Le 27 octobre 2014 à 19h54 un témoin dans sa cour observe durant 2 secondes le déplacement rapide NE-SO dans le ciel dégagé d'un objet triangulaire sombre portant des feux de signalisation fixes aux angles. Aucun bruit n'est entendu. Le témoin prend deux photographies qui s'avèrent selon lui inexploitables. Le témoin fera la même observation à 23h43 mais le trajet du PAN se fait dans le sens inverse. Aucun autre témoignage n'a été recueilli. Le cas est publié le 23/02/2016 et classé C par manque d’informations consolidées et de recoupements. Il fait aujourd’hui l’objet d’un réexamen. La sincérité du témoin est lourdement entachée par plusieurs points (voir le compte-rendu d'enquête) : - un traitement de contraste sur les deux photos (que le témoin attribue aux deux passages successifs du PAN du premier soir) met en évidence la présence d'une masse sombre (que l'on peut attribuer à la façade d'un immeuble bien présent et qui borde la cour en face de la cheminée bien visible sur la photo) et que ce qui est décrit comme un PAN en mouvement (et identifié comme tel sur la photo par le témoin) ne bouge en fait pas d'une photo à l'autre (car reste au même niveau par rapport à la masse sombre). Il n'est pas possible d'expliquer comment ces lumières fixes ont pu paraître autant mobiles et fugitives pour le témoin ; - au départ le témoin ne trouve rien qui corresponde à son observation dans ces mêmes photos « L'appareil photo n'a pas pu prendre le déplacement malgré son installation. Photos non exploitables. » et il les envoie ensuite au GEIPAN comme portant la présence des PAN, sans aucune réserve de sa part ; - ni les dates, ni les heures des photos ne correspondent à celles des deux passages PAN auxquels le témoin associe ces photos. L'hypothèse d'un dérèglement de date et heure de l'appareil ne peut guère être retenue car l'écart entre les photos est de 3 minutes alors que le témoin donne des heures de passage du PAN espacées de près de 3 heures tout en précisant l'heure à la minute prés (19h54 et 23h43). Une telle précision exclue l'hypothèse d'une erreur de mémorisation de l'espacement des passages de PAN. La méprise entre photos ne peut être guère retenue non plus car ces photos sont explicitement associées à l'observation puisque le témoin y repère le PAN ; - le témoin ne répond pas à la demande du GEIPAN de préciser la date des photos. Le seul moyen d'expliquer ces incohérences autrement que par une action délibérée de fabrication de preuves serait que le témoin, impressionné par son observation visuelle et regrettant tellement de ne pas trouver trace dans les photos, finit par attribuer au PAN une étrangeté trouvée dans les photos. Mais il faudrait alors que ces lumières fixes ne soient visibles que sur des photos et pas à l'œil nul, ce qui est très peu plausible. De toute façon, une telle hypothèse mettrait également en évidence un manque de sincérité du témoin par l'absence de réserves ou interrogations qu'imposait de sa part une telle situation, sans compter l’absence de réponse au mail du GEIPAN demandant des précisions sur les dates et sur l’environnement de la prise de photos. Ce témoignage est de consistance moyenne : peu précis, venant d’un témoin unique, accompagné de deux photographies ne montrant pas le phénomène, avec des conditions de prise de vue imprécises. Mais la consistance et suffisante pour établir l’hypothèse de manque de sincérité du témoin. En conséquence le GEIPAN conclut que les éléments disponibles ne permettent aucune explication physique sur le PAN mais permettent de retenir l'hypothèse que l'étrangeté résulte très probablement d'un manque de sincérité du témoin, non pas sur le fait d'avoir vu quelque chose d'étrange (aucun élément nous permettant de l'exclure) mais dans le témoignage qui en est fait. Classement A : Forte probabilité de canular ou de non sincérité du témoin. [GEIPAN classification A — Canular]

San Marcos, TX
This morning around 3 am, two friends and I saw a group of 3 lights in triangular form. The lights were not pulsating or strobing, just white lights. The inside of the triangle appeared to be a slightly different tint than the night sky. We were in The Village on Telluride Complex in San Marcos, Texas. The Black Triangle glided across the sky, about the same speed as a plane, until it was out of our sight. Definitely a believer.

