I saw something shooting downwards looking through the clouds. But didn’t see an object. I took a picture and once I looked at the picture I took, I saw the object and zoomed in. It's circular and green with black markings. Looks like pacman.

Thursday,September 30th I was in my backyard walking my dog.I was just looking up at the sky when I turned my head to left. That was when I saw the object.It was moving rather slowly to the east. It was a glowing,bright white light, oval in shape.At the same time an aircraft passed under the object going in opposite direction. The object maintained its coarse for a few seconds when it changed color to dull red color.Continuing for about 5 seconds then the color slowly faded out completely.I was in the Military and I have studied Aircraft for most of my life. I did not here a sound from object.

I have over 120 pictures on my trail camera last night of this object moving up/ down/ left/right closer and farther away with deer and tree line in background. Light from ground to sky in a picture. Picture when it lands in field. After work have video of over 200 crows in field where it was seen on my trail camera. Would like to send images. The police came here and gave me your information as I have him on camera with me tonight showing him where the pictures where taking from.

At first I thought it was a group of white geese flying through the sky because I sometimes see that out here in Calallen, Texas a suburb of Corpus Christi, Texas but whoa was I wrong! I witnessed a white oval shape low in the cloudy night sky move slowly under the cloud clearing then insanely fast across the open clear night sky. It then stopped on a dime and hovered stationary for about five seconds before streaking off out of distance. The way it moved was so odd going from a steady cruise into high speed to stopping instantaneously. Mind you this was close enough to make out its shape & color. Definitely not what people are used to seeing as far as propulsion goes in our century. If Guessing it had to be thirty to fifty feet long. Classic saucer shaped but appeared oval as it moved in a spiraling fashion. Absolutely no sound. Craft had no lights, no wings, no propellers visible but looked like a white oval reflecting a hint of moonlight to make it visible enough to see against the cloudy black night. When it say stationary in one part of the night sky I moved to a clearer vantage point & at that point it turned into nothing but a streak in the sky and ! in a flash was gone. I ran inside to grab my binoculars, returned in less than 30 seconds and waited another ten minutes to see if it’d reappear. It was gone. Left me with a sense of fear as I was alone on a dark country dead end street staring up into the unknown. Went inside excited & somewhat scared that something like that is near my house.

On September 26th, 2021, at 8:31 AM a friend of mine was filming a hot air balloon from his driveway using his new (at the time) cell phone camera. Just recently he showed me the footage and I felt it was worthy of further scrutiny. We took the original video to a local business that was able to enhance the footage to the best of their ability. The video shows an object(s) pass by a hot air balloon 3 times within a 5 second period. One's first impression that the object is a bird or insect can be quickly eliminated when considering the incredible speed with which the object travelled. The first pass shown on the video appears to take place behind the balloon which further dismisses the idea that the object is a bird or insect (it would have to be extremely large to be seen at that distance). The second and third passes show an elliptical shaped object moving from left to right then right to left respectively. Although closer to the camera, the speed of the object is still quite extraordinary. I have always believed that we are not the only ones in this universe. So, is this-(A) some type of alien technology that is beyond our comprehension? or (B), some secret government project? (If so, why fly it so close to a balloon and risk the lives of those on board should something go wrong?). Having ruled out the obvious (airplane, helicopter, drone, party balloon, bird etc.), in a situation such as this I'll fall back on Occam's razor- the simplest explanation is probably the best- and consequently I'll go with option "A" above. So, there it is. What it is we may never know. Although for myself and my buddy we have all the proof we need.

Near Midland Texas, looking north, there is a light in the sky that is in the atmosphere but is not moving and I have noticed it there for about 3 hours. The object is brighter than the clouds with no blinking lights and not round. After I was watching it for about 3 hours it started getting smaller and staying in the same place as if it was moving away and then finally it disappeared. Thats it.

