me and my fiance were taking our daughter on a walk it was about 9:27 pm today june 1st 2014 when my fiance says "look!" i look upwards and there were two bright redish orange lights far apart the width between the lights were very far apart it looked longer then a football field. It seemed pretty close and there was no sound at all what so ever theres no way it could have been a air plane my grandfather was in the airforce so i know the difference between the two. My fiance pulled out his camera and started recording as soon as he did the furthest light started what seem like throbbing and trying to fade out and as it was trying to fade out the unidentified aircraft start turning and the lights were no longer aligned side to side but looked almost diagonal then the one light completely went out then the closest light faded and eventually went out as well the whole time me and my fiance were backing away from it to get under a tree because we are ! not taking any risks you never know what could happen and i was not goin to put my 4 month old at risk or exposure but my fiance did record it until it faded completely out and disappered into thin air my whole body was shaking and my heart was beating so fast i called my mother right away and we quickly walked back to our apartment and called in the event.

After several minutes of hovering over the same area it appeared to fly away but it appeared as it was landing at the same time because the light was the same brightness. Several of the witnesses tried to record the sighting on their phone, but the object did not show up on video. I’ve always had a suspicion UFOs are real, but having other witnesses by my side assured me that I’m not crazy.

My boyfriend and I were sitting on the beach right next to the boardwalk and we saw 3 lights, one was red and 2 were white, it was moving slow but the lights were scattering around each other at a really fast pace, it was DEFINITELY not an air plane. The way it was moving was strange, there was no shape at all. Just 3 lights scattering in almost a zig zag around each other but moving straight and slow along the sky. I was honestly freaked out! We suspect an evening sighting, and have amended the time above. PD

Clear blue sky with slightest white haze just after sunset, quiet environment. I was outside, began hearing a "mechanical-engine" sound that got louder and louder. Couldn't identify at first, I presumed a semi-truck or train a few blocks away (but NO 'exhaust note'). But it got louder and closer, I realized it was "passing overhead". I stood in the middle of the street, hat off, looking up, turning around and around expecting to see this LARGE aircraft that my ears suggested should be just a few thousand feet up. (I am a Commercial Pilot, have heard many large aircraft, but could NOT compare this "engine-mechanical" sound to this "imagined" 747/B-52 size massive aircraft I could NOT see.) Its path overhead seemed to be NNW (toward Fairchild AFB from here) and I imagined it was decelerating but could be Doppler playing slight sound-tricks. Entire event lasted roughly 60 seconds as the sound faded to nothing to my NorthNorthWest, with never the slightest visual hint. Path crossed over my location Lat 46.91 & Long 117.07 heading to the NNW. Sound peaked in the 80-90db range. Please see similar report from Garfield, WA, for the same time and date. PD

I did not see any objects in the sky. I did hear an extremely loud aircraft but was unable to see anything when I looked for it. The sky was clear at that time. The sound went from west to east. Air traffic in the Spokane area is sometimes heard, this was not like any of those 'planes. I was in the Air Force, married to an air traffic controller, some knowledge of aircraft. This was unusual in that it was quite loud, but I was unable to see anything. My son also heard this at the same time. I mentioned it to him & we both looked for it. Woke up to see a super bright "star" flying through night sky from north to south at approximately 40 degrees. Flashing green smaller light in front, dark space, then much larger (fingernail sized) white, steady light behind. No sound. I sleep with my window open for night air, and frequently look at the stars, so my binoculars were nearby. I watched the object for about five seconds before it was gone from my line of sight. Object was neon like ranging from red purple and blue. Always a solid color before transitioning to another color. No flashing lights near or on object. Could not determine shape of object. Very briefly the light multiplied into many lights. The only way I can describe that brief moment is it was like there was a diamond in sky and the object flew right behind it. Object traveled in sky very erratically. Object reacted to helicopter flying by. Object traveled very fast in a downward motion. As soon as helicopter passed, the object turned blue again and continued flying erratically.

Was driving down 29th street and seen a 3 light object sitting completely still, it was in the middle of 29th street, and 32nd street by West edge road. I pulled over to look at it, it wasn't moving, then I got back in my car and headed towards it to get a closer parking spot by the lake and it was gone. Wish I would of stayed at my original spot to see it leave.

