On October 24th 2019 at 8:04pm I saw a silent craft hovering over a very tall tree across the empty lot from me for 5 minutes. It had 3 white blinking lights some blinking away different times other times all blinking. I ran after 5 mintues grabbed my phone and started recording. 51 seconds it came above me had a sound but no wings on craft lights were all blinking white 3 lights in a triangle shape. I could not get exact shape of craft lights were very bright and it zoomed off and disappeared right in front of me. My video shows this. The video quality on my brand btw phone seemed not right not clear. But it clearly shows object hovering then moving slowly. It was not a plane or helicopter. Had no wings either. group. I have a brief 51 second video but witnessed for 7 minutes total.

Around the time of the Bucks County, PA, flap, I had several UFO sightings. This was my 3rd sighting around that time. I was driving home from work and was heading towards Route 611 on Almshouse Rd. It was dark outside and I saw an enormous UFO. It looked like a 737 plane with its lights off and it was parked directly on top of a house. It looked like the UFO was attached to the roof of the house and the sky was blocked out in between the roof and the UFO. I looked in the rearview mirror as I passed it and it was still there. The house was in a development that was on a large hill surrounded by trees. I could see it from the driver's side window. Time seems to stop whenever I see the UFO's and there is no noise. The three sightings that I had in Bucks County were three different shapes. I seem to see UFO's when I'm driving alone. I hope other people in the area saw this UFO.

On 10/10/2019 at approximately 4:43 pm EST , I was at my place of work near Dulles IAD, when I noticed an unidentified aerial object approximately fifty feet above and passing slowly down the length of one of the secure buildings. From my point of observation ,there was no sound detected. The object appeared to be at least ten feet in length , and of a roughly cylindrical shape. At that point , I began taking photographs with my phone through the window of my building. The object retained its rock steady vertical flight configuration for the duration of the sighting, and seemed to be impervious to head winds. Its flight path seemed under control and proceeded in a slow,graceful curving climb to the East against a head wind, where it levelled off and was lost to my sight among some cloud cover. Duration of the sighting was approximately five minutes. The slow speed of the object remained constant throughout the sighting. Details of the object; There was a brilliant light or reflective surface at the top of the object which remained constant throughout the sighting.One strange detail that I noticed while it was relatively low, were undulating protrusions passing down its left side , which appeared to emerge from and return the the mass of the object.

I was outside and I looked up at a high altitude airplane and as I was watching it go overhead, this cylinder shaped, all white object was flying behind it. It was spinning in all directions. It was behind the airplane, somewhat far back, going the same speed. Then, it sped up and as soon as it was at the plane, it veered off to the left and flew out of sight. I never heard any noises from it. It did seem to have a cloudiness form about it.

I was outside and I looked up and saw a high altitude airplane going overhead. As I was watching it, this white cylinder shaped object (smaller than the plane) was flying behind it, spinning in all directions, following at the same speed as the airplane. Then, it sped up getting closer to the airplane. As soon as it did, it veered off to the left and it flew out of sight. I didn't hear any sounds other than the plane.

there were 3 cylinder almost round shapes one on NE, SE, and W, they where somewhat bright slow the one on the NE was slow fading towards the N side the on on SE was slowly moving up and away fading the one on the W was bright they where some of white with a orange and green color changing. they where just sitting there the one on the NE when I went into my house to get my other phone to see if I could get a more clear picture or video it was gone.

