I watched an orange orb in the sky, traveling slowly north toward Johnsonburg from downtown Ridgway, Pa. Object was not blinking, was not moving erratically, and "bobbled" slightly. Got in my car to get gas, travelled in the same direction as the orb and it was no longer visible in under a minute's time.

out star gazing, looked at something that looked like a star moving across the sky very fast, at one point it hovered over the top of the house and all the sudden a very bright light shinned down then it took off north very fast, it was moving north, then to the south, then to the east and seemed like it would fade out as if climbing higher.

At approximately 22:47 on June 27, 2014, while sitting on our screened-in porch overlooking Lake Michigan three of us observed an Orange/red sphere moving basically south to north. It was too bright to be an aircraft, and didn't have flashing marker lights. Our view is from the eastern shore facing west - so it couldn't have been light reflecting off of an aircraft. This was a fairly calm night and we couldn't hear any noise from the object. It covered the distance from south to north in a minute or two. It is hard to judge the altitude maybe several hundred to a thousand feet from the lakes surface. The cottage porch is about 30 yards from the surf line and 80 feet above the water. While we were wondering what it could have been at 22:57 ish another object the same as previously described glided by along a slightly more east/north track from south to north like the first one.

It was around 3:30am that I looked out my balcony and as I looked up at the tree, enjoying the breeze, a red/blue orb streaked across the sky. My balcony faces north and the object flew right above my house heading north. As it past my house it made a weird noise too. I can best describe it as the sound when you steam something. That "tsssh" sound. It was a bit foggy too. So was it going fast enough to cause that noise due to the foggy mist? Being that I'm on the second floor ( balcony ) I could still see the object. It flew and then stopped in midair about 3-4 blocks north from my house. It stopped and then descended to where I could not see it anymore because of trees. I waited of course to see if it'd go back up, and what do you know, it did. It quickly flew up and started moving left, then right, and vertically up. Clearly NOT some airplane. It looked like it would appear, and then disappear, and appear again to be on the other side of where it! was. There was one major blue/red light that really stood out, but then I saw another light right next to it. Then I could Bailey make out what looked to be one more orb/light trailing with the other two. At one moment I even thought they were a single object. Like one of those triangle UFO's, but then again my mind might just have wanted to make a picture out of the orbs. This lasted about 2-3mins of my clearly seeing it, and then 2 or so more mins where I could sort off still see it appearing and then disappearing. Oh quick thing too. When I saw it ascending and descending I tried communicating by flashing my lights on and off. Didn't seem to do anything. Either way this was pretty cool. I was able to record it descending once with my iPhone. So I have proof. Also one more thing at the end I could have sworn I saw it shoot out acouple beams out ( reddish beams ). And even if the trees weren't blocking my view, I could swear it looked like it at one point might it also mi! ght have landed. I was so close to running outside down the 3-! 4 blocks down to see if I could get a better look. I didn't though because I didn't want to miss anything in case it flew back up again, which it did. I get home from work around 3am and sometimes when the weather is nice, I'll grab a beer and just sit out by my fire pit and enjoy the peace & quiet, and the stars. On this particular night is was quiet and the skies were crystal clear when I caught a small moving blue light out of the corner of my eye. My first thought was a satellite (which are a fairly common sights on clear nights at 3am) but the instant my eyes fully focused it was obviously not a satellite. It was a small glowing blue orb and it couldn't have been more than 2-3000 ft off the ground. It came from the west and was flying due east & moving fast but it wasn't making a sound...it was flying in total silence. As I watched it pass over my house, I no more got the words, ((profanity deleted)) out of my mouth, when I heard a loud jet engine, followed by a second loud jet engine. I turned my focus back to the west, and that's when I saw the beacon lights of two fighter jets flying in formation, and they were on the same heading, and altitude, as the blue orb. I suppose the fighters were trying to chase it, but the orb was flying twice as fast as they were. I then turned my attention back at the orb, and watched it fly out of sight then did the same with the fighters. Once they were gone, I just sat down and was in awe at what I just saw. What the blue orb was, I do not know, which strictly means I couldn't ID it, thus the UFO designation. It could have been an alien craft, or it could have been a highly advanced military aircraft, although we only have a couple small military air reserve units in the area, and nothing more as far as I know. So I doubt top secret aircraft are being developed and test flown at or near our small air guard units in central Illinois...but who knows. So in summary, a strange blue glowing orb, with no beacon lights & no sound flew at high speed over my house in complete silence at 2-3000 ft and it was being chased by two fighter jets at 3am in the morning. Things like this don't happen in my town at any time of the day or night let alone at 3am. Once they were all gone, I finished my beer then went to bed wondering what I had seen and if it was aliens I wondered what in the hell an alien could have possibly found interesting in Central Illinois. I've been out there multiple times since then but other than the occasional satellite I haven't seen any more UFO's but I'm still looking. ((ADDENDUM FROM WITNESS)) Mr Davenport, I was talking about my sighting (see link below) tonight with my son, but I couldn't remember the date it happened, so I came back to your website to refresh my memory. Anyway, I noticed at the bottom of my report was a notation indicating the date of the sighting was approximate. I re-read my report and I should have been more specific but the sighting occurred 3 days prior, on 6/27/14 @ approx 3am. I just wanted to provide more specific details to clear up the discrepancy. This is the 3rd night in a row that I have witnessed this. I am staying near North Litchfield, at an oceanfront property. Beginning at around 10p.m. EST, an orange "Orb" was seen in the NE sky over the ocean., and then disappeared. It was joined by two other orbs, and they seemed to come into view and fade out, as a flare would. After about 20 minutes of this, we witnessed two aircraft leaving the vicinity. Another 20 minutes of no activity and the orbs begin again. There were as many as 6 at times. The orbs were in both the NE sky and also the SE sky. After their "glow" show was over, we witnessed more of a sparkling light.

