On 11/16/2014 @ 5:45pm in Shoreline,WA, I was in my backyard with my binoculars looking up at the east sky. I saw a V shaped object. It was traveling north to south towards SeaTac Airport. The object appeared to be several round balls together to make a V shape. It was bigger than a star and smaller than the moon. The object made no sound and had no lights. It was grayish in color. The object just seemed to glide silently across the sky. I watched for a couple of minutes till it seemed to be close to the Airport, then it turned into a mist and just disappeared. I'm a 50 years old, a stay at home caregiver who never would have thought to be writing a UFO report, but I can't deny what I saw. Even if I don't know exactly what it was. But I needed to share my experience.

Two sets of 5-7 lights flying at 2 heights within 15 minutes of each other. 1st was flying about 5 miles from LAX and above Santa Monica Airport - flying paralelle to beach - flying lower than commercial airlines, but slightly heigher than planes/jets taking off from Santa Monica airport. 2nd set was seen flying perpendicular to the first vessel, but slower and much lower - under 2000 feet and headed directly out over into ocean. Speed was slower than most planes from Santa Monica airport. Looked like the vehicles were white or metalic/see through reflecting light from city. Very smooth flight. NO noise at all, which would never happen. I own DJI drones and observes planes all day from LAX and Santa Monica airport, but this was NOT the case. No sound and flight looked Delta formation and could have been changing shapes to thinner as it picked up speed to leave the area into the black over ocean. This happened between the first 1-2am before daylight savings time. The sky was clearest in months after a MASSIVE electrical storm the night before.

I really do not know any better way to describe what my friends and I saw that night. It was a chevron shaped craft, looked to be about 50+ meters in size, had no lights on it nor did it make any sound. It was just a bit lighter than the night time sky. While having no lights, it appeared to have a faint glow moving about the craft as it flew over the city at a fairly quick speed. The glow from inside was a blueish color. The easiest way to describe the glow is to imagine the reflection of sunlight off water. The duration of this event lasted about 30 seconds, from the point I noticed this craft, till the point it moved out of view.

I was out late on a Saturday night stargazing with my telescope and binoculars. I had just been viewing Messier objects such as M42 in Orion when I decided to give my left eye a break. I moved over to the table near my back door and stood there in my backyard just looking at the sky, hoping to see some meteors as it was morning. Then about 5 minutes of looking up something odd caught the corner of my eye, thinking it might be a meteor. I was standing, looking up, but facing west, where at the northwest part of the sky (near constellation Cygnus), high above the tree line I saw this dark gray winged looking object. There were no lights and it blends in well with the background sky. There was absolutely no sound, this thing was completely silent even after it was gone. I doubt anyone outside would have taken notice if they were not looking up at the sky. I could not estimate distance, elevation or speed other then the time it was visible. It moved from the northwest corner of ! sky to the south in longer than 4 seconds. I reached for my binoculars sitting on my table but before I could bring them up to my eyes, I lost the object after it was below the constellation Cetus heading towards Girard, IL. I can say the wing span when it past thru Cetus, was from the star Braten Kaitos to n-Cetus. This is about 10 degrees of sky. My first thoughts were of bewilderment. I don’t believe what I just saw. It was thinking of what it could have been. It could have been migrating geese. They do travel at night, but they move slower and often make audible quacks. This moved much faster than geese. I also don’t believe it was close to the ground, judging by the trees. It was much higher in the sky. What ever it was, didn’t want to be seen, because there were no lights and it was dark grey. It had a distinct shape; I wouldn’t call it a v-wing but more like crescent shaped wing. It could have been some sort of stealth aircraft that is not publicly know. Scott air force base is about 80 miles south of my location, but it’s not known to operate any test vehicles. I stayed out for another 20 minutes, hoping something would happen again or another vehicle would follow its same path. Nothing happened. During this time, I had many different emotions, from curiosity to fear. Fearful thoughts started take over and I decided to bring in all my equipment. I then began to look on the internet for similar witness accounts. I found this site and composed a report. I am hoping someone else in central Illinois may have been out late like me and saw the same thing. My background is former Navy, been around lots of naval aircraft. I have worked in the field of electronics for nearly 20 years. I am an amateur astronomer (hobby). I used to go to air shows at El Toro Marine Base before it was closed in the 1990s often in my youth in southern California. I have seen many different kinds of military aircraft including both the stealth fighter and stealth bomber flown at El Toro. As an amateur astronomy, I see plenty of high flying commercial and military flying over central Illinois at night. I also witness satellites such as the ISS to the random flare from an Iridium satellite. I have also seen loads of meteors and bolides in my times stargazing.

