My daughter and I were returning from music lessons when I thought that I saw airplanes circling out from MKE or Chicago (my dad was in aviation) as I continued to look I realized they were absolutely not moving as airplanes do, and that there were far too many, far too close together, and did not appear to move in the way of a conventional aircraft. I study them for as long as I could, and then decided I had to stop trying to figure out what they were because I was driving and having to divert my attention to the right of my vehicle and off the road to watch. I considered pulling over, but then justified to myself, that these must be some sort of collections of lanterns or something being lit and let go into the air by the college or something (though realistically I think they were to high for that). I honestly have no idea what I saw, they were slow moving little balls of light, almost hovering and had a glow that did not appear to really match conventional aircraft wing, nose, tail lighting, just a single glow which seemed to hover and move slowly in a type of formation, but ever so slightly in varied directions (again why I thought perhaps lanterns of some sort. For the first time in my life I did have a bit of fear about it, but again having a father that did flight test, I quickly began to rationalize what I saw. I have been trying to figure it out now by looking online for some celebration that may have occurred or something, but I truly have no concrete answer. They eventually just sort of dissipated (again why I thought perhaps lanterns) yet justifiably they were really high and it was just the oddest feeling...I just don't know (seen while driving towards Whitewater on HWY 59 about a few miles outside of town watched until I was almost to the first set of buildings) Any explanation, or thoughts are appreciated.

Two people saw several small shiny objects floating in circles above Portland. At first, we thought they were birds, but they were much too high and obviously metallic and reflecting the sun. They were too far away to tell shape or size, they were by a contrail and were not above it.

Laser warning on radar detector activated exactly at 14:57pm while driving on Fellowship Rd towards South (just before crossing Rte 73). Never experienced that warning before. Doughnut-shaped cloud with vertical companion appeared immediately after that in South direction in an otherwise completely clear blue sky. Dashboard camera did not show any activity in sky, but it would have anyway been blinded by the sunlight's illumination from that direction. Dashboard camera showed two vertical interference-like lines at exactly 14:59:47 upon entering Springdale Rd South from Church Rd that don't show up in any other recorded file. Location is sky would have probably placed the event within the Philadelphia Airport radar. Witness elects to remain totally anonymous, and provides no contact information. However, we suspect that the source is a law enforcement officer, give the equipment he had in his vehicle, and given the general nature of his report. PD

October 5 2014 2:20 pm. I had seen a triangle shaped cloud so I thought of taking pictures of it, and once I got home I seen a fireball light off to the left! These were the two pictures that had that object in them. I cannot get over not knowing what this is, on top of a odd shaped cloud near it.... I have also heard of halo clouds but not triangle clouds around the sun along with some fireball. In the bottom picture I had barley moved and you can see how much that fire object had. On top of it there were at lest 5 people who seen the cloud including me but we did not see with our eyes that fire looking object until I got home and looked over my pictures.

Coming home from dinner, saw six separate orange lights in the sky. The objects were moving in an up and down type pattern. Some going up, some going down, all in a slow motion. Thought it might be helicopters or aircraft, but no sound and maneuvers were not patterns aircraft would be doing at 11pm at night, if at all. Then, five of the orange lights shifted to form a triangle and slowly drifted down the skyline in a very tight pattern, more like a "V" actually. A "V" shape that resembled more of a ">" symbol. Then those five orange lights turned off, but you could still see the objects maintain their shape, but remain completely still and stationary. The sixth orange light then floated slowly up and to the left, and then slowly shifted to the right and eventually stopped in it's tracks as well. It remained lit for a few minutes after that, but then it also went dark. As I am writing this, the objects can still be seen sitting in the sky, unlit, stationary, and almost seeming to blend in with the normal sky constellations seen to the West at night. The lighted portion of the even lasted about 6 minutes or so, but total time so far has been about half an hour.

At 6 mile and telegraph. At approx 11:55 tonight, myself and another witness heard an extremely loud roar pass over the area. I was sitting under an open window, and this clearly came from the sky. We are in a direct path for Detroit Metroit Airport. At first, i thought it was a jet coming in. But the rate of which the sound approached and dissipated was far too fast for a commercial jet. Not to mention so loud, it would have been at a much lower altitude. Ive witnessed large meteorites witnessed over multiple states. I've also witnessed jets breaking the sound barrier. This did not sound like that at all. No impact, shockwave or sonic boom was heard. The third witness, approximately 1.5 miles west, and outside during this event, heard it, but did not notice any lights either. Strangely, this past winter, we heard what sounded like pulse jets on occasion. Usually at night, once during the day. Think Nazi V1 buzz bombs. Internet searches yielded no results pertaining to aircraft making such noises in cold dense air. Somethings definitely going on over Southeast Michigan the passed few months.

