Here, I am going to recount briefly the occurrence on the early morning of 8th August 2023. Am giving you the details so that you can work out if any stratospheric military exercises of some sort were happening. I understand these may be classified, however, I trust your discretion in giving me feedback which I would greatly be appreciative of. I am an airline captain flying over 30yrs with 20000hrs in jet Last Tuesday early morning we saw several 'stars' suddenly moving in formation forward and reverse, changing in brightness sometimes forming a 5 dot formation akin to dots on a dice or a 3 dot vertical formation with the center one ahead. Our position on the flight path was over NW Tunisia/Algeria border heading East at 37000' and we saw them for 20 minutes initially appearing to our left, therefore Northward, higher than us near Ursa Major between stars Dubhe and Merak (see photo). I took several photos and videos but the OnePlus 11G camera on video does not have night mode, so I took several in 5 second interval with long exposure. I will provide the photos when you contact me. A sequence can be built. Apologies for the image shake during long exposure. The movements were visible with the naked eye. At first it looked like a satellite with such magnitude and orbit vector as the ISS. I have an app to track the ISS and checked it that it wasn't it. I confirmed it wasn't a satellite when a second one, even brighter appeared but in a slightly different upward direction and faster speed. They fade out within 10 seconds. 6 are the amount we witnessed simultaneously moving in formation and breaking formation. The formation aspect of them do not therefore indicate that they were very far as otherwise the distance between them would be tens of miles. If they were naturally forming a formation that kept for up to 30 seconds then breaking, even moving in reverse, then it may mean that the objects were far closer. No size could be determined. The colour was the colour of stars but occasionally brighter and bluer I am also familiar with Iridium flashes as I follow them, but these were objects that reappear on and off and change direction albeit not sharply - First they fade then they appear in a different direction. This continued for approx 20 minutes at which point we started our descent and lost sight at around 20000' due to the haze but I could still make out one that shone brighter. That is my account. My First Officer witnessed everything and I got the Cabin Manager to witness the event too. I have about 130 sequenced low light shots. The photos are raw files with the full EXIF data attached. The 10 videos are not of much use. The flightdeck was turned very dark from an hour before the first sighting. The sightings are external and not window reflections except for large faint red blotches on pics being the reflection of my shirt in low light. They are not Starlink, satellites, space debris or Iridium flashes. What got me concerned is the persistence of the sightings. When were descending through 25000' they actually appeared higher. That alone may signify the objects were closer. This is the second similar occurrence seen, the other being earlier this year at night just south of Cyprus with 4 objects, some becoming very bright (brighter than Venus) before fading moving in different directions lasting about 15 minutes in total. They seemed to be much farther away this Tuesday's objects because they moved slower but were much higher. The full set of images amount to 207Mb without the videos. Driving vehicle across I-10 bridge, and noticed light moving across sky at high speed. Light did not leave a trail. Similar size as to stars in the sky. Light moved at high acceleration and speed.

A close friend (professional photographer) and I (retired peace officer) were on the balcony of a condo we had rented with our mates in Ocean City MD, while severe thunderstorms were coming a little further west towards the mainland. I was filming the sky from my Galaxy S22 with the hope of capturing beautiful flashes, while my friend was taking pictures with his professional camera for the same reasons. I took seven short videos spread over about 20 minutes, mainly observing the image on my mobile screen until the worst of the storm had passed. Back inside the condo, I quickly reviewed the video footage, looking for finds that would have "dazzled" me, but from my very small screen, nothing too exciting, especially compared to the photos taken by my friend. But, watching the very end of my last video, I first thought I saw a tiny light moving quickly from north to south. I looked again and then showed this to my friend. I then transferred the video to my laptop which is old, and although the 13.5" screen was quite wider than that of my S22, its poor resolution did not allow to distinguish a constant or even solid shape. Neither one nor the other had noticed the stealthy passage of this phenomenum as no sound accompanied it. My friend's photos could not corroborate what had been recorded on my mobile since, unfortunately, he had already started putting away his equipment shortly before I set up for the last video. We were going to take a closer look once back home in Quebec. On my 55-inch TV, the image quality makes it possible to better observe this white light which seems to touch the cloud base that must have been between 1000 and 1500 feet above sea level, according to us. It sometimes penetrates the clouds, then reappears further here and there. I cannot confirm how far it would have been visible in the sky, since I had ended my video before it reached the end of my field of vision to the south. For our part, we ruled out the possibility of an airplane, given its high velocity which we estimated at about 2000 miles per hour, the absence of sound and the usual position lights, and also the fact of moving near severe thunderstorms while a tornado alert was in force. It would also be surprising if a meteorite would move horizontally at such a low altitude. Could it be a projector’s light? We didn't see anything like this during our week-long stay, and no rays seems apparent, but we can't exclude this possibility. Me and my fiancé decided to walk to the gas station for some late night snacks and as we were walking, I had noticed something strange in the clouds. We both looked up and started to pay attention and as we were looking at it, we noticed that it wouldn’t come out from behind the clouds and no matter what formation the clouds would move to, the light would follow it. It was literally just going around and around above us but we could easily tell it was a spotlight nor was it a drone because it was way too high up there. I’ve never seen anything like that before. It was moving so fast that it was hard to keep up with honestly until you saw it coming towards you again.

