The sighting was observed along the Snake River in a rural area south of Jackson, WY around 8:20pm. Initially, two lights were seen flying in very close proximity at high altitude approximately NW in the same trajectory. A couple minutes later, a string of lights appeared from the west traveling roughly NE at somewhat constant intervals. Many were following each other at the same distance, about 4-9 at a time. On this cloudless night, almost full moon, the lights would fade out at the same point above the horizon. This continued for about 10 minutes, we witnessed 35-40 lights in total. A few pairs of lights were flying in extremely close proximity. All the lights were white in color, and there was no sound, unlike a commercial aircraft.

For ten minutes the string of lights, which must have been about 20 to 30 total moved across the sky from West to NorthEast. The lights were non blinking white lights spaced proportionally with no sound. The entire string was proportional except for one group if two light in the middle of the string that were much closer to each other. As the lights crossed from West to NorthEast above my back yard, I could see and hear large flocks of geese flying underneath the lights. The light were much higher than the geese. Additionally in the North East a helicopter was flying South to North above downtown of Omaha it crossed under the path of lights. The lights were same size as stars which were starting to appearing as the evening got darker. Unlike a plane the lights did not blink and were constant like a satellite.

Observed about 20-25 objects that were appearing from the West and heading East and then disappearing into the night sky. They were in a straight line and evenly spaced apart from one another. There were no sounds from the objects.

I was outside letting my dogs out at 8:00 at night (at home) when I saw how clear the sky was. I have an addiction to watching stars on clear nights, waiting for a meteor. I was looking around at all the stars and constellations when I turned somewhat northwards. When I saw the first two, I simply thought they were lanterns. But then I saw the next four, and I knew it could not have been lanterns because they were in a straight line. These lights were not equally spaced, so I do not believe that they were satellites. My dogs were acting quite odd as well. They were facing in the direction the lights were coming from, the older one was whimpering, and the younger one was growling. I counted about 19 of the lights before my older dog suddenly turned around and started barking at the cars across the street. I looked and got as close as I dared, but I didn't see anything. No movement and no sounds came from the direction of the cars. By that time, I was getting uneasy. All together I counted 23 lights, but they were still coming. I got my dogs in the house but I couldn't shake my uneasiness.

Looked out to the Northern Sky the disks were flying to the right in a straight line formation - they were appearing out of nowhere then formed a straight line - More than 20 discs - Too many to count they were just coming out of nowhere- flying to the right and up then disappearing- only one flew back then toward then sideways- in a rapid motion

On my evening walk I happened to look up into and towards the southwest skyline and I identified at least 14 dimly lit high altitude objects skirting across the Wisconsin skyline (no sound at all) in single file formation at a very high rate of accenting speed and heading Northeast. Each appeared to be at least 1-2 miles apart from the other and each suddenly disappeared at the same location, one after another. I waited one hour to see if there would be other objects before continuing on. Process of elimination and common sense, these objects were not commercial jets or helicopters (these objects were accenting too quickly and too high for commercial or military jets or helicopters). These were not falling stars as each were equally lit, shaped and accention rate and none were blinking. Each were appeared as dimly lit, perhaps round and traveled single file, equally spaced from the other before disappearing in the same spot/location as the one before it. Sat! ellites? Doubt it. But.......Who knows??

On Friday night at about 7:45 PM I took notice to numerous orange colored lights passing by our property in the sky. The objects appeared round in shape. My wife also viewed the lights and videotaped same with cell phone. The objects made no noise as they passed. At times they would appear in view at 3 or 4 in single file. They appeared to come from a westward location and headed in an eastern direction. There were no flashing lights on the objects, just a lone orange colored light for each object. We have to say we saw at least 25 of these objects .It was snowing lightly at the time of the event. There was a delay in reporting because we awaited any report appearing in the local news (none seen). I have been employed in law enforcement for 36 years. My wife is in the education field.

I watched 14 lights in exact linear formation move from the SW to NE in rapid formation (no blinking lights; in exact intervals) roughly at 70-80 degrees from the horizon at Madison, Wisconsin. 2 were "lead lights" more closely spaced. No sound & no vapor trails.

Pulled in to driveway and both of my children said Dad those stars are moving. Star sized lights in sky, not as bright as north star, typical brightness of ISS moving overhead. Single file, one after the other, they appeared from the Northeast and moved across the in a South West direction. After the first half of the objects almost all the same distance apart, two of the objects moved across the sky in the same why but this time very close to one another, almost in tandem. These two appeared more orange in color than the others. One or two others appeared moving slower and traveling in a different direction. They continued moving across the sky, crossing by orians belt. After 17-23 moved across the sky over 5-7 minutes they stopped.

