Black/dark gray sphere seen by man in Hyattsville, MD On 08/19/18 while I was walking my dog at Heurich Dog Park, (address deleted)) Rd, Hyattsville, MD 20782) around the 19:20 hrs. I spotted what looked like a dark circle on the South West horizon, (it was a cloudy day, with gray clouds on the sky) the object wasn’t traveling, it was stationary, after a few minutes the object started moving to finally disappear; it made no noise. Don"t have a clue what is was.

The resulting picture shows a saucer shaped object moving upward in the left half of the photograph over the 3 frames of the ¼ second sequence. The first frame shows the object near the base of the primary limb, the second shows how far the saucer moved in less than a ¼ second, the object was not in evidence in the the 3rd frame. In my estimation it moved from its initial position to beyond the 3 frames in less than a ¼ second. I took the picture with a 30 MP camera in a raw format, which was sensitive enough to catch what appears to be a fast moving saucer shaped object. I would like to work with someone to evaluate the angle of the craft and backstep the trajectory to its take off spot somewhere along the Taos Gorge, which may be a nest location for others. We spoke via telephone with the photographer, and he sounded to us to be quite sincere and sober-minded. We believe…but cannot be certain…that the tiny, disc-shaped object may be either a humming bird, or more likely, a cicada in flight. There is a faint hint of wings above and below the object. PD

It still was too far away to identify, but definitely looks like a white balloon or 2 white balloons together. I've been watching for about an hour and it has not moved. I did see what looked like a white bird circling the area as if checking it out. Probably a stork or seagull. No sounds, lights, or color change. We suspect that the object may have been a high-altitude, helium-filled balloon. We have posted several other similar reports, since July 11, 2018. PD

While walking dog at 0045 hours, observed a very bright white light about 20 degrees above the horizon to the north, trailed by a dim object moving to the north or NE. Lead object was extremely bright, no evidence of flashing anti-collision lights. I would estimate they were 20-30 miles away. Lead object brightness faded out after ten or so seconds; trailing object remained dim. Verified it was not ISS, nor any apparent satellites passing over (GPS 16 made a pass about that time, however these were two distinct objects). I’ve seen past ISS flyovers, but the lead object was extremely bright until it faded, and there was no evidence of military activity at the time. On August 18th, 2018 I was on an airplane flying from North Carolina to Los Angeles. When we were passing Denver, Colorado, (or close to Denver, according to the airplane map), I opened my window and saw that there was a thunderstorm a couple of miles away. I was sitting on the left side of the plane in the window seat, and the storm was directly in front of my window. I pulled out my phone to take a video of the lightning because I thought it looked pretty cool from how high up we were. While I was filming, I noticed a flashing red and white light flying. It was flying the opposite direction of the plane I was in. The object was flying in a straight line, and then it started to lower, stopped blinking for a second, and then when it started blinking again, it was up high again as if it had reversed. It then kept flying away. It looked almost like a drone, but because of how high up we were, there’s no way it was a drone or a building light, etc. I also thought it could’ve been! a plane, but because of how quickly it moved, I didn’t think it could be that either. I think I would of been able to see the outline of the plane if that had been what it was also. It was very small and I didn’t see it’s shape because of how dark it was. I caught it all on video though and it still confuses me.

Incredible... just as was the case 2 years ago... Driving home through very dark mountains, with no other vehicles in site... a “motorcycle” headlight suddenly appeared in my rear view. This time, it didn’t give the impression of speeding up right on top of us, but was “suddenly” behind us, maybe 250 feet? Reminded kids of what we experienced in 2016, and insisted that the light behind us was indeed a motorcycle... we chuckled... But NO motorcycle or vehicle of any kind ever passed us??? We heard no sound, there were no roads to turn off? Whatever it was, just vanished.... again. Very eerie... Beginning to wonder WHY this happens to us... but very fascinating and spooky at the same time? Not sure what it was, but you get a sensation and feeling, when you know something is not right...

I witnessed 4 orange lights moving west. 3 in an inverted triangular pattern with another one following a short distance behind. After approximately 1 minute the pattern of 3 vanished while the single light continued on the same course for another minute before doing the same.

I was looking at stars in sky and saw a bright red/orange circle object fly from low like maybe ground to the sky. Then I saw another then total of four up in sky not moving. 15 minutes later one flew far away from sight then another then another until they were gone. My neighbor came out and saw them also and saw them.

I was returning home from Arizona the evening of August 17, 2018, about 7:40PM PDT. I was driving north on I-11 (US93-95) and had just passed the Boulder City interchange when I noticed a brilliant light, WNW of my position about 35 degrees above the horizon. The light appeared to be approaching Black Mountain but was off in the distance, seemingly 10-20 miles away. I immediately assumed that it was simply a jet on final into McCarran airport, since the jet traffic routinely make their final turns at Black Mountain. I glanced at it again about 30 seconds later and noticed that it hadn’t moved in any closer. Right then the light started to shimmer to a dull orange and went completely black and became a rectangular shaped black object, silhouetted against the dusk sky. Though the overall object appeared quite small (maybe 1/6 of a full moon) the corners of the rectangle were sharply defined. I glanced back at it again periodically every few seconds while ! driving and noticed after another 30 seconds a milky tail start to come out of the black rectangular object and cover it in mist. Five seconds after that it had completely disappeared between my glances at it. No mist just gone. I would have assumed it was a meteor viewed face on, had it not been visible for almost 2 minutes in total.

I was at the Belen Airport in the parking lot, I had gotten out of my car and was hoping to catch some take offs and landings, but there was no activity happening that afternoon. I was scanning the skys which were very clear and thought maybe I would at least see some high altitude passenger jets overhead if I focused long enough but there were none. After several moments of concerted effort studying parts of the sky, I was ready to leave, but for some reason I had an urge to look one more time and that is when I saw a peculiar object. The way my eyes focused on it, I could not very well tell if it was a small craft close to me or a large craft that I was seeing perhaps 30,000 feet distance. The object was a white triangle traveling in a spiral path away from me. The speed of the rotation and forward movement was very fast and I remember thinking that a human pilot would not be able to withstand the force. As I watched it, I could tell that something seemed! to be struggling to pilot the craft because it was making very quick corrections and not moving in a smooth or straight line. Because of the speed and color, I lost it in the sky for a moment but then again found it before it moved out of my eyesight range. The craft made no sound and there were no lights nor trail of exhaust. Means of propulsion seemed otherworldly and unsuitable for Earth's atmosphere and gravitational forces.

Mid day very high over Los Lunas. Sliver in appearance, The object was stationary for a long period of time. The object was observed by myself and wife over a 20 minute time frame. A cell phone picture was taken, however, distance is to far for identification. The background was sky blue with several scattered clouds.

This was sent to me by a friend of ours. She is a retired school teacher and has high integrity. These are still shots from a wildlife camera that had turned over in their yard and was pointing to the sky. It was very interesting to me and it does not appear to be insects or aircraft that were flying around or over. I am a retired Texas State Trooper and a private pilot. I exchanged e-mail with the source of this report, expressing my opinion that the objects probably were insects. However, I cannot be certain that is what they are. However, the objects do not look like alien craft. PD

I saw a bright orange light in the sky traveling slowly south and it made a right turn towards west then the light started turning off slowly and a large sphere object kept going and spinning.

Driving up Route 130 in from New Harbor. Noticed blue light behind the trees to my left, and when I crested the hill looked out my driver's side window. First noticed the blueish/green shimmery lights, one on each corner of a completely black triangle craft. Guessing 300-500 feet up, maybe moving slowly south. Had to second guess I wasn’t seeing some sort of towers, but there weren’t any around.
