Driving north on Buckeye Ave. (KS-15), I was somewhat shocked to see a bronze rectangle suspended motionless above the treetops. It just sat there, maybe seventy-five feet above the ground. This was at the corner of N.E. 13th and Buckeye, about two blocks south of the Sonic Drive-in . Once I stopped the car, I attempted to get a better look at it. It appeared to be twelve feet wide and then it went back, about fifteen or twenty feet. It looked to be about six feet high, not real high. The color, though, that’s what was most interesting. It wasn’t a uniform bronze color, there were smaller rectangles of darker material that dotted the underside. I pulled my phone from my hip pocket; and when I looked back, the object was gone. Just like that, no sound, or anything that made a noise that I could remember. I don’t recall engines or propellers or, for that matter, lights, just this rectangle. Once I got back to the office, where I sell insurance, I honestly didn’t know what to do. Who do you call? Who do you report these things to? What do you say? The whole thing was a little unnerving. I was picking up my friend from her house around 10 o’clock. She was trying to sneak out of her house, so my other friend and I waited in the car for her. We didn’t want people to notice us so we turned off the headlights completely and lowered the inside lights coming from the console down (thus there was no chance it was a glare). We were waiting and then in an instant, both of us see this yellow-greenish light. It was rectangular. The street itself was completely dark with the exception of a light post off in the distance. It just appeared out of nowhere. It glided downwards for 5 seconds and then it just ended. It didn’t touch the ground, all of this happened mid-air. It was so quick but very vivid. We could tell it was a rectangle with a green-yellow light/aura coming from it. It was that high but it wasn’t that low. I would say it was at the height of when airplanes just take off, like when they haven’t reached their height cruising speed but not that low. It was very odd. The windows were down to and we didn’t hear anything coming from it. It couldn’t have been a firework or flare as it didn’t come up, it just appeared and then went down. It couldn’t have been a drone, we would have seen the lights continue and it wouldn’t have just appeared out of nowhere. And it definitely wasn’t an airplane or a helicopter.

Rockford (south of), IL
October 24, 2018. This morning on my way to work in IL going North on I-90, I was watching the moon. The sky had a few clouds and the moon was both bright and big. South of Rockford, I saw a rectangular shape, like that of a ruler, start to cross the moon from the upper right side. If the moon was a clock, around 1-2 o’clock. It headed both down and across the moon, as if it were following an orbit. This shape was too large to be a satellite or the space station. Though relatively thin, it was long, not quit the radius of the moon, but almost.

I was in my kitchen on Friday Oct. 19, 2018, at 7:30 am and heard a loud sound. I knew it was not the sound of the constant semis and traffic that speed by my house. It was similar to a jet, but I knew if it was it was flying way too low. I opened the window to lean out because it was coming from the north and could tell it was coming over my house. I was shocked and confused at what I saw!! It was some sort of large craft. It was a flat dark silver metal rectangle shaped object with red lights at each corner and in the middle of both long sides. There were 2 white lights on each long side between the red ones. I don't believe they were flashing. It seemed to be about the size of a jet, but most certainly was not a jet. It didn't even look real! It looked like just a flat piece of metal! It was flying real low like the height a small airplane is when it is spraying a field but much slower. I watched it fly over and it got lower and lower. As it went over the trees to the south, I was sure it was going to crash because of the downward angle it was flying. I remembered thinking that if it crashed it would be in the field south of town but then it was silent. The whole thing only lasted about 30 seconds. My phone was in the other room and I knew I did not have time for that. About 15 minutes later my neighbor pulled out in his semi and as I watched him drive by I noticed what I saw in the sky kinda looked like the side of his semi. That shape and size but smooth and one dimensional. It was the weirdest thing I have ever seen!! I tried to ask a couple people later if they had seen anything but when they asked me what I had seen it all seemed so ridiculous to put into words so I gave up. I am a 56 year old female. I own a small flower shop that I have operated for 25 years in a small town of 800 people. My family has owned farm land here for over 130 years. This is not the first time I have seen something in the sky. Around 6pm on December 3rd, 2017, as I was broke down in an alley in Elk Horn, Iowa, and waiting for a tow truck, I watched a big round bright orange orb slowly and silently float low over me and the town from the west to the east! Again I was alone. It was a cold clear silent night and was a beautiful thing to see! It lasted for probably 10 minutes.

