Friday evening around 9 PM July 14th I looked out my window I am on the 16th floor. There was a UFO outside my window. I can't estimate how far away it was, but it looked like it was at the level of my apartment. It seemed like when I noticed them. They took off. Then I saw. The aircraft began to go behind the clouds. And at that point, it seemed to turn and become the shape of a saucer. Immediately following that, there were 2 orbs. I spotted silver transparent. They were also behind the clouds. Then again, almost immediately standing at my window. I heard a very, very large engine like noise over my head like I said. I'm on the 16th floor and there's only one floor above me. It almost seemed like they were coming after me. I didn't have a good feeling about it.

Kailua Kona, HI

I am a 67-year old woman residing in Kailua Kona, Hawaii. This morning at roughly 10:20 AM (give or take a couple of minutes), I was stopped at a traffic light on Hawaii 19 at the intersection of Kealakehe Parkway. It was a clear day, blue sky all around. Waiting for the light to change, just looking out the car window, I saw a dark-colored sphere in the sky moving quickly from East to West. My initial impression was that it was not a plane, wrong size/shape. Then I thought of drones, but it was moving way too fast to be a drone. The sphere passed across the highway and then turned right, heading North. It suddenly shrank from view, reduced to a pin-point size and very quickly disappeared. I have never seen a plane or other flying object disappear so very quickly. Here in Kona, I live at an elevation of 1,500 feet above Kona International Airport, so I’m very familiar with seeing all sorts of commercial planes, military planes, private planes and helicopters. This resembled none of those. Also, in this area we never see aircraft flying east to west, as Mount Hualalai rises 8,00 feet from the ocean to the east. I would estimate the total time from noticing it until it disappeared was 3 seconds, at most 4 seconds. Most of that time was the initial movement I saw, from East to West, before it turned north and rapidly disappeared.

July 14th 2023, seen a few minutes before sunrise at 510am. We saw a circle a white light at first. The light changed to red, but the object seemed to be hovering in one spot. The light changed to a faded white then it disappeared for a few seconds and reappeared as an orange almost fireball looking ball. then the object started moving. It was moving very fast, but we couldn’t hear anything like you would with an airplane or helicopter. It happened so fast, lasting only 2 minutes.

I was sitting on my front porch which faces south. Several strong thunderstorms had already rolled through the area, the sky was heavily clouded and all was quiet. I was looking above the line of trees which are on a hill about 100’ in front of the porch. Suddenly I saw what looked like a large bright star and in front of and to the side of the ‘star’ was a blueish/white orb in front of the clouds. From my perspective, it was about 1/4 inch in size…larger than the ‘star’. The ‘star’ blinked out and the orb began moving southeast into the clouds in the direction of Long Island Sound. It was hard to judge the distance to the orb…possibly 1/4 mile. There was no sound of a small light plane or any other other aircraft…only quiet.

I was driving west near the intersection of W 116th St. and Ditch Rd. in Carmel, IN when I saw a massive craft directly overhead that was flying extremely fast. It was also traveling west like I was, so it came from behind me in the east. It was just after 1 AM so it was difficult to make out the exact color of the craft, but it appeared to either be black or dark gray. The shape was clearly that of a chevron and it was the size of at least several football fields. The wingtips each had several lights that interchangeably swapped between red and green at a very fast pace, about several times a second or so. It was only visible for several seconds before it disappeared into the distance; at first it was just traveling very fast, likely faster than the speed of sound. However, it became increasingly faster the longer it was in sight. Ultimately, it was so fast that it looked as if it left an after-image and just otherwise vanished.

Flew in rapid succession. Appearing then disappearing quickly and flying at speeds and heights I’ve never seen. Friend saw it first then I saw and we watched for close to five minutes. They continued to fly and started coming down lower and then disappeared. An orb was then in the trees behind us and remained steady. That orb was in trees for nearly an hour appearing then disappearing. No sounds were heard from the orb and it stayed in same spot for duration. My co-campers witnessed and the camper family next to us saw it as well. They even extinguished their campfire to see more crafts throughout the night. The next day another family on-site said they saw the crafts too and spoke about it although unprompted by my party.

