Looking through binoculars showed a disc shaped object with a red, green and yellow flashing light that flashed one at a time. It was horizontal, but did also flip vertically. We watched for a half hour and it was still visible to the ENE.

I can't say it was a craft, but I was looking at the constellation Orion while walking my dog in the dark around 5 a.m.. Later in the walk I looked again at Orion and saw to the right what looked like the moon behind a cloud but it had a red tint and it glowed bright and then seemed to disippate. I could see the remains of the cloud against the dark sky. I walked a few more steps and noticed another one to the right of where the first was, this had a blue tint and also appeared quickly and then dissipated. There was no movement other than appearing and disappearing, so not really a "flying" object, but I defintely can't find an explanation. My dog couldn't have cared less. I stopped to stare and she was tugging the leash to keep walking.

5:00am August 28, 2014 Clear sky. Looked up to the south west and observed a bright red object that grew larger as if falling to earth directly towards me. The object then turned white and appeared to vaporize instantly.

Around 5:00 am, as I jogging through town, I saw a single bright glowing white spherical cloud expand and quickly take shape in the clear southern night sky. It grew to about the size of a half dollar, as if it were held in front of you at arm's length. After about a minute, it slowly dissipated, leaving a hazy residue behind. Further away, roughly South East of the first observation, a second spherical cloud formed. Besides it doing the same things as the first, for a few seconds, it displayed an iridescent hue. The sky was very clear, and I remarked to myself how visible the constellations were.

All of a sudden a bright circle appeared to the right of Orion. It looked like a very large full moon when covered by a thin cloud. There were NO clouds in the sky. I heard no noise and saw nothing go up or down. The bright circle just suddenly appeared. It grew larger, seeming to come toward me, but as it enlarged, it began to dissipate and within a few minutes nothing remained but what appeared to be a thin wispy vapor. A few minutes later another large bright circle (just like the first one) appeared to the right of where the first one had been. It too grew larger and appeared to be coming closer to me, but began to dissipate, and within minutes only a thin, wispy vapor was visible.

I woke up again at 3:30. I could barely see but a flash occurred then sky was black. I am 53 year old former teacher. Hovered and also flew. I am unsure about number of crafts and time frame. UFO Sighted on 8/26/2014 On Aug. 25, 2014 at around 11:15 p.m., the wife and I went out on our deck to look at the star's which we do now and then if it's not to cool outside. This night we didn't go out till late being we were watching TV and was getting ready for bed when I went to shut the back door, looked out and seen it was a clear night and the stars were out bright. I asked the wife if she wanted to go out and look at the stars and drink a coffee/tea before going to bed, which we did. We did see a few falling stars and only one airplane which we thought was strange being planes seem to travel over our airspace almost constantly, at least it seems that way at times, but that night we only seen one. At about 12:15 a.m. which would make it Aug. 26, we decided to go in and go to bed. I know sooner got up out of my chair and looked up in the sky in a SW direction when I seen this bright white light in the sky and said out loud, "What the heck is that"? The wife then looked in the direction I was looking and seen the same object, she to didn't have any idea what it might have been. Being we see so many planes fly overhead here we knew it wasn't a plane, or at least none like we ever seen before. The object was triangle shaped and continued flying silently towards us, then amost directly over top of us and made no noise what-so-ever. I managed to grab the video camera and record a short video of the object as it traveled now away from us in a straight line. Looking at the object it seemed as though there was two big white lights side by side in the rear while the whole nose of the object looked to be lighted up which reminded me of the space capsule from the 60's that the astronauts used to use. In the video of the object, any movement of the object other then going straight was from camera shake from me being cold, plus I had zoomed in on the object making camera shake even worse. Seen coming from far 30 to 40 lights moving slowly over route 1 and route 13 flying over snipe farm. Objects where high in the clouds. Lights where moving slowly and where sort of yellow. Lights where flickering like candles and would disappear in the clouds after reaching certain spot

On August 23, 2014, at approximately 9 pm in Washington, PA, my neighbor and I were walking our dogs. Coming from the East and heading west over the sky we saw multiple bright orange lights in the sky. They were quite a distance apart from one another but traveled in a mostly straight formation. They did not make any sound. They traveled rather slowly across the sky. They did not blink but were just a solid orange. This must of taken about 15-20 minutes. First we saw 6, then 4, then 8, they were in groups. It was a very cloudy night so they did disappear behind clouds but sometimes it looked like they just disappeared without going behind clouds. Saw lights in formation. Silent and some moved faster than others. It was one after another. Friends said they were Chinese lanterns but the way they moved, the moved pretty fast. I'm a private pilot and have never seen anything like it. Moved from the south to north then turned slightly east. The lights were orange, red and blue. Brighter than aircraft. We suspect a nighttime sighting, and have amended the time above. PD

About 30 red-orange lights (looking like helicopters flying south to north). A parade, one right after the other. Absolutely no sound - so they could not have been helicopters. It took about 20 minutes for all 30 to go marching north. They seemed to be following route #113 (from the Perkiomen Valley Airport north to the PA State Police Office in Skippack, PA.