10/24/14 Friday 10:30 I was in the backyard when I saw a black"V"with 4 glowing yellow lights going down the 2 outer sides. Going from my 1 o'clock position east to west. I snapped out of it after seeing it for about 5 seconds & ran inside to get to get my husband. We ran out to the front yard. It had disappeared. We went to the backyard and after 5 minutes we both saw it again. It appeared at the eve of the roof going north to south this time. But it had undulating wings made of the same yellow colored lights. 6 of them so 3 on either side. They were gently moving like a snake out from the center. But the lights moved independently from either side kinda like a crawling octopus tentacle. It lasted about 10 seconds that time. It reappeared again about 15 minutes later 12 o'clock high moving northeast to southwest. My husband saw it first. It was very high this time. It was like the first one l saw again. It lasted about 4 seconds that time. I saw another one about 10 minutes later. It was completely different. It looked like a wispy rod shaped gray cloud. Either that or it occurred to me laster while writing this, that it could have been a gray long barrel shaped craft with no lights pushing thru the clouds. It moved from 12'oclock high to the direct south. It was very fast again. It lasted 3-4 seconds. My husband didnt see that one. Then l saw the same type of wispy cloudlike thing but it was triangle shaped. No lights. Very strange floating motion. It was just gliding like on ice. It lasted about 3 seconds. I was facing west. It appeared above me going west. The fifth one was 15 minutes later. My husband had gone inside. It was another wispy rodlike cloud going from 12:00 high to the west. It was fast, lasting 3 seconds.

V shape craft with white lights around the perimeter and flashing in sequence.6:50 AM. The craft was traveling from east to west toward Pratt and Whitney Aircraft factory in Middletown CT. Sky was slightly overcast with a 1/2 moon in the opposite direction from the craft. Craft was still kind of far off and either not moving or moving very slow.

I was along the railroad tracks near the power plant in eastern Boulder, CO. Something caught my eye and I looked up to witness seven square pale blue lights moving in a "Flying V" pattern in a Southern direction. At first I thought it may have been a gaggle of geese in formation, until I realized that the objects were evenly spaced, square in shape, and glowing a full pale blue. My friend and I were staying at a friend's cabin on a 60 acre property set off 1/2 mile into the woods. The night was very clear, so clear we could see the Milky Way and the small satellites that circle the earth. We turned off all of the lights in the cabin and stood out in a field to take long exposure photographs of the sky. We rarely get to do this kind of activity, because we live in the city. At some point, as my friend was leaning down to setup another shot and I was staring up at the night sky amazed by the amount of stars that could be seen with the naked eye, the UFO appeared above us. It was shaped like a boomerang and twirled quickly, silently across the sky. It was huge. From my perspective, I would say it appeared to be about 5 feet wide, but I sensed it was very high in the sky and could only imagine the true size to be much, much larger. And the shape was very sharp, I knew immediately it was made by an intelligent being. It glowed green, like the color of a glow stick, and it seemed that there were markings on the boomerang: a circle near the terminus of each "wing" and three thin lines on each side where the "wings" met at the center. The craft appeared, spun across the sky from east to west, and then disappeared in a second/second and 1/2; however, I saw so much detail because I was already staring at the sky when the craft appeared. My friend also saw the craft, but only the brightness of it, since she was looking up through her camera. Her glimpse was of the UFO's brightness and the last instant of it's appearance.

While standing in the backyard of a rental property my fiance and I were considering. I looked up and saw a slow moving object traversing the sky from east to west. It was V shaped and looked to be partially yellow in color. The object seemed to flap sporadically as it moved. Its altitude seemed the same as the average plane passing overhead. The object hovered at a certain point for a few minutes before vanishing from sight.

