I was cleaning my car out and I happen to like to watch the stars on occasion. I took a break only to draw my focus to a almost floating object go across the sky and disappear. It didn't fade it was poof gone. I have seen planty of planes and starts and shooting stars this is not it. My name is((name deleted)) While riding on the Tram Car near the Convention Center I was taking pictures of the Night Sky. When I reviewed the Photos (while still on the Tram Car) I saw this object in the top left hand corner of the Photo. I did not see it when I took the Photo. I am mystified. I waited a few hours to report this simply because I felt foolish and would not be believed, but the Camera doesn't lie. I am a 61 Year old Professional. While attending an evening ranger program in the amphitheater at Phantom Ranch (in the bottom of the Grand Canyon), a few people looked up and saw a strange, fuzzy, foggy white light moving roughly west to east across the sky. The sun had just gone down and a few of the brightest stars were starting to appear in the twilight. The UFO light looked like it was shining through a cloud--though the sky was completely clear; stars appeared crisp and clear. Additionally, the object was silent. I'm aware there was a SpaceX launch this evening; however, I've seen SpaceX rockets in the sky before and they do not move this quickly and they usually leave a trail. I've seen countless satellites, the ISS on multiple occasions, and other phenomena, but this one seemed different. The light intensity on this object stayed the same during its path across the sky. And it was not dark enough to see satellites yet. My background: I'm a park ranger, trained in astronomy, with many hours of stargazing experience. I was on an overnight hike during a work trip to Grand Canyon with several ranger colleagues who also saw the object. We were in the amphitheater audience at another ranger's evening program. Other members of the public who were in attendance saw the object as well. Our latitude & longitude: 36.104642, -112.095122 From our vantage point looking south, the object was flying roughly ESE, almost but not directly overhead. Après sa journée de travail du 23 août 2023 qui se termine aux alentours de 23h/23h30, le témoin décide de se rendre dans une salle de sport à Batz-sur-Mer (44) pour une séance de sport nocturne, entre 00h30 et 1h30. En repartant à pied vers le camping, où il séjourne en vacances, il choisit de longer la côte. Aux alentours de 1h30/1h40, alors qu'il se trouve à proximité des coordonnées 47.27411, -2.482339, il aperçoit un point lumineux blanc, fixe, très brillant, de taille légèrement inférieure à celle de la Lune. D'abord intrigué, il pense un instant qu'il pourrait s'agir de la Lune, mais il est catégorique : ce n'était pas elle. Surpris, il appelle son cousin resté au camping pour lui raconter ce qu'il observe. Son cousin, peu impressionné, retourne se coucher, mais lui reste sur place environ 20 à 30 minutes supplémentaires, fasciné par ce phénomène inhabituel. Plus bas, sur la plage de Saint-Michel, il remarque un groupe d'adolescents de 13 à 15 ans en bain de minuit. Vers 2h, lorsque ces derniers s'en vont, il en profite pour aller leur parler. Eux aussi ont remarqué la lumière étrange dans le ciel et, bien qu'ils ne s'y intéressent pas particulièrement, ils confirment que ce n'est pas la Lune. Vers 2h30, conscient qu'il doit retravailler le lendemain matin, le témoin quitte les lieux pour aller se coucher. Le point lumineux était toujours présent, fixe dans le ciel, lorsqu'il s'est éloigné. La consistance* du cas n'est pas optimale, mais reste suffisante pour apporte une conclusion pertinente. La vidéo transmise a pu être exploitée, elle renforce la cohérence du dossier en scénarisant l'observation. *Selon les critères du GEIPAN, la consistance est la quantité d'informations considérées comme fiables et objectivées, recueillies pour un témoignage. L'étude du dossier (voir le compte rendu d'enquête) et les recherches effectuées auprès de notre expert maritime permettent d'identifier formellement le PAN comme étant le phare puissant du navire TRITON sur zone au moment de l'observation. At 10:00 PM on August 19th, while situated on Tankerton beach, I photographed the beach huts. Unintentionally, my camera also captured a sizeable, brightly illuminated oval craft moving rapidly between the two shots (which were taken