At approximately 1930 yesterday evening, I was driving home from picking up a pizza for myself and husband. I was traveling West on a main road, preparing to make a left hand turn onto the road that I live on. We live in a fairly quiet, rural area. There are very few street lights on our road. As I prepared to turn left onto our road, I observed an orange glow just through the top of the trees. I turned left onto our road and continued traveling North. About 400 feet ahead, I observed a truck pulled over to the side of the road with its hazards on. As I got closer to the truck, it very quickly pulled onto the road and took off. At this point, I had reached the section of road where the landscape opens and there are no trees blocking the vista. To my east, there were dozens of bright orange balls of light in the sky. They were in small groups of three (triangular pattern). Each group was parallel to each other. The lights were glowing bright orange and seemed independent of each other. At that moment, the groups of light appeared stationary in the sky. The mass of lights extended in a "lane" that appeared at least 200 feet in length. There were some single balls of light (not in a triangle pattern) towards the end of the line . These lights were at a very low altitude. My best guess would be a few hundred feet off the ground. As I looked out my car window, I barely had to lift my gaze to make these observations. There was no sound whatsoever. The mass of lights appeared to be moving east to west/northwest. I felt true panic in that moment. And frantically dialed my husband to get outside. I was less than one mile from my home at this time. As I continued North, I lost sight of the lights. At about 1/2 mile from my home, I opened the sunroof and observed some balls of light in the sky above me. These balls of light were traveling in a singular formation. Not the same triangle formation I had initially observed a mile back. They appeared higher in altitude at this point. I passed a vehicle pulled over in the southbound lane and could see the driver with his cell phone out the window. This helped to validate that what I was seeing was real! When I reached my driveway, my husband was outside waiting. He was able to observe 2 glowing orange balls of light to the south of his location, traveling west/northwest. They disappeared quickly beyond the tree line. Roughly 20 minutes later, we observed a helicopter traveling south towards the location we saw the lights. We often see helicopters and various aircraft over our property, but hardly do they travel in a north to south pattern. Especially at night. My husband is retired Coast Guard. We have lived near many military installations with very active air traffic. I'm used to seeing helicopters, military aircraft at all times of the day performing various exercises so I like to think that I have a slight advantage over the general public in observing aircraft. It was sometime around 11 at night, maybe early 12, and me and a group of four friends were heading through Omaha, Nebraska. We were in the suburbs, close to downtown but not in it, but I could see over the houses into the big city area. There was an oval/rectangle shaped craft in the sky, with two lights on the sides of it, but that was it for lights. I thought at first it was an airplane, but after a few moments of staring at it I realized it couldn't have been. It was hovering around the tops of the buildings, and was staying pretty still. I watched it for a few moments, before we passed by a treeline, and I lost sight of it. When we re-emerged, the craft was gone. ((ADDENDUM FROM WITNESS)) The object I observed not quite sure what it was it had red and white lights it was really bright white light with like a tail behind it like a comet and it stopped and just stood in place for a few seconds like a helicopter and all of a sudden it's shot back from the right to the left again for approximately I don't know I guess a few miles stop steel again and then shot straight up and disappeared at first I thought it was a falling star when I first seen it but a falling star does not stop in mid-air and start over I sent you three pictures I hope you got them was not the clearest pictures but one of them you can see the tail behind it again this was 15-20 miles west of Prescott Arkansas on Interstate 40 halfway between Little Rock and Memphis Tennessee I told the other guy that was running with me that start with me to send a report he said he would before the night was out I hope you can make heads or tails out of the pictures I tried to zoom in with his cell phone as good as I could but as I said I'm not the best with technology God bless you and have a great weekend oh I meant to say when it stopped it kind of had a reddish tint to it like a reddish light then turn to bright white light like somebody turned a spotlight on you but it was a long ways away of course it was just not right on top of me but it was a distance and you can tell it was close enough I got that photo We spoke via telephone with the witness, and he seemed to us to be eloquent, sincere, and sober-minded. We suspect that he is a very reliable witness. Witness has provided photos, which indicate a lighted object, seen against a dark sky, but the image is blurry, and, therefore, ambiguous. PD

Solid green point light moving extremely fast horizontally northbound in sky. 3 bright flashes of light and sparks that lit up the sky then instant vertical elevation drop to below horizon. Other aircraft in the area.

A HUGE comet (?) in the western sky slid from north to south at a forty-five degree angle, seemingly slower than normal. The body was a vivid medium shade of green which faded into the golden orange tail ending in the usual white trail until it burned out. I am a truck driver with eighteen plus years watching the skys all over this country and beyond. I was stopped westbound at a red light approaching my final delivery destination and saw the sight straight out in front of me through my windshield in a well-lite business & residential area with countless motorist all about. Also, a little higher in the western sky and a little further away, I saw what appeared to be a small private airplane. Surely, I could not have been the only witness to this dramatic.