My husband and I stepped on to the back patio of our townhouse while he smoked a cigarette. We both were admiring the stars when we both witnessed a blue glowing light in the shape of a Chevron in the sky. This was not an airplane and was very high in the sky and was very, very large. As a former member of the US Air Force I'm very aware of what planes look like in the sky. Also as the daughter of a Navy Seal I am very much aware of what planes look like and sound like. It hovered in one spot for about 20 to 25 seconds above the mountains before disappearing out of sight. It made absolutely no noise like a normal aircraft would. I was six weeks pregnant at the time and miscarried the very next day. It was something we had never seen before or since and have never forgot. I had three more miscarriages after this always in the first trimester. I have often wondered if this encounter affected my fertility somehow after having three completely normal pregnancies. All of my miscarriages were exactly six months apart from each other which I found very strange. It's strange to go from having all healthy pregnancies to losing one after another after this sighting. Eventually I h! ad my tubes removed after the fourth to prevent any future miscarriages or pregnancies. My doctor was unable to tell me why I miscarried because I was healthy and had no fertility issues. Source of report indicates that the date of the sighting is approximate. PD

As I was letting my dog out to use the bathroom, I noticed a very bright white light to the east of our home. I called for my wife to ensure I wasn’t just seeing things. It was about 500 yards away and a few hundred feet off of the ground. The light sat motionless for almost 5 minutes. It then started to travel straight up at a slow rate of speed. It then traveled westbound in our direction. It also began descending as it moved in our direction. It was moving very slowly and leveled out at about the same height I first observed. It flew right over head and continued out of sight. It was a very large almost V shaped craft. It had a very bright white light on the front of the craft. On the back was 5 smaller lights. One on each “wing” tip and then one halfway between the tip and the center ( on each side). Then there was a light in the center of the “V”. On the bottom of the craft was three red lights. The thing that bothered me most was the total lack of noise from this craft. Had it been a jet of helicopter I would have heard it. I am still at a total loss as to what this thing could have been. It was unsettling to say the least.

On October 5th, 2014, three people sighted a white looking chevron in the sky above Lubbock , Texas.....It seemed to be about 40,000 miles up, at least. It appeared to move back and forth in the sky and had a bright circular light in the center of the chevron object. It was witnessed for 15-20 minutes in the sky,,turning back and forth..We had never seen anything like it before in the sky. I am a 58 year old, retired heavy equipment operator. My wife is a 48 year old housewife and mother. Our son is 10 years old and attends school here in Lubbock. Thank you very much, Sincerely, Mr. Perrin

I have been seeing large, fast moving, silent, dark/transparent triangular, V-shaped objects and bright lights in the sky on clear nights since March of this year (13 sightings through October 3rd. The sightings have become more and more frequent. I am starting to see two on the same night. I have entered only my latest above because the form only accommodates one sighting. Here is my log: I reported the first one I saw this year to MUFON (case #55584). I saw it in the early morning hours of March 7. I did not send the report until April because it took me that long to work through it in my head. I had a similar sighting several years prior at my previous home ten miles to the east of my present location but did not know where to report it. I have been keeping a log of the sightings since March (dates, time, shape and direction of travel) and just found your site. Last night I saw two within 3 minute of each other and want to see if anyone else is reporting the same activity. My husband saw one in August and is convinced that they are military drones. Here is my log. Please note that each of sightings are silent, high altitude, and fast. By fast, I mean seconds to cross the sky. March 7, 2014 12:45am – 1:15 am (Original report to MUFON case # 55584) I was facing south on a clear night with no moon, looking to the southeast when a very large, high altitude vessel blocked my view of the stars. If I had not been looking where I was, I don’t think I would have seen it. It was dark, no visible lights and almost seemed transparent or as if it was reflecting the starlight, almost invisible. It was a large, triangular/boomerang shape that had rounded corners and the back was indented (not a typical straight lined triangle, but not a typical boomerang either). It was completely silent and was moving faster than the high altitude planes I see all the time. It passed just slightly to the east of me, moving south to north. July 16, 2014 10:33 pm Very fast, dark, silent, V-shape moving W to E. I could only see the leading edge of the UFO as if it was reflecting starlight. I could not see rest of it. August 3, 2014 10:10 pm Very fast, dark, silent, V-shape moving W to E. Again, I could only see the leading edge of the UFO. September 1, 2014 12:15am Very fast, dark, silent, V-shape moving S to N. I could only see the leading edge. September 3, 2014 10:54 pm 2 fast moving bright lights moving very close together coming from the SE to the NW split very wide apart in an outward motion but continued to travel at the same speed in the same direction until they were out of sight. September 4, 2014 11:30 pm A bright flash in the same SE location as the lights seen the night before (Sep 4, 2014). September 21, 2014 2:32 am Steady light traveling E to W about ¾ the speed of a shooting star. Did not change speed, intensity, or direction. September 21, 2014 10:19 pm 7 dim lights in very fast, dark, silent, V-shape moving NW to SE September 25, 2014 11:34 pm Bright lights (1 or 2) moving very fast, E to W. Did not change speed, intensity or direction. *September 30, 2014 9:34pm and 9:43pm Faint V-shapes moving slower than previous sightings. I could only see the leading edges. The first at 9:34 was N to S. The second at 9:43 was angled slightly NW to SE. October 3, 2014 11:25pm and 11:28pm V-shape with 7-9 dim lights on front edge fast moving NE to SW. I could only see the leading edges. The second at 11:28, direction was angled slightly more WNW to SE but was a straight line angled SE to NW, not v-shaped.