within milliseconds of eachother). I looked west over Mobile Bay at 9:36PM and saw 22 lights floating and moving west to east. I initially thought it was Starlink however, the lights were not organized in the same manner in a straight line. I stop to film the event. Le 12 août 2023, une famille réunie sur la terrasse de sa résidence à CUXAC-D’AUDE (11) a été témoin, à 22h18, du passage d'un PAN. Parmi les quatre membres présents, seul l'un d'entre eux a pris l'initiative de rapporter cette observation au GEIPAN, qu’il décrit comme suit : le PAN ressemble à « une échelle dont les montants, parfaitement parallèles et identiques, étaient solidarisés par des entretoises à angle droit ; le bas des deux montants et le haut, étaient aussi solidarisés, ce qui faisait ressembler l'objet à environ 6 ou 7 rectangles parfaitement ajustés les uns aux autres ; sans qu'il y ait une épaisseur différente entre les montants et les entretoises ». "La couleur du PAN était uniforme, "orange vif" ; il se déplaçait dans le sens de la longueur et a traversé tout le ciel sans bruit en une vingtaine de secondes." Selon les critères du Geipan, la consistance du témoignage* est bonne ( la consistance est la quantité d’informations considérées comme fiables, recueillies pour un témoignage), avec une observation largement documentée par le témoin principal (recommandé postal avec photos et dessins précisément annotés pour la localisation), et, au cours de l'enquête, la confirmation de l'observation par trois personnes de son entourage. Malgré l'affirmation du témoin dans le questionnaire du GEIPAN selon laquelle le PAN n'est en aucun cas similaire aux images en ligne de Starlink, il convient de noter qu'un train de satellites Starlink a effectivement été lancé la veille du 12 août, avec le déploiement de 22 satellites [référence n°G6-9]. De plus, il est à souligner que ce train de satellites évoluait dans la zone d'observation des témoins à 22h14, alors qu'ils scrutaient le ciel en attente d'apercevoir des étoiles filantes. L'étrangeté rapportée par le témoin est due à sa perception de la forme du train de satellite ("forme d'échelle"). Une description plus conventionnelle d'un train de satellites nous a été rapportée par les autres témoins contactés au cours de l'enquête. Cette observation est également corroborée par de nombreuses autres personnes présentes lors de la soirée du 12 août 2023, durant laquelle les Perséides, pluie d'étoiles filantes, étaient visibles. Certains témoins ont pris des photos de l'événement.. Compte tenu de ces éléments, le GEIPAN classe le cas en "A", observation d’un train de satellites Starlink. *Selon les critères du GEIPAN [GEIPAN classification A — Train de satellites]

Coming in, it Looked like a shooting star almost … had a long fire tail behind it… once it stopped burning it just continued flying… almost looked like a satellite but was red. It didn’t blink lights like a normal aircraft. Also thought it had to do with SpaceX since I am in California. Was able to get a small clip of it and a few pictures. A bright starlike object was seen shooting towards south east direction coming from the west above van nuys city. It had a reddish tail like after burners from a jet but was quite. I thought it was a shooting star or space debris but it was not, it had trajectory. After a few seconds the after burner was gone then it did a gl free fall. It was spining as it fell then dissappered halfway going down. I dod not hear any explosions or saw an impact. Object changed colors red stationary to orange moving with a trail or tail behind. Trail dissipated on stopping. Moved with intent up stop right sped up stopped then went out. Thought it was a light on a tower until it moved and stopped Thought it was a comet as the tail grew Thought it was an aircraft but illumination went off and it stayed in one spot Color was not constant. Driving along Keystone Rd in Tarpon Springs there was a bright red orange light that kept growing brighter. It was not moving and was larger than a planet. It had what appeared to be a tail that grew up bit longer as it got brighter. I watched it stay still for about 30 seconds and it started to dim real fast into a white dot and disappeared. Very odd. I was driving EB on SW 184th Street approaching Old Cutler Road & saw a long chemtrail to my southeast (about 2:00 position) except unlike normal chemtrails it appeared to