Observer 1 is author of this report. 2) 76 -year-old female, retired visual artist, formal education in the arts with a bachelor’s degree, keen observer of plants, animals and natural phenomena At 11:40 PM I was getting into bed, preparing to go to sleep. Observer 2 was already in bed, falling asleep. I was sitting up in bed, checking my smart phone before going to sleep. I was facing east, with a clear view out of our bedroom’s 4’ X 6’ east-facing picture window. The window looks out over the NE Portland skyline, but the view is somewhat broken up by a large pine tree near our house. As I glanced up looking through the window, I noticed unusually bright lights to the east. At first I thought they were aircraft heading to PDX airport, but they were unusual in the following ways: a) the lights were were much brighter than usual aircraft lights, b) they were multi-colored - orange on some of the objects in addition to typical red and white, c) the lights were distributed more broadly than on a typical aircraft, resulting in a larger pattern/apparent size of each object, d) the objects clustered together in groups of 2 or 3 as they traveled from south to north. We have lived in this house for 20 years, and have never seen a comparable pattern of lights. We regularly see aircraft through the bedroom’s north facing window - these form the basis of the comparisons I just cited. I observed the objects from bed for about 5 minutes, then got a pair of binoculars from a bedside table. I went out onto the second floor deck located just east of the east-facing window. Viewing with binoculars revealed multiple lights on each object more clearly, but I could not discern a shape of the objects themselves nor any other details. At this point - about 5-10 minutes since I first noticed the lights - I awakened observer 2 who joined me in viewing the objects with both naked eyes and through binoculars. She concurred with my description, and agreed that the appearance was highly unusual and different from our usual experiences looking at that section of sky. We are very familiar with that part of the urban skyline from regular watching of the moon rise. The pattern of lights appearing, traveling to the north, descending, then disappearing continued for about 20-25 minutes, ending about midnight. I estimate there were roughly 10 objects, but did not make an effort to count them or capture images. About 20 minutes into the occurrence I called the Portland Police non-emergency phone number and was referred to the NUFORC and made my call a few minutes later.

My son and I was standing on our back porch looking in the sky with family and then a few hundred feet (200-300) above the trees, a bright blue light appeared and was coming down and thee blue light stretched about 50 feet and disappeared in seconds. There were no sounds. It looked exactly like the ufo reported on the officers body cam in las Vegas in June 2023. I ran after the light and stopped because i felt something off/erie. My daughter that was on the porched screamed and i turned around and ran. I stood on my back porch and my neighbors moition flood light came on. (I've never seen it turn on when cats or other animals were around) then it quickly went off, I felt like something was watching us for a few minutes until we went inside.

Island Park Reservoir, NV

We were a party of 8 adults and 4 children on a pontoon boat taking a night ride on Island Park Reservoir, trying to get a glimpse of the northern lights that the news had forecasted the possibility of seeing. We had been on the water for about an hour when just over the horizon to the south we saw a string of lights. At first sight we thought they could have been Starlink but the lights began to cluster and move at different rates of speed; each moving in slightly different formations as they hovered. There were at least two dozen lights twinkling like stars as they moved. They all moved in front of a low cloud where they all independently slowed to a stop then either vanished or just blended into the stars in the background. This first encounter lasted about 5 minutes. Roughly 20 minutes later, the international space station flew bright in the sky as it headed north. Within just a few minutes we saw what we believe to be the same cluster of lights as before but directly overhead heading in the same direction as the space station. They could have been mistaken for satellites except their visibility would come and go. Their movement again was sporadic with variable speeds. As we headed back to the dock, multiple members of the party reported feeling a momentary loss of their sense of direction. We made it safely back to the dock and recounted our sighting.

A diamond shaped craft was spotted on my way home one Thursday night July 13th 2023 I caught sight of it on Occidental rd. and watched it as I turned on to Harrison Grade Rd. There were a few whispey clouds around but mostly clear skies. The object, more or less, kept it s position. I stopped next to ((name deleted)) house as it had a good vantage to the North where the object was still in sight. I pulled out my video camera and started shooting video . The object then started to move away from my position I did my best to pull it in and get a good shot of it but up close the lense just blew out the image with light. IT did not make any noise and from my vantage it just scooted down into the tree line so I could not see it any longer. I was literally in the middle of the road in the dark so I left the scene. The video has music that was playing from my car.