A single reddish object that looked very much like Mars. I knew Mars was further East in the sky. The object was about 40 - 50 degrees above the horizon about 10 degrees East/south of the Big Dipper. Object stationary for 15 seconds then began to rise as it moved slowly Eastward. This object was not an airplane. It continued to move farther up into the sky and began to fade slowly. The movement was not consistent with an orbiting satellite nor was it streaking like a meteorite. The object continued to climb in a linear fashion and faded slowly out until no longer visible. I was unable to grab my camera in time to take an image. The speed and movement over the course of watching this object was very peculiar and not familiar. It definitely was an object in the upper atmosphere or higher.

We were outside giving my child a ride on my dads tractor. Afterwards, we stood and were talking, when i became fixed on a ball of light moving in the sky behind him. At first i thought it was a helicopter's headlights, but it was silent. We all were observing it as it followed a straight path, and then moved swiftly (not speeding, but moving faster than a hellicopter) in the opposite direction from us. I expected My dad to explain what we saw, but he couldn't. There was no sound, and it was flying low. As i observed it moving, I almost glimpsed a dark orb like object.

On a clear night 4 orange red sphere in a horizontal line were seen over the distant ocean. Spheres moved together closer to shore then moved backwards and formed a squared and faded away. 2 additional spheres appeared when the original 4 disappeared. 30 min later 2 more appeared and faded and again 1 sphere appeared and faded out...3 sightings within 1 hour.

Every night , beginning at dark,spherical objects appear, flying south and north, sometimes in pairs. Some flash brightly....and vanish, others drift along correcting course, all vanish over the Floridas mountains. Ive seen shooting stars come down in front of them, they simply change course, ive seen them fly directly over aircraft. In one night i counted 22 traveling back and forth from north to south, Ive showed them to many people and they never fail to appear we cant stop looking up now, ((what)) are they.

