I can’t remember the city name, we were driving through, NJ
My son (16) and I (48 at the time) were leaving a lacrosse game and heading home to NY. We were talking about where we should stop for dinner. We were stopped at an intersection in a rural area. There was a corn field nearby. When we noticed ahead of us, up in the sky were three large round lights. They were all the same size, perfect circles, one at the top in the center of the two below it, like a triangular formation. There was no sound, no wind changes coming from them. They were perfectly still. We looked at them then looked at each other and said “what are those?” We couldn’t believe what we were seeing. How were they suspended up there? We kept repeating over and over “what are they? How are they on the sky like that?” I can’t tell you why we didn’t think of taking a picture…We had a long day and a long drive ahead of us so we shrugged our shoulders and drove away.

Looking up at the clouds, I noticed a ball of light traveling straight across the sky. It came to a full stop, and made a strange maneuver. I looked away for a brief second, and when I looked for it again, the UFO was gone. We spoke via telephone with the witness, who telephoned our Hotline, and we found him to be seemingly sober-minded, and apparently sincere about his sighting. Some of his co-workers saw the same object, although we have not received report from them. Source of this report forwards photos of discoloration on his hands. We cannot imagine how the sighting of an object in the sky could cause the discolorations. PD

Very bright light, started over West Pacific Beach moving East. Did not flash like a light but rather rapidly became bright then dim. It then looked like a satellite moving across the sky but dimmer. Every 30 seconds the brightness would return. Tumbling booster?? PD

Sitting on front porch with roommate around 00:30, noticed a object incredibly high in the sky moving much faster than any craft I've seen moving west. On course, the object dishcharged two objects that became bright and dimmed out, as if they were shooting into space. Once the objects discharged, the original object changed course to NE, stalled out, became increasingly bright and dimmed as if it was moving deeper into space. Minutes later, another object was seen moving incredibly fast in a NW direction. Object made a couple sharp zig zag maneuvers, changed direction to North and became increasingly bright to only dim out like the previous objects.

On 7/18/17, I was driving on a clear night around 2230 in the rural town of Roy, WA. I saw some small bright lights that made an elongated diamond shape and then they each blinked out, except for one, which then became brighter for a moment and seemed to expel out 3 smaller lights in an arch. Then, they just seemed to fly around a bit at odd angles and one by one disappeared. The last one, which had expelled the other 3 stayed for a bit longer without moving but sort of pulsing it’s light and then blinked out. Lastly, they made no sound. Description of observer: 60 y/o Female. Registered Nurse that works in Hospice. Happily married and loving life. I am truthful most of the time except when I feel threatened, and always regret lying. I don’t take drugs, and only enjoy wine occasionally. I am physically active and don’t watch a lot of tv. I write, read, play guitar and sing.

After a short rainstorm, I was in our back yard, looking for a rainbow with my four-year old daughter. Looking East toward the mountains, I see a spot of light hovering in the sky. I thought it to be the landing lights an airplane at first, then noticed about five other points of light near the first. The lights seemed to dance around each other for a time. I watched for a short time, then each light seemed to fade into the clouds one after another. While I watched, the lights never moved far from their locations in the sky. There was no apparent pattern to them or anything like that. Just apparently random points of light playing in the sky.

Just one bright orange light visible, not moving, not twinkling, very visible, could not have been a planet. Did not change location for the couple of minutes I could see it. I tried to follow it while I was driving to assess what it could've been, but it disappeared at some point, and was not seen again. I was finishing reading late at night in my dorm room at UCF, and I looked outside and saw a very bright light that normally isn't there. It was just shining and staying still for about a minute and then it moved left and grew dimmer once it started to move, until it went behind a building where I couldn't see it anymore. Then a second bright whitish orange light appeared slightly off from where I saw the first one at, and flew off in a similar manner in an opposite direction. The objects had their light arc off in random patterns, and stay, then change again, as they moved, but this didn't happen when they were still.