We were on my pontoon boat - we had spent most of the afternoon on Anclote Key Preserve State Park and the Sandbars that are just to the North of the park. There were 7 of us on the boat. We left the sandbars and headed out about 7 miles as the sun was setting, towards a reef sight and known fish haven. Because of the storms that had passed through earlier, the water was rough, with 3-foot seas, we decided to make a turn South and then head back just after the sun had set. We were pulling a jet ski so we could only move at around 4-5 mph in fear of snapping the tow line. As we were approaching the pass between the Anclote Key Preserve and the sandbars, two of the people on the front of the boat started talking about seeing what they thought was a bag or a balloon sitting on the water up ahead and to the right of the boat. We had no lights, other than standard navigational lights on at the time, however, because of the moisture in the air, the city lights were causing the water to have enough light reflected on it to see ahead in the water. As we approached the object, the 4 guests on the front of the boat were trying to figure out what it was, going back and forth as to whether it was a big plastic bag, a balloon or maybe even a big bird of some sort. However, as we got closer is was apparent that the object was bigger than everyone though, probably around 4-5 feet across, cylinder in shape and maybe 4 to 5 feet tall. As we came to with 100 feet or so of the object, it lifted quickly into the air straight up and hovered at around 8 to 10 feet off the water. It was a dull color, and you could tell it was solid but had no shininess to it at all. Everyone on the boat sat in silence and disbelief as we passed by the object to the right of the boat as it just sat there. No sound, no lights - nothing. Once passed, I turned to everyone and asked, 'Did you all just see that?' and everyone was still looking trying to see it. I turned! on my flood/spot lights, and turned the boat around because w! e all st ill thought it was something that may have been attached to the water and floating, but none of us seen any sort of cable or string attaching it to anything. After turning around, and making a couple of passes in the shape of a figure 8, we did not see the object again. We discussed the object all the way back in to the dock and we do not know what it was that we say. We all were in agreement that it was NOT as balloon, bag or bird of anny kind. We all believe it was a solid object, or what appeared to be very solid.

On October 7th, 2019, while commuting to work in the afternoon, I've witnessed a long cylindrical shape, aluminum material twirling UFO. The color was a pink colored UFO. It appeared that the UFO is on top of each other twirling in vertical motion. (Total 4 cylindrical shape)The weather was bright and sunny. I was driving on Chino Hills Parkway when I witnessed the UFO. Several drivers that were on the same driving direction where I was going have also witnessed the UFO.

My dogs started barking and out of the blue, my power went out after a loud explosive noise. I walked out to my garage to check my breaker box but found nothing. When I walked outside to see if any other houses had the problem I saw the object two houses down. The object was very metallic but not in a normal way, Almost like a black silver or a locked phone screen. It was about 8 feet long and around the circumference of two adult oak trees. It looked as if it had crashed in front of my neighbor's house who came out with her husband along with me. The object after about 4 minutes after we looked at it changed its deep black color to a very painfully bright white light before vanishing without any marks on the ground or any debris anywhere. When I walked back inside my dogs we're barking at my front door and my power was on.

We were watching the childern swimming when something cought my eye with a blinking light, going on and off, I ask me wife and parents to look and see, all saw it, I then fetched my binoculars and saw the cylinder shaped thing haning in the sky moving very slowly around in one place, then after about 30 minutes it speed up and dissapeared. I was very high up in the sky. The opject was to high for my camara to take a picture.

I was a passenger on the Ponant Le Laperouse cruise ship traveling with my family from Hong Kong to Taiwan. My room was at the very back of the ship. After dinner I was sitting on the deck listening to an audio book. Sky was clear. Stars were evident. Some haze at water level. It was dark. Very little light. At about 10 pm I noticed a circular set of clear lights rotating counter clockwise slightly above the haze and seemingly close to the ship. My first thought was it was a drone. I kept watching for about 15 minutes. Periodically, It would rapidly move vertically--up and down. I went inside our room and got my husband who agreed it was something odd. I then used a set of binoculars, and easily found the the flat topped upside down cone shaped thing. It had circles on the side that expanded and contracted, all in clear lights. Circles were of different sizes and looked liked watching a cell under a microscope. Moving, contracting and expanding circles. I watched this for nearly 30 minutes. I have no explanation why I didn't notify the bridge or take a photo. I did think, that I would ask the ship the next day and I assumed they would have seen it from the bridge--- as it was very clearly there. I assumed they had cameras that would record it. I did not attempt to take a photo. Regrettably I do not know why. I was actually rather mesmerized by this object. After about 45 minutes, it disappeared. The following morning I asked the ship's captain if they had seen it. He seemed to know nothing about it, but did seem interested in my account. He said the ship's drone was not flying and they did not have cameras that film off the back of the ship. The bridge faces forward which explains why they did not see behind the ship. I have looked around online to see if I can see a drawing or photo of what I saw, but have seen nothing like it. So thought I would simply report it.

