I am speaking for the witness, who is my 9 year old son. He was in the back yard playing with the dog when he observed a black sphere. There was sufficient features that allowed him to identify what appeared to be rotational movement. He was adamant it was not a balloon. It rose straight up and disappeared from sight. Insufficient information to determine a rate of speed or guestimates on initial altitude, or an estimate of size. My son and I are familiar with aircraft and fly regularly. At risk of sounding bias, his observational skills and ability to identify makes models and years of cars way exceeds my own, and though I am a UFO enthusiast and experiencer, he has spent the last four years telling me I am delusional, and so for him to say he wanted to make a report... Well, here we are. He would not entertain balloon, helicopter, or air clutter as an alternative. The precise time isn't known but reasonably between 1900 and 2000 hours. The date is accurate, as his experience occurred after our evening call. We speak daily, remotely. I live in Texas. He observed an aura around the artifact. This is not something I have discussed with him.

I saw what I thought was a plane or helicopter then realized it was traveling backwards the lights were behind it. It was moving too fast to be conventional aircraft and it changed direction too sharp and fast. I considered it to be an asteroid or something like that but I went up in elevation and I’ve seen haley’s comet and Halle bop they never changed elevation. Looking out my office window, at approximately 10:13am (Pacific), I noticed something curious in the sky. At first it seemed as if it was blinking or flashing. After watching it for a minute or two, and as I began filming it with my phone, it looked more like a metallic object catching sunlight. Also, as I zoomed in with my camera, there was a distinct appearance that the object was spinning. The object looked to be very high up – at, or most likely much higher than the commercial planes we often see. A few minutes after I stopped recording, the object seemed to elevate quickly upwards, then hover in place for a bit, then lowered again, and at one point seemed to move north/away from us. Eventually, after around 10-12 minutes, it seemed to move in a westerly direction, disappearing from site and into the clouds. [NUFORC annotation: Balloon - Possible]

In the span of about seven minutes, I witnessed a light appearing in the shape of tic-tac, hovering for several minutes. It suddenly took a sharp turn and descended quickly at a 45 degree. After nearly losing sight of it behind the mountain, it split in three sections and quickly ascended back along the same angle. The tic-tac went back where had been, hovered a couple minutes, then quickly disappeared. A minute later, another section suddenly disappeared. The third section then disappeared behind the mountain. My fiance, his dad, and I were visiting my fiance's cousin and her boyfriend in Shasta. After we returned from dinner, we sat out on their porch to look at the stars for about an hour and a half, from about 11 pm to about 1230 am. We were facing Mt Shasta, looking in a Northeasterly direction. We saw the milky way really clearly, a couple of satellites, a plane, and a few small shooting stars. Then a few minutes after midnight, a single, very bright white light (brighter than any star, satellite, or plane we saw that night), entered into our view coming from the N/NW direction (to our left). It was oscillating (going up and down). It moved like you might expect a drone to move (kind of jerky, constantly adjusting its altitude) but it was SO much bigger. So bright we could see it clearly from almost 10 miles away. It was gradually descending, all the time bobbing up and down. From our perspective, it was going slowly. If we were watching a car for example, I would have estimated it as going about 5 mph? It was slow. We didn't know what it would do as it lowered to the mountain, but when it reached the silhouette of the mountain, the light went out. It looked as if it either landed on the mountain or went behind it. It did not ascend again. We waited outside for another half an hour but didn't see anything else. None of us could understand what it was. All of us were completely sober (we don't drink, and none of us were intoxicated in any way at all, and only had mint tea and cookies after dinner). Three of us were not from Shasta. It was our first time visiting. My fiance and I are about 40, my fiance's dad is 70, and my fiance's cousin and her partner are 65. The latter two believe in UFOs; they live in the area. My fiance and I had never seen a UFO and weren't looking for one while we sat outside that night. And my fiance's Dad is a chemist and is totally skeptical, but even he couldn't think of anything to explain it.