Just got home from getting food looked up at Venus because it’s super bright tonight and saw what I thought might be a satellite moving but more lights kept appearing my son and I watched for a second then he ran inside and got the family they came out and saw exactly what we were seeing the lights traveled across the sky in a straight line a total of 6 lights/crafts traveling across the sky then 2 more lights came out of two different lights and fell into formation. So it became 8 lights in a straight line that traveled most of the way across the sky then just disappeared they made no sound and the lights were constant tell they vanished

My husband and I were pulling into our driveway, when we noticed what we thought was a satellite. Then another one appeared. Then another. Then another. Then another..etc. I counted 11 all together. I ran inside to get my aunt and my husband stopped counting but said they were still coming, and coming. Strange, they looked like satellites but were in perfect formation, perfectly distanced apart, traveling in a straightline across the sky. Southwest to northeast in direction (towards Manhattan, KS) Lasted at least 5 minutes. Did anyone else in the area see this???

March 6, 2020, 7:35pm, Des Plaines, IL 60016 Saw about 30 evenly spaced star-like lights traveling at same speed from southwest sky, from underneath the brightest star in the West, traveling east-to-northeast over north side of Chicago (from my backyard in suburb, Des Plaines). None of them had colored or blinking lights, like you would see from a commercial aircraft. Instead, they were steady lights, much like moving stars. They looked like the occasional satellites that I used to see in the Northwoods; except there was a long string, a convoy. I took some video. It was about 7:35pm when I saw the first of about thirty. Only two were close together. The other 28, or so, were evenly spaced apart traveling exactly same speed and in the exact same direction and appearing from the exact same place in the southwestern sky – one after another. Hard to gauge their size or altitude or speed; except they were travelling much higher than the commercial air traffic from O’Hare airport. I see a lot of airplanes in the sk! y here near O’hare, at all altitudes. Never, ever saw anything like these. They were not commercial passenger aircraft, I am certain of that.

Approx. 735 pm, we witnessed a perfect line traveling from south west to northeast direction. There were at least 30 perfect lights in a row, seemed to be traveling quite fast. They traveled in the exact same line pattern in the sky. It was something I have never witnessed before, they seemed to just disappear into the distance

One appeared, and then another, and then another. This continued for roughly a minute with a new light appearing every few seconds. All lights followed the other in a straight line until visibility was lost through the treeline. Then individual lights were noticed overhead slowly moving in straight but random lines. This happened for about another minute before they all disappeared.

They materialized from space just under Orion’s Belt, one at a time. I didn’t even see the first one, until the second one appeared, following the first. But when the third one appeared and a fourth, I called for my daughter to come see. What I found interesting, they appeared from the same point, appeared to be the same distance apart, and an exact, follow the leader fashion. Not a typical aircraft formation, and aircraft were passing below these objects and we could hear the aircraft. The last one appeared and they all continued traveling in a northeasterly direction. Shortly after the sighting, there was a meteor traveling across the sky in the other direction and it even appeared to be lower than those objects prior. My daughter wasn’t present for this and she doesn’t know what to think. If it was just one I might have passed it off as a satellite or a high altitude plane but these were not.

Looking West. Clear sky. Venus was approximately 40 degrees above the horizon. I observed a series of lights that were as bright as the back ground stars. They were traveling ENE evenly spaced. They appeared to be coming from the direction of Venus. None were visible below Venus. All were traveling in same direction as if on a string. All were the same magnitude. Two of the 10 were close to each other as if in formation. None had blinking lights. My spouse confirmed my sighting.

Lights Flying high in sky going east northeast, at least 2 times faster than other planes in sky. All were flying in same path and evenly spaced except for 2 of them were close together, tail one was offset to the side a little. The sky was bright from moon and the objects went from horizon to horizon and then some.

Similar to some previous reports on here. Lights moving in a straight line at constant speed, remaining evenly spaced. When they crossed the Northern cardinal line, they simply disappeared. I counted seven craft but was in contact with a friend in Brodhead who said he spotted at least 70! Sattelites, or perhaps something else?

Looking West at Venus seeing multiple lights over 25 of them moving almost evenly spaced going due East. One of the light object was a double at about 16 or 17th place. Objects were very high, higher than aircraft. Look like moving stars.

Looking west at a bright star at about 19:10 last night. I then noticed movement to the right side of the bright star. It was another star,but this star was moving,then came another,and another,they were evenly spaced apart. I counted between 30 to 40 of these things.They moved in a straight formation.When they got to a certain point in the sky they would disappear one by one and only when they got to that one spot in the sky ? These we're not satellites.

Saw lights moving from west to east , 5 single lights followed by 2 dbl lights followed by 5 single lights ,all moving in a straight line , appeared to be approximately the same size as the stars in the sky ( for reference ) unknown distance from the ground / or speed / no sound , but all were evenly spaced and took up about half of the visible sky in total length . Sky was a cold clear star filled moonlit evening . These were not stars .
