It was just below the clouds around 10000 feet. It was at a high rate of speed with no noise. I checked air traffic and plans or helicopters were in the area. It was too low to be a satellite. The light was bright and steady. No other lights were associated with it.

The two triangle shaped objects were extremely large, were glowing bright white, made no sound, moving so close together that it looked like they could have been touching. They were moving at a speed faster than anything ever seen in comparison (planes, helicopters, satellites). After watching the objects for approximately 10 seconds, they both simply vanished. There was no trace, to trail, nothing in sight any longer. We had a clear and unobstructed view of the sky with no clouds and no wind. Both objects vanished in the middle of the sky. Both of us that observed this are law enforcement officers

I was outside looking at moon and I turned around and saw a huge red orb/fireball type object flying perfectly horizontal across sky…it was low…maybe 2000ft above ground. It was not discharging any material behind it like a meteor or comet but it had a huge smoke trail behind it but after it left my field of view the smoke trail was gone. Extremely clear night with almost full moon, no wind or clouds so I should have been able to continue to see trail but it was gone. About 2 min later a BRIGHT white orb followed same path but about twice as high…4000ft above ground . Neither object made a sound, never changed brightness as it moved across entire sky. Would space junk or a comet/meteor be flying that low and horizontal to ground?!?!

I met my spouse outside after my niece ran to tell me something was in the sky, a UFO, I came out front to see there was an orange-ish red-ish craft in the sky above the Las Vegas Strip, it was staying in one place, Hoovering. Thecraft looked like it was surrounded by a fog and halo of red/orange light. It was a circular in shape. The craft faded dim fairly quick and disappeared, after less than a minute, it showed back up more towards the lower left. After the photos were taken it disappeared. We did not see it again.

Came from the North/West heading East, and saw a large orb of light. Looked orangey red, was NOT blinking like planes do, had no sound. Had a vapor trail following it which I thought was very odd, especially this time of night. It seemed to be moving in semicircle the farther East it went, like it was getting closer to the ground the farther East it went. Looked to be just a bit closer than a plane would normally be from the ground when it came from the North/West.

Visible energy wave around object with possible plume emitting behind object, not following but propelling. All the dogs were barking across town. Big arc relative to curvature of the world

We were coming home from bowling and saw a glowing red ball moving slowly across the sky as it got closer it had a trail of sparks behind it like a fire work but it travels from north to the southeast across the entire skyline and kept flying. Too slow to be a meteorite. I’d say it was about 1000 ft above the ground but seemed closer at first.

Moved slowly from north to southeast in the northeast part of the sky. Thought it was a shooting star at first but it was big, low and not super fast. Left a smoke trail behind that quickly dissipated. It was definitely burning- orange in color. No sound at all. We followed it until it was out of sight behind the trees.

I was facing South at 172 degree(s) and also facing toward the moon when I saw a light appear under the moon and while it was moving in a NW pattern, I noticed it seemed to move like a balloon, rather than a plane or a drone. After about 3-5 seconds, I grabbed my phone, but before I could open up the camera, I saw the light disappear. It seemed fairly high up in the sky, but I couldn’t see that well due to the dark sky, and there were no other aircraft present nearby.

Traveling westbound on I-44. I was about mile marker 192. My vehicle was between St. James and Rolla, Missouri. I spotted the orange orb traveling from North to South. I thought I may be a meteor but it never broke apart and it also maintained the same altitude. Was on the way to work so I didn't stop to get video. I don't think it would have even shown up. I have had numerous sightings over a 30 year period. I work overnights at a hotel, and an entrepreneur.

Was in my living room, with my boyfriend. I looked out the window of our apartment townhome that faces North and all of the sudden saw a small, but very clear and prominent, solid, glowing, red orb darting in a straight line across the sky. At first I thought it was some sort of drone, and I got my Boyfriend’s attention. It was moving faster than either of us had ever seen a plane, or satelite move before. As it was about to leave our view from inside the house, we sprinted outside to try to continue viewing the mysterious object. As we got out there we could not find the orb anywhere. I ran around the block looking at its projected path, to no avail. We have no idea what this could possibly be.

