Multiple bright red/orange objects flying towards my position (south direction), and then turn east as if circling. Objects would appear to be at tree top level as they appeared and when they turned would gain altitude and disapear. This went on for about 10 minutes all in different formations, some very close to each other.

April 1st around 9:00pm, my sister and I were driving on Highway 2, going west from Spokane, WA. We reached the small town of Reardan, WA, and we were nearing Cedar Street on Highway 2, when we both noticed a white orb above, move or wobble across the night sky. Reardan Grain Growers Elevators are located straight ahead of us on the right of Highway 2 and we were about 4 city blocks east of the elevators. The white orb wobbled and seemed almost even with the silhouette of the elevators. Then shot directly straight down and disappeared. Startled at what we saw, we took a right and drove around the elevators near the railroad tracks and saw nor heard anything. When we went back onto Highway 2 to continue west, we saw several cars pulled over on the side of the road. The driver was talking to the other driver. We wished we had pulled over and asked if they had seen what we saw but we were in such confusion that it was hard to wrap our brain around it. What was most unusual about this experience was the size of the white orb, how close it was to us, how fast it moved straight down and how silent the whole experience was. If my sister had not seen the same thing I would probably have denied myself believing what I had seen. ( The source of the report is well known to NUFORC, and we hold her in very high regard. Looking northeast right after twilight, I observed a glowing jagged plasma ball streaking towards earth at a 45 degree angle. It was bluish white, green, and had an outline of orange and appeared to be glowing plasma. It materialized instantly as if growing from a small point to a large object in a nano second. I thought it was a meteor and braced for impact about two miles north of my location, when suddenly four white orbs shot out and it made a sudden turn to the north and shot into the forward horizon incredibly fast and disappearing from view. In that moment it looked like an actual spaceship as it turned and shot off, and resembled a rectangle with four glowing engines. The electric glow was very pretty and absolutely beautiful. I know this was April first, but for what its worth, I really saw this and it was awesome to see. We spoke via telephone with the witness, and we found him to be quite serious-minded. PD

Clear night. Could see a lot of stars & a few aircraft flying in area. Out in backyard with my dog. Looked up in sky & noticed far up in sky a very fast moving white colored circle shape moving north. It seemed to suddenly appear from the southern part of sky. It was not aircraft. It was too fast & moved unlike a plane.

CLASSIC UFO MAYBE ONE THOUSAND FEET AWAY ALL AROUND SIDES WERE FLASHING COLORS LIKE A SIMON GAME SQUARES RED. GREEN YELLOW FLASHING AS IT WENT BY SPINNING SLOWLY AS IT WENT. I WAS LOOKING OUT MY BEDROOM WINDOW THE CRAFT WAS ABOUT THREE HOUSES DOWN AND 150 FEET HIGH IT WAS LARGE A LITTLE SMALLER THEN THE TOP OF THE SPACE NEEDLE IF THAT FLEW BY OR SPIRALED BY MUST OF HAD OTHER PEOPLE SEE IT. At 20:50, I went outside (NW-facing porch) for my after dinner smoke. Approx. 1 minute later,I saw something that I am unable to explain away. Approx. 1 mile (~1.61km) away, I spotted three lights at an azimuth of ~7° at a distance from me of approx. 1 mile (~1.61km): one steady-on white light, trailed by a steady-on red light and a flashing red strobe just above it. The lights appeared to be seperated by 250' (76.2M) to 300' (91.4M). The thing that brought it to my attention was the very low airspeed -- it appeared to fly at ~80mph (128.8kph) which is far below the speed of a passenger aircraft at similar altitude. I was able to easily discern a low rumble -- presumably engine noise but I could very well be incorrect on this point. Weather conditions at the time were clear, temperature 47°F (8.3°C), and calm winds.

