October 18, 2015 I was outside and took note of the number of aircraft I could see in my field of view was unusual. Normally I only see 5-10 flashing beacons from aircraft at any given time, but this night I could count 20-30 and it was a very clear night. As I watched the sky, I took note of a satellite moving overhead from south east to north west. I was following the movement of the satellite and after watching it for 20 seconds or so, I noticed a blurry object to the left and at a lower altitude appear. At first I thought it was a meteor entering the atmosphere and at any moment I would see a tail streak across the sky. There was no tail, no streak, and seemed as though it was behind a cloud. For a moment I thought that it could have been a reflection from another object on a layer of cloud cover. However, this was not the case as I had noted that it was a very clear night and the amount of other celestial objects I could see was enormous. The object was blurry to gray against the sky a! nd had a dim source of light surrounding it. Almost as if it had its own cloud source or as if the sound barrier was broken for the constant duration. However there was no sonic boom associated with what I was seeing. There was no flashing beacon on it. It occurred to me that it may have been some sort of search light or landing light from another aircraft, but nothing else was near it and again it was very clear with not one cloud in the sky. It was moving in the exact opposite track of the satellite from north west to south east. It was moving at a very high rate of speed as I could only follow it for about 8 to 10 seconds. I would estimate that the object's altitude was some where in the range of 15,000 to 20,000 ft. The space in which it was contained did not lead me to believe that it was assending or desending, it seemed to maintain its path. I look up and watch the night sky as often as I can, I am very familiar with aircraft as I served in the USAF for 4 years and spent a considerable amount of time watching the aircraft on the flight line every night I was on duty. This was not an aircraft that I was used to seeing. I repeated to myself over and over as I watched the object "what is that??!!" and then " what the !*$% is that???." I was floored because I had never seen anything like it before and it made my hair stand as chills rippled through. It followed a very straight and direct path and was moving faster than anything I have ever witnessed.

Star gazing at 7:15pm EST 10-18-15, I spotted a white lighted moving object traveling North North West at 75-80 degrees off the horizon, that made no sound. At first I thought it was a slow moving satellite. 41 29 73 14. It did the impossible. Moved in a consistent line a few degrees, one finger at arms length then abruptly stopped totally, and reversed its direction. Then came back and went varying directions, north, south, east, and west each time reversing its directions. At times it appeared to be hovering. Not real bright but easily visible. I’ve seen the Space Station several nights but it moved along in a consistent direction and pretty good speed. This was not as bright appeared smaller, and moved more slowly. At one point it was moving with a pattern of repeating printed MMMM’s, forming somewhat of a wave pattern. Nothing I know of can maneuver in air in this manner with a sharp or reversing turn at the end of each run. Nothing. Could have been an object buffeted by winds but very peculiar. 5-7 minutes duration of observation, then I stopped viewing. Ran for the computer to see what this might be.

My friend and I were passengers in the back seat of a car driving down I-71 south near the Edwards Rd exit. While talking a clearly round, bright white light like a star or planet appeared in the east sky. I pointed and said what was that? We assumed it was the aforementioned but it began to move upward in the sky like a rocket and then disappeared. Then there was a cloud trail across the sky like a jet had flown by. There was no noise like a jet had flown overhead. Also this was a matter of seconds if this was a jet it had to be new technology we were witnessing.

We let our dogs outside and even though we have a fenced backyard, we for numerous reasons, always go outside with them. We couldn't help but notice the large, orange, glowing light in the sky. It was moving extremely slow (moving South/heading North) and although it was probably higher, it appeared to be off the ground at just above cottonwood tree height. As this object continued to move the orange light reduced down to (for its size ratio) a pinpoint and then its light seemed to disappear. What was also interesting about this strange, flying object, was its dark, massive size which became more apparent with the reduction of its orange light. And, there was no sound emanating from the object. This flying object certainly gave us pause and caused us to question what kind of aircraft it could possibly be. I was walking in my backyard towards my driveway when my cat, who was also in the backyard, suddenly froze staring at the base of a tree. It then took a few steps backwards, turned around, and ran full speed to the door on the other side of the house (to be let back inside). I looked around the tree to see what had frightened the cat, but there was nothing there, so I turned and took a few steps away, but decided to quickly look back one last time. That's when I saw this object running from the tree to behind the trash barrels located near the end of the driveway. It was about 12-15 ft. from me and in my direct line of sight on a bright, sunny day. I was very startled, and decided to first let the cat back into the house. A few minutes later I walked over to the trash barrels, but there was nothing there. The object appeared to 2 dimensional (like a geometrically shaped cardboard cutout), and it seemed able to camouflage itself (like a cuttlefish, or something I'd expect to be created in a DARPA lab). The object’s legs appeared to be moving rapidly, but it’s movement was comparatively slow as if it wasn’t getting good traction. The object was approximately 18 inches tall. It was shaped like a small black sphere with a pie shaped cutout (similar to the outline of an astronaut’s helmet) over a black triangular shaped mid section, and a barely visible pair of legs below the mid section. I don't expect others to believe me, as I wouldn't believe such a story if it was told to me. Never-the-less, I’ve reported what I had seen, because I couldn't attribute it to being a shadow, glare, or another rational explanation, and perhaps others also spotted it. We spoke via telephone with the witness, and he sounded to us to be sincere. However, he provides only a first name, and a minimum of contact information. We are uncertain as to the authenticity of the report. PD