This is a report of a UFO I witnessed within the last two hours. I will begin with the time and local weather, then give the description. It is May 26, 2014. Local time at the end of the event was 1:08 a.m., Central Daylight time. It is Memorial Day weekend. The location is a residential area in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. GPS position is 41° 59.461 N x 91° 41.162 W. People in the neighborhood had been outside earlier, but had all gone inside. The night was quiet. Local weather reports indicate partly cloudy, with clouds at 6,000 to 10,000 feet, temperature 68 to 70°, wind speeds 1 to 4 MPH. My backyard view is limited by hillside and trees. I could not feel any breeze or see any stars. I saw a red-orange light in the northwest, moving relatively slowly to its northeast. It seemed to curve to a more northerly direction. It looked about as low as a typical small airplane or helicopter, but there was no sound. I could not discern any features such as corners that would indicate shape, but it seemed to have perhaps 5 or 10% of the Moon's apparent diameter. The intensity was steady. It looked nearer and brighter than an overflying aircraft light, and the color was less intense red, with an orange hue. I watched for maybe a minute or two and it grew dimmer as it moved away, then I lost sight of it. An hour and twenty minutes later there was a brief heavy rain shower. I am age 64, military veteran, work in a technical job, wear bifocals. I can't think of any other detail.

I first noticed a very fast traveling object with red and green/blue lights pass by an east facing window as I was walking upstairs to go to bed. I stopped to find it out my patio window, thinking it was a police helicopter. As I walked outside into my back yard, the object stopped in midair, hovering for about 10 seconds, and moved in a different direction. My daughter had just gone upstairs to bed and I quickly called for her to come down to see it with me. My wife also heard me and also came downstairs, and all three of us watched it for almost 10 minutes go in different directions, and then descend below the tree line and disappear. Shortly it would shoot up into the sky again and would travel across the low horizon for what must be several miles and then stop and return back very fast and begin to hover again. This repeated for several minutes. My daughter captured it on her cell phone but it looks like only white lights on her camera. After about 15 minutes, we stopped seeing it. I am not certain at this point how valuable the image taken from the cell phone is until I am able to study it this morning.

Was standing in Down by the boat launch in phoenix fishing. Looked away from the dam and saw two lights. One was white, and one was Orange and they appeared to be moving away from one another. As the White one got closer to my location I could see that it was a plane, due to the red and white blinking lights on the bottom. The orange one had vanished from sight at that point. I turned back to look at my fishing pole and I noticed that the orange one was now flying a crossed my field of view. as it flew past there was no sound, no blinking lights. It was a very bright orange, and it bobbed up and down slightly at times as it flew passed. No markings or lights that would be seen on a commercial aircraft were visible. It was also moving at an odd speed for an aircraft. As it got further away, the light just went out and it vanished.

*Might* have been a helicopter. BUT lights and movement quite unusual if so: 4 vertical red lights + very bright blue light in the middle and to the right of the red vertical lights, blinking in an ON-pause-ON-OFF repeating pattern, each ON about 1.5 seconds, the pause about 1/10 sec, the OFF about 1/4 sec. Size of lights/craft were roughly size of fingernail on man's pinky finger held at arm's length. Lights/craft were stationary for more than a minute... then object moved horizontally about 1.5 x the width of a man's fist at arms length, then stopped abruptly, then slowly descended to below tree top level over the course of about 10 seconds, when sighting was lost. Lights/craft was approximately 30 degrees elevation from the horizon, viewed in a southeast direction from northeast Ann Arbor, about 120 degrees southeast, measured clockwise from magnetic north. No sound was heard, but could have been masked by nearby highway noise. Movement of lights/craft appeared to be very precise.

the weather last night was overcast with thunderstorms rolling in from the west-southwest. At around 9:30 PM, we sighted one object heading to the southwest of our position. The distance from us and the object placed the object around the county airport. There were one to two light airplanes in the vicinity. The object increased its altitude and its speed to avoid an oncoming airplane. The flight path was a stretched out arc stretching several miles. It increased speed dramatically and the light started to flash as it moved over the town and then disappeared. We went inside to talk about what we saw then went back outside at approximately 9:36 PM. Then we saw either the same object or another craft of the same type and it followed the same flight path and took the same actions as the previous object had done. The objects were of unknown shape but they had a single bright orange light on them. The same kind as a street light and as the light we have on the side of our house. There was also a slight glow or haze around the light. Attempts were made to capture the phenomenon on video but were unsuccessful. We except for my 5 year old sister are all believers in aliens. My dad was a storm spotter, and both me and my brother are listeners of coast to coast. I don't know if this helps but we live close to a nuclear facility, and about 100 miles from Fort Campbell.

