I was arriving home after work and happened to look up at the night sky. I noticed three lights in a row, all lined up. It appeared they were the same level. These lights were in a line and the line looked like it was moving all together - in sync. I didn’t hear anything unusual, but these lights seemed pretty far away, possibly in the direction of Camp Fretterd. They stayed there about three minutes. I needed to unload my car and then let my dogs out, who were barking wildly in the house. When I went back out to check to see if I still saw the lights, they were gone.

My husband and I saw red, randomly flashing lights - sometimes the lights flashed in a linear fashion like 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 down a row. Lights seemed like they went to or from the center in at times. There was a bit (30 seconds, 1 minute - 2 minutes) in between events. Then there was a golden light that was moved organically - like a fast moving bird - in curves and loops. Quick occurrences--like 3 seconds at a time. Went in the car to try and see if we could get closer, but weren’t able to locate it due to the tall houses in our neighborhood. When we came back we were still able to see it from the backyard in the same place.

noticed one bright semi flashing lights high above the mtns on the north side of quigley canyon. After watching through binoculars and a spotting scope, I noticed at least four other shapes flashing the same red, blue and bright white. The closest one was the brightest, but through the Binos each one stood out. It was almost like a police helicopter but the strobing of lights was too quick and varying, sometimes it would really get bright. From a distance it looked like it had a pyramid shape of light around it. Moved some at the begining, but then seemed to stay in the same place. Too high up for a helicopter and also way over the middle of nowhere, also hovering in the same place for at least an hour. No sound. I believe that, while the brightest lights were what first caught my eye, there were other smaller lights that seemed to move with them. At this angle, and with trees surrounding and shrouding our view, I would estimate as many as 30 lights. When we went out to the front yard was when we saw the scope of the lights. What we had observed previously was just a small section of the sky. Now we saw a band of these lights stretching from the Southern horizon to nearly the Northern one, almost 180 degrees, covering a fairly narrow band that bisected the night sky. This immense band of lights moved in a Westerly direction until hazy clouds obscured it.

At approximately 9:05 PM, I was sitting in my backyard with my girl friend, relaxing after dinner. The 3/4 moon was shining in the Southern sky, observable through the willow tree branches in the yard. I looked up at the moon and was surprised to see what appeared to be the Big Dipper at first, just to the East of the moon. I was surprised to see a constellation that close to the moon, because the brightness usually obscures stars. As I watched, I could see that there were not just 4-6 lights, but many more, and then I noticed the entire array moving from East to West. We moved to a position where we could see more of the sky, and these lights were in a "V" formation, with the point of the v heading West in the direction of travel. After about 7-8 minutes, they moved out of the line of sight, and we went to the front yard where there are no trees to obstruct the sky, and saw an array of moving lights from the Southern horizon almost to the Northern horizon. I would describe the formation as a series of those V's I described, in linear format running North to South almost like the serrated edge of a saw blade. The sky became misty with clouds and after a total viewing time of about 20 minutes, we could no longer see these lights. ((ADDENDUM FROM WITNESS)) Addendum to previous report: These lights were first observed at a point nearly due South of my observation point in the back yard. They were very near the Moon, which was at an angle of about 30 degrees in the Southern sky. These lights moved very slowly East to West, and maintained position in relation to one another while moving. We were 4 on the roof and we saw 2 subjects like stars but a little yellow. hey had no sounds. they were crossing the sky in a straight line but they change their place with each other frequently in 180 degrees and then they return to their previous situation. with this harmony they croosed the sky with a stable speed. their light were mat and turbid. they went further and further till they disappeard.