I was in the hottub on a night in fall of 2014, I think it was early October because it was shortly before I got the idea for my prototype electromagnetic propulsion idea in the third week of October that year while playing with permanent magnets in my hands, lounging in bed brainstorming. Anyway, I was staring north northeast at those stars over there while in the hottub, and al lthe sudden a gleaming sparkling jet yellow orange light "curved". When I say curved, it seemed to do a 170 ° turn in this u, , but there was also a curve in the u, where it curved down, then again, and shot off at the speed of light, and all the while leaving behind a momentary (half second duration) trail of gleaming fire, orange yellow in color. It zoomed off northward but seemed to be aimed slightlybto leave earth and off into the cosmos on an intelligently programmed trip.

While traveling south on Jackson King Road near Mt. Pleasant Road I observed a bright object traveling slowly to the east in the sky. I couldn't determine a shape but the object would get very bright then dim and then bright again and so on. This was in broad daylight and the object appeared brighter than Venus in the night sky. It reminded me of something metallic reflecting the sunlight. I was glancing back and forth between the road and the object as I drove. After about 15-20 seconds I glanced at the road and when I looked back at the sky the object had completely disappeared.

We live just outside of Yosemite National Park in a small rural town in the foothills. It was Thursday, October 2, 2014, between 2:30 am and 3 am. I was looking out of my bathroom window towards the southeast sky as I sometimes do to admire the night sky. First I noticed that the Big Dipper was very bright and then something right below it, near the horizon, I noticed a ball of colored lights twinkling. At first I thought it was an airplane but it didn't move. It just twinkled bright red and green lights. I knew couldn't be a star because all the stars are bright and white. I went to the livingroom to get a pair of binoculars to go outside to view it from my patio. My husband was still sitting at his desk at his laptop as I told him what I was doing. He went outside with me to see if we could view it better. Sure enough, there it was...still shinning brightly with red and green lights, like a small ball just twinkling on the horizon looking southeast of our house. It never moved from the spot just below the Big Dipper and the rest of the stars. In other words...its position only moved with the earth's rotation. Since my husband works nights and doesn't get home until approximately 12:40 am, I'm usually up waiting for him to get home. We don't head off to bed until some time after 1:30 am and 2:30 am. So we will probably look again for this bright twinkling ball of light tonight. By the way, my husband called a friend who is a deputy sheriff on duty until 6 am. He acknowledged seeing the same ball of red and green lights in the sky in the same direction as we did. I hope I've provided enough information that is needed to investigate this unusual sighting. Thank you.

At approximately3:30 AM flashing lights caught my attention. At closer attention at a closer look at these lights appeared to be multicolored and in a stationary position appeared to be multicolored. The object was not moving and seem to be very high in the sky.not sure of what I was saying asked three friends to come and look with me and they confirmed the flashing lights. They then brought to the attention that the object wasmoving. It seemed to randomly movebut not great distances. The object did not appear to be a helicopter or airplane as it was stationary most of the time that we saw it. We then moved to the front of the house to get a more clear view. It appeared the lights were rotating in a counterclockwise rotation around the object. We watch this object for approximately 35 minutes. It did not appear to move when we change locationat the house and my friends went back inside when we were not able to identify what it was.

I was on my deck overlooking Lake Erie and a craft that was totally silent approached grom the east at a low altitude. It was moving like a hang glider or parachutist would move except it was moving directly sideways. As it approached it looked redder and redder and appeared to be on fire. It wentbpast me slightly then stopped and hovered. I was afraid to run for my camera but bolted to get it. When I returned it was in the same location but going straight up quickly. I got 2 shots, it moved faster and almost disappeared going straight up. I ran for my husband in the front yard who was talking to a neighbor and we all saw it continue to go straight up. It hovered higher up and started to send out large red beams in different directions for a few minutes and then it disappeared still going straight up. My neighbor and I saw a new object or the same one appear in a different location right over our heads and then it moved north and then straight up like the previous object. It too sent out some red beams and then while ascending in a straight line up disappeared.

Driving on JTB towards jax beach at 8:30 PM on 9.28.14 I saw a blue/red/pink/purple looking light going way up and down above the tree tops, in the area of beach blvd. At first I thought it was a helicopter. But the object moved so fast. It dove down and right back up and swirled around, way too fast and too bright to be a helicopter. It was not a plane either. I knew that from the start. It did not have the right shape or fly like one. As I turned on to Hodges blvd I continued to watch this light rise and fall in the sky. It would go way up in the air maybe 100 or 1000 feet and then fall right back down fast and zoom back up. When I made it to my home my family got in the car with me and we drove toward beach blvd to try to find what it was. As we turned onto Hodges again we saw the ball of light zooming around. It flew over the Windsor realty office and when we got in the turn lane to get closer it flew above our vehicle, about 10 feet above us. And then we pulled into Cape House and it zoomed away from us. It seemed to hover 20 feet away and above from us. I took out my camera phone and tried to get a video but the quality is horrible. As I started to film it I felt like it was watching us. It was so weird and then my husband took my phone from me and tried to zoom in on it and lost the light in the image. Then it zoomed up over the cape house office building. So we drove into Cape House Apts. Trying to ! find where it had gone but we never saw it again. We drove around for about 20 minutes trying to find it again. Got home at 9:20 PM. So It ended at about 9:00 PM. We thought if it wasn’t government or alien then maybe someone had a gas powered flying toy that they modified with blue/red/pink lights. I don’t understand why no one else driving around noticed this thing and tried to find it too. It was so bright and flying so close and all over Hodges Blvd. I want to say it was maybe a foot long of light but I couldn’t get a good view of it because of the bright light. It was so fast. I have no idea what it is. The lights did not blink. It was like a bright ball of light maybe a foot wide. NO sound. After the ball disappeared a Plane came by flying kind of low and we wondered if that was government coming to find out what it was too. Or maybe the plane had dropped a drone in that area. I'm stumped. The light seemed clear but we couldn't tell what it was attached too couldn't see anything but the light.