I was visiting La Mirada, California. I saw a bright light traveling north to south and it also traveled directly above me. This sighting was for 4 minutes from 9:03-907 pm Sunday night on 22 June 2014. I first noticed the bright light in the northern sky over La Mirada Regional Park. It was bright and low. It flew directly overhead and continued towards Fullerton. The light did not change in intensity as it was coming towards me or when it traveled away from me. There were no flashing collision lights. I was standing about one block south of the park. I am guessing that around the border of La Mirada and Fullerton, less than a mile south of me, the brightly lite object slowly faded out. For a few seconds, I could see the city lights reflect off the very dark, black object. Just for a second I looked at the helicopter and when I tried to relocate the unlike black object, I could not find it. This sighting was unusual in that there was a police helicopter! traveling with the UFO and at about the same speed. The helicopter and the brightly lite object were only a few hundred feet apart. The helicopter was not directly under it, but was slightly west of it. After both objects passed me and were almost in Fullerton, the helicopter made a 90 degree turn to the east passing under the glowing object. About 10 seconds later, the glowing object slowly faded out over a 4 or 5 second period of time. That is when I could see the city lights reflect off the dark or black object. The object looked to be about the same size as the helicopter, even though it was a little higher than the helicopter. Of course I can't say whether the officer in the helicopter saw the glowing object, but it sure looked like the helicopter was following it. I can't imagine that the officer did not see it, in fact, I had the impression he was following it.

I was driving down rt 28 when i seen a silver sphere hover high up in the air. I followed it down the road for a minute and then it just vanished. I looked all over but it was gone. It had one bright light ib the front and was all silver in color, it was very high up so i couldn't tell exactly how big it was.

Sorry last message had wrong date and my friends we're outside at 1:52pm, Sunday, June 22st, at that moment we notice two rainbows around the sun and underneath and rays of heat. So I decided to take snapshot pictures and noticed an anomaly of something perfectly sphere shaped absorbing heat from the sun and moved many times in zigzag zag pattern in the snapshot pictures and emitting red belts around it the sphere in less then one minute it disappeared I got 5 pictures of something brighter or ad bright as the sun .

We were driving west on 690 near the Bridge street exit, saw the lights over east Syracuse which seemed to be gliding up towards the sky at a slow speed. They were red in color and formed large triangle shape and then sped off into the space each craft on their own. Almost as if they disappeared!

We noticed it appeared out of nowhere. We didn't hear any engines or normal hum of a helicopter or prop plane. The orb grew closer and brighter and began to hover. It moved from left to right. The orb headed towards us moving north. It then traveled back towards the south and appeared to dart upwards. It grew dimmer. As it grew dimmer, a second orange orb appeared behind it. The orbs then just disappeared. Please review our video. We would like some sort of logical explanation or confirm our sighting of a UFO Thanks!!

I glanced out my kitchen window a little before 9:00 pm CST and saw an orange, glowing light moving in the sky. The window faces north. I told my husband to follow me outside there’s a light in the sky, he followed and saw the light, quickly deciding it was a helicopter. I ran and got my camera, however being the evening the two short videos I shot I don’t think are very helpful. The light moved fairly slowly, at one point seemed to hover for a few seconds, and move slightly up and then back to the original line of travel. It wasn’t moving very quickly, so it seemed feasible that it may be a helicopter. However I saw no red or green navigation lights, or strobe lights of any kind, which I have always associated with helicopters or airplanes. I have seen spotlights on helicopters and remember them being a very bright white…not this orange color. I heard no sound that seemed to originate from it. I thought I heard a helicopter but it was very faint and off to the west where there is a hospital with a helicopter pad here in town. This light was almost directly over the house and helicopters that have flown over us at that altitude in the past make a lot more noise than what I was hearing. The color was solid orangish-yellow, with no blinking. It was not perfectly round or orb like, it had a “flame like” appearance, similar to a hot air balloon flame. It was just under the cloud cover. I went to a weather website after the sighting and it said there were a few clouds at 12, 000 feet. My camera makes the light appear as an orb, but it wasn’t perfectly round. Also, camera kept trying to auto-focus…I think the video is just useful to show there was some light in the sky. I will share my videos via e-mail if interested.

My son seen the first one, he said, "I seen a red light moving across the sky", I figured it might have been a firework, but, 3 minutes later, it came back in the same spot my son seen the first one [thats why I'm not sure if its the same one or another] At first it looked like it was on first, thats when I ran in my house to get my camera and got 1minute+15 seconds, of a fire/orange ball, that made no sound and moved slowly....

We don't know whether the sighting occurred in the morning, or whether it might have been an afternoon sighting.