Last night, my neighor and I saw 5 glowing lights in the sky around 11:00pm. At first we thought they were plane's and the light were not blinking they were sold and low. they vanished one at a time, then they were just gone. While sky watching my husband and I were looking at an extremely bright star to the west. As we watched the light, the star intensified and started to move away slowly at first and faster, growing smaller until disappearing. We were pretty shocked, neither of us had seen any thing like it before. Like I said, it looked just like a star for quite a bit. It was no plane, we see them all the time and know what they look like.

Bright, star-sized, light, flying from West to East at very high speed, moving in a relatively straight line, except it was zigzagging a lot like an insect. Object did not disappear, until it reached beyond the horizon line. Note: Two other unusual lights were seen that night with binoculars, but too dim and far away to substantiate, very high speed. However, while scanning the night sky around 9:45 PM, I noticed a light directly overhead. At first, I thought it was a satellite moving quietly, steadily due north. But then I saw it was blinking on-and-off in one second intervals. No navigation lights were evident, and the light was not the strobe of a high-flying aircraft. In fact, two such high-flying jets (headed west) crossed well in front of this object, so it was easy to discern and compare what a strobe looked like at altitude vis-a-vis the unknown object. In terms of illumination, the object/light resembled Saturn in both brightness and magnitude, although the quality of its light was a steady pale white while lit. There light definitely wasn't a flash like that of a strobe, and it wasn't like the brilliant reflected light of a planet like Jupiter or Saturn. It had no star-like characteristics, either. Unlike transient satellite flashes, the pulsing remained constant throughout the sighting. And, unlike a satellite, the object appeared to stop about 30 degrees above the horizon for 15-20 seconds, before heading off in a more northwest direction (a deviation under 10 degrees). It pulsed steadily until it disappeared from view. No navigation lights were ever in evidence; no contrail; no sound; no silhouette visible against the sky. The sighting lasted about five minutes. For some reason, witness indicates that the date of the sighting is approximate. PD

At approximately 9:30 PM, in Woburn, MA, on 7/16/17, while sitting in our yard having a cigarette, my wife and I observed a very bright red light, with white and green flashing lights on top, coming across the sky from the direction of Winchester, MA, at approximately the height one might expect from a helicopter, but at an extremely high rate of speed. I remarked to her "Wow, that's really moving", when it suddenly stopped and hovered for about 10 seconds, before proceeding to speed in the direction of Wilmington, MA, where it again stopped and hovered for a few seconds, before proceeding to return back in the direction I was standing. My wife had gone in the house and alerted my son, who also observed the object move, stop, and hover again, before proceeding rapidly in the direction of Stoneham, MA, and out of sight. At no time was there any sound noted. The only thing it could have been was a drone, but the height and especially the extreme speed, makes that very unlikely in my opinion.

The encounter occured early Sunday morning, on July 15, while fishing on the Verdigris River, near Independence, Ks. My fishing buddy and I, while catfishing out in a boat, caught sight of a single bright star-shaped light, which began moving at will in all directions; side to side, up and down, and with either, a bouncing motion or in a straight line. Also, the object was able to brighten and dim itself at will. And after watching for about an hour, two more lights appeared, one on each side of the first. They also began moving randomly, and sometimes in sync with the first, but were the lesser of the first light. The time line of the entire encounter was approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours, until sun completely rose. As daylight appeared the first light, first object, shined bright and did not dissipate with the other stars. It vanished when we both looked away for brief time and as we looked back again it had vanished.

I was outside because I received an alert for possible auroral activity. Tall trees were to my right as I faced the northern sky. From behind a tall tree to my right, a light emerged from somewhere between Cygnus and Lacerta, moving straight toward Cepheus. I thought it was a shooting star, but it did not diminish or burn up as most do. Suddenly, without slowing down, it made a big broad turn to its left, which was toward the constellation of Cassiopeia, below Cepheus or you could also say moving closer to the northern horizon. This was not a slow gradual turn in the sky, but a remarkable swiftly moving turn that was in effect a 180 degree turn, nowhere near being "on course" from its original trajectory. Again, this was a very swift moving, silent object moving at a speed similar to that of a shooting star. The object itself was not as distinct as a meteor in the sky. The object's light was closer to white, and the object itself was either blurry, or may have consisted of several lights on one object, or possibly several objects flying in a very tight formation.