At approximately 9:30CST on 8/7/23, my son and I observed a relatively low-flying orange light. It didn't have blinking lights like an airplane, and it moved silently in a straight line from west to east. We observed it for about a minute before it disappeared above the eastern horizon. During this time, we observed multiple identifiable airplanes, we could hear them and see the blinking lights on them. We do not believe that what we saw was an airplane.

A bright starlike object was seen shooting towards south east direction coming from the west above van nuys city. It had a reddish tail like after burners from a jet but was quite. I thought it was a shooting star or space debris but it was not, it had trajectory. After a few seconds the after burner was gone then it did a gl free fall. It was spining as it fell then dissappered halfway going down. I dod not hear any explosions or saw an impact. I was testing my new cell camera during the launch, this was after the launch cleared, etc. I saw lights, orbs, with colors, moving (what I first thought were stars, turned out to be balls of light? Possibly?) around each other, then one disappeared behind the treeline. I shot video, quickly and clumsily, but, it's the best I could do.

On walking around the French Quarter with my friend, who was another witness, I noticed a high flying light in the sky that appeared to be near low earth orbit. At first I thought it might be a satellite, but I noticed that it seemed to be making slight direction adjustments on its path. It must have been moving very quickly because it was out of view in about 2 minutes and I watched it go across the whole sky. At about 1 minute of watching it, I noticed another UFO coming from the opposite direction in an almost perfectly intersecting path with the first one. By the time they were near each other, they were EXTREMELY close to actually colliding. If this is a satellite, I find it very irresponsible that the people in charge of these would allow them to fly this close to each other at those speeds. If they hit, that could cause major damage on the ground. Due to the flight adjustments the first one was making, however, I highly doubt it was a satellite. They just appeared to be bright lights high up. I also witnessed another similar thing not far from there with another gentleman the previous week.

We were looking for shooting stars at the beach when we saw something that looked like a tiny star falling next to a stagnant star that was a bit bigger & brighter than the UAP. Would’ve thought it was one if it were stagnant too. It wasn’t twinkling, & looked like it had a warmer light color. It kept going down in the horizon, further away from us as it got increasingly harder to follow with our eyes. It didn’t move like a plane, and it was faster too, not crazy fast looking from our angle. It went behind a cloud and didn’t reappear sadly. Was too tiny to catch on our phones.

Looking out of my window in Williamsburg late at night, I saw what appeared like a bright red star in the sky, possibly a laser beam. It was there for hours. Two nights later I saw it in a different spot and then again a few days later.

We were traveling eastbound on hwy 2 towards Davenport, when we saw a light to the southeast of us. It was headed due east towards the glow of what we presumed is Spokane. The light was as bright as an aircraft coming in for landing but it was missing the blinking green and red lights. The object was also flying lower and faster than when planes are at their cruising altitude. The part that weirded us out was that as we were passed by the object. We did not loose sight of the light until it dipped below the horizon miles and miles to the east of us. Where if it was an airplane we should have lost sight of its front light.

We were outback celebrating and I notice some bright lights in the sky. I started recording because I didn’t think they were stars like most people thought. I usually look at the sky at night and never saw those before plus they were moving slowly across the sky. I counted at least 10 lights. 3 in the front in a somewhat line, 3 in the middle shaped like a triangle, 2 in the rear spaced apart a little further and 2 small one blinking over top.

Sitting outside after an event, I looked up and saw several lights , not blinking , not flying like any aircraft or drones. No sound. The lights were in a loose straight line formation, then the first 3 formed a tight triangle, followed by the next 2 sets of 3. Then they started to go loose straight again before I lost sight of them. Several witnesses, maybe one got video, I am not sure.

On 08-05-23 around 5:11 am I got out of bed to start my morning, by 5:35 am - 5:40 am I stepped out into my enclosed patio area where the sky is visible to the naked eyesight, so I could smoke an cigarette !! Upon lighting my cigarette to take my first couple of pulls, when I gazed up into the sky and couldn’t help but notice a circular light reflecting object high up amongst the stars almost identical to thee stars excepts this thing (circular star object) was moving across the sky at an approximately 1,000mph or faster without leaving nothing behind! It wasn’t moving side to side, it wasn’t changing corses, just straight across. Airplanes could been seen flying at a certain altitude, but what I seen was way much higher up than the aircraft ! Lately a lot of strange phenomena being reported, and I didn’t care for it until I witness something like this for myself

I got up early in hopes to see the meteor shower. It was a clear night partial moon. I didn't see any meteors, but saw a couple satellites and 2 jets passing over. When I spotted what I thought was another moving satelite, it did a u turn and did several elipses. Occasialy it would move back and forth. It didn't move out of perhaps I'm guessing a 1/4 to 1/2 a degree. It was the same brightness and size as the satellites I observed earlier. I judged the speed of its movement to be approximately as that of the other satellites. I observed this for about 30 minutes.