After watching it for 20 seconds or so the object did a 180 degree turn and headed East. There was no flare or flash – the thing turned on a dime and went back the way it was going ….after another 10 seconds it was gone. Source of report indicates that the date of the sighting is approximate. PD

I was picking up my friend from her house around 10 o’clock. She was trying to sneak out of her house, so my other friend and I waited in the car for her. We didn’t want people to notice us so we turned off the headlights completely and lowered the inside lights coming from the console down (thus there was no chance it was a glare). We were waiting and then in an instant, both of us see this yellow-greenish light. It was rectangular. The street itself was completely dark with the exception of a light post off in the distance. It just appeared out of nowhere. It glided downwards for 5 seconds and then it just ended. It didn’t touch the ground, all of this happened mid-air. It was so quick but very vivid. We could tell it was a rectangle with a green-yellow light/aura coming from it. It was that high but it wasn’t that low. I would say it was at the height of when airplanes just take off, like when they haven’t reached their height cruising speed but not that low. It was very odd. The windows were down to and we didn’t hear anything coming from it. It couldn’t have been a firework or flare as it didn’t come up, it just appeared and then went down. It couldn’t have been a drone, we would have seen the lights continue and it wouldn’t have just appeared out of nowhere. And it definitely wasn’t an airplane or a helicopter.

When we were fishing (and drinking, if it matters) me and one other person, my significant other at the time were sitting on the shore and looked up in the sky and saw a strange blue, long cylindrical craft(?) hovering above the broad of the viewable lake. Immediately knew it wasn’t a drone, it was far, far to large. If I had to estimate, it had to be at least 15m long, and that is the very least. It was utterly still. It didn’t move AT ALL. I watched it for a solid 15 seconds before I saw a flash (oddly with absolutely no sound) and it was gone. It looked like something comparable to turning a 90s TV off. Now mind you, there’s was absolutely nothing audible this entire experience. If a plane were 65m away you would hear it.

My buddy and I were driving home from band practice. A few nights before we had noticed a strange flashing light in the sky close to where we were so we dove to the same spot. When I looked in to the sky there it was again. A white and red flashing ball of light. The lights pulsed on and off rapidly and very bright. The lights were hovering in place. I stopped the car to observe them and it started to slowly glide away towards us. I turned the car around and began to follow it. It picked up speed and started to rise in altitude. As we drove behind it it rapidly flew away. The first night we saw it there were jets chasing it. Two jets flew at it in a triangle pattern. One flew away and one followed the lights. The light moved fast and did what I would call warped away. A bright light flashed from nowhere near the jet. The jet flew up and into the clouds as to escape I assumed. It was all very strange but me and my buddy saw this happen.

We were standing outside talking after we got off work and we saw these four round, huge, bright lights that were going up and down and they stood still for about five seconds and we all just got quiet and stared at it and the it disappeared. It was much larger than the other planes in the sky. I thought it was a C-130 because I live nearby a base but it was much bright and much more still and silent that a C-130

Driving home on November 1, 2018, on highway 95. Spotted some strange lights in the air above Creech Air Force Base, Indian Springs, Nevada. The lights just hovered in a straight line for a few minutes. I pulled my vehicle over and took some video of it.

Large blue/green flame/light over Albuquerque, NM. I was east-bound on the 40 just outside of Albuquerque, when I saw a bright blue/green flame appear in the sky. I figured at first that it was just a meteor, but the object appeared to be getting bigger. It was difficult to discern a definitive shape as I was focused on what appeared to be blue/green flames near the bottom, and I was driving on the busy highway. I would say that it was not a smooth shape based on the flames coming off of it. I thought whatever it was, was going to crash into a hill that was coming up ahead, but I saw nor felt no impact. An object of that size would have made some sort of projectiles. I was alone in my car but the highway was fairly busy so I would think that other drivers saw the object, as far as I could tell no one pulled over to have a look. I was tempted to but didn’t pull over either.

So, we stare and under neither the blue slowly flashing light that mind you was not going in a sequence was what looked like shimmering thing of mist and different blue light all in the sky and it 7am. We just stared in disbelieve, it looked as if it was transitioning from night to cloaking itself. I turned my head and it disappeared. Driving home and close to my house, I saw a red sphere or light traveling at about 2500 feet. It caught my eye because it seemed faster than a helicopter or small plane. Definitely was not a commercial airliner. It was moving NNE and had no anti collision lights or any other lights around it. It was at a 40 to 50 degree angle from me and made no sound which I thought I would hear compared to my lifetime experience. I always watch the sky and am very interested in all aircraft. The only thing I can speculate is that it was a low flying private jet that did not have any lights on except one red light. Still it was silent.

