It was a single flying object that I saw (as I came outside from the front door at 11pm 6/27/16 in Columbus, Ohio) when I thought I saw was a satelite. (It was traveling SW.) However this was different. I could only see 2 very close lights together, one RED the other White, of equal intensity (no actual shape unfortunately). There was no blinking. They were rather bright so I thought maybe it was a helicopter. It suddenly stopped its motion and just hovered, absolutely motionless. Then it quickly reversed from its original direction with great acceleration and then stopped again 3 seconds later. (There was no spot light from it ever.) It did this for a few minutes and then quickly flew north. All motion was very angular and when it hovered, which is unlike normal helicopters. I couldnt make out any sound, but there was a lot of background noise being by the highway. It was a clear night sky. No other strange phenomenon occured. I hope someone else saw it too. Or could tell me what it was!

I am a tractor trailer driver and was parked on the shoulder of the exit ramp for exit 88 on the I79 in PA. I park here m-f every week and take my 30 min DOT required break. It is a very dark area as there are no street lights and not many cars exiting at this time of day. I had gotten out of my truck and walked to the passenger side and was looking up at the stars which are very visible here, big and little dipper right above me, just as i was turning to get back into my truck I saw a very bright white roundish light off to my right which "came on" slowly to full brightness. I noticed then that it was moving downward toward the ground and as it did so it slowly dimmed to nothing and then slowly came back on to full brightness and then slowly dimmed to nothing and then came back on to full brightness again. It made no noise that I could hear. It was moving downward as if it were going to "land" or reach the ground and was "falling ot; not in a straight line but more of a meandering way...like a leaf falling from a tree. There also seemed to be a trail it was leaving and it seemed to be a bit hazy around the edges. There was a 10 - 15 ft. grassy incline at this exit ramp and I could not see it anymore when it dipped below the top of the grassy hill. It was too steep for me to climb so I do not know it "it" ever reached ground. I have no explanation for what it was. I was a jet engine mechanic in the air force in the 1980's and have seen all kind of aircraft. It had no standard aircraft lights on it...no red or green or strobe lights...it was just a very bright pure white light.

The bright light appeared over palomar mountain then proceeded to dim and go far up into sky to outer space very fast. It made zero sound.

I don't know what I saw. I was standing on the deck of my tent that was inside the Okavango Delta in Botswana. I was admiring the night sky when I saw what I thought was a star but it began to move from the right going left. It moved slowly and started to pulsate. It was a white light that was oval in shape and it intermittently pulsated. It continued to move left and began to descend. There is nothing out where I was. The Delta is wetlands with animal life. There is nothing flying at night and there are no night boats. There was no sound just sheer silence. I was trying to figure out what this object could be as it continued to descend toward the water. It suddenly vanished and I thought it was gone until seconds later I saw a strong, bright, pulsating light stationery over the water. It stayed that way for several minutes. It continued to be still and pulsate. I finally left the deck and went back inside my tent. I was disturbed by this but could not tell you why. I did not think to take a video of this as I kept trying to figure out what it could be. As I went back inside it was still intermittently pulsating. Without the pulsation you could not otherwise see anything. I am not a nut case and this has never happened to me before. I have been reticent to even mention this but thought I should. I simply want to know what it could have been since there is no aircraft in this area except bush planes that fly only during the day. There are no known lights in the area.

It was 9:35pm and me and my daughter were out sitting by the fire at our house and we like to try and spot satellites and we noticed a really bright light in the south headed in the path we normally see satellites but never this bright. So I grabbed my phone and started recording and the object was headed north and it made a sudden turn square turn towards the east then back north then west then back north like it was going around something not visible to me then had erratic speed after that then I had my view blocked by our trees so only have 8 seconds of video but great video.

was sat in my living room watching a movie with my 2 friends. Suddenly, we began to hear a large rumbling noise followed by a high pitch "twang" every 10 seconds or so. This continued and we began to feel uneasy and confused as to what it was. I entered my patio and noted the sounds seemed to be coming from the train track at the end of my garden about 60 metres away or so. I then noticed bright pulsating lights in the dense greenery of my garden and they also appeared to be the same distance away, so i made the assumption that these lights were the source of the sound. At this point, I ran inside and we waiting for the sounds to stop as we were confused and uneasy. About 15 minutes later, the sounds stopped and seemed to fade away, leaving without a trace.