Early Saturday morning my grandson who is twelve and I went into the back yard of the house to see if the camaleparditis meteorite showers had started. It was a clear sky and we could see all the northern constilations. At around 1:10 am as we were both looking south I could see four orange coloured, what I thought were fire balls that came from the south and passed overhead and headed to the north and dissapeared just above the horizon. I would describe the orange lights as being in a chevron shaped formation but without the light at the front of it. The lights appeared to travel in a formation as if they were connected together. The lights were only visible for about ten seconds and traveled in a straight line as if it was following an orbit. The lights did not leave a trail like a fire ball or meteorite does . About ten minutes later a satellite passed over following the same line. The orange lights were much lower than the satellite. The lights did not make any sound. Both my grandson and first thought that they were part of the meteor showers, but I realized later that this was traveling in the wrong direction and did not look like a fire ball or meteorite.

I was outside stargazing and I noticed a bright flash to the east and slight north of my driveway. After looking for the location of the lash i saw a very faint light, very high in the sky traveling incredibly fast, headed away to the south east from where the flash of light was. I followed it until i could no longer see the object. I then focused my attention to where the flash was and i saw 2 to 3 more faint lights traveling unbelievably fast across the sky, with one of them sort of zig-zagging in the same direction as the first. They were all travelling so high and fast when I stopped looking I realized this was almost science fiction to which i had just witnessed. To this I swear is truth on my name and my children, as happend on 05/20/2014. I hope to find what these strange sky phenomena are. i work at a restaraunt and everyone started yelling look at the sky and we had all see like a lighting bolt across the sky but didn't disappear. it stayed there for atleast 15-30 minutes. it was blindingly bright. it went in a zig zag pattern as well. it was off in the distance from Lahaina Maui above the island of Lanai. if u searched any Maui news source a lot of calls were reported this evening and the Pacific Command on Oahu had reported that there were no operations for this evening. so after about 15 mins the zig zag beams of light started to turn red. looked almost like the after effects of a jet but a jet could not make the patterns that everyone had seen in the sky. it then faded away. I was driving 285 east bout midnight and a green flash appeared right above the treeline almost looked like a flare falling and then combusting and the green flash didn't light up everything around it like a fireworks.so what could this be? And its so close to the city heck not to far from the airport. it was between memorial drive exit and I20 exit. Anyone seen this green flash? Date is flawed, and witness provides minimal contact information. We wonder whether this is a serious report, or not. PD

Was early evening and the sun had set,on my way home south on highway 148 from Mt.Vernon once I had made it about 5 mins from Waltonville on 148 there was an object in the sky that cought my eye. This object had three lights on it with there being two green lights one on each side with an red slow flashing light on just one of the sides. My first thought was an dubble propelled Helicopter. Once about home, I noticed this object wasnt moved much at all. I then got home outta the car and by this time I was running to look at this object as best I could with it being dark and by this time the object had moved over the little town of Waltonville. This object that I had thought was maybe a Helicopter wasnt one because the object made no sound once so ever. As the object moved from being south near Nason to moving West NorthWest over Waltonville, it then moved faster northward toward Mt. Vernon.

