January 17, 2020 · 7:30 AM · FIREBALL

Las Cruces, NM

Driving south bound down Valley towards Las Cruces and off to the East I saw 7 fireballs just light up one by one in no particular pattern. Once they all appeared, they were illuminated for about 5 minutes, then they fizzled out in reverse order from when they appeared. The fireballs were not behind the Organ Mountians, they were in front of it. From my vantage point, it looked like the fireballs were over the Massillon Valley Mall area.

January 14, 2020 · 7:40 PM · FIREBALL

Jasper, AR

Twelve small constant unblinking lights moving eastward in the southern sky. One light quickly turned Westward. Another light quickly turned Southward and went straight down until it dissapeared. Two minutes later a very bright red yellow white light appeared in the southern sky for about two seconds, then three more identical lights appeared one second at a time, each light appearing beside the previous light all to the west and to the right horizontally of the first light in a straight line fairly close to one another with gap spaces in between and same distances between each light and remaining for about four seconds then all lights dissapeared. Two minutes later another identical bright light appeared lower and slightly west from the first sighting for about four seconds. Three minutes later the same bright lights appeared low in the Eastern sky for approximately four seconds then dissapeared.

January 12, 2020 · 6:57 PM · FIREBALL

Mastic Beach, NY

Fireball was hovering low outside my bedroom window, facing south. The fire started to move upward and then backward. The fireball moved slowly east in a up and down zigzag motion. I heard numerous car horns beeping in the distance. Lost sight of the fireball as it moved southeast. I have a video and the fireball was not shooting across the sky like a meteor. I called Suffolk County Police to make a report.

January 9, 2020 · 4:00 AM · FIREBALL

Dixmont, ME

I was driving by myself to work in warren. There was another car a ways in front of me that also might of seen it. I was on rt. 202 turning on to rt. 7 when I observed a fast moving green ball of fire fall straight down from the sky. I thought it was a missile at first and waited for an explosion but nothing happened. The object moved far to fast to even attempt to record. I didn't have time to stop and wait to see if there would be more.

January 7, 2020 · 9:11 PM · FIREBALL

January 7, 2020 · 5:30 AM · FIREBALL

Bay City, TX

Was taking a early morning walk when I looked up at the sky 3 large fireballs all traveling together with flames shooting off behind each one. Looked like a huge train on flames moving toward the gulf of Mexico. Turning slightly east then disappeared.

January 6, 2020 · 10:00 PM · FIREBALL

Sapelo Island, GA

Facing Blackbeard Creek on North side of Sapelo Island while on the beach, light appears on Atlantic side of island to the southeast and through trees, so was a low flying anamoly. Began as intensely orange red fireball, then a wide birth of flaming tail appeared behind it tthat was unlike any regular meteor. This had a gas like trail that grew and continued on steadyish path straight across horizon and then the wider girth of the fire behind it dissipated but continued to put off a long arc of something like debris continually falling below it and was visible because of the intense ball of light illuminating the arcing debris. At this point it appeared to be "off course," flying more upward and away from coastline. We were both surprised that you could still see the ball of light, as after tail vanished, it just continued to burn brightly but faded out of sight. This was a 4 to 5 minute movement. As it got beyond sight another reddish ball of ligh! t appeared further directly east of us that was more orange in hue and it hovered and then dropped towards ocean and quickly vanished much like a normal meteor. As we had time to really study it, we pondered whether or not this was a missle launch, a falling satelite but there was absolutely no sound associated with it at all.

January 6, 2020 · 8:00 PM · FIREBALL

Los Angeles, CA

A couple friends and I were On the balcony having a smoke, when I glanced At a plane flying and looked below and I saw a bright red (almost looked like it was on fire) ball of light moving slowly over the treetop. We at first thought it could be a meteor but it wasn’t falling, just gliding across the sky in varied speeds.

January 6, 2020 · 5:08 PM · FIREBALL

Sandy Spring, MD

My mother bean and I saw a fireball shooting out of the sky. At first, it seemed like a comet or meteor, but we now know it was not for both of those would last a lot longer than what we saw. It was only seen for 3 minutes because it came down at an incredible speed. I tried to take a few pictures but it was almost as if what I saw with my eyes did not appear on camera. Or maybe I have bad aim.