Le 30 septembre 2019 à 20h un témoin voit un éclair et pense à un orage mais aucun nuage n'est en vue. Soudain une lumière très puissante surgit qui contraint le témoin a fermer les yeux. Lorsque le témoin rouvre ses yeux, un objet de forme cylindrique est vu en train d'effectuer une courbe avant d'être caché par les arbres. Ce PAN cylindrique de couleur métallisée a des lumières sur le coté mais le témoin ne voit pas d'ailes et n'entend pas de bruit. Aucun autre témoignage ne sera recueilli sur ce phénomène. Le PAN est probablement un avion militaire de transport, type Hercules C-130, observé par le témoin dans des conditions particulières (voir le compte rendu d'enquête). Cette conclusion s’appuie sur les éléments suivants : - l’éclair observé en premier lieu par le témoin s’apparente à un flash émis par un feu anticollision. Le témoin ayant de suite détourné son regard pensant avoir affaire à un orage et en recherchant l’origine, n’a pas pu observer les flashs suivants. Lorsque son regard se porte de nouveau dans la direction initiale, il est de suite ébloui par une forte lumière l’empêchant de nouveau de distinguer d’autres flashs. - cette forte lumière est probablement celle émise par un ou des feu(x) d’atterrissage de l’avion, dirigé(s) dans la direction du témoin, qui la compare au soleil (couleur identique à celle, jaune pâle, desdits feux). Le témoin évoque la présence de « lampes » sur le côté du PAN, sans en préciser toutefois ni le nombre, ni la couleur, ni l’éventuel clignotement. Il pourrait s’agir de feux de navigation. - l’éblouissement du témoin est tel qu’il ferme les yeux, ne pouvant observer la suite de l’évolution du PAN qui, selon lui, passe au-dessus de la maison, ce qui ne peut par conséquent formellement être confirmé. Cet éblouissement provoque en outre un phénomène de persistance rétinienne ; ajouté aux conditions d’observation (pendant le crépuscule), à l’éloignement et à la faible élévation angulaire de l’avion, le témoin, lorsqu’il le revoit plus loin vers l’Ouest, ne peut observer ses ailes (ni d’autres détails) et ne distingue qu’une forme cylindrique, les ailes se trouvant visuellement dans un même plan que la carlingue, ce qui constitue la principale étrangeté perçue par le témoin. - le déplacement est lent, et s’effectue selon une large courbe, tout à fait conforme à ce que peut réaliser un tel avion volant à basse altitude. - le témoin se trouve non loin (environ 120 km) de la base aérienne d’Istres, qui accueille de tels avions militaires. - l’autre étrangeté est l’absence de bruit perçue par le témoin. Cette absence est à relativiser, car bien que le vent soit porteur, il est très faible. Par ailleurs, la distance séparant l’avion du témoin peut être suffisante pour que le bruit ne soit pas perçu. Nous pouvons toutefois nous demander pourquoi le témoin, puisque l’avion semble voler bas, n’a pas entendu de bruit au moment où il est passé au-dessus de sa maison. Ce dernier point n’est pas formellement confirmé, le témoin ayant fermé les yeux dès le début de l’observation, ébloui par la forte lumière. Il n’a donc pas pu voir l’avion passer au-dessus de sa maison, lequel a, en réalité, très bien pu passer plus loin. Nous n’avons toutefois pas pu de manière formelle déterminer la présence d’un Hercules C-130 dans la zone au moment de l’observation. Le GEIPAN classe le cas en «B» : observation probable dans des circonstances défavorables d’un avion militaire de transport, de type Hercules C-130. [GEIPAN classification B — Avion]

I was cooking on the grill on my back porch. As I turned to grab something off the table something caught my eye in the sky. I noticed off to the east a solid black cylindrical object at roughly 500 ft. As I watched this I noticed it had no wings, no tail and was completely silent heading off to the west. I watched this object for about 5 seconds.

9-25-2019, Brantley, Alabama. Sighting at 8:45 AM. Large cylinder shaped object with rounded ends moving NNE. No trail nor any type of marking lights. Could see no wings nor fins. Glowed white and moved at a steady rate of speed. About the same as an airline.

Standing outside with my dogs at 9pm, partly cloudy. I look east and see a shiny formation which I slowly make out as it started to move north and northeast away from me disappearing into clouds. It moved effortlessly smooth, like nothing Ive ever seen. It was completely quiet, seemed 2 football fields away, so it felt close but also felt far away because the size was very hard to distinguish. It looked as if it could have had lights but not on, it was shiny like the natural moon light reflecting off to make it gray. Was only in sight for a minute or 2, moving the whole time.