The whole object was reflective and looked metallic, almost like it was completely made out of metal. I didn't think anything of it so I went to check my phone. When I looked back into the sky after realizing what I may have just seen, it was no where in sight. I searched for it in the sky the entire cab ride but it never showed back up..

Last Friday, my kids were still asleep in bed, when I awoke at 6 am. I was in the bathroom and it was completely dark outside. All the sudden I noticed a bright light shining in through a large window. The light was travelling slowly across the bathroom floor, which has 3 large windows in it. I noticed it immediately, as we live deep in the forest, far away from neighbors. Our house is located on 8 acres of forested land, and the bathroom is on the second floor. I walked over to the window and looked up, and to my utter shock and amazement, I saw a gigantic rectangular shape moving slowly just above the tree line. The window was open, and I heard a low humming noise coming from it. I was awestruck as I tried to make sense of what I was witnessing. The craft was as large as a 747 airplane in length, as it slowly passed by. I couldn't see any of the sides or the top as it was so low down and close to our home, less then 50 feet from the house. I could only see the bottom, which was filled with rows of red and white lights. There were 3 rows of glowing illuminated white round lights the whole length of the craft on each side, for a total of 6 rows. In between the white rows of lights were 2 rows of red glowing lights. The lights were dim, similar to car headlights pulling up in front of the house at night, but were clearly round shaped. It was only one single craft, and due to its size and low flight above our home, it blocked out the night sky as it hovered slowly past. I was frozen in the spot, and didn't even think to run and try to capture the image on my phone, which wasn't on me. At each of the four corners were red blinking lights. The shape was definitely flat and rectangular, like nothing I have ever seen in my life. The craft glided by for about 60 long seconds, and slowly drifted out of my line of sight, over the trees. As it got further away, the lights turned to look bluish, and I could no longer see the detail of the round lights. I called my husband right away, as he had already left for work, and then I called to report it to the local police, who had not received any other calls and didn't know how to respond. I was very scared to witness this, and am still having a hard time coming to terms with it. I know it was much too large to be a drone of any type, and all other indications about its shape, sound, height, and movement prevent me from believing it was anything identifiable as man made. We spoke via telephone with both the wife and husband, and both of them seemed to us to be responsible, sober-minded people. We strongly suspect that the wife's account above is accurate, and a sincere account of a strange event. PD

Fly Above My Window of My Fourth Floor Apartment Moving from North to South, at a Good 500-1000 Feet in the Air. IT Was Heading for Sky Harbor Airport. I am a U.K. visitor to the U.S. on a family visit to Washington and on the way from their house to the airport, I saw something strage. I then proceeded to witness a large rectangular glowing object appear at the side of the road. It had some sort of strange inscriptions on it. The colour was bright white, with red streaks across it. It had long legs roughly 2m long touching the ground. For some reason I couldn't avert my eyes, like it was advertising something great to me. Was up neffs canyon near holladay utah 9-16-2018 late at night with friends around 23:00 I noticed something appear in the sky that was maybe 20-45 feet long hard to tell because it was so high up. I could only see the bottom of it but it looked rectangular with the lengths of the aircraft were slightly curved inwards. The bottom was glowing a bright greenish blue but it was changing colors so fast my brain couldn’t even realize that it changed colors if that makes sense. I would be looking at it and it would change colors and before my brain could process the change it would change over and over again. It was in the air for maybe 10 seconds before it left. It started accelerating picked up speed and vanished. I didn’t see it go over the horizon or past my field of view it started going and completely vanished in less than a second.