I witnessed the first one that I saw look like a satellite or a star I watched a travel across the sky and when it got to the other side of the sky is slowed down by a actual star went left then quickly right then turned back and flew back across the sky and disappeared in one spot so I focused on that spot and within 30 seconds that light spit out of that spot with another light they sort of circled and danced around each other like they were playing with each other then they both shot over a few miles to another light that look like a star but when they got to it they joined it and it looked like a triangle at that point the triangle then proceeded to move around the sky quickly there was some cloud cover very thin cloud cover so they would move in and out and behind the clouds but I was still able to see them that lasted for like 20 minutes and then they broke up again and then I started seeing them everywhere they would just look like a star and then all the sudden start moving it would interact with one another I couldn't believe the amount that I saw I'm out there every night looking at them but I've never seen anything like this I actually thought we had an invasion going on or about to start I didn't get it my mind wasn't conceiving it it was a crazy amount for a 3-hour period I had no one to tell no one to show so I just sat there and watched it I finally went to bed prayed to my God to ask for discernment but one thing is for sure these were not satellites they were not Stars they flew all over the sky all different directions joined with each other separated from one another played with each other they kept going to that one spot and disappearing and then reappearing and flying across the sky it was actually too much to actually put in this report but there's no doubt in my mind that other people had to see it I've been watching for the last 2 weeks with this weather being so clear and beautiful at night I came up with like five different categories of what I saw every night but this was intense it was insane the amount and what they're actually doing and to join with each other and then fly around as a perfect triangle around the sky and then separate from one another and all three go there different ways and then join back together in a different part in the sky and then play with each other and circling around like I don't know it was incense it was amazing scarier yet cool at the same time I hope other people report this I know I'm not the only one who saw it it lasted for too long and was way too obvious if you actually just sat there and watched

In my backyard right after dark as usual tending to chickens. The stars just started to become visible. There was a really bright star that I assumed was a planet. Wasn’t moving. A few minutes later I noticed out of the corner of my eye a star-like object doing perfect circles around the bigger, brighter planet/star-like object, then quickly accelerating and fading out. Eventually, the brighter and larger stationary object disappeared. This occurred about 120 degrees southeast of my backyard. See additional report for info on daytime sighting the next day.

I observed a light sitting beside Saturn and before I could say to myself that that doesn’t look Wright it moved off very fast and gradually dimmed as though it was moving away from earth the whole sitting only lasted about 30 seconds After that I noticed other moving objects in same vicinity but they remained same brightness so I assume that they are satilites they were totally different to the other object

Two objects following each other very closely at first and quickly. They both would come apart, go back together and continued hovering around each other. One was copper and the other with bright pulsing lights of all colors. The copper one pulsated and vanished quickly, leaving a trail. The other continued to hover slowly and travel in a NE direction. The lights continued to randomly change across the object as very vivid bright changing colors.

Three people on bikes were stopped on trail pointing up in sky. My friend and I walked toward them and asked what they were looking at. They pointed to a single stationary light in sky—larger than a satellite, round and visible in clear daylight sky. The light pulsed slightly, disappeared for about a second, then reappeared in same area but relatively far away in a short second. The movement within the same quadrant continued, shifting randomly down and left, up and right, with no flight path. It was just holding position within and area and quickly moving, disappearing and reappearing. We watched for about 3-5 minutes, then continued on our walk

Witnessed from our balcony and then we walked out of our flat beyond the trees and we could still see it, object moving extremely fast, high and in all directions. My house is surrounded by tall pine trees, but you can see the stars over the house and in between the tips of the trees. I was on my back deck looking at the stars as I do on and off every night and I saw what looked like a bright white "star" move silently and quickly across the sky in seconds. I continued to scan the sky and one minute later another bright white star looking object appeared instantly right where I was looking to the left of the direction where the first originated (there was nothing there when I turned my gaze to this spot and it appeared right before my eyes). About another minute later two more of these objects appeared and created a triangle with the second object. I came inside shortly after. I see these bright white star looking objects cross the sky in the same area at least 2 to 3 times a month. The last time I saw these there were 8 of them perfectly distanced apart all seemed to be moving at the same speed and one by one they crossed the sky silently (this happened in a matter of 3-5 minutes). I have not yet been able to get video footage of this activity. When I do I will be happy to share.