My girlfriend and I were on a walk this evening in Lakewood walking towards Colfax (heading south) at around 9:15. I was doing a little sky gazing as we walked and happened to notice a large object that looked like a giant prehistoric bird. I would guesstimate that it was flying at around 5,000 feet. I said "what the hell is that?" to my girlfriend and she quickly looked up and just in time to see it fade behind the tree line. We were both a little shaken by it and spent a good amount of time sitting in a park with low lighting in the area staring at the sky in the hopes of seeing it again. Neither of us are really ones that believe in UFOs or anything like that. I, having military experience believe it to be some sort of military secret, especially considered all the military bases of operation down South in Colorado (NORAD, Ft. Carson). With that being said, I've never seen anything, experimental, stealth, regular military aircraft that looked anything similar. IT MADE NO SOUND. A triangle ship with lights all the way around it with 2 strip of light in the middle of object. Seen it up close looked like something out of a syfi movie. Made a static sound. Was going very fast. Was able to get a picture. Objects lights did not blink. They were white and led colored with blue. Lights surrounded the whole object. Was flying low and fast and was huge like 14 times the size of my house.

At around 8PM at night I was driving home from Bluff City towards Johnson City. As I was driving I noticed bright lights in the sky and the shadow of what looked to be a giant triangular airplane. It was moving over the tree tops, much lower than any airplane I've seen in the area. I rolled down my window to get a better look expecting to hear the roar of a usual air craft but it was completely silent. Triangular in shape, it was formed by three bright white balls of light with a red light in the center of the triangle and much smaller orange lights around that. I turned my car around to follow it. Realizing I had my camera on me, I pulled over into a nearby parking lot. As I went to get out of my car, I looked up and watched it fly over me. I reached into my car and grabbed my camera but when I looked back up every light on the craft went out and the shadow of it disappeared. Thinking it was still there and I was unable to see it without it's lights, I set up my camera and took pictures of the vicinity it would have been in had it continued it's flight pattern but when I reviewed the images nothing was there.

It was noticed moving silently north to northwest. Triangle shaped, with smaller part of triangle in front, wider at back. No flashing lights. Just very bright red in front and orange toward back, possibly orange flames. One observer was a nurse, the other a mechanic. It was observed continually until it was out of sight.

At 8:00 pm while traveling eastbound on I 290 just before exit 19-20 we observed 3 red/yellow lights that looked also like fire moving slow from west to east. The lights where in a triangle shaped pattern it looked like the lights where about 100 yards apart and about 150 yards above the highway.

My coworker and I were driving home from work, and we saw a bright light in the distance along the horizon, initially thinking nothing of it. As it got closer we noticed it got bigger and was treading through the clouds splitting them apart much like a boat would with water. The aircraft then stalled in the sky looking as if it was about to land and stabilized long enough for me to notice it had a spade like shape. It had three white lights, one in the front serving as a headlight, and two on the back corners. Also, there were two blinking red lights underneath it. It hovered in the air for about 20 seconds, its lights turned off, turned back on, and it took off and disappeared, and it didn't make a sound.

I was on my way home from a children's Halloween event and there was a triangle shape with yellowish or orange lights above the truck stop and one just like it across the highway above the timber I called some of my kids who were about 10 mins behind me and they said there was nothing there.

I was traveling in my car on Route 221 almost to Broadway Ave, heard a engine sound then saw a craft just above the trees to my right, at first thought it was a plane, could seen the underside a reddish color in a triangle shape, it travelled to the left in front of me and it raised slowly, there were three light blinking lights one in front, and one on each side and there was a red light was on the back as it continued to the left went up in to the clouds, could see the red light as it disappeared in the cloud..

The sighting happened while driving home from Casa Grande, AZ, to Coolidge along a dark county farm land road. UFO sighting was seen in a light formation in the sky above the Pima Native American - Gila Indian Reservation, and Sacaton, Arizona. No sound. There was a haze around the dark triangular object. the object emitted 30 plus small lights underneath it in a formation, pulsating and moving very quickly in a straight line up and down and sideways Aerodynamically unlike any airplane, moving with impossible moves and speed. There were beams of light that occasionally pointed downward lasting a few seconds. Witnessed by my son and I. 14 additional people or witnesses saw the UFO. The large triangle UFO edges were barely visible but there were many lights darting beneath and around it. The lights on the edge pulsated from top to bottom, one at a time. We have numerous photographs. (Contact me if you'd like to see the images) It was more view-able or bright using peripheral vision.

I have been watching this thing for 30 min to an hour. It stays in it's location but moves around in a zig zag or dancing pattern side to side and up and down with actually going anywhere. It hovers in same spot for long periods. When a plane was approaching at about the same altitude, it moved up about double and then triple the space above the plane. After the plane passed, it came back down. It is now (1:40 am) hovering just above the ridge. I am between Grafton and Morgantown on Rt 119. The UFO is in the eastern sky. When I first started watching it was just to the right of the dipper. It is lower in the sky now and the dipper is up above.