Been seeing a huge light in the western sky over Los Angeles for weeks. Too big to be a planet, and does not orbit like planets, stars, the ISS. Seems to be long and rectangular shaped; three quarters of it is gold colored, one quarter is red colored. Tonight it is situated more to the south, the first time I have seen it in a different place since I noticed it a month ago. Neighbor got out his binoculars but says he couldn’t make out what it is. It makes me feel nervous. It sits stationary in the sky except for tonight in a different location, but still not moving. What is it!!! It looked like a drone out our window 100 yards or so. Just sitting in mid air maybe taking photos or video. But if it was, it was the biggest drone I have ever seen. Plus it was not shaped like a drone. Looked more like a big rectangle. Later I thought it might be a balloon until I looked at my photos. It was sitting out the window for about 10 minutes then just slowly started going up and away from my window. I watched it mesmerized for quite some time thinking it was going to fly back to its owner after while. It didn't. I just kept flying or floating upward. Me and two of my co-workers just watched it for a while thinking it had to be some cool new drone. After while as I started to process what I was seeing I thought it would zip off at the speed-of-sound or something but it didn't. It just kept going up and away until it was out of sight.

I was sitting in my car with the sunroof opened up at a local business. I heard an approaching helicopter flying over. The helicopter was a military style helicopter. The helicopter was flying around 3000 feet, headed in a southeast direction. As soon as the helicopter flew past, I noticed what appeared to be a shiny rectangle like object in a near stationary position. The object resembled a jetliner's fuselage minus the wings and tail section. The UFO appeared to be about 15,000 to 20,000 feet high. The object looked silverish and white in appearance with a light bluish light on the right side of object that was facing east. The object was only moving slightly to the east at maybe around 5 MPH. After observing the UFO for around 20 seconds, it darted out of view heading northeast. I do not know the speed, but guessing I would say it was doing mach 1, or faster. The UFO made no noticeable sound when it was moving slowly and when it flew away at a sudden speed. Side note: At the time the weather was calm, around 80 degrees fahrenheit with a few scattered high clouds.

Le 23 août 2018, en début de soirée, un couple sur sa terrasse observe un objet noir qui vole en venant du nord-ouest pour se diriger vers la Défense au sud-est. Le PAN est de forme ronde et semble se situer assez haut, sans que les témoins ne puissent en évaluer la distance. Il avance assez vite, mettant un peu plus d’une minute pour arriver au niveau de la Défense. Le PAN vole sans bruit, sa trajectoire est rectiligne, il semble parfois tourner sur lui-même sans modification de trajectoire. Ayant été récemment survolés à deux reprises par un drone, les témoins le comparent au PAN, mais, selon eux, cet objet est différent La consistance de ce cas est plutôt bonne : deux témoins, mais pas de photo du PAN. L’enquête a conclu à l'observation très probable d'un ballon, par les témoins (voir le compte rendu d'enquête). La description du PAN évoque assez bien un ballon, de par sa forme rectangulaire ou ronde allongée. La couleur du PAN peut indiquer que celui-ci était noir ou sombre, caractère accentué par le fait que l’observation a eu lieu au moment du coucher du Soleil, donc à contre-jour. La lumière rouge brièvement aperçue peut d’ailleurs correspondre à un reflet temporaire des lueurs du couchant sur l’enveloppe de ce ballon. Enfin, il s’avère que la trajectoire du PAN est très cohérente avec le sens du vent. Le cas est classé A, observation très probable d’un ballon. [GEIPAN classification A — Ballon]