Three separate sighting within 20 minutes. We watched two high-flying crafts trek the entirety of the night sky at incredible speeds. High and fast. These were orange/yellow in color. They both exited view. We then looked up and the 15-20 blue lights connected by a single blue light uncloaked and headed east. It moved slowly and had no sound. It was approximately 100 ft above us. We both tried taking pics and videos but it did not register. Our videos were blank, black. Her pictures did not even register. It was as if we didn't use our phones. We sat for approximately 15 minutes when we noticed 6 orange orbs stack on each (2 rows, 3 columns). This was interactive. I felt as if I were being struck with multiple strings of energy. The other witness was about 5 feet from me when this was occurring. She reported being able to feel me touching her. It felt as I was being pulled towards these lights, although I had no issue resisting. The lights began the appearance of approaching us. That's when I decided to pursue the lights on foot. I made the solo trek south, along the coast line towards the orange lights. As I got closer, I heard an electric sound coming towards me and then I was hit with what I can describe as a electrical pulse directly into my chest. It did not hurt. I kneeled down and thought it was a warning to leave.. but I did not. That's when the orange lights switched to one red light that spawned approximately 6 smaller red lights that floated around the original red light. I was at the end of the peninsula when this occurred. I have 20/20 vision and know what I saw. I am also a registered nurse and know what's real and what is not. I went back the following night to debunk the orange and red lights, but could not. There is also an accidental picture taken the prior evening of a 4 light object above the house. The bright circular shape was traveling at moderate speed in a eastern direction. The object began to slowly dim within approx 1 min as we lost sight. Approximately 1 minute later, the object reappeared but was not as bright and was now traveling in a southeast direction. We lost sight as the object continued to move away and was obstructed by our three story homes.

As I walked out to the back yard I saw what appeared to be an aircraft approaching from the south-west travelling to the north-east at a very high-rate of speed (faster than commercial or military jet aircraft, approaching perceived comparable space shuttle reentry speed). The object moved in, out, and above of broken / scattered cloud cover illuminating the clouds as it passed over and through. The object passed almost directly above and continued along its path but then abruptly turned to the left in a semi-crescent path before returning to straight line travel. The object then slowed and moved from left to right and dimmed before brightening again and then continuing along it's original path. The object brightness faded as the distance increased until it was no longer visible. Observation through a spotting scope at the end of the sighting did not reveal any physical aspects other than the fading light intensity.

I was at a job site working. I noticed a plane overhead. I looked up and that’s when I saw it on TikTok shaped object. It was moving slow instead, I was able to get a small recording of it before the video was interrupted by a phone call. I kept my eye on it as a scene to move behind some clouds. When it reappeared, it was no longer white. It looked like a black spec. Then, within a blink of an eye, it was gone I could not see it anywhere. I was still able to see the plane that flew overhead. It was a lot farther than the UAP but I was able to tell that that was a plane. I could not figure out what this was. I have been coming to this location for the last four years and I’ve never seen anything like this in the sky. I am always looking up hoping that one day I get to see something. this was not a satellite. This was not a plane. This was not a helicopter. This was not a drone.

Sparkle in sky at sunset, circular then crescent in shape with more than one layer? (Crescent, maybe a rectangle behind this side). Assumed to be rotating, I figured it was a weather balloon, but seemed different than what I’ve seen before. Not sure due to strange shape. Sun was setting and bright glint seemed odd. Assume it traveled just too far out of my sight and the sparkle disappeared. Time may not be exact, I believe the sun had just set when i spotted it, still light out. Image is of region next day, but not the object seen. I believe we were on the right side of the mountain range in image if that’s helpful and the object was viewed in the distance behind this mountain range. Last image shows a circle where I believe we were driving on a back road, so object was towards the west. Dogs seemed to be calmer than usual, but creepy feeling in this area, smelled bad/off almost a faint sulfur sent. Thanks.

First saw the object through a cluster of trees while driving south on I5 in Arlington WA. The object was not moving initially. After taking exit 208 I immediately noticed it’s shape being far different than any kind of blimp, balloon, plane, or helicopter I had ever seen. At this time it began traveling to the west. Based on the size and distance I would estimate the speed to be somewhere around 30-50 mph. I took mental notes regarding its physical characteristics, and was even able to take a short video while the object was stationary. I soon lost sight of it after driving through a wooded area. As I emerged from this wooded area, the object was no longer there. Within 30 seconds of its disappearance I called my partner and told her I saw a something I could not explain. When asked to describe its shape and flight characteristics, I was unable to recall any details aside from that it was black and slightly larger than a school bus. I was certain that I would never forget the objects appearance, but after only 30 seconds I could not recall any of the specific details I had mentally noted. Note from investigator: July 13 2023 at 3 PM witness saw a school bus size object over I-5 at exit 208, Arlington, WA. Arlington Airport is at that exit. Airport contacted. Nothing to report but they keep my number to call back. Witness unsure of characteristics and lost memory of what his saw. He experienced no loss of time. He made his scheduled daily appointments on time. Object in video appears as rectangular with attachments hanging down. Witness sent video directly to my iPhone. Nothing else unusual to report. Later measurement showed distance from where I was to the spot in the hallway was about 16 feet, and my vision at that distance requires corrective lenses which I was not wearing at the time so my impression was therefore blurry. Total view time was a few seconds on waking.