I own a ranch and I have game cameras on it. In a remote location. I started noticing that the cameras were capturing unusual flying phenomenon's. So I put multiple cameras in that area. I have captured a significant number of images that nobody can explain. I am hopeful that you will be able to. This camera has the correct date and time.

I was documenting the Harvest Moon with iPHONE and captured UFO on camera. I didn't notice it until a few days later when I zoomed in on my photos. I notified someone from the FAA who agreed to view 2 photos. I emailed them to him. He did confirm it was an "unidentified flying object." He also told me that "it is huge."

On September 5 at around 7:30 am, I was watering my front yard and noticed a bright white strike to the south west, at a very steep angle of attack. I had thought that it was a meteor. I went to the top of my yard to keep it in sight and the strike shrank to what looks like a flame coming out of a white cylinder and that was as long as, my thumb nail is wide at arm’s length. As the Trail shrank the object leveled off and moving west. The tail disappeared and only the white cylinder was visible as it moved, so the house across the street obstructed my view. No photos were taken it happened too fast.

Was walking out of Metropolitan Market in downtown Kirkland and noticed something metallic in the sky looking directly north. I watched it rotating in the sky with occasional green and red shimmering lights. It was long from top to bottom, almost cylindrical and just rotated clockwise while moving westward. Very sunny day with light clouds. Clouds passed through it as it spun and moved left/westward. Interestingly a very high in altitude plane flew to the left of it and had no visible exhaust and did not show up on my flight app. Eventually the rotating craft completely disappeared from sight. Absolutely incredible.

Driving to Taylor Mountain just seeing how rough our little Jeep is on backroads. I took a video of odd shape in sky. It was quiet and hovering then slowly disappeared like it was becoming invisible. Taylor Mountain is a short distance South and East of Idaho Falls. Many people have reported strange sightings even moving lights I tried several ways to add contrast and isolate the pictures in my video. I will include. I thought very interesting. Not frightening just fun to imagine.

Le 25 août 2019 dans la matinée, un témoin est surpris de voir dans le ciel dégagé le déplacement silencieux d'un objet en forme de "tube ondulé" noir avec des scintillements. Le témoin part chercher son téléphone portable tout proche et gêné par le soleil perd le PAN de vue. Mais, il le retrouve dans le ciel et prend des photographies. Le PAN s'éloigne en montant dans le ciel jusqu'à ce qu'il ne devienne plus qu'un point sombre. Un seul témoignage sera recueilli. Le témoin a très probablement observé un ballon solaire de type jouet partiellement dégonflé, se déplaçant en suivant une trajectoire ascendante régulière tout en étant porté par le faible vent local vers l’ouest (voir le compte rendu d'enquête). Cette conclusion s’appuie sur les éléments suivants : - la forme, allongée est conforme à celle des ballons solaires cylindriques (forme de « tube », ainsi que le décrit le témoin) de type « saucisse ». Ce type de ballon peut être partiellement gonflé tout en continuant à voler. Cela se traduit visuellement par une déformation de la structure, qui ne conserve plus sa forme rigide en « saucisse » (le témoin parle d’une forme en « ondulation »), mais se plie sur elle-même : - la couleur, noire est usuellement utilisée pour la fabrication des ballons solaires, étant celle qui emmagasine le mieux le rayonnement solaire. Le matériau utilisé (du polyéthylène) possède toutefois une certaine réflectance, pouvant ainsi refléter les rayons lumineux solaires par moments (le témoin évoque des scintillations par endroits), - les dimensions et distances mesurées et calculées d’après le témoignage et les photographies sont en tous points conformes à celles d’un tel ballon porté par le faible vent local de 7 à 8 km/h. Il se trouve ainsi à une distance initiale au témoin d’environ 880 m et à une distance en fin d’observation d’environ 2260 m. Les dimensions calculées possibles sont comprises entre 3,9 m et 5,8 m : - les conditions d’utilisation d’un tel ballon solaire sont optimales : pas ou peu de vent, température idéale, pas trop élevée, ciel dégagé, - le ballon se déplace dans le sens du vent dominant, soit globalement vers l’ouest, tout en prenant progressivement une certaine altitude. Nous sommes en fin d’été, en période de vacances scolaires, et il est possible qu’un tel ballon ait été lâché par un enfant depuis les installations de l’aérodrome, situées non loin de l’azimut initial d’observation.