Sitting on back deck in early evening. Watching planes overhead and tracking with Flight Tracker app. Noticed an object coming towards us. It seemed to be a low altitude, but I would be guessing - maybe around 2,000-3,000 feet. It was low enough and close enough to the ground that we could visibly see it spinning. It was a round, shiny silver orb that seemed to have small fins on it that would glisten in the sun. That was how we knew it was spinning - we could literally see it turning. It flew very smoothly, in a straight line, directly over our house from south-east to north-west and out of sight. No sound. No blinking lights. No exhaust or contrail. I took a video which I will try to upload. If you zoom in on the video, you can see the object get bright and dark as it spins. It was not a plane - I checked the flight tracker app. It was not the ISS, it came over (north to south) several hours later. I am familiar with rocket bodies, comets, balloons, etc as I track a lot of things in the sky. This was completely different and very much what I have heard described by other sightings of metallic orbs. It was unlike anything I have ever seen. My wife experienced the same thing I did and she is a huge skeptic of UAP/UFOs. If my video uploads, check out the second object that appears to come from the top of the screen and pass the main object at the :24 second mark - could be a bug, but we only caught it by going frame by frame. UGH - I can't upload the video - that's all I have. If you'd like to email me, I will gladly share it. It's certainly not a fantastic video, but you can see the object spinning by the sun/dark/sun pattern. "Honey, there's a UFO - grab my worst camera!" Ha ha!

Every time I tried to take a video and zoom in, I’d lose focus. This wasn’t happening any other time besides when I tried capturing footage of the strange light. It was NOT THE MOON AND NOT A PLANE OR DRONE! A plane did fly by in close proximity immediately as soon as I noticed the UFO.

On a mesmerizing night, with Venus shining brightly in the sky, I found myself gazing at its celestial beauty. As I marveled at the radiant planet, something peculiar caught my attention just beneath it. There, a luminous object was in motion, captivating my curiosity. Initially, I considered the possibility of it being an airplane, but as I observed further, it became apparent that this sighting was unlike anything I had witnessed before. Unlike an airplane with its distinct blinking lights and steady flight path, this object lacked those familiar characteristics. Its movement seemed different, almost ethereal. Determined to capture this mysterious phenomenon, I hurried indoors to retrieve my iPhone, hoping to document the encounter. My heart raced with anticipation as I began recording, zooming in 100% to gain a clearer view of the object's shape. To my astonishment, the object revealed itself as a fireball, engulfed in a mesmerizing glow. At its center, a small, solid core seemed to pulsate with an otherworldly energy. Aware of the importance of capturing the magnitude of this sighting, I adjusted the camera to showcase the object's size and speed relative to the moon, towards which it appeared to be gradually moving. However, uncertainty overwhelmed me, and I hesitated on what my next course of action should be. With a heavy heart, I reluctantly ceased recording, unaware of what else I could do to document this incredible event. In a brief moment of distraction, as I diverted my gaze away, the unthinkable occurred. When I glanced back up, the fireball had vanished, leaving nothing behind but a lingering sense of awe and regret for not having captured that ephemeral spectacle. Note: The sound captured in the video may include background noise from nearby air conditioning systems, but it does not diminish the significance of this extraordinary sighting.

I was outside on my back patio and looking up at the moon. I also noticed a circular cloud to the left of the moon, which I thought looked different. Just then, a line of white lights was coming in from the right flying towards that cloud quickly. They flew in a line formation. I counted 10. No sound, no flashing lights. Sitting outside with my Husband. We both witnessed the ball of light and watched it travel East. It was not an aircraft as it was moving too quickly, no blinking lights and then quickly became smaller before disappearing this was all within a minute or less.

While driving south on Jog Rd.,in Palm Beach Gardens Florida, I saw a green rectangular object plummeting towards Earth for 5 seconds in the Southern sky. I lost sight of it when it dropped below the tree lines. It was vivid green in color and appeared to be producing some kind of vapor or smoke but did not leave a trail. I am a high school teacher.