Occurred while driving southeast on Hwy 54. Stopped and photographed the craft at this location using an iPhone 7. This craft was in close proximity to RDU International airport flying perpendicular to the main runways at a distance of approximately three nautical miles. My friend, who was in my car with me, immediately called Air Traffic Control at RDU to report the incident. The tower should have had a visual on the craft as well as on radar. The info was taken, but we have no information as to any observations made at the airport. UFO/UAV craft configuration: A flying wing with two white and one red light. The red light was in the center, with the two white lights at equal-distance at each end. The craft was moving away from us. We were tracking it from the rear. It was flying directly before us, above the road and on the same track. We could not see additional shape details. It basically looked like a straight line with three lights. It appeared to be flying very slowly. There was no discernible noise you would expect from an aircraft flying away from you. I want to stress, at the first sighting, it was not some distant blip far off in the sky. It appeared to be a very large, low flying plane at a close distance. Now, seeing aircraft constantly at RDU, everything from small commuter planes to Jumbo jets, I report the following — The craft was of immense size, frightfully immense, dwarfing anything I have ever seen. It is hard to evaluate the size accurately without a firm reference to distance. It did not have standard navigation red/white/green lights, nor landing lights. No strobes lights. No pulsing of its lights, just the three steady lights as previously mentioned. This is a high traffic take-off and landing pattern area. No conventional aircraft would be flying in this area without strobes, nav-lights and landing lights full on. It would be an FAA violation and a severe hazard unless it was in communication ATC and had clearance. The sighting was as follows: We were headed south on Airport Blvd and turned left onto Chapel Hill Rd/Hwy 54 in a southeast direction. I noticed what I momentarily thought were aircraft lights forward and above us at a close distance. I immediately realized it was not a conventional airplane and said to my friend, “That’s a UFO.” She scoffed, looking at the three lights and assumed it was three airplanes. She then realized, as I had, that this was a single craft and there was structure between the lights. She yelled to me to, “Pull over, pull over and take a picture!” I had to drive, watch this thing, and find a safe place to pull over. As you will see in the photo that I did manage to get, there were other cars on the road. This is not some deserted country lane in the middle of nowhere. She, in the excitement, was unable to find her phone buried in her backpack fast enough. And is now giving me grief that I didn’t put the phone in video mode. After I got the photo, we followed down the road trying to get to a more open view. This is an Eastern US road with trees on both sides and the leaves are still on. While she kept it in view for a short while, less than a minute, it was then lost in the trees and horizon. She immediately called RDU Air Traffic Control to report the sighting. At the time of this writing, the incident occurred six and one-half hours ago. About me: I am a licensed private pilot for many years. In years past, I had flown my airplane to/from RDU. I had a professional news reporting background.

Saw 3 lights moving in unison, slowly in the same direction over my neighborhood. It was heading West. 3 lights blinking one at a time from West to East. Light blinking repeated once a second in total for all 3 lights blinking in a loop - 1,2,3 - 1,2,3 No engine sounds. Looked extremely wide/long from our view. The light's rate of blinking sort of looks like normal aircraft. Only there were 3 lights, and all 3 lights moved together, and their blinking pattern was synced up as if highlighting a single shape. Unclear if disc/chevron/whatever. If it was 3 helicopters, they did a really good job going at the same speed in the same direction, really really slow. I've seen normal helicopters flying over my house before. Lights look different, and I can hear the engines. Only other simplified guess I can make is some kids tied 3 drones together with a really really long fishing line. I wouldn't be surprised if it was more than 1 to 3 miles long. I'm no pilot or anything. So my ability to judge the distance/speed/size is based on only my understanding that a traffic light is as big as I am close up. driving down the road and saw two extremely bright lights very close to each other, lights then faded until they disappeared, about 30 to 45 seconds later the lights came back on and backwards dimmed would be the best word i could describe. They dimmed from very very low brightness to extremely bright where they were radiating and reflecting light with streaks coming off of them it was brighter than anything I've ever seen before. The lights then we're stationary and completely disappeared like they were turned off. After the Lights disappeared 3 airplanes we're flying at a rapid speed and making maneuvers in a zigzag motion. I've seen this motion before since I was in airforce for eight and a half years, all three aircraft were doing maneuvers in the shape of a Z. We spoke via telephone with the source of the report, and he seemed to us to be quite sincere and sober-minded. PD
