Driving north on Interstate 5, between mile markers 80 and 81, just north of Chehalis, WA. Time was approx. 12:50 pm, Sept. 12th, 2017. I may be off on the exact time, it happened two weeks ago and I haven't posted this until now. My attention was drawn to a large round white object moving across my field of view from right to left; it looked like it had a white trail behind it as it was moving very fast and also at a relatively low altitude. I don't know how to estimate the altitude exactly but I'd say it was maybe 3 to 4 thousand feet high. At first, I thought it was a reflection on my windshield, but as I followed it with my eyes, I saw it out my rolled down driver-side window. Definitely something in the sky moving fast and low in a generally West direction. Maybe slightly north of west. The entire event lasted 2 to 3 seconds but was pretty impressive. Didn't hear any sounds or notice any electronic effects. Not the first time I've seen a UFO on this general flight path in this area.

Last night the most incredible thing happened to my family and I. First time was around 830pm, I believe. I was playing my playstation and the wife was in bed, when all of a sudden a bright light filled the sky and my whole inside of the house. It lasted 1 second. Then it was immediately followed the strangest sound that I've ever hear in my life (I'm military and have heard a lot of things). It was horribly loud and sound like a grinding metal mixed with a deep scream! It shook the house and the neighborhood. My wife jumped out of bed and couldn't believe It! It immediately was followed by a white blinding light and that sound again. I went outside to see if it was a transformer but there was no storm and nothing was wrong. My neighbors asked what happened and then went inside. I came back in and tried to forget but it happened again at 200am! This with a pattern of 3 times! It woke my wife up again! And my kids this time. I looked outside and still nothing. 400am was it happened again with a pattern of 3 times! The vibration of it made me feel sick! I didn't sleep at all trying to figure this out. I just couldn't. My power company didn't have any idea nor did anybody else! I never lost power! I posted what had happened on facebook and have gotten people messaging me saying they heard or saw it too! I had one lady say her lights flickered off and on in her car as she drove by the neighborhood. Odd??? The part that gets me the most is the lights and sounds had an order to them. It wasn't a coincidence or damage with something electric. It had a pattern. If you can help me out here I would appreciate it! I've never been big on this kind of stuff but I just can't deny what just happened to us. Should I worry? Are we in some kind of trouble or was it a one time thing? Nothing has happened since the other night! We spoke with the witness via telephone, and he sounded to us to be serious-minded. PD

Between the hours of approximately 10:30 pm EST and 10:45 pm EST, I observed a tight procession/single file flight of what could have been anywhere from eight to twelve red lights flying in an unremarkable yet "eerie" manner from the NNE to a SW direction. I am not discounting the possibility that these could be aircraft perhaps heading towards either Florida or Texas for hurricane relief operations - but these "aircraft" had only a red light(s) as far as I could discern, and there were a lot of them following each other in a "one by one" procession. They flew over neighboring Middletown, Ohio, which is next door to Monroe - at a relatively low altitude. They did not originate from the proper direction of Wright Patterson AFB - but from farther North. There were no unusual flight behaviors that would differentiate them from typical aircraft - but I could not hear any noise that I could directly associate with them. The scene struck me as being very creepy. Neighborhood dogs were barking - but I was unsure if this was because of the objects - or because I was standing on my porch and they heard me making remarks such as, "Oh my God!" - and "You must be ((word deleted)) kidding me!".

As we were walking around 10:00 pm, the night of the 9th, we both saw a huge, bright flash of light in the sky, looking in the north direction. The sky was clear that night (could see a few stars already... It wasn't a beam; it didn't travel or hover. Just a quick bright flash of light. Like something in the sky had taken a picture of us (example just to give an idea of duration and type of light).

About thirty minutes ago, just before 9:30 p.m. I spotted three small round orange lights in the sky in upside down triangle formation (Two lights on top, one on bottom) near my home in Newfoundland, PA. I was pulling off the main road onto my road and spotted the lights just above the tree line. I drove downhill to the bottom of the road to follow the lights which were visible on and off through the trees and were moving southeast. I lost sight of the lights at the dead end of the road. Then I drove out onto route 447 north (as going south nothing would be visible due to tree cover) to see if I could spot them again. I saw two of the three lights barely visible just above the horizon, for about 20 seconds before they disappeared. There could have been some spotty cloud cover, so perhaps they just disappeared behind clouds, although the stars were visible when I was back at my house. Tobyhanna army depot is south of the area about 10 miles. I don’t know if this could somehow have been connected with that depot. Witness is a ((specialty deleted--medical specialist)).