Le 22 septembre 202, en fin d'après-midi, depuis leur jardin situé à Anthon (Isère, 38), deux habitants entendent un sifflement aigu. En levant les yeux, ils aperçoivent une masse sombre traversant rapidement leur champ de vision. La durée estimée de l'observation est d'environ une seconde. Un seul témoignage relate cette observation. La consistance* du cas est jugée moyenne : un seul témoignage, aucune photo du PAN n'a été prise, observation furtive. *Selon les critères du GEIPAN, la consistance est la quantité d'informations considérées comme fiables et objectivées, recueillies pour un témoignage. La description du PAN évoque, d'après sa forme, certains modèles de drones (voir le compte rendu d'enquête). Le fait que les témoins aient clairement perçu le sifflement aigu émis par le PAN suggère fortement que celui-ci était proche. D'ailleurs, le son émis par le PAN est très cohérent avec celui d'un drone. La très courte durée de l'observation ne permet pas d'avoir une description détaillée du PAN, mais celui-ci volait en bordure d'une zone autorisée pour l'aéromodélisme, bien que le survol des espaces privatifs soit interdit. Le cas est classé « B, » observation probable d'un drone. [GEIPAN classification B — Drone]

I was driving on Mansell st through John Mclaren Park on a perfect clear blue sky day when I see this weird unrecognizable silver shape flying parallel past me in the sky maybe 100-200 feet above the ground maybe going 30-40mph. I realized it was not a balloon because of its speed and horizontal flight pattern, and not a drone because it lacked any type of visible propeller. In addition, it had a very unusual organic, smooth/oval metallic shape that is unrecognizable to any drone. I got a video of it on my iphone 12 with full zoom and because I know how to edit video it I did a video track on the object and zoomed up further (750%) on it so you can see its unique features. On the evening of 09/19/21, while watching tv I witnessed a small white tictac shaped craft, with either a red dot on the back or a red light, flying south east through a window above my television. The object was small, roughly the size of a large, thermal water flask, and was flying at a fairly slow rate of speed, maybe 20mph. When it caught my attention I immediately stood up to get a better look, and although the craft disappeared from view, I witnessed what looked like white fireworks, originally being fired off horizontally from right to left, and then eventually being fired straight down. I moved to my backyard to get a better view, and continued to witness these bursts of moving light being fired straight down for roughly the next 2-3 minutes, before they stopped, with no trace of the craft or evidence of things being fired off in the area.

My son and I were walking our dog. We were walking in a Southerly direction. I looked into the sky and towards at Moon. I then saw a shiny orange colored craft that became metallic orange / red. The craft was oval in shape. There was no noise and there was not a jet steam. Trajectory was about 75 degrees and rapid. I said something to my son and he observed it too. He said the object / craft was moving so fast he believed it was perhaps a rocket. But again, there was no noise, no jet stream. Also, no observed wings or lights. I checked my FlightRadar24 app and no craft were in the area. I am a retired Cop and Criminal Investigator for a neighboring County. I am 50 years old. My son is 9. Object traveled South (what would be towards South Glens Falls / Moreau area. There is a National Guard base and a local private operated Airport north of us. Again, no activity on the FlightRadar app, no wings, no lights, no jet stream and no noise.

A small low object that looked like the color gray to me moving across the sky and seemed to be bouncing as it was moving. watched this gray bouncing object out of my bedroom window. It did not look like a flying bird to me at all!!!

On September 13th 2021 approximately 8:40 p.m. witnessed above the sky in Eastern Ontario Canada. multiple objects, multiple colors, multiple shapes, moving around in the sky. On one cell phone all the images were captured. Photographing into the same place, on a Kindle tablet, taking pictures, only black images. one person reports not being aware of being touched but has scratches and scars all over the body. This event took place over 3 nights. Every night at the same time

The shape was large and slow moving but very high up. It was neatly sunset and the object kept catching the light. It appeared shiny or possibly slightly transparent. At one point it went behind a large cloud and we thought it was gone but it reappeared a min later. I held my finger up to the windshield to see if it was actually moving (it was nearly fixed, but very slow) and it was indeed moving very slowly to the east.