Le 06 août 2018 vers 22h, un témoin regarde les étoiles depuis une colline surplombant le village de Sermur (23). Il est intrigué par cinq étoiles, alignées et très proches les unes des autres. Le témoin prend une photographie et en l'agrandissant il découvre que ces cinq sources lumineuses forment une structure rectangulaire plate. Le PAN en déplacement est décrit comme formé par cinq rectangles lumineux blancs bordés par cinq points lumineux rouges. Aucun autre témoignage ne sera recueilli. Une hypothèse est privilégiée : une méprise avec un avion (voir le compte rendu d'enquête). L’aspect du PAN visible sur la photo (non publiable à la demande du témoin) évoque très fortement celui d’un avion en altitude de croisière sur une pose photographique : les éléments sont parfaitement symétriques entre eux, et les couleurs visibles (rouge, blanc et vert) sont parfaitement cohérents avec des feux aéronautiques. Il est d’ailleurs à noter que la pose photographique est d’une durée de six secondes, et que les éléments visibles sur la photo (trait blanc, point rouge) sont répétés cinq fois, ce qui donne un rythme d’environ une seconde. Or, cette durée est justement celle utilisée par les feux anti-collision d’un avion (voir l'article Un avion?). Les feux anti-collision sont de brefs éclairs rouges séparés d’une seconde, ce qui correspond parfaitement aux points-rouges visibles sur la photo. Les traits blancs correspondent aux feux anti-collision de couleur blanche. Un examen plus attentif de la photo du PAN montre que le trait continu reliant les traits blancs et les points rouges est de couleur verte, ce qui correspond à la couleur du feu de position tribord d’un avion (voir l'article Wikipédia Phare et feu (aéronautique)). Or, il est à rappeler que d’après les éléments fournis par le témoin, le PAN se déplaçait du Nord vers le Sud, tout en se situant à l’Est de la position du témoin : un avion se déplaçant sur cette trajectoire montre son côté tribord, ce qui est parfaitement cohérent avec la couleur verdâtre du trait continu. Même, s’il n’est pas possible d’identifier formellement l’avion photographié par le témoin, il est à noter que les vols internationaux en partance de Paris et à destination de l’Afrique passent sur une trajectoire cohérente avec celle du PAN. De plus, le déplacement angulaire du PAN pendant la pose photographique est d’environ 5°, ce qui correspond à une vitesse d’environ 1°/seconde. Cette vitesse est parfaitement cohérente avec celle d’un avion de ligne. La très grande similarité entre les éléments aéronautiques et ceux du PAN ne laisse pas de doute sur la méprise. Ce cas présente une consistance moyenne dans la mesure où le témoin est unique. La photo du PAN permet d’identifier sans doute possible un avion de ligne, bien que le délai trop long entre la réception du témoignage et son traitement par le GEIPAN empêche d’identifier formellement l’avion photographié. Il est à noter que le témoin se trompe en déclarant que la trajectoire du PAN était en diagonale et de haut en bas. En réalité, la trajectoire du PAN par rapport aux étoiles montre qu’elle était à peu près parallèle à l’horizon. Cette erreur est vraisemblablement due à une mauvaise interprétation du témoin, qui se base uniquement sur ce qu’il voit sur la photo du PAN, et non sur ce qu’il a vu en réalité. Cette erreur a également vraisemblablement pour origine le fait que le témoignage est plutôt tardif (observation faite en août, questionnaire rempli en décembre). Cette erreur d’interprétation permet également d’expliquer pourquoi le témoin parle d’une unique structure rectangulaire plate. L’hypothèse d’une erreur d’interprétation est d’ailleurs renforcée par le fait que le témoin décrit initialement cinq étoiles alignées, comme ce qui est visible sur la photo : si cinq points lumineux alignés s’étaient déplacés ensemble, le résultat sur la pose photographique aurait été un trait coloré bien plus renforcé. En conclusion, d’étrangeté assez faible et de consistance moyenne (témoin unique, mais photo du PAN), ce cas s’avère être une méprise avec un avion de ligne. La photographie du PAN montre des éléments se répétant à intervalles très réguliers durant la pose photographique. Or, il s’avère que le rythme de ces flashs lumineux colorés (rouge et blanc) correspond à celui des feux anti-collision d’un avion de ligne, et que le déplacement angulaire du PAN correspond également à celui d’un avion de ligne. D’autres indices permettent d’identifier le PAN comme étant un avion de ligne : ligne verte correspondant au feu de position tribord, et trajectoire du PAN correspondant à celle d’un avion en partance de Paris. On Saturday August 4, 2018, in the evening I was out of town in Port Hope, Ontario Parked at the Port Hope Drive - In I was watching the first movie During about half way through the movie I looked south towards Lake Ontario watching the brightest star or planet After about less than a minute sometime around 10:30 pm I noticed this white ' boxy ' light appear The speed was extremely fast and noticed a bright hue of misty light around the more solid white object It appeared only for about three - four seconds from east to west Then disappeared instantly Again looking in southward direction I know what I saw To best describe it It must of had size and shape like a white rectangle The movement was horizontal Please note that I have seen this type before during the day Weird in timing when I looked southward.