I turn my head to the left and RIGHT above our store in the strip mall was a bright red light in the shape of a saucer (I personally didn't see the actual craft itself) I said "what the hell is that?" Which made my co-workers turn to look.. In that instant, 3 of the 4 of us seen this bright red light slowly moving from the east to the west above our store. It then turned slightly to its right and then COMPLETELY disappeared right before our eyes. As if it turned into a portal or went behind a veil. It LITERALLY disappeared!! We all started jumping up and down with excitement because we KNOW what we just witnessed together!! There was no mistaking what it was. There was no tracer of light, there was no sound whatsoever!! It wasn't a firework (no sound and this light was too big for that). It definitely wasn't a drone of any sort because as I said, this bright red light LITERALLY disappeared before our very eyes.

I saw a few strange orange lights outside my window. I live near Orlando International Airport so several planes fly overhead every hour, these lights did not look at all like planes or helicopters. A plane will have a red light on the left wingtip, a green light on the right wingtip, and a strobe light in the center. This was a solid orange light, there were several of them traveling from East to West, and they appeared to be at relatively low altitude. There were also planes in the sky at the time and these lights were drastically different, they sort of looked like flares but were traveling completely horizontally. When one passed particularly close I thought it sounded like a rocket engine but it could have been the sound of a jet passing overhead. A buddy of mine saw them outside his house about 15 minutes later; he lives nearby and also saw the orange lights traveling horizontally East to West. Video: https://youtu.be/n251RhdLho8

A group of us were outside smoking cigarettes when we looked east & saw what looked like a bright star up over the capital area the all of a sudden 2 more star objects shot out of it really fast in different directions then would stop and freeze looking like stars in the sky then they would move all over the sky really fast in all directions that aren't normal and when they moved there was like a little flame looking aspect behind it but when it stopped the flame would disappear and they would just look like bright stars in the sky. It was really weird & they would stop and go like that all over the sky. Then as we all stood there all watching stund 1 by 1 they just disappeared. It was the absolute most crazy thing I've ever seen.

Just after sunset, on the leeward coast, I observed a 20 degree wide shaft of deep blue light from approximately where the sun set to the zenith. I thought at first it was a military laser effect which I am familiar with, but it was too wide a beam and I believe it must be related to the aurora like phenomenon. It was not a cloud. It was deep blue and distinct. It disappeared after about 20 minutes. It was probably a plasma like effect in the atmosphere. It was unusual. Probably not an aurora, given the time of the sighting. Possible shaft of sunlight?? PD

I was outside in my driveway around 11 pm last night. I went outside to close the windows in my car. I looked up to check out the full moon and over the next block I saw a brightly lit object moving overhead. (My house faces east and there are tall trees with two-story houses on the next block. I have a clear view of the sky in front of my house about 3 properties wide on the other side. I am located in the center of a small town about 2-3 miles wide) It was completely calm out with no wind or clouds and there was no noticeable noise coming from the object. The object was brightly lit, about 1-200 feet up and moving over the houses on the next block. I continued to watch its movement and noticed another similarly lit object that cleared the tree line into my view a few seconds later. It had the same bright redish/orange light and was following in the same line as the first object. This continued for a few minutes with multiple objects (6 or so) coming into view and spread apart a few seconds. The objects travelled in this straight line formation from south to north, turned east heading away from me, and then travelled another few seconds to turn north and moved out of my sight. During this group of objects, I heard my son coming down the stairs in the house so I called him out to see it. The temperature was cool and we had all the doors/windows open in the house. He thought it was weird and started getting all panicky since he didn’t know what it was. There was break of about a minute or two and we thought it was over. Then another bright object cleared the trees from the south in the same line as the original group. Over the next few minutes we saw another “group” of 6 or so objects travel the same path from south to north, make a turn to the east and turn north out of our view. There was a break of another minute or two and a third group of 6 or so objects followed the same pattern. After the third group, we waited 5-10 minutes but there was no reoccurrence of these objects. I have no idea what these were and I have not witnessed any similar event in the past. 15 to 20 brightly lit objects, in 3 groups travelling in the same formation, on the same path with multiple turns. It was too dark to make out an actual object but they looked like they would be about 1-2 feet across. The light was bright like a flare so that all you saw was these individual lights moving across the sky.