My girlfriend and I (during our college spring break) were driving near my home in Kenmore, WA, at around 9:50 PM. All of a sudden, we spotted strange lights overhead. We started freaking out because of how eerie these lights looked, and we opened the doors and got out of the car several times to take pictures and look at the lights. They were orange and very illuminated, sphere shaped, and were "floating" in a certain pattern in the sky. They seemed to be clustered into triangular formations, 3 in each triangle. All in all, around 15 lights were seen, maybe more, and no more than 7 or so lights at any given time. The lights vanished at different places, and when I say "vanished," I don't mean they simply faded instantaneously. When they would disappear, my girlfriend and I could both clearly see the back of each light when the front would vanish, almost like they were "sucked into a portal." While that sounds corny, it's the only analogy I can really think of. During the entirety of the sighting, all sound was noticeably quieter, almost as if it were being suppressed, with the exception of an odd rippling sound coming from an unknown source. The window on the driver’s side of my 2006 Trailblazer wouldn't roll down during the sighting, and has been faulty since. A plane was spotted flying near the lights during the middle of the event, and about a minute or two after the last light disappeared, another plane flew in the direction the lights were headed, this time at a speed faster than a plane normally flies. All of the lights were going exactly west, towards the! Puget Sound. The final lights were seen shortly after 10:00 PM. Throughout the encounter, both I and my girlfriend were freaking out. My girlfriend was scared during the entirety of the sighting, and I was on edge as well. While neither of us have any background or extensive knowledge about any types of aircraft, we both agreed we had never seen anything like it. I have one good video taken via snapchat, and while it shows several of the lights, it doesn't even come close to what the real encounter was like. During the video, you can see one of the lights "accelerate" as some of the lights would do, then disappear.

We ran over to were we could see it and when we saw it it wasn't moving. After about 30 seconds it slowly started to move out of view so we ran back to were we we were at the start. It then reappeared on the left side of the trees and became at least 3 times the brightness and size of Jupiter on a really clear night then became the brightness of a satellite again. It then slowed quite a lot and moved in an arc to the east. It then went at a very higher speed to the west toward the the moon. The moon then drowned out the what ever it was. I love the sky and this was something I have never experienced. We spoke via telephone with the witness, and he sounded to us to be quite sober-minded. He seems to be a skilled observer of the nighttime sky. PD

My grade school teacher posted on FB to ask if anyone else seen and heard anything weird because they thought they saw a UFO. My son and I saw jets flying around town and decided to head out of town where there is less light pollution, about 7mi north of Omak on Omak-Riverside Eastside Road, just shy of the Reservation boundary. We stopped the car and shut off the engine. We got out and looked around for the jets that we saw leave our view from Omak. We saw one jet coming out of the Northeast, then we saw a faint, blue light zooming out of the west on an intercept course. They seemed to see each other and both the jet and UFO headed southeast, but then the jet veered west, where the UFO then proceeded Northeast. The UFO could travel really fast compared to the jets. At times, it seemed like a faint, blue streak. We stuck around out there for a little bit, but no jets, or UFO's could be seen, or heard and we returned home. The bright moonlight made it hard to see the blue light moving across the night sky.

I arrived at my gate at the driveway just about 8pm Friday the 11th of March, 2016. As I unhooked the chain I was drawn to look up towards a bright moon. It had been somewhat cloudy and I had not noticed any moon up until now. When I looked up to the light I saw a very bright, flaming blue egg, travel from east to west very quickly and disappear from sight behind the hills behind my cabin. This was to the south of where I stood, at about 55* angle looking up. I have the impression that it had traveled from the south and turned west, but I did not see it actually turn or change direction. I did see it travel, and it was quiet, fast, had no trailing tail of smoke or light, and was like it was on fire in a colour similar to natural gas (without any yellow or white) when used on a cooking stove. I had seen falling stars, planes , jets, helicopters, lasers, fireworks, this was nothing like them. I was once in a place and two of us heard a crackling and looked up to see debris coming thru the atmosphere, this egg was nothing at all like that. I have seen lightning appear from the sky and seen it shoot from the ground, this flaming egg was similar in colour, but not in line of travel. I have never seen anything like this. I am an intelligent normal person, was not under the influence of alcohol or anything disruptive. This sighting bothers me because it is a ufo for me and I have no explanation. I saw this from the town "site" of Miller River Washington, west of Skykomish. I believe it traveled west much closer to Mt Cleveland than Dorothy Lake, perhaps towards Coney Basin. Was pretty hard to tell, this happened very fast, none of my neighbors were home to ask about it either. I immediately called a friend that lives a few miles east of me and they were in Monroe and saw nothing. As of this time no one has said they also saw something. There are very few people that live in my area exactly, FYI. but I will keep asking around. I also texted my son, hoping he would check online for any s! ightings, none found so far. It did not have the trajectory of falling from the sky at all, but was descending and I had a thought that they may have been heading for a crash.