After taking sunset pics from Windsor side of Detroit River, looking toward Detroit, the sky was darkening, when I noticed a small bright red/orange light coming from the north below high clouds over Detroit. I thought at first it was likely a plane or helicopter, but it was a single, unblinking light. I thought it may be a Chinese lantern, as I 'd seen several launched in the same area a year ago, but it wasn't a flame creating the light. When I realized it had no easy explanation, I reached for my camera phone and quickly set it to the highest 4x magnification and tried to get a video, but full magnification didn't pick it up and while I was attempting to find it on screen, it disappeared. It was a slow, steady moving light that came from the north (moderate winds from the west) that without changing speed, abruptly changed direction 3 times before it disappeared. It kind of resembled the speed of a satellite, but was a small, but bright unchanging red/orange light that flew under the high clouds. Thought it might have been a drone, but it seemed to be a mile or more high and I didn't think drones flew that high.

Multiple colored lights moving North to South in straight paths about 2215 hours? Watched about two dozen over the course of five minutes moving at the speed of satellites, but much larger. White, blue, red, green and orange on multiple trajectories. Steady state, no flashing. No sound.

Hovering neon green light, appeared to stay in one place. witness was in a moving vehicle and stated that the light appeared to be in one stop the entire ride, or moving very slowly. shape of light was ovular, disk like, or circular. light seemed to be lower to the ground, lower than an airplane.

Sitting with one other person on our balcony...looking east. Partially cloudy sky that night. Other person points and says "what is that?!!" I look up, seeing seven very bright lights, traveling in a nearly straight line, traveling in a north to south direction, at about a 50% angle from the horizon, above us. The lights were much brighter than the brightest star in the sky--perhaps 10 times or more brighter. My first reaction was one of being very startled and concerned. This did not look like anything I had EVER seen in the sky before...and I was at first concerned it was something dangerous. After it continued past us, I was less concerned, and just very curious at what it was. The lights did not make any sound that we could hear...and the night was overall quite quiet. The lights continued on their path, coming in and out of the clouds in a southern direction, for about 6 minutes or so...as they faded out of view and into the clouds in the distance. Hard to get a good read on their altitude, but they were significantly higher than the relatively low clouds that night, and perhaps a fair bit higher. If I had to guess, I would say 5,000 - 15,000 feet. But again, I'm no expert at altitude distances. Unfortunately, both of our phones were charging in the other room, and by the time we thought to get pictures, the lights were out of sight. To describe the lights in more detail: Seven (maybe 8) very bright, white lights, maybe 10 times brighter (or more) than the brightest star in the sky, traveling in a nearly straight-line formation across the sky. They were traveling in a nearly single-file line, with a couple of the lights slightly out of line. The lights were very close together -- all 7 seven of the lights were approximately contained in the outline of my fist when my arm was completely outstretched. They seemed to be traveling at the approximate speed of an airplane. They were traveling at a constant speed. They seemed to be either twinkling or blinking... not all at once, but at a constant rate...maybe every second or so.