UFOs glowed yellowish/red in appearance. Circular in shape. Appeared out of the south and moved north. Objects flew about 2000 feet, and followed each other in random order. Object did not flash but glowed constant. They also were completely silent as they moved.

On August 18, 2014. 11:58 p.m., ((female's name deleted)) was driving on St. Clair from the Ravensburg bridge towards the golden gate restaurant with her three children ((three names deleted)). She spotted a pinkish orange glowing object slightly to the right in the sky. At this time it appeared stationary at the same time ((boy's name deleted)) who was in the front seat also saw the object he says it appears more reddish shortly after they pulled over in the Golden Gate parking lot ((Boy's name deleted)) quickly snapped photos of the object, starting at 11:59 p.m. as it was traveling south by southwest, until I blinked out of sight through clouds in the distance at about 12:05 p.m. the object was to bright to be a plane and ((boy's name deleted)) could not see any blinking lights which are required by law at night it was also silent.

While walking my dog this night I noticed a steady red or orange light in the sky that just stayed in the same spot for a while. It moved slightly one time behind some trees and was out of my sight, and I assumed it was a plane. I continued my walk down the block and back and when I came to my driveway I now saw three of these lights in the same spot as the first forming a large triangle shape. They just stayed in the same spots motionless. As I stood there looking at them, the triangle shape they were in made a 360 degree circle then stopped and they remained motionless again. I came in the house to get my camera and tell my friend to come look, and by the time we went back outside they were gone and I did not see them again as I looked throughout the next hour. Went on upper deck to smoke and looked up. At first thought it was a plane having trouble cause it was going slow and it was orange. But then it went behind a tree and I thought I lost it, then it appeared back on same side of tree. After that there was three or four more so I ran in house and woke up my 8 year old son. We went back out and he confirmed I wasn't nuts. They disappeared a moment later and we went in, still fresh on my mind I kept looking out windows and within a minute they were back, 2 together doing slow moves, and the other three in a perfect line diagonal from other two. Then they all moved in same diagonal direction as other moving to the right and up. Then vanished never saw anything like that before, still in shock!!! Witness provides no contact information. PD

Just prior to the sighting, a CH-47 military helicopter flew by going north to south, at a low altitude. CH-47s are seen here occasionally, but not at a low altitude like this one. Immediately, after the helicopter passed out of view, a silent, red fireball sped by traveling west to east at a right angle to the path of the copter. It appeared to travel at a level altitude and at a constant speed. It did not appear to be a Chinese lantern. It was about the size of a thumb nail at arms length. While traveling south on Rte. 43, we (me, my husband and two children) noticed two fireball shaped objects in the sky that were traveling north. They were staying about one mile in distance away from each other. They were in the sky lower than the horizon of the mountains on the skyline to the east. They made no sound. We pulled over and were able to take a video of one of the fireballs. We can only best describe the color of the fireball as that of a flickering candle flame. The size was estimated to be of a Volkswagen Beetle.

