While watching sky around 8:30 pm, I witnessed about 20 degrees above the horizon 3 lights move on the same line towards the same spot like you would see satellites move, except each was alone, until disappearing, and then a giant flare upward appeared. Once the flare went down, I noticed the second light which repeated first lights actions. I did not see the flare on the third light.

08/14/17 12:20 a.m., I was driving home, east bound, and I noticed a odd haze in the sky, and then a light slowly became very bright then would dim to darkness, there seemed to be two separate lights but very close to one another. I observed several sessions of this happening and it remained in one spot, then finally disappeared and only darkness was left as if it never happened.

Small light, size of plane or star (about 40,000 to 50,000 feet up), moved quickly across sky, towards the east. It made a sudden sharp right turn, then a long streak movement down towards the horizon (tree line) past Volcanoville, CA.

8/13/2017 @ 9:32 p.m. Observing the sky for Perseid meteorites and noticed a light pulse above the Angeles Crest. I kept staring at the same spot to see if it would pulse again, and sure enough, 10 to 15 seconds later, another pulse. I called my son out to make sure I wasn’t imagining things and he confirmed what I was seeing. This continued 32 times. The light pulse was less that a second and varied in brightness each time. It traveled from west to the east and its path spanned approximately 15 degrees within 5 minutes time then finally stopped. I’ve seen many satellite fly overs but nothing like this. Can’t figure this one out???

I had been driving from Minneapolis to Des Moines and had dropped a friend off West of Des Moines. As I drove East on I-80, I saw a light that was moving in strange ways. It was most definitely not a plane. It was moving behind clouds then back out into plain sight. There were no flashing lights on it, but it kept changing color seemingly randomly. It would change between red, blue and yellow. I pulled over to get a video with my phone but when I got out of the car, it was gone. I had this odd feeling that it knew I was watching it… as if there was a connection between the object and me.

Then I noticed from the corner of my eye a flash of white light coming from the northwest. I looked over and notice something strange. I observed a glowing light. First it would dim bright then dim back down until no lights could be seen then it would flash a bright silver white light for a few seconds then go dark. Again, it would start to dim and glow bright then dim to darkness. I would describe it as a pulsating light, that would flash a bright silver light after each pulse. I observed this ship for about 30 minutes just sitting in the still darkness of thirty acres in the middle of a forest. It moved slowly across the night sky, until it disappeared. My farm is barren and has no trees. It sits in the center of a forest with no lights or villages around for kilometers. I started to search today about the event that took place on August 12th, 2017, at 23:30, on the internet to see if other people noticed it. I did not find any reports so I came a cross this site to report the event. Thank You for this Site.

Bright flashes seeming in a zig zag pattern each flash was of different intensities. Also seemed to move backwards with its zig zag pattern. There were about 7 to 8 flashes. The flashes were of a white light in some flashes were extremely bright while others were not as intense.

Spruce Knob Lake WV, August 12, 2017 We were watching a meteor shower and witnessed a UFO. It was a square light, very very bright, and it appeared to open and close like a window or door. It moved across the sky slowly, somewhere between a very high passenger jet and a life flight helicopter. No noise was observed. It was brighter than anything else in the night sky. Weather was 50% clouds, and the meteor shower was hard to watch. This light was bright enough to see through wispy clouds. It moved across the sky and it closed, like a window or door. It would then reappear and move in a totally different direction, and it repeated this about a half dozen times. We had family members and friends in Nineveh Pa and Fairmont WV who also witnessed this light while observing the meteor shower.

My wife and I were watching the Meteor Shower, we were laying down on a picnic table our feet facing about 45 degs on the compass which is NE. At around 10:15 pm, I spotted a flash of light at about 65 degs upward and about 30 degs on the compass. I estimate 3-4 secs later, it flashed again and I could detect it was slowly moving. Every 3-5 seconds it would flash again and continued moving toward 65 degs on the compass. It took about 15 minutes to travel from 30 degs to 65 degs, it became dim and I could no longer detect it. There were no other blinking lights, so, therefore, I conclude it was not a plane. What it was I cannot say.