First spotted near intersection of Van Buren & Mockinbird approx 80-85 degress from horizon - above SSE 140-150 degrees heading. It hovered for nearly a minute while pulsating irregularly. The pure white light would pulsate very bright (Venus bright) to dim. It would be max brightness for 2-3 seconds then slowly fade to dim for a few seconds. After a few pulsating cycles, it would go dim and stay dim for 10 seconds or more. The whole cycle seemed to vary in timing, but the dim state period always returned to the pulsating cycle. After 2-3 minutes, two neighbors I'm unfamiliar with drove up to me and stopped. She said "Oh you see it too?" I replied "Yes I thought I was imagining things." She told me they had seen it before, a couple months ago. It appeared to be high altitude 30,000ft or more. The strangest thing was the way it moved. It went from hovering to slowly moving toward SSE. It traveled 5-10 degees and then hovered for several seconds. Then it began moving back toward it's original position hovered a while and started moving SW. When it would go from hovering to moving, it seemed as if the light would go bright and stay bright before a somewhat rapid acceleration to it's maximum speed, never appearing faster than 1/3 to 1/4 the transit speed of the ISS. The speed never appeared to be fast, just rapid acceleration. I watched it off and on for at least an hour, the whole time it followed the irregular pulse/dim and hover/move behaviors. The area was quiet, so if the object was low enough to be a rotary aircraft I'm fairly sure I would have heard it. The object continued to move SW just not in a straight line. I stopped watching it at approx 30 degrees above SW 235. I don't know of any tech we have that can hover at that altitude other than a maneuverable High Altitude Balloon. It moved like I would expect a maneuverable HAB to move, but the bright pulsations don't make sense for an HAB unless it's low enough to be a danger to other aircraft. I have been flying R/C planes for 43 years and quad-copters for 8. I've been staring at the sky my entire life watching satellites, meteor showers, eclipses, comets, planets, airplanes and helicopters. Over the years I have seen a few unusual things that I could not identify, but this one was strange enough that I thought I should report it. I don't own a smart-phone (and I pray I never have to) so sorry no video.

A diamond shaped craft was spotted on my way home one Thursday night July 13th 2023 I caught sight of it on Occidental rd. and watched it as I turned on to Harrison Grade Rd. There were a few whispey clouds around but mostly clear skies. The object, more or less, kept it s position. I stopped next to ((name deleted)) house as it had a good vantage to the North where the object was still in sight. I pulled out my video camera and started shooting video . The object then started to move away from my position I did my best to pull it in and get a good shot of it but up close the lense just blew out the image with light. IT did not make any noise and from my vantage it just scooted down into the tree line so I could not see it any longer. I was literally in the middle of the road in the dark so I left the scene. The video has music that was playing from my car.

The bright circular shape was traveling at moderate speed in a eastern direction. The object began to slowly dim within approx 1 min as we lost sight. Approximately 1 minute later, the object reappeared but was not as bright and was now traveling in a southeast direction. We lost sight as the object continued to move away and was obstructed by our three story homes.

I was laying on the hood of my car, and was looking up at the sky and was thinking about how there could be more out there and in a sense asked myself I need a sign to believe it. I saw an orb in the sky very high up moving very slowly with no trajectory it seemed. Would slowly change direction and it disappeared. After that I saw that same orb or ball fly across the sky westbound at blitzing speed with absolutely no sound. I knew it wasn't a shooting star because I saw one earlier that night and it had a trail of light behind it. This in fact did not. It happened the moment I thought about life being outside of us. I know it sounds crazy but I think it's tied in to what I was thinking. The moment it happened I instantly knew like something or someone told me exactly what that was. This was in Lancaster where Lockheed Martin Northrop Grumman and other facilities are in that town in other military installations within a 30 mi radius. It's no coincidence.

Numerous flying crabs looking like stars that hover and move then fly off into the speed of light or it goes transparent it disappears in front of my eyes if a helicopter of a police officer gets close to near one it starts following helicopter 3 weeks ago we had a paranormal phenomenon that had happened of a aircraft that got struck by a UFO it looks like lightning in Los Angeles we are needing protection in the United States government this has been ongoing for 9 months and lately the past 3 weeks it's been very aggressive they are forming into a formation of a triad position of three flying crafts and it's numerous triangles in the sky pretending to be Stars they are forming into a formation that looks very aggressive and I'm quite worried and scared about this situation that has been going on in the skies but I already know there's not much we could do thank you for reading this report have a good day at the Satanists of Los Angeles

