Gila River Indian Reservation, AZ
This is my 2nd report of seeing the same orange lights near the Estrella Mountain Range. 2 orange lights appeared near the southern tip of the mountain and then eventually faded away. Upon driving further I noticed 1 light reappear close to my location. I estimate maybe 2-3 miles distance. Literally like it was turned on. These lights are brilliant orange and have an odd glow. Normally lights at a distances will twinkle as the light wave passes through the atmosphere; these were a perfect solid glow (no twinkle). After getting home I went outside to see if I could see them but my view was obscured by my apartment complex and trees. However I did notice several air craft now in the area. Since my original sighting in December, I looked up online this phenomenon and apparently it is well documented. Also I understand the Gila River Indian Tribe has stories regarding these lights going back some time. Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. PD

Around 7 p.m., heard a loud rumbling noise coming across the sky, not very loud, but loud enough to rumble. Called my son out so that he could come and take a look, and I tried to take pictures, but they didn't come out. And we seen what look like a craft going over head very large, and it was headed south. Looked like planes, 2 of them, but not sure they made no noise. There were 25-30 red orange objects flying in the southwest sky, flying toward Gila River area. They flew in clusters, and disappeared quickly.

I have seen these crafts multiple times , circle/oval shape, bright flashing lights, no sounds this one was very close did not move for 20 minutes hovored close and then slowly moved above Mingus mountain, I have taken pics and video of these crafts, no idea what they could possible be , multiple lights mostly flashing white blue red very faintly then brighter red and occasionally other colors purple , yellow , I have shown my husband and kids , my son had one wake him up from a dead sleep through his window he went outside to record it all on his own , I also had one wake me and I was drawn to it , I felt like I was being watched , freaky wish they would leave actually , they give me the creeps

It was made odf something resembling a shiney alloy. It had two lights both were white. It could have been around for a few minutes, but I watched it for 3 minutes. Green bright light/fireball close to earth, flying in an east to west direction. We received a telephoned report of what we assume was the same incident, and perhaps from the individual who submitted the written report. The caller reported that the green fireball was in the northern sky, and he implied that it had reached the horizon. Possible meteor. PD

It was a light as bright as Venus and it was ESE about 25 degrees in elevation from my location toward Phoenix. It changed colors from red to blue to green to yellow. It was there up until the time I went to bed. I have a video and it shows an airplane on its landing path to Sky Harbor going underneath it. There was only one object and a few of my wife's facebook friends saw it.

I swear it was the size of ten Goodyear blimps on just one edge of the triangle shaped craft hovering silently in the clouds in the southern sky from Indian School and 7th Ave. It had huge bright golden colored lights on each edge and just as I looked up at it and was saying out loud what the hell is that it silently moved up and just disappeared. It was like it was unreal like it was cgi, but I saw this with my own eyes.

4 big bright orbs. Tuned on and off like the flip of a switch. 3 formed a triangle and a 4th one joined and then they all disappeared. No sound.

Saturday night my boyfriend and I were planning on going to a mini car show on 51 Bell Rd. by freddys burger shop and we arrived around 9:45 pm at the parking lot. Right when we parked, another fellow friend came up to our vehicle and pointed out something in the sky! So we both watched the circular shaped flashing balls pulsing in the sky there were about 5 of them in a Y shaped formation orbiting in the sky it was about 10 minutes. But I remember 3 mins in I did notice that 2 disappeared from the bottom of the Y. and so there were 3 on top like a V-shape balls lighting up. It goes on for awhile. But after ten minutes we left that area and drove off to another location. I've heard of people seeing this object in the sky before but this is the first time I've caught it with my own eyes.

I was letting the dog out for the night, when a coyote howl called my attention to the SE area. In the night sky there were 6 to 8 ORBS reddish in color moving silently to the NNW. the were over the Tucson mid-town area. Davis Monthan AFB is in that area. I thought at first it was the Pima County Patrol aircraft (a turbo prop). However it was all red ORBS not red and green NAV lights nor did they blink. Also, the Sherriff's aircraft has white strobes anti-collision markers. The object moved NNW then without a stop, retraced its path. In a few more seconds it started straight UP. It was a steady glide at no "Super sonic Speeds" just a fast rate until it was undiscernible from the stars. It was a New or full moon and there was a reddish star or planet at the moon's 8 o'clock. I tried to make my own investigation and am not convinced that a "Drone Octicopter: was the object, because the ORBS didn't have border "FUZZ" as the lights in my area have, ie: stop lights, aircraft & tower markers. Furthermore, the SCALES would not support a toy aircrafts size. I had very good sight reference points. I tried to make a report to MUFON but they said " you have done your own research".

I saw this same thing earlier in the year but it was 3 lights. To the south of me I saw one orange sphere glowing brightly almost like it was on fire. I thought at first it was a firework because it was New Years, but it was slowly coming towards me. It didn't take a straight path however. It seemed to randomly move forward. It was too high to be a helicopter. I thought maybe a plane and the light was a weird color because of clouds, but it was moving in such an odd manner. It stopped moving eventually and the Orange light seems to get dimmer until it finally disappeared.