UFO Report from May 18, 2014 I am reporting this event witnessed by myself alone outside. It was so unusual, I thought it would be reportable. I have never made a report like this before. I am skeptical of UFO’s in general, but believe that people like myself report unusual occurrences in order to find out the truth regarding such occurrences. There may be a plausible explanation for certain occurrences. I am a retired firefighter, living in the suburbs of Chicago. I am a U. S. Army veteran. I have a college degree. I have always had a keen interest in military aviation and space travel. I have been to many of the annual Chicago Air and Water Shows at the Lake front. I watch the skies for jet travel, local and transcontinental, and recognize the “circle route” when I see it. I also have friends who are airline pilots. Yesterday, May 18th, in the evening, I witnessed what I would call an unusual occurrence. I was at a local dog park with my Golden Retriever. It is located at 185 Spring Ave., 60137 (41.865944, -88.044325). This park has a large open sky area. At approximately 20:32 hours, right at twilight, I witnessed what looked like a single jet contrail moving across the sky at a very high altitude. I could not visualize the aircraft, but it seemed very small. The surprising fact was that the front of the contrail, was moving faster than anything I have ever seen before. The contrail itself was smaller than a commercial aircraft contrail that I have witnessed, single, hazy, and white. The background of the sighting was blue sky and I was facing north. It also was evaporating at a fast rate as it crossed the sky. It was moving from the north to the east, at a heading of approximately 100 degrees. It disappeared in a very few seconds. The altitude appeared to be as high as I have ever seen a commercial aircraft. The aircraft appeared to be moving three times faster than a commercial flight. The aircraft may have been in a circle route, because it appeared to be gaining altitude in a straight line. The contrail stopped, and disappeared without any further sighting. So my first thought is maybe a military fighter jet. I have seen them before at this approximate altitude. What was missing was the roar of the jet engine. No sound came from this fast moving aircraft. That is all I remember at this time. Respectfully submitted

My boyfriend and I were standing in our kitchen at 3:20 AM last night (early this morning). His back was to the window as I was facing him and the window. The window looks to the northwest towards the Rose Quarter/Moda Center. As I was talking to him, a flash from outside caught my eye. It was bright red and took up a very large portion of the lower sky. It was throbbing like a strobe light and changing colors with each throb. I shouted, "Look at the sky!!" We both ran over to the window and for the next maybe four seconds, watched as the colors changed. Then it was just gone. My first thought was it was some kind of event going on as it's not abnormal to see spotlights in the sky for things like that. Then I remembered that it was 3:20 AM and the entire city was pretty much shut down. I've been monitoring news sights, asking facebook, etc and have found no answers whatsoever. Northern Lights is the closest looking thing I can describe it as lookin! g like but that's not what it was. Did anybody else see this or have you seen anything similar? I can't stop thinking about it and would love to hear any opinions on what you think it was??

At almost 5 or 10 minute intervals, first one fire ball moving from west to east along the south shore of Long Island. Burnt orange in color, cruising at a low altitude with absolutely no noise. Then the second, then 2 together, then the 5th and then the 6th at about 10:30 p.m. Shortly after each passed us, the light flickered as if it was going through a cloud, and then went out completely - but there are no clouds in the sky this evening, and the stars are clearly visible. Each of the 6 did this. We looked at the last one through binoculars, and the orange lights seemed to be in a honeycomb hexagonal pattern. One military jet flew from east to west and veered south between the 4th and 5th sighting. My friend took a video with her phone.

My wife and I were traveling on Diehl Rd at Williams Grove Rd. At a stop sign we noticed a bright Red flickering object in the sky; both she and I noticed that it was moving steadily to the NE. I recall that neither of us was able to find the normal green and red alternating blinking of an airplane wing, only the orange-ish red that flickered like a flame. Jokingly we expressed that it must be a UFO and drove to the Gate of Heaven Cemetery on York St, to get a better view. When we arrived the object was completely gone, despite a totally wide open nearly cloudless sky, we were not able to track the object or see it in the distance. At that time I looked back, I saw what I believed to be two helicopters with red lights shining flying in the area from which we had just come. My wife and I immediately thought that they may be pursuing the object, and I thought I heard a faint sound of an engine, which my wife pointed out, was in fact an airplane flying di! rectly above us, compounded by highway noise. At that moment, I realized that the objects, though they were rising in the sky, didn't seem to be getting any closer. It was then that my wife and I realized that they were 2 of the same objects we had chased, and we started taking photos and video. The two objects were lit like fire, and flying in formation directly up. At one point the first object turned off its light, and I thought it had disappeared. The second object remained lit for a short time, but then also turned its light off. I was able to see the first object, totally blacked out traveling towards the left of us, it seemed very fluid and steady paced, but I noticed that it seemed to be almost an oval that was rotating very slowly. As I filmed it, it seemed to descend slowly into the field opposite of us about a mile away. We immediately jumped in our car and drove to where we believed it to be, but it was not visible, since it had gotten dark, and the second object was also no longer visible.