At appox 0030hrs., 15 July, myself and a friend were in a 22 ft boat on Rollins Lake, located 5 miles from Colfax, CA. At that time we were heading sw at approx. 5 kts in the center of the main body of the lake, when we observed a very bright light that we assumed was a large low flying aircraft. However what caught our interest was that the "aircraft's" lights were so bright that they made its nav lights impossible to see. After about 2 min into the event, we saw a small and far less bright dot of light that seemed to just drop out of the larger aircraft. The smaller light stayed with the other aircraft for a few seconds and the desended in altitude and then flew west at a moderate speed and it also displayed a flashing light. The larger aircraft continued on a sw heading flying directly over us. Not until the aircraft had past us did we see any navigation lights. Also, the larger aircraft while at an altitude of maybe 5,000 to 7,00 feet made almost no noise. This is the second such event I've seen in a month in this area.

I was in the neighborhood, hanging out late night with a friend. We were sitting at a bench in the neighborhood. I walked towards his car, when I noticed a light about 350-400 feet in the air above the tree line to the East. It looked like a star. Sort of yellow. From the yellow light was this funnel of light (sort of a cone) that was a sort of orange brown extending at a 5 o clock direction from the light. Inside the cone were three blinking white lights that alternated randomly. The blinking lights were spaced out evenly long ways inside the cone. My friend and I were perplexed, staring at this light, because we'd never seen something airborne act in that sort of fashion. After staring at the light for what seemed like 2 minutes (it could have been longer) the blinking dots stopped. Then the cone started to slightly disappear. Once it was gone, the light began to also fade away. Also forgot to mention that I was a sort of thin smoke pillar extend from the bottom of the cone to about halfway to the ground. Never touching the ground. Or even reaching the trees. The smoke went away first, then the cone, then the light. After that about 1 minute later, I heard and felt a low low rumble. Like very distant boulders falling from a cliff. And then over the course of the next 30 seconds the rumble grew louder and more intense. Parallel to the sound was a light eminating from past the tree line. I could see the atmosphere grow with light. I felt as though a nuclear bomb had dropped and the blast wave was imminent. The low hum/rumble was extremely frightening. I honestly thought I was going to die. After 30 seconds the sound stopped instantly. And the light faded. Something else to mention, I don't know if this is relevant, but there's a retention pond in the neighborhood. Inside the pond were frogs. Immediately after the rumbling light, the frogs all started to yip and make noise as a group. That lasted for another minute or two.

I was staring at a "star" to the north of Jackson, NJ, whilst stargazing. This "star" suddenly darted across the sky and disappeared. It definitely wasn't a shooting star, and nothing else that I know of moves that quickly.

Before we told the children to go inside we were all on are back deck with a perfect view of the sky. My girlfriend had told mentioned how clear it was so we all looked up into the sky. Within seconds we all seen what we had thought to be a shooting star, which then proceeded to act odd. It was a bright light with a trail that stopped in mid air and began to change direction was flying dead east then banked south east. The light would brighten then slowly dim out and slowly glided out into the horizen which is a tree line. No more then two minutes later, after getting the frazzled kids inside, another object looked like it was on its trail only this craft had 3 lights and had a shape of a triangle and made no noise what so ever. As it flew over us the front light disappeared and it also went of into the horizen. Approximately 3 minutes later, u could hear the loud roar of a military helicopter chasing after both crafts going in the same direction. After the helicopter was out of view the original ball of light returned. Slowly moving across the sky getting brighter and then dimming out moving in very odd directions then out of nowhere disappearing again. The sky at this time was full of blinking lights from aircrafts which looked like they were flying in grid patterns all across the sky. Everywhere you looked thats all that could be seen. 20 minutes into this a very bright light emerged from out of the tree line from the south west from the direction of our airport/ air force base. This aircraft mad obsolutly no noise and was very large and was shaped like a stealth bomber it banked and flew to the north. No more then 5 minutes later another air craft which looked and sounded the same came from the southwest only this time it went north east. 5 minutes later the ball of! light r eturned in the form of a bright flash. Other aircraft littered the sky and were flying at a high altitude. The ball of light was flying very close to these aircrafts which were in close formations around the object. It would fly in between them then very fast spin around them and gain distance. Then once again disappearing instantly. We never seen the ball of light again for the next couple hours which we observed the sky but the sky was still VERY active with other aircraft. This all took place until 12:45 wish when we went back inside.

