Last night at approximately 23:30 EST I was outside looking directly above and noticed in the very high altitude night sky what looked like strange lights moving in an erratic manner. There appeared to be an aura or haze around the object(s) but it was very faint. There was one bright light (looked like a star) that at times grew so dim it couldn't be seen at all, then seconds later was bright again. There were several other lights coming out of the primary one and moving around it very erratically, almost playfully. They would move slow, then fast, then fade out and return. There was no pattern to this at all. Sometimes there were as many as 7 or 8 of these lights moving around the primary light. At one point, one of the lights shot off incredibly fast to the north-east, it reminded me of a shooting star. It lasted for over an hour and I could no longer see any lights in the area where I viewed them before. Somewhere around 00:30-01:00 was when they disappe! ared. I tried to take a picture/video but they were not bright enough to capture and all that appeared was blackness. I'm curious to know if this was an atmospheric anomaly or if I was genuinely seeing something that may be extra-terrestrial. I'm a bit of a skeptic and like to rationalize things but this was hard to explain.

Driving home down my friends driveway and a light caught my eye and I pointed it out to my other friend I was bringing home and then he observed two other lights and then one disappeared and the other two lights moved around very slowly for 10 minutes and as we were about to keep driving it looked like there was a flash of lightning above the lights. Also, just realized this was near very long power lines. We have amended the time above, to reflect a nighttime sighting. I turned left down a street facing south I saw two red objects in the sky. One about as bright as an aircraft light, the other was much brighter and got brighter still until it reached maximum luminosity over a period of about 30 seconds. Both objects remained motionless in the sky. They appeared to be less than 2,000 feet in the sky, but it could be lower if I am wrong about their distance away. What I saw is similar to the image (of three lights forming a triangle) that brought me to your site. Me and my 6 years hold son were on the porch and he referred me three stars, counting them, and immediately afterwards was going to start adjective them with the names of our dogs who have died, when it began to disappear one after another and finally another, disappearing entirely, leaving me and my son to look at each other because the stars had disappeared. They were therefore three points of light that formed a triangle and without moving, disappeared one by one. I wonder if there was some more reports and also would like to know if I am before observation of a natural phenomenon or else do not know yet explain.

Round lights started on the horizon line on a formation and flew low towards me then formation broke up and each rose individually. Looked thru Binoculars and one witness said it looked like there might have been small windows with dim lights on. The lights continued to climb into the night sky until disappearing. The lights were one orange light on each appearing to be at the nose of the unidentified flying object that looked like they could've been round. No noise made from the crafts when they were at the closest point less than 1 mile away from us.

Two balls of light, looked very far away almost like comets, two flew parallel in a straight line then zigzagged independently then disappeared. While getting my morning coffee I notice a weird light in the night sky. It was mostly round with an aura, its near dawn, but the light is clearly not the sun (still hasn't risen yet) I'm not sure what it was, no sound like a plane or helicopter, but very bright, conspicuous and haze around the light. I went outside and continued to try to make sense of what I was seeing. I watched the object until it dipped below the treeline. It moved in a mostly straight line motion (no weird turns or anything) but moved much slower than a typical aircraft flying at altitutde.

Several bright twinkling lights grouped very tightly hovering at approx. 10PM (angle of view) in the sky over Mt Home, ID. Southwest of Orion. Object moved in small bursts both horizontally and vertically. We spoke via telephone with the witness, and suspect he was looking at the star called, "Sirius." PD

Flashing white strobe lights and red flashing strobes moving all over the Southeast sky, I live near the Georgia line in Cleveland, TN. This was last night 11-12-2015, and tonight they are flying 4 in a straight line all at steady speed, so much air traffic also. I always have a eye to this sky and i have never saw so many planes and I have never saw these white strobe lights flashing like lighting bugs. And the red ones are moving the same speed as the white ones, one white strobe moved right over this cattle field and another was more south flying low but others are farther out in the sky. I'm just curious as to what they are. If you look southeast for a few minutes you will see them flashing.