During one of its hovers, the red light seemed to split into 2 red lights, at which point the green strobing light was turned off. A plane passed by in the general vicinity, but above the light, and it seemed to react by suddenly dropping altitude very quickly. Once the plane had passed, the 2nd red light disappeared/turned off and the green strobe resumed. The light then drifted slowly in the sky momentarily and then accelerated towards downtown Norfolk at about the speed of a helicopter until it was out of sight. It could have possibly been a drone but the abnormal flight behavior, time of night, speed and distance covered made me skeptical of that. It’s hard to estimate the altitude of the light, however it was well below the clouds and normal flight paths of aircraft in the area. While observing Perseids meteor shower, spotted a white light in the northeastern sky. The light was stationary and pulsed slowly, like a lighthouse or beacon. Occasionally, the light would flash quickly and very brightly. It appeared to be high in the sky, and we could not see the object itself. There was no sound. After about 10 minutes, it moved off slowly to the east, then abruptly vanished.

the same thing happened a couple of months ago and the light just vanishes, way too fast to be a drone or a plane and can't move like a plane or helicopter.

We went inside for awhile, then decided to go back out, and they were still there, except for there was now a solid yellow light looking like a huge yellow ball to the left of the formation. At first was huge then faded to nothing in a instant, then it instantly came back. Once again we went back inside for awhile came back out and the 9 original lights that were positioned in there places were still in exact same spots still pulsating colors every now and then. This happened between hours of 3am and 6am.

I was driving from Denver to LA on the 11th. It was 2:00 am in the morning in utah i believe around ST. GEORGE, I had been traveling about 80-85 mph. While driving through a pass of high rocks, it cleared out and the canyons were on both sides of me. While I looked to my right, i saw a white/red light hovering in the canyon, i was alone on my side going southbound, no cars around me and didn't think of anything of it. about five mins later, i see three red/white lights to the right of me out of my passenger window. The three objects were traveling the same speed as i was and hovering over the canyon. At that moment i looked to my left and looked up and there were another two objects with the same red and white light higher in elevation but also tracking my movements. At one point i had grabbed my led flash light to point towards the objects and one of the objects proceeded to move up and directly behind me, at that point that object had moved closer and i ! looked back and it had flashed a white light twice. Then i grabbed my phone to try to take a video and it backed off. This continued for about almost 40 mins while i was traveling at 80-85, didn't want to stop in the middle of the desert and continued to drive until i came up to this town i saw on my left side. I could tell because there were a bunch of house lights and such. At that moment i noticed three lights in the shape of a triangle, the lights were at each point. I could see a haze of sort and a ship and at the bottom right of the triangle it looked like a green beam was scanning a house. AT that point i decided to slow down and see if what i was seeing was real. I put my window down and all the objects following me stopped. I decided to move my car really slow and they proceeded to follow. At that point i decided to leave because i was on the road by myself. I pulled off an exit to see if i could get a better look but no one was around so i decided to just leave. The objects seemed like it was tracking and respond! ing to m y reaction. After I left the town, they had completely stopped tracking me.

Saw a bright light hovering red with white blinking on the side stayed there for 2 minutes i was on the phone the whole time it was hovering then it went towards me to the left like it knew I saw it or it was watching me then it without turning turned to a green light and went east and dissapeared

My husband and I were outside with our dogs. I looked up and there was a light moving through the sky, no blinking lights just a solid light. It made no noise. I joked with my husband about it being a UFO, and blinked my flashlight in its direction a couple of times, and it just disappeared.

My daughter and I were outside when I noticed a bright light in the western sky, just above the tree line, moving from west to east. There were no visible blinking lights on it. As it moved we noticed very lite lights coming out of it a zipping away. Unlike airplanes there was no sound. This kept up until it was out of sight. About 3-4 minutes.

We decided to go to the backyard to see. There was distant lightning, but this was different in quality of light we kept seeing. At one point a strange vibrating hum outside- like when you rub your finger around the rim of a wine glass, that deep vibrating hum echoed around us...then was gone. We decided to call it a bus and lightening...but it wasn't. I'm sure there's an explanation I just don't know what it is.