Leaving my parents' home, they walked me to my car. My father and I are typically looking up when we can for satellites, aircraft or celestial bodies. My father was discussing flashing satellites and he spotted a strobe and pointed it out. I'm a bit of an aviation enthusiast and this did not fit into anything I could readily explain. It was a strobe, but interval was just over slower. I would say approaching 3 to 4 seconds. A single xenon-like strobe (blu-ish) was all that was visible to us. My father and I both thought weather/observation balloon as it was coming from the North heading SSE. Twelve to fifteen seconds after initial observation was when the path deviated. It appeared to head to the East. It turned out that this was a loop to the East and after approximately 360 degrees it slowed to near stationary for 3 or 4 flashes of the strobe and either started a slow descent or heading East again when we lost it. My father went for his binoculars! at this time and I walked to the North along the road to a more open spot from atop a hill. Neither my father or mother nor I saw it after that, though I spotted a faint orange meteorite (assumed) dispersing in the North. I asked my parents if they were messing with me as they'd recently been in contact with a commercial pilot friend of mine who was into RC aircraft as I am. They said no. I thought it moved as if it could have been a radio-controlled quad-copter, but heard no motor whine at all. If it were at a much higher altitude, I cannot fathom a civilian RC aircraft that had that rate of speed. I don't know that a weather/observation balloon would make a loop as this did unless there is some wind phenomenon I'm unaware of (which is possible.) The last explanation I could think of was perhaps a night-skydiver wearing a strobe. It would explain the loop and apparent stationary position afterward, but the strobe did not increase in intensity I would expect with the descent that would occur. Also, the local municipal airport does not have skydiving and I saw no GA aircraft headed back to the airport or in sight at all.

I was on a north facing beach in Dennis, Massachusetts, on Cape Cod tonight at sunset to take photos. While looking off to the west, I noticed 3 fairly good sized lights next to each other, but b flashing off & on from left to right, right to left. What made me stop & look is because these lights were just sitting stationary in the sky. It was mesmerizing. I only had my cell phone, so I tried to get a photo of whatever this thing was. Right after I snapped the photo, the lights just snapped off & it was gone.

Gagnef (Sweden) · Sweden

I had just parked my car after coming home from work when I saw some strange lights in the sky. It was dark outside so I couldn't make out the shape of the craft, but there were 3 lights, sort of in a row, with the middle light a bit higher then the 2 on each side. The lights was really strong and bright and around theese 3 lights there were small flashing lights coming on and off. The craft was moving very slow and it seemed to be at a low altitude and didn't make any sound at all. I could see stars to the left, right, above and below this craft, but all of a sudden it was gone, though I guess it could have passed through a cloud or something, but I didn't see it anymore after this.

Object was viewed and captured on camera phone SE of witness' location hovering above trees south of Downtown Salem, Oregon, at approximately 2:40 AM, lasting until about 3:45. The object appeared to be large and far away, but the witness is unsure just how big and how far away the craft was. The witness observes that it could be a few football fields in size about 10 miles away or could be 20 miles across, the witness had no way to tell for sure as the visibility was slightly hazy with city light pollution, no stars were visible, it was not cloudy. The object hovered, but moved about a central area, bobbing and wobbling. The object appeared triangle in shape due to flickering and flashing, multicolored star-like lights that followed no noticeable timed intervals or which star-like light would flicker or flash. There were also multicolored star-like lights flashing around the object that did not appear to be attached to it.. The witness describes that this looks very similar in behavior to one the witness had spotted multiple times but facing north, intermittently over the previous six to eight months and much farther away from the observer.

At approximately 11:30PM, I was driving in my car towards home. As I was driving I noticed that there were many stars in the sky and some were in the shape of The Big Dipper. Some of these, what I thought were stars became brighter than the other surrounding stars. As I was now driving my car under these stars, I looked up through my cars skylight. Overhead I saw these lights become more orangey in color and more square than round. They appeared to be above tree level. As I was driving, I looked up and they were overhead for a while until I drove in another direction. I've never experienced this before. It was unusual and I was shaken up by this.