In our apartment complex, going to walk the dog for the last time before bed. Looking south, over what would be the Wal-Mart area near Gunn Highway, we thought what a very bright red star. Amazing to see such a close bright vibrant red star, and somewhat next to it was a red star nearly as bright and also seemingly closer to the Earth too. Then the brighter of the two just started rising high up into the sky. Once it got extremely high it would seem like just another hard to see star. It would flash a time or two and then disappear. Then the other star next to it moved off to left of it in a westerly direction, and slowly started to move high up into the sky just as the first one did, and then it did the same thing. It just blinked out. As soon as it did, another very bright red star popped into existence low into the sky and just sat there, still, not moving. After about 5-10 seconds, it repeated what it had done before, just as it would be ready to blink out from being seen (it would reach a high level in the sky and then stop; and then vanish from being seen), there would appear a super vibrant red light down low in the sky and this pattern repeated again and again for 3-4 cycles. We stopped to watch this in complete awe, and then after watching it for 5 minutes, it all just stopped. About 3 minutes later, 2 very bright red lights/sphere just appeared high in the sky, but relatively low (like when the GoodYear Blimp is very high up, but comparatively low in relation to clouds/stars). We had a great look at the brilliance of these two relatively close red lights, but then honestly we became a little nervous. It was just me, the wife, and the dog. I am a lawyer. These stories about visits and encounters always seem to end poorly for humans, and it was uncharacteristically quiet for our apartment complex in terms of there being little people traffic/movement at 1am on a Saturday night.

OUTSIDE LOOKED UP IN SKY AND SAW APPROXIMATELY 10 UNIDENTIFIED FLYING OBJECTS IN A SOMEWHAT LINER FORMATION OF ONE AT A TIME. THEY WERE ORANGE AND AS THEY WERE FLYING WENT FROM CLARITY, TO DISAPPEARANCE.

UFO REPORT: On June 23, 2016, my buddy and I were talking outside the shop building where we work the night shift. It was a clear night sky with stars visible everywhere. I heard the jet engines of an airplane so I looked straight up and it was directly above me and it was being followed by a yellowish/orange light. I said, “Holy ((deleted)), look at this!” My buddy jumped out of the chair he was sitting in and looked up. I said, “There’s a light following that airplane!” He confirmed that he saw it too. I estimate the airplane was approximately at 20,000 feet. I say this because normally when jets fly overhead at 40,000 feet by the time we hear them they are already past us and high enough up that all you can make out is the blinking lights. This plane was low enough that I could see the outline of the plane itself, and as soon as I heard it I looked up and it was directly above us. The light was about the same size as the stars in the night sky and was following the plane at about two airplane lengths behind it, and did not appear to be attached to any other object as I could clearly see the stars without anything blocking them out in the background. The light was not blinking and remained constant. As we watched, the light appeared to move under and ahead of the airplane. Then it got closer to and moved ahead of the plane, got closer to the front of the plane and moved ahead of it again several times. I looked at my fit bit and noted the time was 10:55 P.M. Mountain Standard time. I also noted the plane and light were moving from east to west. After about 40 seconds of observing the plane and the light, my buddy noted that the airplane's navigation light began blinking. Up until then we had not seen the lights on the plane blinking. I can’t say for certain, but I suspect the plane was a B-1 bomber flying out of Elsworth Air Force base from Rapid City. They fly into our airport often and the roar of the engines are unmistakable. This plane had a similar sound to the engines. After about one minute we lost sight of the plane and the light. We spoke at length via telephone with the witness, and he seemed to us to be quite sober-minded. We suspect that he is an excellent witness. He said that he would try to induce the other witness to submit a report, as well, but he was not confident that the individual would be willing to do it. PD

