No noise or motor sounds. This is the 2nd time I have seen this but the first was in July but it was further away. Was much closer this time. So close that I thought it see me & I ran back in my apt. Scared me, as I was leaving for work...no one around...went back out after 10-15minutes and it was gone. Kept saying what the hell is that? Driving west bound on Moline St and crossing Colfax ave in Aurora, CO and saw a very bright blue green light streaking through the sky. I thought is was a shooting star but this was much bigger and the blue green light came out of nowhere, just appeared right above me and shoot down western sky. This happened at approximately 1:13am. It was so bright I'm sure that the cars on the street saw this too.

I was sitting with my mother in the living room facing each other having a chat when all of the sudden our entire house lit up in the brightest blue-white light I had ever seen but it didn't hurt my light-sensitive eyes and my mother reported not squinting either. It was as though no shadows existed. I saw light outside the windows but it didnt behave normally. It disregarded the covered porch and came from all angles. My mother saw the same light behave the same way in the windows behind me. The light was there for about what seemed like 10-15 seconds and there was no sound. After it disappeared I asked my mother what the light was. She didn't know and was unsettled. I ran outside immediately. There were no airplanes or helecopters outside. It was a clear night. I checked the back and front yards seeing if I could find an explaination for the light like a popped fuse or flashlight or anything but had no explaination. The light hadn't moved it just was there then a short while later it wasn't. I checked the clock after searching and it said 22:25 so u guessed the light happened around 22:10 but did not know what time it was before the strange light that lit up our house so I don't know if we lost time. I tried searching the internet what natural phenomenon might explain this event but couldn't find anything. My mother and I were shaken and confused.

I had just sat down on the porch (facing NNW) for a smoke at 9:07pm PDT on 09-29-2015. When I looked up, I saw a bright white light approx. 50° up from the horizon to the north. It had an apparent magnitude of -4.5 to -5 -- approximately that of the planet Venus at perigee from Earth. It moved very slowly from N to S and began to decrease in intensity slowly and smoothly; reaching extinction approx. 25 seconds after I first spotted it. The light color was pure white with no color tints; though there ***MAY*** have been a faint reddish corona around it, when it was at maximum intensity. Weather conditions at the time were clear, temperature 54.10°F (12.28°C), and calm winds.

A pair of hovering lights was seen north-north west of Cedar City. They appeared to be a few miles away. At a glance, it seemed like one solid, bright green light hovering in the sky. Then we noticed it change from a bright solid red to a bright solid green. Upon using binoculars, we found that it was actually a pair of red or green lights. The object hovered for several seconds, moved quickly and linearly in a random direction, then hovered again, motionless in the sky. It repeated in this fashion several times. At regular intervals, the lights changed back and forth from solid green to solid red. This could have been some sort of drone, but I've never seen anything quite like it before. From about 60 degrees elevation in the north to about 30 degrees elevation in the east, a clear white light brighter than Venus appeared eight times in multiple, nonlinear positions. The flashes lasted about one-half second or less. There was no consistent timing of the flashes. One flash was only ten seconds after the previous flash, while others were a minute or more afterwards. The last flash I saw occurred at 20:05. I went in the house around 20:10. I live between LAX and the Santa Monica Airport. There were planes in the air, but none intercepted or approached the light.

My gf and I were looking at the blood moon, when we saw a Red-Orange light moving from North to South. The exact altitude was unknown but if I were to guess it was around 5000 ft, travelling the speed of a small plane (not very fast). The solid light continued a straight path for about 20 seconds. The light then instantly moved turned 90 degrees to the left, the instantly continued straight, it flickered and shot off at an incredible rate of speed to the South and vanished into the darkness. I Was watching night sky about 20:15 hrs over North Sacramento (some clouds in the sky).I was observing planes leave Sac Intl when I thought I saw a flash of light. As I was watching other planes in lower air space, I thought I saw a flash of light again, so I just wached the area where I thought I seen the flashing and to my surprise it flashed for split second then to a light glow.it did this for about 30sec moving just a bit untill a 747 from SF came by. Then it followed behind aircraft flashing only for split second. I followed it NE until I could not see it any longer. This was not normal aircraft lightning, just supper white light. A minute later they reappeared as if the were stars in the night sky. We watched them sway in synchronicity for 2 mins until the became stationary.

While looking up to the Nothhern sky, suddenly a bright, perfectly round light appeared as if someone flicked a light switch on. The bright light went out almost as quickly as it appeared. The size was about 4x a large star. Don't have any idea what it was as I never saw anything like it in the sky. Maybe I was beamed.

My daughter, son, and I were just gazing at the lunar eclipse outside here at around 10:35 p.m., and noticed 3 distinct crafts flying towards the Moon from the West. They were too high for helicopters and airplanes, and were flying what can only be described as erratically, into what appeared to be a triangle which framed the Moon momentarily. The crafts were flashing an array of colors, and it was really weird to see this action, during this, the eclipse." My son (16 years old) ran into the house after seeing this event taking place, to report it to his online friends who were also watching the Moon tonight. My daughter (14 years old) and I (52 years old) stood outside, watching the crafts and the Moon eclipse until we could no longer see the triangle as the ships left their positions only after a few minutes and flew due East, into the night sky. I am a teacher, and my eyesight is good. My daughter and son have good eyesight, too. We had seen a simila! r triangle formation over in a small town about 100 miles to the West of Las Vegas. It was very clear outside, although some clouds had blown across the Moon earlier. Thank you for letting me share our experience with you.

