Looking to the east we saw the a very bright 2/3 moon (about 45 degrees above horizon) and Mars off to its right. It was not yet completely dark, but almost so; still some weak light in the west. It is important to note that the moon, Mars and only the very brightest of stars were visible at this time. A third extremely bright object was observed just to the left of the moon moving directly eastward. The object was >2x brighter than Mars, and it was white to amber in color and made no noise at all. We could not recognize any shape to the object due to its apparent high altitude. It proceeded silently to the east for several minutes and then disappeared in just a few seconds. Importantly, there were no blinking navigation lights of any kind observed; the object remained continuously luminous until it vanished. Due to its excessive brightness, the object did not appear to be a satellite, but I cannot entirely rule out that possibility. Later we did observe several satellites, which were uniformly very dim and hard to see due to the brightness of the moon. The "UFO" described above was only second in brightness to the moon!

At approximately 00:02 on June 17th, 2016, a co-worker and I were standing outside of the building and looked to the south, toward the moon, and immediately saw a very bright light, moving to the north at a very fast pace. Our first thought was that it was the space station, but it appeared to be on a trajectory moving away from Earth, and it dimmed and reduced in size very quickly. The approximate viewing time was 30 seconds or less, and the object appeared to shrink into the distance as it moved to the north. We went back inside and looked up the viewing schedule for the ISS and discovered that it was neither the ISS, nor was it a scheduled viewing time of the CYGNUS satellite.

A small bright light came over my building and disappeared. It was below the clouds and only lasted for 4 seconds and was gone. There was no noise or tail, but it seemed to have a glow or aura around it.

I was on my way home it was around 1 am. As I got into my neighborhood, I was coming down this very dark street. As i was approaching the stop sign, right in front of me, a few feet ahead, was 4 balls of light, just floating. I noticed them, grabbed my phone, and took a pic as i got closer the balls of light flew up and a took a second picture. Then it just disappeared.

UFO in Portugal: I had a strange thing happening about 3 days ago (15-06-2016) at 00:50 a.m. One small flash in the sky caught my attention, I started wondering what was that, then came a second and 3rd, all in about a frame of 10-15 seconds. Not in the same place but in the same sky region! I waited for more and while I waited looking for more. I noticed a small light like a star but a bit larger, it was faraway from Earth but visible. It made several movements in several directions, never making curves but abrupt changes in path!!! Straight lines in a short piece of sky, then turning and turning...straight line, then changing direction. Faster than a plane for sure. It was in the skies above, not horizonte!! I started looking for places and people who could register this event but nobody paid attention or replied. I had no way of registering this because my phone only has 2Mp, so its useless! The object (UFO) was seen over 2-3 minutes, as soon I realised what it was I tried to contact people to have more witnesses or advises, when I went to look again i was gone and never to see again. While I was searching for someone to talk about this I noticed that 2 days before this event it was registered in video near Lisbon-Leiria. My place (village) is 70-60 Kilometres away (45-50 miles). But this one is going on straight line, my vexperience was in several direction but looks like just a bit smaller. Me and my friend were driving towards lancaster when we both saw a very bright light hovering just above the tree line. The light was very bright, brighter than anything ive ever seen in the sky. The object was also very large. When we got to Lancaster the light was hovering lower than before near mcdonalds. We slammed on the brakes and turned around, then the light darted away extremely fast. We then drove in the direction of the light and saw it in the distance. The closer we got to it the further away the light seemed to be. We then lost the object over near walmart

At approximately 9:45 pm I saw a light moving across the sky from a north to south direction. When I first saw the object I mistook it for a bright star. It was white and moved across the sky at a moderate rate of speed (much too slow to be a meteorite). There is an airport nearby, so I see planes almost every night. Normally a plane has flashing lights and has the usual jet or propeller noise. This object was completely silent. It did not flash or change color. I cannot estimate its exact speed or altitude. Its speed was not unusual. It moved in a straight line and exhibited no abnormal changes in direction. It appeared to be flying fairly low in the sky, much lower than most conventional aircraft that I regularly observe. I cannot claim that this was a genuine UFO, but I have never seen a conventional aircraft that looked like a bright white star. It was low enough in the sky that I should have heard some sort of engine noise. Again, this obje! ct was completely silent. pulled onto my street and there was a large white bright, very bright almost square coming down from the sky, there were no tails, don't believe it was a meteorite. it seemed to be controlled downward fast but not too fast. We are uncertain as to whether this is a serious report. PD

