibly had red right before the disappearance. Never seen anything like this in my life and it sent chills throughout my body.

It came shooting down with a green haze around it and was leaving some kind of trail behind it. My son seen the green burst of light and everything else I seen except for when it was traveling twords the ground he seen a white light where I seen green. When it got to tree top hight the greenish haze disappeared and I seen a capsule object heading to the ground at a very fast rate of speed. It had to hit the ground or land. This happened on 09/16/2015 8:20PM.

At first as we were driving home we noticed a triangular formation of bright orange lights. One was cigar shaped, the other two were circular. One of the circular ones started to alternate between circular and cigar shaped. It was almost like it was accelerating then decelerating, but it was very difficult to notice the transition as it was happening. After a few more minutes several more lights appeared in the sky with the same orange-ish cast to them. They seemed like really bright stars, but we've ever seen any stars that large before. They must have been pretty far away, or very high up in the sky because as the earth rotated away from the sun we started to lose sight of the lights as they dipped lower and lower into the horizon. The final lights we saw appear were very distinctly cigar shaped and almost seemed like comets. Not sure if it was simply sunlight reflecting off some phenomena in the atmosphere or what. Definitely a strange sight to behold. It was hard to tell if they were moving because they were so far away they almost looked stationary. My fiancee took a photo but her camera was not able to distinguish the objects very clearly.

While driving home from getting gas in a neighboring town (Geneva), my Dad an I were about two minutes from our destination. We were heading east on State route 20 (north ridge road) About 3/4 (.075)miles from Sanborn road. We were talking among ourselves when I noticed a light in the sky.It was only a few moments later I noticed that this phenomenon was not just a single white light but three smaller lights in a horizontal line configuration. At first I thought it could be a plane or helicopter but it was not moving, or had any indications of normal aircraft, such as signaling lights, and there are no radio towers in the direction I was looking. Just before we made the turn off the main road onto our street the lights disappeared. They did not fade away, they just blinked of, like someone turning off a light. Unfortunately the lights were too far away for me to draw an accurate picture, and I did not have my smartphone with me to take a picture.

Driving and saw two white circles or ball of lights traveling south. Both where traveling same speed. About two min. into observing these lights. One accelerated towards the other and the two looked to form one circle of light. All the while they where fading in and out like a light turning on and off but very slow. The one stopped moving faded in and out a few time, then disappeared.

At precisely 9:28 (and a few seconds) PM CST I saw a very strange series of lights in the sky. I was driving east on Central, just west of 159th E. when I saw what looked like a twinkling airplane, very large star or planet. It was maybe 10-15 degrees above the horizon, and appeared to be moving pretty much straight south. It was orange-ish, almost like a firework, but very long-lived and consistent. There was only one visible initially, moving slowly, then it disappeared, and another immediately appeared quite a distance ahead of the first one, moving in the same direction at about the same speed, almost as if it had jumped ahead very rapidly. This series of disappearing and reappearing happened maybe 8-10 times within about 20 seconds.

Explosive round impulse light, medium green in color, straight up overhead and stationary. As green light expanded and impulsed at its maximum brightness, green light completely vanished and never returned visible again after that point. We watch the spot for quite awhile after in knowing that the craft wasn't moving.

I was sitting on my steps looking at some stars I didn't remember being in this area. Then one by one they took off. There was four of them. I have seen this and other things a few times before but I noticed something different this time. As I watched this one move northeast I noticed how slow it was going and then it's like it jumped super fast and slow back down. It done this till it disappeared. About a minute had passed I looked west in the sky and seen a bright golden light with a haze around it light up out of nowhere and start moving east. It started to look like one of the first lights I seen and then disappeared. Its a little cloudy tonight so I couldn't see anymore.

They hovered for a moment and then began to fade..... When the bottom light almost faded out....it shot forward heading south and then stopped, flared very bright again.... The top light faded out completely..... The remaining light began to fade again and right before it faded away......it again shot forward at an amazing speed and stopped and then flared brightly ........it did this for a total of 3 times......as it faded away completely… Another amber light....very bright appeared south of this one......and shot north at an amazing speed and stopped....and then faded out..... At this time I saw, what appeared to be standard airplane lights flying north.... After some time, not very long though...I could hear the roar of jets in the sky but no more lights...... Very stange indeed.....

The lights looked like flying stars in a circular pattern, moving at a high rate of speed. Hard to estimate, but there appeared to be approximately 75 to 100 of them. They were moving in a northeasterly direction. They made no discernable noise.

Okay, these may be planes with strobes. However they are not the normal flashing and they appear out of nowhere at times. The colors are a constant white with red and orange flashes. I also saw them move very rapidly across the horizon on Wednesday night say 01:00 AM. There was a long bluish white light appearing behind them when they moved rapidly. I find it very hard to believe that no one else is reporting these. This is the third night and they are constantly circling this area. There are many of them here every night this week. Are there any 411 events reported here. I do not live here year round. I do notice that my neighbors close up at night and do not go out at all. They do not even sit on the porch anymore in the evening. Kids used to play in the evening here, not anymore. Some people used to walk there dogs and even stroll in the evening. In the Northwest sky, the two of us saw a succession of lights over a period of 10 minutes flying at a height commensurate with very small aircraft. They proceeded in a Northeasterly direction. Being late dusk it was very difficult to see any identifying details

We were traveling on Jefferson south bound heading home. My son stops talking and is looking up at the sky so I look too. There is this bright light (my son says it was a triangle shape. I was driving so I could not study it like he was) way up in the sky. At first I thought maybe an airplane but it was not moving. We are both looking at it, as we are looking at it, it disappears. No smoke, nothing, just gone.

On the morning of 9/14/2015 @ 6:00am, I let my cat out (which I do every morning), I looked directly toward the eastern sky, towards a well known plane manufacture co. I saw a very bright light (directly above this plane manufacturing co.) that did not move, and up a little higher and more south east, there was another bright light, slowly moving upwards. At first I thought it was stars, since it was still a little dark outside, but the sky was clear, except just below the "first bright light," was a "chem trail" or should I say exhaust trail from a previous plane. So I asked my boyfriend to come an check this out. He took a look at both bright lights, got frightened an ran back inside. I then grabbed my tablet, and video taped what I had seen. When I zoomed on the light, it was illuminating, throwing off different colors. My boyfriend described it as looking as if the light was vibrating. For some reason I could not film the second light on my video, while the first light did not move, the second one was climbing upwards. I had to go inside to get ready for work, when we left around 6:50, both lights were gone. Later that day I told my father about it, he said he seen the same "first bright light" that I had, he also says he does not known what it was.