January 5, 2020 · 8:00 AM · FIREBALL

Wayne, NY

So me and my brother were driving home through this town. And up in the sky was these bright orange yellow lights. At first we thought it was a helicopter because it pirouetted twice. But it wasn't blinking. So this is the country side and alot of people have airplanes, so then we thought it was a plane on fire, because it was falling and spinning and it was so bright. But then it leveled of at about 80 feet. And in a blink of an eye it was atleast 3 miles away then just disappeared. I called a friend the next day and she lives in this town and she saw it too and thought it was a crashing plane. But I'm telling you it was not!!! And there was no sound, which I found odd.

January 1, 2020 · 9:00 PM · FIREBALL

Tucson, AZ

ball of orange light was pretty far above my property when i noticed it split into two, than three before the 1st original orb just vanished. after it split the original 1st orb reappeared but about 3X as bright. before they all faded. this happened in my backyard and a friend of mine captured the exact same thing in New Mexico. my only theory is some sort of flares but i don’t see how flares would act that way. and how the original one lit up like that. i’m really wanting to come to a conclusion of what this is. i had completely disregarded this event until a friend of mine showed me a video of the same exact thing

January 1, 2020 · 1:00 AM · FIREBALL

Lake Wylie, SC

January 1, 2020 · 12:17 AM · FIREBALL

Pinellas Park, FL

Sighting of 2 fireball type objects within a minute or so of each other. Traveling from the west to east. The flying pattern of the object was not of any conventional aircraft. The fireball seemed to consist of 3 individual fireballs or lights. To the naked eye, they appeared white, but the video taken shows them as almost orange in color. They moved horizontally but would randomly drop down in the sky and would eventually slowly disappear into thin air. Then, shortly after one disappeared from sight, another would appear in the same location as the first and take the same path from west to east, as the previous one. Sighting was made by two individuals, husband and wife, in their mid-50's, of sound mind and body. I will be posting an additional report regarding the same type of sighting that happened in the same exact location exactly one year to the day, and almost to the minute prior.

December 31, 2019 · 11:00 PM · FIREBALL

Fort Lauderdale, FL

I was in Fort Lauderdale, FL looking toward the East on New Years Eve and I saw a bright orange light in the sky. At first I thought it was a drone, but the altitude, speed and distance it traveled led me to believe that it was not a drone. It moved from North to South across the sky and disappeared to the South.

Jacksonville, FL

I was outside looking at fireworks on new Years Eve and I saw a bright deep orange round shape possible burning like a rocket engine would but on the whole craft. It moved in a straight line from west to east: from the St Johns river area to possibly the Ocean . It was completely silent and looked about 15000 to 80000 feet high. I saw it for about 90 seconds. There was no tail. No exhaust plumes. Appeared traveling about the spped of a small plane.

Spokane, WA

Me and my father were sitting in the hot tub relaxing when we saw 3 objects that looked like round fire balls appear in the sky going south west they were gaining elevation and traveling at a moderate pace they kept rising into the clouds then a fourth appeared and followed the same path Our first thought was flares but they kept getting higher in the air and the path they took seems to coordinated. I also have video of the sighting.

December 26, 2019 · 8:45 PM · FIREBALL

Waukegan, IL

I was walking our dog at approximately 9:45 PM due North on the sidewalk in front of our neighbors house. It was mostly dark and clear, but I could see clouds covering part of the sky. While looking up at the sky for stars I saw a green dot pass over from my right shoulder which caught my attention and I focused on it. The pinpoint emerald bright dot moved from over the neighbors garage over our open park heading North Northwest in a perfectly straight path. It moved much faster than any airplane and dissipated before the extent of my view. It looked like a green meteor burning up in the atmosphere, but was below the clouds and was bright emerald green. I could not tell if it was just over the trees, or just below the clouds. No sound could be heard on a very quiet night. No other object were seen in the vicinity. Lasted 3 seconds and no time to take a photo. Our dog did not react.