I was very afraid after seeing the beings. They were nothing like us. Bald like how I am today. They seemed more like light beige they weren't speaking. They could tell I was afraid. I was on a table for a short period of time and asking what are you doing, no, stop. I don't remember what they were doing to me. I felt no pain, and I don't remember them touching me. Just staring. I felt bound. I couldn't move and this is where my fears were stemming from. Being stuck. After I begin praying more. I was shifted back into my driver's seat and seen a flash above me disappear. My daughters formula for her feeding tube was all over the floor in the backseat, she was no longer crying and just staring at me in silence. There were string like webs coming from my vehicle as I put my truck in drive, and sped immediately to my grandmother's house where my father, cousin, and grandmother were. I was in tears and trying to explain. My cousin and grandmother thought I was on a drug and I could tell they didn't believe me. My dad kept shutting them down. And explaining to them that it happened in Louisiana to him and that's why he didn't want to tell them before. This is the third time in my life I've had an encounter. The first one was with my dad, in university place area washington, me and him were going to the store and witnessed the craft just hovering. We stayed in the street staring until it took off before our eyes. The 2nd was with all my cousins off of 74th street in Tacoma WA, broad daylight. We all witnessed the craft it was round and sped off, fast as light. This last time, I ended up losing all the hair on my entire body exactly 3 weeks later. Doctors said it would grow back in 6 months. To this day I'm bald after having gorgeous long beautiful hair. My daughters bald spot is just now growing back. I also became pregnant out of the blue and carried my daughter full term. She bled to death after her surgery at children's hospital. My cars computer system failed, today I get downloads about scientific things. My daughter is completely healed from her EA/TEF and drs were able to take out her feeding tube. I don't get sick and I get downloads about scientific things that I know science is still trying to discover and I've developed blood type B+ allergy symptoms. I have my grandfathers blood type and not my dad's or mother's. My mother is O-. Her body was supposed to recect me during pregnancy because she never got the rhoGam vaccine. Ppl come to me for information about their lives and since this contact I've I've been 100% spot on, even live with hundreds of people watching. Its natural for me. I predict events and solve everything efficiently with ease. My daughter was behind on everything from her condition. Today she's above average and granted awards. She is precise in knowing events and uses words we have no idea where they come from. I've had to relocate here to Georgia due to corruption in justice system and family member criminal activities and schemes against me after they became aware of me knowing about the activities and crimes they're all participating in. I had to relocate to protect myself and my children from their chaos and greed. Feedback form investigator: In either 2017 or 2018, at the intersection of 96th & 84th, Tacoma, WA, the witness encounter occurred. She pulled over in her car to provide nourishment to her infant. Witness is not sure of the exact date. The following encounter may have happened for three minutes. Her recollection involves the observation of a luminous object intensifying in brightness. She described lying on a slab with transparent forms of beings around her. The beings had no particular form, didn’t speak, and acted confused with how the witness acted toward them. In a very foggy state of mind, she was back in her car. Her baby kept staring at her and smiling. When they placed her back into her car,she found it covered with a spider web substance, which blew off when she drove away. She thought the substance cloaked her vehicle because they left her baby in the car. After the incident, major lifetime changes happened. She got immediately pregnant and Children’s Hospital took the child at birth, telling her the baby had severe medical issues. The baby died. Since the encounter, she lost her hair, and she is still bald. Doctors tell her it’s a medical mystery. Witness feels they entities gave her a gift. Her Dad received the same gifts from his encounters. Her understanding of scientific procedures has sped up years ahead of discovery. She can read peoples’s lives with 100% accuracy. She's enrolled in a Harvard certification program on identification prediction and decision-making. Her daughter, who was in the car, is a gifted child and the medical issue she was born with is gone. The witness has become an entrepreneur and scientific type of person. She never had an affinity for science in high school. The car she was driving during the encounter, a Cadillac CTX, never had prior issues, but shortly after the incident, it wouldn’t operate.

Bright, green, light also white in color possible fireball flew over house and across street about 20ft above trees approximately 10:02pm. It was completely dark outside. Disappeared out of sight once on other side of tree sight. Not enormous in size, but rather large. Hard to determine size really. It was a ball. Kinda oval and circular. There was no sound at all. No jet trails or streams. Lasted about 4 seconds. It glided smooth and went across and over the trees. About 5-10 minutes later there were numerous jets with lights on both wings flying low going towards direction. Also, numberous helicopters. We spoke via telephone with the witness, and she stated that the apparent size of the object was larger than that of a full Moon, and perhaps several times larger. Her impression was that it was not a meteor, contrary to local news reports. PD