It did not blink, just glowed orange. It moved about the same speed as a satellite, but it appeared closer than a satellite would normally be seen. Size was similar to holding up a nickel at arms length. It moved east to west for about 2 minutes, then curved sharply to head south. I ran in to get the camera, and of course by the time I got back it had disappeared. We could not hear an engine or any kind of noise that might be associated with a flying craft of some sort. There was a little traffic noise, so it’s possible we might have missed it. Made for an exciting evening ( almost anything would liven up Kanab in the winter!!!) You asked for background info… I was an ((deleted--medical professional)) for years, then did a couple of ((deleted--public employment)),but then found my dream job. For almost ((deleted--1+decade)) years,I was an ((deleted--compassion care-giver)) at a nearby ((facility)), recently retired. At approximately 21:55, I was traveling east on Veterans Highway in Hauppauge, NY, when I noticed a bright blue light in the sky. I have never seen such a vibrant bright color of blue. It was beautiful. The light seemed to follow me, so I pullover over on Veterans Highway 454 to take pictures and observe it (10 minutes). It stayed very bright and seemed to get smaller and larger; almost looked like it was in two pieces at one point. But I think that was cloud cover. It seemed to disappear quickly. I resumed on my drive home. I took several pictures and have them on my computer.

When i first saw the light i thought it was a unusual looking star, It was very high in the sky, after about 30 seconds the light started moving very quickly and had two red lights on opposite ends, in a matter of seconds it traveled west almost out of view and then almost instantly returned to its original location, i thought at first maybe it was a helicopter because of the way it was moving in all directions but it was far too high and fast to be a helicopter. i called the local police who transfered me to 911 distpatch and he was not able to tell me if anyone else had reported it but i know other people had to have seen this thing because it was visible from probably anywhere in schaumburg and it was very noticeable. I also took a picture with my phone, just looks like a light but when you soom you can see what looks like a horseshoe shape. Never been a UFO believer until last night because whatever it is i saw is not like anything i have ever seen befor! e and 100% positive it was not a plane or copter, there was actually a plane that flew under it at one point, the light was much much higher than the plane.

Looking west at 6:30 on Tuesday eve, I saw a flurry of lights. They were small lights smaller that stars in the distance. They moved together and then into a formation all moving together heading west.

I saw this over siesta key (from my vantage point on the bay in Osprey) tonight at 7:30p. It was a large, orange-red, solid light that had another close above it. They started to rotate counter-clockwise and the distance between them and they grew larger; as I assume it was moving in my direction. It began a slow ascent laterally (to the south) at about a 45 degree angle and then vanished. It was followed shortly after by three separate large, solid, orange-red, solid lights that appeared (one by one) from below the horizon and followed the exact same path before disappearing. The sky was very clear with a few noctilucent clouds sparely about. There were approximately 3 planes present moving in different directions and at much higher altitudes (distinguished by their flashing lights). The odd lights I describe were much bigger, solid and different in color than any aircraft I have ever seen. The whole ordeal took about 20-30 minutes.

The object seen flashed a singular main light which almost looked like a star, a slight reddish flicker to it. It moved irregularly, looked like it was rolling in place. 2 planes had passed it and it didn't move. As it started to fade out we drove after to observe to the next town over. We passed a cop as we had gotten further out. We reached a field to observe it. It looked like it was shooting out something with mist around it (almost looked like a shooting star just dropping it, this happened at least 3 times). It started to fade out again so we started following it again and our cars engine started acting weird (it never goes over 2.5 RPMS going up to 40 MPH) it was well over 3. We turned around to head home because of this as as soon as we did the car was fine! We took a turn west before we headed home and saw the same police car. Walked to the store to buy water and saw a huge green light going kinda fast above Falkenberg and 92. No sound, just a very bright green light then it was gone, so I went into the store to get my water. When I came back out there were 4 helicopters going in the direction.