Green ball with orange tail first appeared like a meteorite entering earths atmosphere west northwest of my location. It traveled at a 45 degree angle from upper right to lower left. Then 5 minutes later in the location the light from the meteorite disappeared a perfectly clear v shaped light appeared with a smaller fuzzy light dot above it. This second object remained in the same location for about 30 seconds to 1 minute before going dark (as if someone hit a light switch).

Saw faint chevron shaped craft passing slowly through the sky. Craft was north east of my location. It seemed to be illuminated white or pale yellow however the light was faint, possibly obstructed by clouds. Craft was moving in the direction of the point of the chevron. Craft faded quickly after being visible for about 10 seconds

I just returned home from working the 3-11 shift. Looked up on this clear, star-filled night to notice what I first thought was a star or a plane in the north sky, but it was a "cluster" of multi-colored flashing lights; not moving. When looking around the sky, I noticed 5 more of these identical flashing clusters, not moving. They are at about the same height in the sky, and form a very large circle across the sky. Two more such objects are flying quickly across the sky. I got my camera with a 500mm lens, and captured the 6 lights, kind of in the shape of a stealth fighter. I called my friend, who lives a few miles away, and asked him to go outside and look at the sky, and he readily spotted both the still objects, as well as the rapid-flying ones. I love sky watching, and have NEVER seen anything like this. Do you have any idea? Will send photo later.

Was walking the dog through the park with family and the sky was super clear. we looked up and saw a huge chevron shaped craft flying at a slow speed fly overhead. it had about 6 to 7 red lights on either side. It made no sound at all. saw for about 30sec and tried to catch on iphone but was into a lite area of the park by time I got the cam app up. Others at the park saw also.

Tonight, I went out to get better reception and decided to look out at the sky. I occasionally look out at stars or sight see for anything interesting. I have seen many shooting stars, your occasional moon events. I especially see air crafts coming in due to a nearby airport and airfields. I have never, however, seen anything like this. It flew noticeably close to the ground and had no noise coming from it. It had a chevron shape, but was more obtuse and had nothing on the back to signify any rockets or propellers. The overall size itself was not commercial at all. More privatized or military issued. The craft had no visible detail to it besides the red lights on the edges from the bottom (Est. about 11 in all), perhaps due to the absence of moonlight and few streetlights. It did not have much speed either. It looked more like it was gliding or just floating through the sky. The whole event was very short, but caught my attention and encouraged me to investigate. I found a post that almost exactly resembled it in the same area during sunset in 2011. After reading it, I knew I was not imaging things and this same craft has made a second trip.

The faint white boomerang shaped light grew fainter as it went away staying at a constant speed coming from the north heading south. No lights or sounds just moving across the sky. 09/13/14 approx 8:30 a.m. Driving southbound on I-5 approaching Avery and I-5/73 interchange, above Spotted Bull Way, below the clouds. While driving, I saw something I’m unable to explain. A flash of sunlight caught my attention. I looked up to see the sunshine bouncing off the clouds through a V-shaped translucent craft with a large bright circle at the rear of each wing and at the nose of the craft with smaller circles between them. As quickly as it appeared, it disappeared. It was invisible before I was able to pull over to safely take a picture. We have corrected the date above. PD

Witnessed boomerang/chevron shaped UFO starting at exit 2 up to exit 6 north on Everett Turnpike until it went west over UPS towards Holman Stadium out of our site at a slow yet silent speed. Three bright white light and two smaller yellowish lights.