Around midnight my neighbor saw a bright light on the horizon in the sky east, southeast of McKee, Ky. This light shined brighter than a planet. He and his wife watched as it slowly rose straight up into the sky. They said it brightened and disappeared three times before calling my girlfriend and i out to see it. Once it reached the top of the treeline it curved off to the southeast and dimmed in brightness. It slowly started fading away until it turned into a twinkle of rainbow colors and disappeared altogether. The event lasted about 10 min.

My boyfriend and I were stargazing when what appeared to be a VERY fast moving "shooting star" type object began moving across the sky. As suddenly as it appeared it gave off a bright white flash and then slowly began to disappear into the mass of stars. Shortly thereafter a plane flew by us and it looked nothing like the object we saw before. The plane had blinking lights on it and was at a much lower elevation whereas the object moved high among the stars and did not give off any flashes of light, until right before it disappeared. This is the third time I've seen this amber light in the sky over the last coupe weeks. The first time was 4th of july and I thought it was just fireworks ambers still burning. Tonight i was going to take a picture but it disappeared too fast. This doesnt appear to be an airplane to me. An oval shaped, amber color light in the distant sky moving and disappearing.

4 green lights in close formation, alternating to red lights, then back to green, hovering over ridge to the southwest of our location, then slowly moving sideways, up an down, away, then back again, somewhat erratically. We watched this for about 15 to 20 minutes. The lights then sped off to the west, and we could see them just above the horizon for about another 15 minutes. These lights seemed to be roughly 5 or so miles away and about 2000 feet above the ridge line.

Out star gazing with the family in the back yard. Bight light comes over our tree line, bright white like a plane, but no blinking lights or noise would hear with a plane that low. Watched as it flew over us and slowly the light started to fade on it. Just when it got right over us it disappeared completely, and we all saw it happen.

We were observing a thunderstorm to the north of our location in Chesterfield when we observed what I thought was an aircraft taking off from Lambert break out of the bottom of the cloud moving to the west. The craft had a number of strobing lights (white, green, red) which I assumed was an aircraft however from the changing dimensions and orientation of the light and the erratic movement (tumbling and rolling) I ruled out an aircraft. My next thought was a collection of balloons however the intensity of the strobing lights and flashing colors makes me think it was not. It was also too large to be a drone. The lights were visible for a few second and then moved off to the west and out of view. I managed to capture one image with phone camera.

At approximately 8PM on the evening of July 10th 2016, witnessed, with two others, four lights in the western sky over the San Fernando Valley area of California. First observation was a close cluster of two green, a blue and a red light, blinking intermittently and relatively close to the ground - approximating 3/4 mile, at 75 degrees above the western horizon. The objects spread apart and actually seemed to move in a horizontal plane, while blinking. The lights were on a non-repetitive pattern and of uneven strength. We managed to obtain both still photos and video of the objects, as the illumination was quite bright, especially the green spectrum. First assertion was that the objects were balloons of some sort, as their lights diminished over time, ( perhaps 7 minutes) as if they were drifting higher and seemed to move with contrasting winds of various altitudes.

It moved to the west, and it looked like 2 other lights which were as faded as the stars, making a triangle shape, with the brighter light I watched with witnesses being at the top of this triangle shape in the sky. Several times it flickered it's light in the sky. This light left at 11:29 p.m. in the southwest. The light got very faint til I could not see it anymore and the two other lights that formed the triangle were also gone. This is not a hoax. I have video.

I was driving home and saw a reddish-orange cluster of light in the clouds out towards the countryside around 7 miles west of Mountain View, Oklahoma. This was a medium sized light almost cylindrical in shape where the brightest concentration of red was. This light did not move anywhere and was clearly staying still in position within the cloud line. After about 50 seconds the light concentration began to fade out and disappear completely while never moving.

Second time seeing this type object. First outside of Bozeman, Montana. Now in Blackfoot, outside house in sky. Object dances about, then disappears.