On Saturday August 16, 2014, at approximately 9:00PM (EST), I was returning home to Northridge Village (Townhouse Community) in Phoenixville, PA, with my girlfriend when we observed my neighbor walking two dogs and standing in the middle of the street/lane that led to my driveway. She appeared to be shocked by something and had forgotten about the dogs until I slowed almost to a stop; she then reined the dogs in to give my car room to pass by. I drove into my garage and then my neighbor called me over to show me something in the sky. I saw what appeared to be a large, very bright orange fireball object moving in a straight line away from our position heading North-Northeast. My girlfriend then came out to meet us and observed the object as well. My neighbor stated the object had come from the South directly towards her at a very low altitude. She stated that right when I was turning in to pass her, the object changed direction just as it was above my neighbor’s house which is directly behind mine. She repeatedly commented on how low the object was flying towards her (I later asked her if it was as high as a commercial plane flying at approximately 5,000 feet that was very distinguishable and she said the object had been much lower). I asked her if she could make any features out on the object before it changed direction and she stated that it was circular. We watched the fireball object continue on its flight path for approximately 20-30 seconds until it appeared to gain significant altitude and eventually appear like other stars in the sky before finally winking out of view. I estimate the object’s distance to us at the closest point of approach to have been approximately 3-5 miles away. There were a few commercial aircraft visible during the flight of the fireball object and immediately after it disappeared. Regardless of altitude, all of the commercial aircraft displayed lights and a few of them could be heard. The orange fireball object displayed no lights and made no sound despite the high velocity at which it appeared to be traveling across the sky (I would estimate at least 4-5 times the speed that you would observe a commercial airline pass overhead). It also did not have any type of visible tail or vapor trail despite its high rate of speed. Approximately a minute after the orange object disappeared, my girlfriend was discussing the object with my neighbor when I observed a blue and white light approximately 600-700 yards away, above the wooded area adjacent to our community. It was bright (it reminded me of a firework) and falling towards the ground. It was visible for about 2-3 seconds before it disappeared. We discussed the fireball object and what it possibly could have been with my neighbor for a few minutes and then went home. At approximately 10:00PM (EST), I stepped out onto my deck to watch the sky to see if I would see anything else. After about five minutes, I saw another bright object traveling from the south toward my position (it was nowhere near as close as the first object so I could not discern any additional characteristics). I could immediately tell it was not a typical commercial aircraft so I called out to my girlfriend to come look and we both grabbed our iPhones in case it approached close enough to try to record it. The object appeared to be approximately 12-15 miles away and had not yet reached Phoenixville. As my girlfriend was trying to ready her iPhone to record video, her flash came on for a few seconds. At the same time the object changed its flight path approximately 110 degrees to its starboard and flew due east. It remained visible for only a few more seconds before disappearing. We then turned and looked back towards the direction the original object had traveled in and observed what was possibly a third object on the horizon above the wooded area adjacent to our community. It was too far away and only visible for about 5 seconds, making it impossible to determine what it might have been. I then went inside to conduct some research and confirmed that the Perseids meteor shower had been most active between August 9th-14th; however, these meteors were supposed to appear to come from the constellation Perseus which was North of my house at the time of incident and not from the South like we observed. Additionally, most Perseids are estimated to disappear in the Earth’s atmosphere at heights above 50 miles. The object we observed with my neighbor was significantly lower. The object also did not leave a tail as one might expect if it were a meteor. I also have never heard of a meteor that suddenly changed directions, let alone one that gained altitude until it disappeared. I next came across a similar incident that had occurred in the vicinity of Maisfield Road in Phoenixville, PA. The recollections of that person’s observations were eerily similar to what we saw. That incident occurred on December 23, 2013. I did not find anything to indicate there was any type of meteor shower or other phenomena during that time frame. If anyone is interested in my account, I would strongly advise you to read about this incident as well as it appears to possibly be the same type of object. We also discussed the possibility of the object being some type of rocket, but again there was no visible tail and no sound despite the high rate of speed. Additionally, my girlfriend and I had observed the NASA Lunar Atmosphere and Dust Environment Explorer (LADEE) probe launch from Wallops Flight Facility in Virginia from our house on September 6, 2013 and it was a totally different experience than the fireball object we observed. The NASA rocket launch had a clearly defined tail and was without a doubt much, much farther away. I do not know of any rockets that would fly so low, yet leave no vapor trails and make no sound. A third theory was discussed of the object possibly being a Chinese lantern or some other balloon type object. My opinion is the object was too large and bright to be either and that the sheer speed that it moved at (4-5 times faster than the visible planes in the sky) would preclude it from being such an object. Lastly we discussed the possibility of the object being some type of drone or Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV), possibly out of Willow Grove Naval Air Station (NAS). I have never seen a drone in flight, but I do not believe it would be bright orange at night to attract unwanted attention, nor that it would not make any noise if breaking the sound barrier. According to local media reporting, Willow Grove NAS does not physically launch/recover any drones; the base is used only as a remote controlled command location. The object we observed at close range was circular and did not resemble any known types of UAVs. I have 13 years of military/law enforcement experience and have worked in environments where I have observed numerous types of military aircraft in operation. I have also spent many nights out on the open ocean thousands of miles from any land observing the night sky and constellations. I have never seen anything like the bright orange fireball that I saw on the 16th and I cannot at this point even venture a guess as to what it might have been.