My friend and I arrived into town from salt lake city at about 1:30 am. When we parked the vehicle and stepped out we looked up at the sky only to see a V shaped object flying across the sky being chased by what appeared to be a helicopter. As it disappeared we ran inside and decided to take another look, upon doing so we look up at the sky to see two jets flying moving extremely fast through the sky in the same direction as the craft we saw.

I am sure it was nothing, but I cannot explain it. I was on my back deck, smoking a cigar, around 23:10 on Oct. 22, 2014. I was looking at the clouds as they were moving from the NE to the SW. I saw a green triangle cross my line of sight for approximately 3 seconds, traveling from the East to the West. I did not hear a sound. It was traveling at a high rate of speed, in a straight line. It was a bright emerald green color, with circles of light (the same green color) on each point of the triangle. It was not an isosceles triangle, but an elongated one. I am a 56 year old college graduate, who has been clean and sober for over 30 years. I know very little about UFO's, nor have I ever actively looked for them. I am just reporting what I saw, in the hopes that someone else saw something similar tonight.

On the drive home, was seen heading south on Greenfield and Germann. Location approximate over SanTan mountains. A hovering triangle of 8 silver objects, that slowly looked like it shrank and vanished as soon as I drove another block away heading East.

I was sitting out on my back deck watching the meteor shower that was just starting in my area. This was at 12:10am on the 21 of October. As I was laying on my back looking up at the stars I seen a movement, or blur. It was a faint gray streak or something. I'm not sure. As I was looked I noticed a very dim amber light, as I focused more; I seen 9-10 very dim amber lights in the shape of a ">".I couldn't believe what I had seen so I sat up, and watched it pass through the sky right above me. As I sat in disbelief, I listened for any noises that might follow what I just seen. Nothing followed. Not a single peep of noise. The lights passed by pretty quickly, lasting about 5-6 seconds. It seemed to very close, or very large. But no noise at all. Just smooth steady and fast!

"V" shaped craft, silent and moving rapidly, two rows of dim white lights in shape of "V" (bottom of craft presumably) No red lights or blinkers like on commercial flights. Barely seen against night sky, black or grey in color. I was out looking for Orionids, lots of airplane traffic, but this snuck in just west of me going south along front range between Golden and mountains (maybe 20,000 feet, not too high, lower than all commercial flights I witnessed). You see it, try and make sense of what it could be, then realize it made no noise whatsoever and was moving fast. I had once seen an unexplainable pattern of lights, a long time ago and experienced the missing time, so when I went in last night I checked the clock first thing, so unusual amount of time had past like the lst time. Le 19 octobre 2014 aux environs de 20h30 un témoin et son beau-frère observent le passage silencieux d'une forme triangulaire sombre avec des lumières rouge à chaque extrémité. Ce phénomène passe au-dessus du jardin. Ces trois points se déplacent en ligne puis forment un triangle sombre. Les témoins quittent le lieu de l'observation. Un seul témoignage est recueilli. Compte tenu des éléments objectifs définis dans le compte rendu d'enquête (voir document joint), à savoir : - la possibilité que le PAN ne soit pas un objet unique et « solide », mais plutôt trois objets indépendants. - la trajectoire rectiligne, comme celle d’un objet poussé par un vent stable et régulier. - la couleur rouge, semblable à celle des lanternes. - l'absence de bruit. - la durée de l’observation compatible avec la durée de vie d’une lanterne. - la date de l’observation propice pour des lâchers de lanterne, le week-end, à l’occasion de fêtes, mariages, etc... La confusion avec un groupe de trois lanternes thaïlandaises est possible. Il nous manque cependant les données azimutales de déplacement du PAN. Ce témoignage est d’une faible consistance : peu précis et manquant de données essentielles à l’analyse (sens de déplacement), venant de plus d’un témoin unique et sans photo. L’observation est peu étrange car il s’agit d’objets ayant un comportement et une apparence finalement banals. Le GEIPAN classe ce cas en catégorie C par manque d’informations et de recoupements. I'm hoping to see others who saw this also. Very large triangular shaped object with big bright lights. Lights were white with red in center. Saw on the 19th at 10:05 pm moving North to south very very slow. No sound. Lights did not flash. It goes on a slant up and down and below the tree line at times out of sight. Then 20 seconds later appears going up so very slow in the same spot it went down. Our city is about 1&1/2 miles in diameter and I saw it cross and it took 50 minutes. What the heck? I saw it again the next Wednesday, Oct. 22/2014 at 8:05. It went from West to East. Everything identical. I saw it again on Saturday, Oct. 25, 2014 at 8:05. West to East again. Everything same as first 2 times except this time the neighbors dogs were barking non stop and the neighbors car alarm went off. Getting creeped out. Not sure I'm liking this any more.