be launched surface-to-air like a rocket or a missile. There are no rocket launching facilities nearby, & Cape Canaveral is about 230 miles in the opposite direction. It seems to have been launched from Biscayne Bay. Le témoin principal de cette observation (T1), observe au travers de la fenêtre de sa salle de bain, un PAN de couleur orange, de forme trapézoïdale, se déplaçant horizontalement. Intrigué, il sort et prévient sa compagne (T2). Ensemble, ils repèrent un second PAN de forme similaire, situé à une altitude supérieure dans le ciel. T1 capture ensuite une brève vidéo du PAN, d'une durée d'une seconde, avant de constater, avec T2, que les deux PAN s'éloignent vers le sud-est en prenant de l'altitude. Le témoin précise que les PAN, vus de plus loin, avaient une forme sphérique et faisaient de petits mouvements circulaires. Aucun bruit n’a par ailleurs été perçu par le témoin. Selon les critères du GEIPAN, la consistance* du cas est bonne, avec deux témoins de l’observation, dont un qui adresse un questionnaire technique complété d'un croquis et d’une vidéo exploitable. *La consistance est la quantité d’informations considérées comme fiables et objectivées, recueillies pour un témoignage. Une seule hypothèse est explorée, celle de l’observation de lanternes célestes (voir le compte rendu d'enquête). La description du phénomène (PAN) fournie par le témoin, incluant une couleur orange, une forme trapézoïdale puis ronde, une comparaison avec une flamme et l'absence de bruit, reste caractéristique. Le témoin ne ressent aucune étrangeté particulière, puisqu'il compare à plusieurs reprises le PAN à une lanterne dans son témoignage. La trajectoire apparente du PAN, se déplaçant vers le sud-est, est cohérente avec le sens du vent, orienté à l’ouest-nord-ouest. Sa faible intensité est par ailleurs un élément en faveur de l’hypothèse, les lâchers de lanternes ne pouvant s’effectuer que par temps calme. La description du témoin concernant le premier PAN est par ailleurs très précise, avec la mention d’une forme particulière, « trapézoïdale », de « pieds » pouvant s’apparenter aux suspentes de la lanterne mais également de « petits mouvements circulaires » ; tous ces éléments indiquant qu’elle devait se trouver initialement à une faible distance des témoins, à l’est, avant de s’éloigner vers le sud-est. Les communes de Pralong (42) et Champdieu (42) n’ont pas eu connaissance d’un lâcher de lanternes célestes le soir de l’observation, cependant la bonne description des PAN et les conditions aérologiques accrédites cette hypothèse. Was walking back to our apartment from Walmart. I looked to my left and high above the power lines were 2 separate objects. One was a cluster of lights and the other was a very large ball of an even brighter light. Both close together. Told my bf and he saw them, quickly grabbed my phone to take video and while I was trying to get my phone to fix the clarity of the focus, the cluster of lights faded into a slow fade. It was high up in the sky in the clouds and was at first obscured by the clouds making it seem like the moon almost with how you could see the aura of the light from behind the cloud, when the cloud moved it was a long rectangular flying object with a bright red beam that looked like a red star that was super bright and then after a while it dimmed down and appeared to the side of the skyline with the same glowing red aura but soon after it was obscured by trees SpaceX launch from Florida [NUFORC annotation: Rocket - Certain]

As I am walking my dog at 11 pm I see a red color in the clouds. There was first a singular orange object that seemed to be falling from the sky imitating a red color. It’s stop falling mid way though now catching speed and headed upward it’s trajectory took east. The bubbled object seems to grow In size and intensity. From that point multiple smaller lights were ejected from the bubble and seemed to surround the craft in some sort of skirt. From there 3 orange object break from the bubble and shoot off in opposite detections 2 headed north as the third was headed south. The one head south seemed to make some kind of trail making it seem as if a boomerang was just thrown across the sky. The ones that head north hovered for a few moment traveling back and forth while temporally disappearing and coming. after the three objects had taken there positions and the skirted objects disappeared.