While watching the lunar eclipse tonight around 9 pm, viewing towards the east and south, we witnessed a single light hovering, then rising sharply straight up, then falling sharply straight down, then zipping sharply and very fast to the left, up down, right, left, sideways, angled upwards then angled downwards, in a completely random pattern. It was blinking on and off, also randomly, throughout the 4 minute period we stood watching this. It was far in the distance, to the east and south of where we were standing. It was approximately 20 degrees above the horizon? It appeared way off in the distance, like perhaps 15 miles from where we were, although I could not judge this for certain. I say these numbers because other planes were in the sky (further away) and were fainter and smaller lights and moving at a steady rate across the sky - not so this light. It was brighter (so closer? or bigger?) than a plane 20+ miles away. It could not have been a plane - planes do not move that fast nor rise and fall like that (straight up, then down). It could not have been a drone - I doubt I could have seen a drone move that fast and in such a peculiar pattern either. It could not have been a helicopter - again, no helicopter could have moved that fast, nor traveled sideways or angled upwards like that. It was not a search light - this was a single light, not a beam of light. The light was white or bluish white. It looked like a firework, but with no trail/tail and no visible trajectory path - just a light zipping around. Besides, a firework burns out - this light stayed lit and then would blink out, then return in a different location with the same intensity and size/shape.

I was shooting a time-lapse of the blood moon, when I saw a light going directly to the sky, right in the center of the moon (at least the angle I was shooting) It was looking a normal airplane, but the speed was anormal. The light cross the sky in about one minute, so I couldn't see anymore. On the video, is possible to see the light passing first, and an airplane passing after... It's possible to compare the difference of speed from one to other craft.

We were watching the blood moon eclipse and witnessed lights moving at high speed high in the sky passing each other very close scattered around the moon, above us, in the far distance past the moon. I was looking at the moon, I noticed what looked liked 2 blinking blue lights high in the sky not moving, then it started moving east to west exteremly fast, it stopped again for a few seconds and then took off again moving west and was out of view in a couple seconds .. It was over head then out of view in about 20 seconds.

It held its position from about 20:20 when we first noticed it, and was still there over an hour later when we walked home. Saw a small airplane travel in the trajectory below it which gave us scale for its height (higher than small airplanes fly, at that distance). Very confusing - I am still wondering what that was. Sparsley populated area, have never seen these lights in that area.

On September 27th at 8:00 pm my daughter was on our back deck looking west when she noticed a red ball of light moving in different directions and she yelled at me to come and see what she was watching. When I went out, I witnessed a red flashing ball of light move upward in the sky rather quickly and then stop and stay in place briefly. It then moved back down and moved to the right at a fast speed and again stopping for a moment. It then moved to the left but this time moving slower and the flashing red light then pulsated quicker about 6 times. Also during this time a plane was flying towards it moving opposite direction than it was and at a different altitude passing each other. Then, once again it paused and then moved right again moving quickly and then moving out of my site behind trees and not seen after that. This was witnessed for about 5 minutes. This was not a plane.

On 9/27/2015, at about twilight, my neighbor, who was watching the eclipse, said that we had a UFO and pointed to a bright light fixed in the northwestern sky. The light was very brilliant (for a star) and emitted blue and red colors, very much like a “Diamond in the sky.” He said that it’s not on any star charts. I got out my telescope to see it. I located it about 20-30 degrees above the horizon in the northwest and watched it for about an hour. It seemed to set (move) just as any planet or star would as I had to keep adjusting my telescope. It was very brilliant and looked like a colorful fire but I could not discern a shape, just twinkling blue and red colors predominantly. I looked again on 9/28 but did not see it, possibly due to a thin cloud layer. I saw it again tonight, but due to scattered clouds, I did not stay out to observe it longer.

While looking to the northwest, I spotted a movement to the northeast. I saw a bright light, larger than the planet Venus heading eastward. It turned to its left and quickly faded away.

Around 7:25PM I witness in the sky coming from the south heading east a large group of what it seemed to be orange flickering lights, almost like birds flying over the sky but they weren't. No form of an object just scattered dots of lights of about 30 of them.

We were outside to observe the Lunar Eclipse under a heavily clouded sky when we observed an intense red light suddenly traverse the sky rapidly from the South. The light moved directly overhead where it remained stationary for 3 minutes. It had lost its red overall color and its intensity, now bright white, yet retaining its red core. It slowly drifted eastward, began to fade out, then suddenly bursting back to its prior glow. It soon went out after 5 minutes. It was backlit sufficiently for us to see a black object in the lights place. We observed the object fly off in a due east direction at a high rate until we lost it in the tree line. The object made no sound.

9/27/15 - My husband and I were driving eastbound on Route 80 towards Flanders, NJ. I was especially interested in the sky because of the super moon. At about 19:00, I looked towards the left and saw two large bright orange lights in the sky just past the westbound lane of the highway. I told my husband to look left and he saw them also. We pulled over to try to get a video, but by that time, they had traveled some distance and were joined by two other orange lights. All the lights proceeded to travel away from us westward and finally disappeared from our view. Neither of us has ever seen anything like this.