I was walking around at night. I was under a brightly lit parking lot, so i couldnt see the stars, but then i noticed a light that started very dim and got brighter, and then faded out again. I would describe it as looking exactly like a lighthouse light rotating around. I kept watching and it kept fading back in and out. Sometimes it would be a sudden bright light turning on and off, but it was mostly like a lighthouse light rotating most of the time. While I was under the brightly lit area I was unable to determine if it was moving or not, but it appeared to stay in the same spot as I walked. I was able to get to a darker area where I could see the stars, and I watched it continue to rotate in and out of brightness, but it was becoming less frequent and less bright. Then i noticed it was moving away slowly, and i eventually lost sight of it. Some might say this is an iridium flare, but it kept on rotating for about five minute, and sometimes would just flash a single light. It was very bright at first, so bright that I could see it under the brightly lit area I was under. I think the brightness of it had decayed significantly once I was able to see the rest of the stars. I also saw 2 other lights moving across the sky. I've seen these before, and think they might have just been satellites, but I figured I should report it since I saw them around the same time.

I was coming out of my local grocery store, when I encountered two employees of the store pointing out the strange lights in the sky. One of the lights, the one on front was zig-zagging, which was amazing to see, the one behind it was following in a straight line. They were both emitting short beams of white light and flew rapidly from the Northwest to the east and disappeared behind the mountain range known as the bookcliffs. I noticed these flying objects were not airplanes because they were not flashing any lights at all, it was just a very bright white light and it was also traveling too fast. Noticed a bright light very high in the sky starting above great salt lake moving east/southeast (correction from previous saying northeast) at a high rate of speed for as high as it was. I thought it was a plane or possibly the ISS until watching it I noticed slight abrupt changes in the direction it was heading. As it was approaching the east bench of the salt lake valley it seemed to gain altitude and disappear very unusually and quickly unlike and aircraft I've ever seen in the area. My friend and I were swimming at night and having a good time, while my dad was on the steps of my back porch, trying to replace a step. We were talking, being slightly loud. I looked behind some trees, over a few houses and saw two extremely bright lights, in the shape of car headlights. For a few seconds, I brushed it off as an airplane type I had never seen before. I calmly pointed at the aircraft, telling my friend to look. When she turned around, the aircraft suddenly started moving to the right. Not like a normal plane, it wasn't at a steady pace. It looked like a car that was breaking down, but it was level to where it was before. Then it started moving faster and faster to the right. I screamed and told my dad and friend to get inside. My friend and I struggled to get out of the pool, but I kept my eyes on the aircraft. It turned to the side, the lights then faced away from me, and went behind some trees. Two other lights, seemingly on the a! ircraft appeared. They were purple and green, much smaller and nowhere near as bright as the lights before. I waited for the aircraft to come out from the other side of the trees, but it didn't. I kept a close eye on it. My dad calmed us down, and we went back into the pool. Jets and planes fly over my house a lot, but this one had an unfamiliar route and was too close to the ground to be an airplane trying to land, there were no airports close enough. Jets in my area have a square light formation, of white, red, and sometimes yellowish lights. Planes, however, with my airport, typically have red and/or blue lights. Pretty much any lights besides green and purple. Not to mention, the two brightest lights on planes typically are on the front, and are white. Yes, that matched the discription, but how exactly did the plane remain still, and move to the right when it's front was facing us? If it was a plane, the lights on it's front would've been facing us, so I understand why it would appear still, but that doesn't really explain why it moved sideways, with no hesitation or normal movement of any other planes. Anyway, we were back in the pool. Trying to have a good time, and ignore what we saw. I kept a close eye on the spot between the trees the entire time. I turned to talk to my friend, then spun back around and saw the lights again... in the exact same spot. I screamed my friend's name as I rushed out of the pool. The aircraft did the exact same thing once again. When I was talking to my dad about it, who was trying to convince me it wasn't a UFO, for my good night sleep's sake, I pointed behind him and there it was again. It then, moved to the right, and disappeared behind the trees. I feel as if we were being spied on. Every time I pointed at it, or started screaming, it left, then returned when I wasn't looking. It's incredible, but I've been followed by too many things like this. Also, no noise followed it. It was completely quiet.