Bright orange big orb...at first thought planet but was too big...then a smaller orange orb dropped from big one then split into two one went east and one north. Then big one disappeared????? Was about 3:15 am dec 27 was only a few minutes...????

A series of red orbs flying in a row from the west valley across the entire city of Phoenix to the east valley a little after 9pm. I did record it on my phone and posted to fb. I am surprised no one else has reported it yet.

December 24, 2014 approximately 6:45pm Waiting at intersection of Pecos Road and Higley Road in Gilbert, AZ, traveling west. My Husband asks are those planes stacked up to land over there – pointing to the SSW and we all start to look. He said there were 3 orange lights seeming to be in an arc – light planes lined up to come in as they turn but these were holding still. He then said one seemed to dive down and swooped to the left and was abruptly gone. The second one started to fade out as two small planes (and fast) flew quickly towards them from the SE. When my daughter and I looked – we both saw one round amber light that was just sitting/floating in the air which then blinked out and disappeared. We are avid aviation fans who regularly go plane spotting - these were not planes nor were they in the Phoenix Gateway or Mesa Gateway flight paths. These lights had no beacons and the color was between amber and orange.

I witnessed a hovering line of super bright white lights over the Superstition Mountains . I first noticed these lights because of there super bright lights. I tried to dismiss it as a helicopter but the lights did not flash like beacon lights do on a aircraft. There were approx, 4 to 7 lights that i could make out. They weren't in a perfect linear straight line ,they started from the front which my guess would of looked like it was pointed south and the straight line angled downward about 9 or 10 degrees then straight again. I first started watching the lights over the Superstition Mtns when i was leaving work off of Baseline and Country Club in west mesa. The lights hovered and stayed still all the way till I got to Meridian and apache trail in AJ. That's 20 minutes of driving on the Rte 60 heading east. They were high above the mountain and stayed there till i got 2 other guys to look. They just said, "THEY'RE EVERYWHERE now!!"

I live on an elevated mountain so I have a clear view from Northern Glendale all the way to the Cardinals Stadium to the right and Downtown Phoenix to the left. At around 12:40 a.m. on Wednesday, December 24, 2014, I looked out my window and noticed an unusually bright orangeish light hovering in the sky. At first I thought it was just an airplane but then I noticed that it was stationary which was very disturbing to me. Then suddenly the light dimmed drastically until it was completely vanished from my sight.

Early on the morning of December 21, 2014, I had noticed a bright flickering amber-colored light in the north horizon. I watched it fly south, toward my direction, in a non-linear fashion until it was practically right overhead, still slightly to the North. The single light dimmed temporarily before flaring up and breaking up into 3-5 different pieces that all went separate directions at different speeds. When the original light broke up, it brightened immensely and seemed to fall apart, with the separate pieces having tails similar to a small fireball. Some stayed illuminated, some dimmed to faint red dots barely discernable from the night stars. After about 15-20 seconds, all of the lights had dimmed to blinking red dots flying in separate directions. About 2 minutes after this event occurred, another amber-colored light appeared on the Northern horizon, in the same exact area and followed the same general path in the sky. The flickering amber light flew to the same general area that I had seen the previous one in, and broke apart in the same manner as the first, dispersing fireball-like lights in separate directions that all eventually turned into blinking red lights. The lights changed direction and speed, but never fast enough to seem like a shooting star or something falling into our atmosphere. I was compelled enough to call the local Non-Emergency line to report this incident, and they actually dispatched two units to my house fairly quickly, within 10 minutes of my call. I was surprised to say the least. By the time they had shown up, the lights were gone and I was left defending my sobriety and right state of mind. After a few minutes describing what I had seen, the police jovially dismissed me by stating, "Sadly enough, I don't have the Magic School Bus, and I can't fly up there and investigate what you saw." I actually appreciated his humor and thanked him for his time.

I was laying in my room on my phone when an orange light made me glance out my window (which is right next to my bed). As soon as I looked I saw two other orange lights appear alongside this one in sort of a triangular form. This made me jump out of bed and run out to my front yard. As soon as I got outside I noticed that these crafts were umbrella shaped, were completely silent and moved slowly. I ran back inside upon realizing this and started rushing my brother and sister to get something to record with and go outside. Eventually my sister got something and they both ran outside with me. One of the “umbrellas” disappeared when we got out. I managed to get a minute or so of recording of the other two before the camera cut off and they disappeared. At this point I ran inside to grab my phone. When I got back outside one last orange light started coming out from the other neighborhood. I did get a bit more video of this one until it began to flash on and off and then disappearing. One of my neighbors dogs were barking after this one disappeared, I'm not sure if they were reacting to this or something startled them. But I know I saw something that day. This is something I will never forget…

We were talking in the backyard when we noticed 5 orange light in the NW, the direction on Skyharbor airport. These lights were just there, not moving, and then moved very slowly until two of them disappeared. The other 3 were visible for 2 more minutes and then faded away, one by one. After 2 more minutes, one more light appeared above us, got bright white and rapidly faded away also.