Two sets of orange/reddish light moving steadily in unison westward in the southern sky. Idk heights by I'd say around the height of regular commercial planes. The moment I noticed how each pair moved in unison it appeared maybe they were all a part of one large object. Can't say for sure. Kinda creepy to witness these things first hand

Observed large white light in sky approx 4 miles up with smoke trail following; observed what appeared to be a separate light directly above it some 500 ft higher of a slight orange color. Both traveling at same speed in same direction, coming from S E headed N E. Cloudless sky. After 3 min of watching, orange light disappeared, 5 sec later, white lit object disappeared as did the smoke trail. Disappeared as in an unusual way, not behind a cloud.

My boyfriend was driving me home one night. All of the sudden i pointed out a weird glowing object in the sky standing still. He stopped the car on the road to look at it too. When the car stopped, the object started moving in a straight line towards direction, would stop, and fly back to where the object originally was. When the object would pause in mid-air, it would change colors from white to blue, then back to white. My boyfriend decided to keep driving and i turned around in my seat to look for the object and it disappeared.

I am a 56 year old female, with two years of college education and I have worked in county government for 36 years. My friend is 57 years old and an elementary school teacher. She has a Bachelor’s and two Master’s degrees in the field of education. Her husband is 72 years old and retired. He Is a US Navy veteran of the Vietnam War, is also a college graduate. He returned to this area and retired from the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services. We are all from Fulton County originally and have lived in this area most of our lives. We were enjoying an evening campfire on their property which is located approximately 2 ½ miles southwest of Lewistown, IL. Around 8:30 pm, I was kicked back in a zero gravity chair, when I noticed a mostly red light moving horizontally across the sky. The way we were sitting, my friends had their backs to it, and so, I immediately started yelling for them to look! We like to go to this same spot to enjoy the yearly Perseid or Leonid meteor showers and at first, I thought we were being treated to a rather large random meteor. However, that was not the case. It continued to move slowly across the sky in a southwest to northeast direction. While we were focused on it as it moved away from us, I noticed another one coming from the same area! It was the same thing, a solid, mostly red light, moving slowly and in a southwest to northeasterly direction. When I say mostly red, it is because it did appear to have some white with it or around it. My friend was able to get ! some video of it using her iPhone. Needless to say, this sparked some very lively discussion for a while as we speculated on a possible explanation for them. There was no noise of any kind associated with them, they were not huge and we guessed they were flying at 500’ or less. We almost immediately thought of them as drones of some sort, but, then wondered about the logistics and legalities of flying them at night? We also thought it might be some sort of study being conducted by the Department of Natural Resources or some other such agency, perhaps studying animal activity at night? Along those lines, we concluded that they were traversing the area in a grid like pattern. We came to that conclusion because the trailing one, while appearing to follow the first, was offset, so to speak, flying at the same altitude, but, parallel to the first and not directly behind it. We were still in the same location, I was again kicked back in the zero gravity lawn chair and at 9:20 or so, when another one appeared!! Same size, same color, everything. It was much farther offset than the first two, but, traveling in the same general direction and at the same altitude and speed as the first two. We waited and watched the sky for quite some time, thinking another “trailer” might be behind it, but, we didn’t see anymore. We wondered, if perhaps, we had missed the lead one and the one we saw this time was the second one? Again, there was no noise associated with it, nothing that would have made you look up, I just happened to be looking up. All three of them just moved steadily across the sky until they appeared to blink in and out until you couldn’t see them anymore. We didn’t feel like they “disappeared.” It was more like, they just got far away and probably went behind the cloud cover. We left probably 40 minutes after the second sighting and went back to town. None of us had seen anything like them before.

Saw 2 lights blinking in the sky. I first thought stars or airplanes but even though they first stayed in place they did move a little. Then one started to move up. Not like anything I have ever seen. It was a controlled upward motion. The other one stayed in place and it was bright and flashing. My husband woke up and I showed him the two lights. The light that had moved up wasn't obvious to him. However the other brighter light staying place but flashing he noticed and said it seemed odd. My husband and I are professionals, we are not believers but we also believe in possibilities. We aren't sure what we saw, what we are sure of is we haven't ever seen anything like it before. I went downstairs to get a drink, and decided, for some reason, to look out the front door. Above my neighbor's house were two crafts with flashing lights like a strobe. I went outside and watched and they appeared to almost be dancing in the sky. I went to get my phone to record it and, as I aimed my phone towards the sky, each craft took off in opposite directions at lightning speeds and disappeared into the sky

I saw a light that looked like a star at first, because it was so high up in the night sky, until it started moving. After a few seconds it seemed to flash right at me like someone was shining a flashlight in my direction from way up in the sky and then it was gone. It was one bright green light that appeared in the sky out of nowhere, and zigzagged across and up/down a small portion of the sky and disappeared a second or two later.