They appeared to be ordinary stars in the sky…. I was sitting outside in a lawn chair at approximately 9:00 p.m. eastern time facing what I believe to be east. I was looking at the night sky, nothing out of the ordinary from any other night at this point. While focused in one direction I noticed what appeared to be movement of two regular looking stars….. The position from my vantage point was directly in front of me slightly to the right at about a 45 degree angle from the ground. As a point of reference I noticed a star at what I describe at top position and another star at a bottom position in a vertical orientation in reference to the ground. The distance apart is not known but would be from about 20 degrees at the bottom to 45 degrees at the top star looking up from my chair. On either side of an imaginary line between the top and bottom stars were two other ordinary looking stars on the left and one on the right slightly lower than horizontal. I am unable to estimate distance but were all within my field of view. What Happened….. The two stars on either side of the above mentioned top and bottom stars as a point of reference started to rotate as if rotating around a common axis. They moved at the same rate of speed as each other. The two stars both rotated simultaneously 180 degrees and changed position. The one on the left moved to the position as the one on the right visa-versa. When they reached the 180 degree position change they both stopped and then started moving in opposite directions from each other until out of sight. They appeared to move off in equal but opposite angles one slightly up and the other slightly down. The speed of this movement was not fast but steady and the entire sighting lasted about 45 seconds at best.

It rose up into the sky and to the blind eye it was just a bright light but in my camera it changed colors. It moved up and down and back and forth over the area even flashed a bit before it disappeared about thirty minutes later.

There was no sound. They flew vertically across the sky after hovering for what seemed like a few seconds. I am not sure if this has any relation but a few hours earlier I was in the same location and saw two seperate birds acting very erratic. One was trying to fly through a car window repeatedly and the other was trying to fly through a window on the building. Very strange. I has forgotten about it until now. My daughter and I were sitting on the front porch, when we noticed a red light with a goldish white light that surrounded it. It was moving right about old Oak tree level, maybe a little higher at a fast pace it was silent I ran into the street to see past the trees once out of sight and it was gone.

It all started with a walk to the convenient store around 10:10 p.m. I usually observe the sky as I’m walking anywhere. It was cloudy and I couldn’t spot the moon, but the moon was out because it is on full moon phase. Odd enough I didn’t worry too much. About ½ a mile, I reach the shop, buy a cigar, and I leave. The first thing I see in the sky is Spica, the brightest star in the constellations. Nothing new. I then look to the right and I see the orange moon, looking as if it were an eye that were half closed. I begin to ramble with myself about the moon, I thought, “It decides to show itself, when it wants to.” As I continue to walk home the moon unveils itself more. It just captures my attention! Closer to home the moon is out of view, but I’m still keeping my eye out for it. I get into the complex, I see the moon, it’s beginning to look like somebody is wiping their forehead. I say to myself, “Show me something tonight.” The moon now looks like a raccoon face or a ninja turtle, a mask over the eyes. I am reaching home stretch, I then look up and see a red light in the sky, it flashes blue and white. I think it’s a plane, then I quickly change my mind and noticed it wasn’t moving. At this moment trees are blocking my view. I walked passed the white big rig truck and I continue to look at it, it hasn’t moved, suddenly, it dashes to its right, my left, then to the left, (at this time I’m completely shocked), then it literally flies downward out of view. The moon is no longer in sight.

Woke up to use the bathroom. I look out my back window and through the trees I see a bright ball of pulsating light. I just stared at it because at first I thought it was the moon or a bright star. But it seemed different because of how much it was pulsating or going from dim to bright. It also seemed to be slowing moving around in sort of a small circle. It would appear stationary if you just glance at it but when I looked closely it was making small movements. Then in an instant, it took off to the right from nearly stationary to just gone! I've never seen anything like it in my life! Was a pale yellow light that dimmed and brightened.

12:16:00 am - June 19, 2016. Approximately 200 to 300 feet in the air, I spotted three solid bright red lights flying in the formation of a triangle slow moving across the night sky from the southeast toward the west. Another similar formation of three lights followed the previous three lights. I observed the set of objects (6 lights total) make a deep (simultaneous) turn right toward the northwest and disappeared from view. No sound was heard. 20 seconds later-Another second set of lights (6 lights total) in same triangle shaped formation appeared from the same direction (southeast moving toward west), made the same precise turn toward the northwest and disappeared from view like the previous six. All the observed objects passed below the full moon. 20 minutes later a nondescript helicopter with red and white flashing lights came from the same direction and race off toward the northwest, too.