It was the middle of the afternoon and I was driving eastward, when I glanced upwards to admire the beauty of the clouds which were lit up by the sun behind me. That’s when I noticed the first object, which was hanging just above the clouds and gleaming in the sunlight far more brightly than they were. It was also angular, which made it stand out from the clouds. I noticed the second object, just like the first, a little farther beyond it. They appeared to be stationary. The clouds passing beneath them, they’d reemerge in the same spot. At one point a passenger jet passed below the clouds but still at some distance between me and the closer of these two objects, and then I realized how unbelievably large they must have been. They seemed to be taller than they were wide. And as I traveled round them, turning to the north, I saw their shape from another angle. What appeared at first to be a box with a triangular projection below it became something like a very large “X” shape, with the upper legs being much taller than the bottom ones. Then, viewed from the north, the side facing the sun appeared to be curved, almost like a sphere with a smaller sphere projecting below it. They seemed to be hanging in the sky somewhere between White Marsh and the Aberdeen Proving Grounds northwest of Baltimore. I was driving to New York, so eventually they were too far behind me to see anymore.

Driving down I-75s looked to my left over east ridge area and saw to orangish bulb lights in the sky 30-40' across and one of the lights would go dim while the other stayed lit and one of the lights would get closer, higher or lower than the other light. Could not confirm shape but seemed to be round or dish shape

Red and white lighted objects that toggled from bright to dim. A string of 8-10 slow flying objects in the same trajectory SW over the ocean. This lasted for about 10 minutes and there may have been more objects prior to us noticing them.

We were on 95, headed south, at the Airport Rd exit. We saw two distinct triangle/pyramid light formations. They appeared to at first be hovering but then began to look like they were moving slowly northward in unison. One formation vanished and the other one's light intensity faded out but continued moving northward. It maintained a triangle formation but the distance between each of the lights expanded. Once they got past us, they were more spread out but still maintained a triangle formation. We heard no sound from them. I called the Warwick police who said they had not received any reports and told me to call the RI State Police. When I called them, I was told that they had not had any other reports but that they would send a trooper out to the location where we saw them. They also suggested that since it was near the airport, it was probably just some airplanes. But we also saw regular airplanes flying in the vicinity at the time and the other! lights did not look anything like airplanes (or helicopters). If someone from your agency feels the need to contact us regarding what we saw, please feel free to do so but it is not necessary unless you as the experts think it is. :-)

Four blinking lights two were white one was red and one was blue. They did not seem to have a certain pattern but were blinking very rappidly. They were also moving very slowly, not like a plane or helicopter

The object was almost directly overhead, slightly north/northwest. Far up in the sky. It was a bright light that I first thought was a plane, because the light flashed bright white and then a dull red. However, it never moved across the sky. It just flashed white, red, off, white, red, off, for roughly 4 or 5 minutes. Then it seemed to shrink in size and abruptly disappeared.

I was driving home from work and saw what I thought was a plane but it was not moving was just floating in the sky. It had 4 flashing lights (blue) and 3 lights that did not flash (reddish orange) it may have been a drone but I have never seen one and this thing was relatively large. Any ideas on what it could have been?

I saw it as I was driving on I-664 and exiting towards I-64W. It appeared to be one flying craft at first that was vertically aligned almost shaped like a Z with white and red lights. The shape then changed and appeared horizontal and then half disappeared like it separated into 2 separate objects. The one flying object had pulsating/flashing lights. I could see the object was moving and appeared to be descending quickly-the lights flashed pulsating off & on and when it would come on it was several hundred miles lower in the sky until it just disappeared behind the tree line. Coworker and I spotted an object dark in color traveling southwest above us while we were outside on break. It was a clear blue day I looked up and saw this object and I asked him if he saw it too. He replied that he saw it and said it probably the Russians in a joking way. It traveled faster than normal civilian aircraft we see above altitude to me looked at least 10,000 feet. Granted we see all types of aircraft fly over our building due to us being in the flight path of aircraft taking off and landing at Phoenix sky harbor airport. There was no noise when it flew over. Tried to keep watching it but it flew out of sight due to building in the way. Couple minutes later I looked again and the object was now west of us and it made a tight turn and vanished. There was no reflection from the sun on this vehicle. I really don't know what this was. My coworker is a 20 year air force veteran with flight status who flew on the e-4b for a number of years. I am a air force brat who traveled on all sorts of aircraft civilian and military and was working on private pilot license. Hope this make sense. Thanks!

I was waiting for the bus and its still very dark and I go to put my headphones on and I hear a loud Erie noise, almost like a muffled aircraft... I look up and just behind my house I see lights, as It gets closer I notice the lights make up a diamond shape particularly orange in color, very bright. I stand there confused, thinking to myself im looking at a UFO. Few seconds later, I can faintly see a black mass (only because the clouds were in the way of the moon and illuminated the sky a bit) just enough for me to make out a very hard to see dark object. At first I thought it was a stealth bomber but then as it pasted over my house I saw that it was moving very very slow, the sound get louder, brights lighter and the shape of the object is more appearent and I just keep thinking about it. About 5 minutes later I see a light rise in the sky and start heading my way SAME EXACT THING, don't know if maybe military trading by my house or something bigger

Woke up to see odd feature, a bright flashing. Thought it was a very odd satellite and then noted movement. I could see varying colors of lights, red definitely, then green and white. They appeared to rotate horizontally. I placed a 1/2" sticky dot on my window pane and stood in a position so that the dot blocked the object. It moved slowly but steady to the south after hovering at each spot for several minutes. It was too high to be a helicopter. Too deliberate to be a plane. I watched it for 1.5 hours then returned to sleep. I'll be looking for it again.