I was leaving my house on my way to work at 7:05 pm and looked up and noticed an orange light coming toward me from the south. I watched it as it got closer and noticed that it did not have any other type of lights on it. No blinking lights, no green, red, or white lights. This was odd as I had heard that any type of normal aircraft did not have an orange light at all. As it passed over me there was no sound and no shape to it. Just an orange light. I watched it for about another 30 to 40 seconds as it disappeared to the north. We spoke with the witness, and he sounded to us to be very serious minded. We suspect that he is an excellent witness. I came home home and looked up to the northwest and saw 6 bright lights in an "H" formation. Three on one side, three on the other. Then they changed to a triangle .. two lights with a light beneath. And another light beneath. It got bright and faint then bright again. Several times. It was stationary. Never moved. Very distinct. I called police. I called a local radio station. No other reports but I saw it so clearly. Called a friend north of me and he said he thought he saw it too. After about two hours boom, it was gone. A friend told me it was a reflection off power lines but no. It was too bright and distinct and changed shape!

I have never reported any type of ufo before so this will be my first time. I live in the city of Spokane by the college campus of Gonzaga. I stepped out onto my front porch as I do often on a clear night and look up at the stars. Instantly I noticed a very bright star to the south that at first seemed stationary but then started moving across the sky due north. It looked like a very bright star much bigger then any satellite but had no lights that a aircraft would possess. It traveled for maybe 5 seconds before stopping I expected at this point to be able to recognize the object but at that point it took off directly straight up shrinking in size and then disappearing. I don't know what else to say except this was no satellite no aircraft or a illusion the object traveled far enough and definitely went straight up to rule out a illusion.

At approximately 18:50 in the night sky above my home, moving from East to West appeared a formation of 3 bright objects moving at a steady speed across the sky. I ran inside and upstairs in order to view this formation above the valley from a West-facing window in my home. The formation was clearly visible and still moving West at a steady speed. Suddenly, from the East appeared a huge formation of 10 additional bright objects heading in the same Westerly direction at the same speed. These were in a distinct formation, and I was able to photograph this second formation with my iPhone as well as take a short video. The lead object was out in front of the second formation by a considerable distance. There were 8 bright objects in a pattern. The photo I took shows that this could also potentially be 2 formations: One formation of 4 objects in a backwards “C” formation, and a second formation in a distinct triangle formation. Under this single cluster of 8 objects was the 10th object which was slightly brighter and moving in the same direction and speed as all of the other objects. Both the first and second formation vanished into the distance to the West. Both formation never changed speed, shape, or direction at anytime. It was a very deliberate path and speed. I have been a life-long amateur astronomer and know that these were not meteors, fireballs, or bolides based on my observations. I am also familiar with what a satellite looks like as it breaks apart re-entering the Earth's atmosphere, and this looked nothing like this. These were brighter than the visible objects in the night sky with a brightness between Jupiter and Venus on a clear night. According to the NWS data for last night, the wind speeds in the area were averaging 9.6 miles per hour, and the wind direction was East...therefore, it was in the opposite direction these objects were flying. We spoke at length via telephone with the witness, and we found him to be a quite capable, and serious-minded person. We suspect that he is an exceptionally reliable, and capable, observer. PD

I was standing outside and looked up and saw a red and orange light that was lovely slowly. I watched it for a few minutes than it disappeared by just hovering and then slowly the light was gone. I immediately saw another round light moving sideways and then followed by another light shortly after. I saw about 6 of the lights and watch a few disappear. I recorded on my phone and took pics. The photos do not do the real sighting justice at all. I'm not sure what these things were but I've never seen anything like it ever.

My husband and I up above Wilkeson, Wash. on Plum Creek Rt, on our way home from our weekly trip to Mt. Rainier, when we pulled over to let some other vehicles pass that we had seen earlier. I was lighting a cigarette when I first noticed it. I said, "Look at that!" to my husband. It was triangle shaped, zig-zagging back and forth, a dark grey or black, with 2 green lights on the rear and 1 red one on the front. It continued this for about 30 seconds coming closer to us. We were facing west, when it suddenly shot off to the south and disappeared. We have made weekly trips to the area for the last 15 years and know it very well. This is not the first sighting we have had in the area.