Object seen was going north towards SBA VORTAC at a jet airliner speed which is the normal route for airliners out of LAX going north. The object was lower than an airliner as one just passed going to LAX at a higher altitude. The object stopped west of me and a bright light from the craft was directed towards the ground. 10 seconds later, the light went out and the object shot to the SE at a high rate of speed. It covered a quadrant from west of me to the southeast in two seconds. The object covered the distance in about two seconds. The object stopped and again a bright light emerged from the craft directed to the ground. 10 seconds later the light went out and the object shot to the SE out of my view. The next object was seen today at 4:55 AM from my backyard on 21 July. Again, while watching an airliner going SE towards LAX and SE of me, I saw what looked like a double sphere - bright green in front and dark. It also looked as if it might have had windows, then light green in the back. The object was in no hurry, but I observed it for 3-4 seconds. Approximately, its height was about 5-6 thousand feet

About 9:30pm on July 7, 2023 I was looking out my bedroom patio door (north) and noticed an odd set of lights near a tower/silo/building off to my west (10 o’clock) the building normally has red flashing clearance lights at the top and is something I’m used to seeing at night. I believe it’s an agricultural area and the structure is at least fifteen plus miles away, it is north of Sacramento International Airport and I would say east of the Sacramento River/Hwy 99. The lights I was observing were positioned horizontally, four of them. I didn’t notice any defined shape just the four horizontal lights. When I first saw them they appeared to either be coming out of the south side of the tower/silo/building or from behind it. They slowly turned east, towards my location then north slowly gaining altitude, traveled north for what I estimate was maybe 15 miles towards Marysville/Yuba City/Beale A.F. Base and guessing to about 2000 feet max altitude. They slowly turned west then back south back towards the tower and slowly lost altitude until they were out of site behind trees? I was curious and kept watching and there were two more of the same lights exit the tower area and take the same path, neither of the second two went as far north but both turned west with one again turning south and disappearing on descent as the first, this one was closer to the tower location than the first. The other one proceeded west and went out of site. On these two objects It appeared that as the four lights flashed you could notice flashes of blue/green lights at the right side on these two objects heading north. During this duration of time three other, four light objects appeared to exit the building area and went south on slow climbs till out of my line of site due to the roof line of my home. The tower itself normally has two red lights at night but when this started it appeared to have four or five. When the last of the lights left the building it was back to what appeared to be two red ones. My back yard/patio area faces north and I have a clear view east and west to the Sierras and Coast Mountain ranges. During the day when clear you can see distant tree lines and the Sutter Buttes. I regularly see jet liners coming in from the east and making a slow turn south for landing at Sacramento International Airport. During the time I viewed the lights I think there were maybe three or four flights that came into Sacto in their normal pattern. I went to bed but got up several times and at one point I noticed a couple of airliners on approach to Sacto airport but they had changed their flight pattern and were coming in straight from the North. In the four years we have lived here I don’t recall seeing them come in from that direction.

I just saw 3 UFO’s/ UAP’s from my backyard at first I thought the first one was a satellite or the space station but it slowed down and another one went directly for the first one and the first one made an impossible move and then they both phased out then the third one kept jumping back and forth then phased out. The second most incredible sighting I have ever witnessed!!!

Watched as a bright silver round light moved back and forth in the day sky, changing directions from left to right then up and down before descending rapidly disappeared in the direction of the back of my house when I walked to the back I could no longer see or find it. There was no visible lights since it was itself silvery and bright, no sound was heard.

Our 14 yo boy spotted the 3 starlike dull stars moving slowly between the Big Dipper and the “W” in the sky. He pointed them out to the three adults and we watched them for several minutes as they formed a triangle. After that, I (g’mother), saw another coming in from the area of the Big Dipper. Then the 14 yo yelled, “another!” There was a ‘lighter’ area of the darkness of the sky, not actually a shape, just a somewhat lighter spot where it looked like the objects were coming from. There were 3 adults, 4 teens and 2 children who watched 11 objects come from the ‘dull’ spot. 15 objects in all as they formed a straight line and headed past the ‘W.’ I have looked at all the photos of ‘Starlink,’ and these were none of them.

Looking down the street, about 300 feet away, in the back of a eucalyptus tree, I saw a large glowing blue square, divided equally in 4 parts. It looked to be about 8-10 feet across and about 30-40 feet from the ground. Suddenly the top right square emitted a very powerful, bright and beautiful blue light. After about 3 seconds the light stopped. There was nothing behind the tree, whatever that was had gone. There was enough light in the sky to see if something had been there.