I witnessed 3 bright but silent objects hovering approximately for 30-40 seconds and then a bright flash almost like the light was scanning from front to back but the light was intense almost as bright as a spot light on a helicopter. Then I was able to see something/someone lowered out of one of the crafts into the field across the street then quickly go back up into the craft. Shortly after the 3 bright lights flashed and disappeared but could see the light trails behind them and still with out making any noise. I possibly have this on my home security system.

I went to my deck looking at the sky saw to s/e a round oval shape was like a very bright yellowish then it moved fast up then as it did I had a bright light in my eye then took off fast over the house went to the n/w it sounded like a jet plane it was fast there was two of them in the first of the year an watched them an all thru the summer till that day only one there I had sent a picture to a friend he said it was strange there was a lot of electrical interference with devices in house an car an even in the house strange today only one up looks very bright almost like the others but bright I have never saw any thing like this before was shocking though

In one of the 7 photos I had taken one of them catches an object coming from the south looping above the elk herd. The photos are Live Photos that play for 3 seconds or so. This happened in broad daylight.

Le 1er septembre 2021, à 05h13 du matin, le témoin aperçoit par la fenêtre du rez de chaussée de son domicile un PAN extrêmement lumineux, blanc et de forme ovale. Le PAN traverse son champ de vision en 3 ou 4 secondes et se dirige comme s’il allait se poser vers « Les Grands Moulins de Paris » à Nancy. L’enquête conclut, à l’aide des données FRIPON, à un bolide traversant le ciel très exactement au même moment que l'observation (voir les éléments d'enquête joints). Les azimuts recalculés grâce aux photos du témoin sont conformes à la trajectoire du bolide. La hauteur angulaire d'environ 19° est conforme au champ de vision permis par la fenêtre. La magnitude de – 4.7 correspond à un objet extrêmement lumineux, conforme à l'observation. Le cas est consistant et précis. L'étrangeté perçue par le témoin, décrivant : "L'intensité lumineuse et la taille et surtout la vitesse/mouvement m'ont surprise", est compatible avec l'observation d'un bolide. Le GEIPAN classe ce cas en A : observation d'un bolide. [GEIPAN classification A — Bolide]

On August 27, 2021, at approximately 3:00 am I notice a bright pulsating object from my balcony where I was having a cigarette. I started filming on iPhone 8, which is not the best for recording at night. I live on the 20th floor with a great view of Ontario Lake (I attached an image of the view taken during the day of the same angle as the footage of UFOs). I have recorded about 12 videos and taken 1 photo. In almost every video, an object can be seen shining brightly above the lake. As it slowly descend, a trail of smoke can be visible over it. When it is near the water, another object lights up above the first one with the same pulsating intense light and a trail of smoke. Few seconds later the first object's light slowly go off. Then minutes later the second object does the same manoeuvre and its light goes out. There is a pause of activity for a few minutes, and then the same spectacle repeats, each time the objects seem to be travelling away from me (w! estwards). It was a windless night. I could clearly see the light bouncing off the clouds and the surface of the lake. Its shape appeared to be oval, with the left side of the craft giving off most of the light, and on its right side there were few other bright lights, but not as bright as the main light. These details are not easily distinctive on the videos, but I could see them with my own eyes. Even though I only saw 2 crafts at a time, I assume they were the same two, in all the videos. To be honest, it looked like they were burning something off, or even cooling themselves off on some submolecular level, although they did not touch the surface of the lake.

I say an oval shaped craft that was about the size of a 707. It had orange lights all around it and what appeared to be red lights in the middle in the shape of a cross. It was flying at about 3,000 feet then all of a sudden went vertical through the cloud cover very quickly. I've watched planes my whole life as my dad was an Air force fighter pilot and also worked at the Naval air station in Alameda. I've never seen anything like this.

I was driving my children to school when we witnessed an oval-shaped, bright, silver-white object in the sky. We had stopped at a traffic light and watched the object moving north. It was west by southwest from our location and appeared to be moving over the mine tailings that are west of I-19. The object moved north a short distance, then changed shape. As it changed shape, it “sandwiched” into a flat line then vanished. My son and daughter witnessed this with me. My son said “that has to be a UFO!”. At the time of the sighting, it was daylight, with clear skies.