I was smoking outside and was looking at the stars and thought i saw a laser in the sky, but when i looked at it, it was a really bright light nothing like i have ever seen before moving slowly to the right and then zipped away leaving a light trail and then the light trail disappeared a second after. I was heading north on PA State Route 611 (Easton Road), approaching Street Road in Warrington, PA. It was roughly 9, 9:30 PM. Dark. This is a highly populated area of "big box" stores that has either shopping centers or gas stations on all 4 corners. As I approached the intersection with Street Road, I noticed a light “falling” from the sky, roughly above the area of where there is a Home Depot on the northwestern corner. It fell relatively slowly, but steadily at a consistent speed. It could have been “falling” or “landing”. It was ball-shaped, and it was whitish light. I could see no structure associated with it, just the light. “What is that!?”, I said out loud to no one. I stopped at the red light, and continued to observe it “falling” down. Strangely, there were no other cars at the light with me, but going east/west and south there were. It was very hard to determine size or what area it would hit, it could have been above the Home Depot, it could have been behind it, or it could have been a mile away. The light disappeared behind buildings and the traffic light changed to green, and as much as I could as I continued driving north, I looked to the left to see if there was a smoke plume or anything when it landed, but nothing. Continuing north, I heard no sirens, saw no speeding police cars or fire trucks. This is a major artery. I almost called the police, but decided not to. I have driven this route every week night for 14 years around the same time of night, and have never seen anything like it.

Reason for being up the mountain so late was because I had just got off work, and walked home. Instead of going straight home, I had gone to the mountain to see the city lights which are very beautiful and night. I could see just about the whole city of Phoenix, Arizona. This flying object of the unknown was more north; I think heading straight to Nevada.

I was walking my dog at around 21:00 and looked up to the sky. I saw a series of vertical lights stationary in the NE sky. I watched them for about 10 minutes and they did nor move. I went to get my wife to show her. When she came out I saw another set of lights towards the north. I started to scan the sky and saw three more of the same configuration of lights. None of them were moving. They were equally spaced about going from the North to East of where I was standing. I continued to war has them for about 1/2 hour. They did not move. I just looked out and the lights are still there it is 21:46. I will look tomorrow to see if they are still there. When looking at the moon one of the objects was to the right, the others were to the left. We spoke via telephone with the source of the report, and he sounded to us to be a quite sincere, and serious-minded, witness. PD

I'd just left my house to pick up a takeout order from a local restaurant. It was just before 9 PM local time. I looked up in the northern sky, which was dark. Normally I see air traffic on final approach to LAX, which is only a few miles north of my home. Traffic moves East to West on final approach for normal wind patterns, and hence traffic moves right to left as one looks North to the airport. Tonight, I observed three bright lights, quite high in the northern sky. They were irregularly spaced, and quite bright, of roughly the same brightness, in roughly a horizontal line (not precisely), and all were orange in color. The color was strange to me, given the normal landing light (white) and navigation light (red and green) colors. Usually, with LAX traffic, one can distinguish individual lights on the planes coming in for final. These were single points as far as I could tell, and no flashing anti-collision lights. The trio must have spanned 10 or 15 degrees from my vantage point. Many times the size of a full moon in terms of angular separation between the leftmost and rightmost lights. The other thing that seemed odd is that they were moving slowly from left to right - in other words Eastward. That is very unusual for traffic at LAX. I kept my eyes on them on and off as I drove Eastward myself on Artesia Blvd (and Slausson) to the restaurant. I pulled into the restaurant parking lot, and just as I was looking for a spot, I noticed that the lights were fading out. No change in flight path. Soon afterwards they disappeared entirely. It was unclear whether there was low cloud cover in the distance that was obscuring the view to the lights - the sky was dark so it was impossible to tell. But the lights never re-appeared. I'm a student pilot and aerospace engineer, so have a background in aircraft spotting. These seemed very peculiar.

Sunday June 12th, 2016, 7:35 pm-7:55pm. While at work from 7:30pm to 8pm, I have to be outside to supervise scheduled walking activities. At around 7:35pm, I hear a plane flying by, and I look up to see it and in the sky east of the moon, there is this shiny object or bright light looking sphere. It appeared to be moving very slowly to the east then stop. But at the same time there was some clouds coming from the east slowly and stop near the object. I am assuming the clouds stopped due to the offshore flow coming from the west. I thought it was too early for Venus or any star to come out with that much light in the sky. So it seemed awkward for the object to be a star or planet. At 7:40pm I go inside and comeback out at 7:45pm, the object is still there. I go back inside at 7:49pm then comeback out at 7:51-52pm and it is still there but no other stars or planets in the sky yet. At 7:55pm, I look up for a few seconds then just as I was going to look away the object took off west and disappeared. Let me explain “took off,” it was moving and quickly gaining momentum then sped off ultra fast until it literally disappeared. The only thing I can describe the acceleration looking like is a top fuel dragster launching or a Javelin missile being fired, except 5-10 times faster. I was in shock and could not believe what happened. After that there was no object in the sky anywhere that I can see. And there was no trail or sound.