We were sitting outside having a holiday cookout and I saw a very strange looking aircraft directly to the North and it was traveling at a high rate of speed to the West. I instantly pointed it out to the 4 other adults present and everyone thought it was the strangest thing they've ever seen. The shape was almost undescribable as it looked like a main craft on the top carrying a large object underneath it around the size of a car but shaped completely different. It seamed to change a few different shapes and it appeared to have some sort of orange boosters at the very top. We did not hear a single noise. I snapped a few pics on my galaxy s22 ultra but tried to take them quick on 100x zoom as it was moving out of view quickly so I couldn't get a completely focused picture. The first picture was with the tree in it where I tried to snap a pic before it went behind the tree and you can barely see it in the corner. I then had to run to the end of the driveway to snap the other pictures on 100x zoom to see past the tree. Also, this was traveling directly west away from the direction of Wright Patterson AFB. Very bright light -- brain initially went to Venus. Knew it was not a weather balloon cause I work for the NWS and those are non-reflective...and launched right at 23Z, which is not when the sighting occurred (2130Z). Object was drifting at high altitude towards the northwest. Observed it for a few minutes, noted that it was definitely *not* a plane (we are 20 miles southwest of KATL). Attempted to view it using my 8" aperture telescope. I caught onto it briefly and all I could get was a rather small but very bright dot. It then drifted behind some cumulus clouds. Some very thin high cirrus was present. The object's brightness rose and fell a few times, but it wasn't always clear if it was a change in reflection angle or high cirrus obscuring the object. My wife was outside with me...she also saw it. My 8 year old son came out, saw that I had the telescope, briefly tried to see it, but couldn't get sight of it. Her guess was some kind of drone. My guess was cynically another one of those "Chinese Spy Balloons" like I saw on the news a few months ago, but who really knows. I'm mostly filing this report to figure out if anyone else saw that cause I'm just really curious what I was just looking at. [NUFORC annotation: Balloon - Possible]

Noticed a darker object by itself in the sky. Looked like a super dark small cloud, it was cloudy here today. We kept watching and it was almost staying in the same place until we noticed it moving slowly, changing shapes, and somewhat moving closer. Definitely moved closer, floating around until we lost sight of it in the woods behind us. At one point a small piece “ broke off” and continued near the larger section. I would appreciate you letting me know what it was if you know.

May 28, 2023 Atlanta-Hartsfield (ATL) Sighting Report Narrative of Events During Takeoff 2215 Hours: After a 15 minute gate hold, the aircraft, a Boeing 767-300ER with 226 souls and 2 laps on board, is pushed back from the terminal. Ground Control clears the aircraft to the active taxiway. 2245 Hours: Idle fourth in line, after 30 minutes aircraft cleared to taxi onto RWY 26 Left where we are instructed to hold. ATL Tower reports clear skies, visibility 10 miles or better, altimeter 29.92, winds calm. 2248 Hours: Cleared for takeoff, ATL Tower instructs us to climb heading 275 degrees to intercept course 288 degrees to Snufy. Flight course put us just west of East Point and south of state route 166, where we expect to be cleared to 15,000 feet, and from there to flight level 240 (24,000 feet). 2252 Hours: Outbound from ATL, Departure clears us to flight level 240. First Quarter Moon visible in the clear night sky, having risen high on the eastern horizon at sunset. 2300 Hours: Climbing through 15,000 feet, First Officer points over the instrument panel towards a sizable burst of white light, 12 o’clock off the aircraft nose, approximately 5 miles distant. 2301 Hours: My initial impression is that the burst represents some kind of missile denotation, and, as a result, I throttle the engines back so as not to ingest possible debris from the blast. 2302 Hours: First Officer reports the sighting to ATL Departure and requests a vector change further to the west. A mild buffet to the aircraft, accompanied by an audible drop in engine RPM. Cabin lights flicker for a moment or two, although the annunciator panel remains illuminated. 2303 Hours: Departure vectors us further west, which puts us outside the burst radius, and reports commercial traffic descending inbound as we resume our climb to flight level 240. Traffic, an Airbus heading for ATL, comes up on VHF Guard Frequency. 2310 Hours: After speculation by both flight crews as to the origin of the burst, resembling a nebulous ball of light, First Officer and myself concurred over the VHF frequency that the object appeared stationary, of significant size, perhaps 700 feet in diameter, and remained to the east, having fallen behind our present position as we continued to climb. It was, as I pointed out, “still out there," and appeared as bright as the moon, “...sort of a fuzzy silver ball.” 2315 Hours: Having been cleared to flight level 360, our cruising altitude, we continued to vector toward the northwest, en route to Chicago. It should be noted that ATL Departure showed no additional traffic, other than the inbound Airbus, and the remainder of the flight passed without incident