Saw a group of 8 to 10 very bright round orange lights in formation at very low altitude of less than 200 ft high shoot across Rt 95 heading downward toward a field. Fish Lake at Fredenberg Township, 15 mi. NW of Duluth, MN, Saint Louis County; upon leaving my garage my attention was immediately drawn to the sky with two very brilliant orange lights traversing east to west. When first noticed the balls were about 35 degrees up from the eastern limit of the sky. The lights were brighter than anything else in the sky, even greater luminosity than the moon for their size. The lights were bright enough to cast an orange reflection upon the waters of Fish Lake. The objects were at about 70 degrees above the southern limit of the sky and lasted for approximately :50 seconds. The objects were very bright orange balls but did not appear to be fireballs due to their constant luminosity and lesser speed. From initial siting it took the balls about :50 seconds to traverse the east to west direction before blinking out at about 20 degrees above the western limit of the sky. The balls appeared to traverse in a fairly straight l! ine with the second ball about :05 seconds behind the first. The objects were not white or yellow, but were rather a brilliant very colorful orange of nearly constant brightness until well into the western sky. A slight humming noise was apparent while the objects were in view.

On Saturday, June 11, 2016, from 21:45 to 22:10, we saw at least 12 bright orange lights/objects. They were traveling in a single line formation - seeing one about every 2 minutes or so. Moving to the east parallel to Highway 64/40 at a speed similar to a helicopter.

Me and my roommate was talking on the back deck of my house while gazing at the stars. My roommate said to me look and I turned my head and saw flashing green light spiraling down off in a distance, almost like a firework, but definitely wasn't.

Witnessed an object passing slowly and directly above me (90 degrees up the horizon) that moved in a S to SSE direction. This object took about 15 to 20 seconds to pass over then very slowly dimmed out when it was about 45 degrees up the horizon to the S or SSE. It was a solid white, bright object that did not flash like an aircraft (nor was there any sound; I can easily hear aircrafts when passing over). It was much too big and bright to be a satellite, which I have seen many times. It did not have a trail like a meteor, it simply looked like a very big, bright star that slowly moved. In the South Night Sky, Mars was visible slightly to the West of where this object disappeared and from my perspective this object was about 4 to 5 times larger and brighter than Mars. It was hard for me to tell if this object was something big and very close or smaller and further away, but my guess is that it was something many times bigger than an aircraft and at an elevation, maybe half that of the highest flying commercial jets

My wife and I were at the drive-in Friday night facing the North screen. It was a clear night at the time and there were many stars in the sky. Around 10:30, I looked up and saw about 30 to 50 objects flying across the sky. They looked like slow moving stars and were in a large cluster but in no type of formation. They took about a minute or two to pass over. Then several more smaller clusters of 3 or more went past over a period of 5 minutes. My wife and I were not the only ones to witness this event. Several other people were out of there cars looking up at them as well.

While driving east on rt 64 from Apex towards Raleigh, a bright green light flew over the road from the south. My first thought was that it was a plane preparing for landing at RDU but it was low enough to observe that there was nothing else attached to the light. As it flew silently over the rd it began to spark from the bottom. The Sparks fell from the object as it disappeared over the trees on the other side of the rd. I was sitting outside at work while on break, looking at the stars in the southeast direction, east of the Tourist Information Center at the intersection of I77 and Rt. 460. I saw a white light appear out of the darkness between two stars, a few seconds later the light split into two lights. I yelled to a co-worker to come see the lights, and we watched as the lights slowly started building speed as they flew away in opposite directions.

I am the opening guard at my pool. I was pulling the pool cover outside when a large saucer-shaped light shot across the sky overhead, arched, then headed south after discharging orange sparks. It was so bright it lit up the sky at 4:30 am. Like a shooting star, only very close to the ground. Like 30 ft from the ground. It was super fast too. And was gone surging 2-3 seconds. It made no sound during its flight. Very spooky.
