Saw an object flashing red, green, and while lights. Thought it was Sirius, but 15 minutes into the sighting we saw Sirius rise over our into our line of sight. A sky watching program confirmed this. We watched the object for over 30 minutes. It moved closer to our position. That's when we could tell that it was saucer shaped. Also, our dog refused to go outside. She acted like she was afraid! There is no way that we were the only people who saw this! It was almost exactly between Sirius and Orion.

I could easily see what he was looking at it appeared to be triangle in shape but the main thing was the changing of light colors from green, to red, to white, flashing back and forth, it lasted for almost a full 10 to 15 mins, dimming in brightness as time went on. We attempted to take pictures but unsuccessful, camera was missing card, then used I-pad camera, which showed a white halo in sky as it was finished its changing of colored lights by this point.. We noticed several stars in the sky, but this object we saw was not a typical star. It was obvious flashing, colors of lines that represented a triangle. The object never appeared to move and if so extremely slow. Just to the right of this object was a star.

In the night sky, driving on PA-43 near or about Smithfield, PA - my husband and I witnessed a bright light appear in the sky. The light kept motionless for about a second before it traveled a direct route that made it appear to be "falling" from the sky yet at the same time maintaining a controlled route. It quickly descended and disappeared. There was not a cloud in the sky, we could clearly see stars.. The light appeared so bright and out of nowhere then just as quick flew a straight line down and disappeared - did not fade or go out of sight - disappeared!

My parents and I went for a walk and we noticed a bright light in the sky, heading North. It was heading across the sky and at one point one of the lights fell. This happened once more where it looked like a light fell from this object in the sky. At one point it seemed to have stopped moving, but eventually it turned all of its lights off and looked like a black sphere that was hard to see in the night sky, but still visible. Was in Pittsburgh on top of the parking garage in station square. We was taking pictures of my girlfriends car with the city as the background. After I got back in the car I was reviewing the pictures and noticed something strange in the sky. At first I thought the reflection of the building might of been making the lights in the sky appear so I tried moving to other angles and objects never changed. So I took a few more pictures and even zoomed in on a few. If you look close on a few of the lights you can see that there is dark spots in the center of a couple of them. I was posting to see if anyone else might of noticed these strange lights or if anyone knows what this might be. We suspect the lights are lens flares. PD

Well, I went outside because my wife told me she had seen a strange light in the sky. We traveled for several minutes trying to observe it. When we were reentering the house, it was in the sky and I spotted it. I was facing west. What I saw seemed like a small ball of gas rolling across the sky. It was orange and larger than a star. It was about an 8th of the size of the full moon. It appeared to flicker. It seemed like a ball of gas burning and seemed to roll.

I was driving in my car and as I was moving toward the south I noticed an orangeish-red light in the sky. There were several stars visible already, and this was quite a bit larger. It was about a quarter the size of a full moon. At first, I considered it to be a helicopter or an aircraft, yet it didn't move, it just hovered. I watched it as I drove for about three minutes. When I got to a stop sign, I took a picture with my phone and waited there for a minute. There were others walking on the street who were pointing to it. I turned east and could no longer see it and about two minutes later asked my husband to come get in the car. We drove around for about five minutes trying to find it but it was gone. As we were walking in the house, again we noticed it in the sky. Behind it were light clouds. I had to take my son in to get him to sleep, and my husband watched it for about five minutes until he saw that it had disappeared. I went outside about ten minutes later and walked around and eventually it reappeared again. It was in a different position in the sky but still was not moving. I called a neighbor and waited for him to arrive, and after glowing in the sky, it slowly faded smaller and smaller until it was no longer observable. It did not flicker, blink, nor move. It was a hazy-type light. As I walked around with the neighbor again to see if we could spot it, another neighbor arrived and said that he, too, had seen it.

My boyfriend, daughter and I went for a late swim in the backyard. After 20 minutes or so in the pool, my boyfriend noticed this huge ember glowing object in the sky. It was orange/yellow in color. We noticed the object in flight on the east side of the house. It was significantly bigger than any plane or star I've ever seen in the sky. It was as big as the biggest full moon you've ever seen... it was gliding across the sky at an extremely fast rate heading west. We all watched it move across the sky, and slow down until it just completely disappeared into the horizon. The whole observation was about 45 seconds or so. It was silent, and flew very smoothly in the air. I feel it is important to note there was no cloud cover, there are zero street lights on this block, and it is a quiet neighborhood.

Southeast sky about 65 Degrees above horizon at 1145PM September 5, 2015 Ring of white lights hovering about 4 miles away.Then craft moved South and East. Lights blinked out totally for 3 secs, then appeared again, blinked out again then went back on flew away towards Southeast slow speed.

I was coming home from work up a steep hill, and at the crest of the hill, I noticed three bright reddish orange circular crafts hovering off the in distance in the shape of a perfect right triangle. Immediately, I thought of it being UFOs, with no hesitation I told my mother, with whom I was on the phone, just that. After making a turn in a new direction, I could still see them through the trees, and I could still see them hovering at the crest of the next hill. They weren't obscenely bright, but they weren't moving, and there were no stars visible at all. I lost sight of them when I reached home.

21:00 noticed a light coming on for a few seconds fading out doing this repeatedly not an airplane no nav lights or strobes but planes flying all around, an hour later it only moved a little bit still pulsing light like a flashlight being turned on and off, again tonight moved slightly but still not an airplane no movement.

As I trailed them I noticed more in different parts of the sky, all moving in the NW to NE direction. I ran inside to grab my binoculars and when I looked up they were too high to make out and seemed very shaky. I saw more coming from the same direction, and from the opposite direction the sky filled with instant cloud cover. They all seemed to be travelling through the clouds. I ran in to grab my wife, and we watched for the next 10 minutes as they came through. They seemed to travel in 3 or 4 and they all had the same look of! 2 stars stuck together, with a greenish tint. There had to be 30 or 40 in all. They were very high up. No sound at all. We did see a few planes during this. The phenomena stopped and the clouds were gone. I've never seen a UFO. I don't believe in UFO's quite frankly. It was the most bizarre thing I've ever seen. I live within 3 miles of the Limerick Nuclear Power Plant. We have two airports in the vicinity. I skywatch constantly and have never seen anything like this.

Around 8:30 PM on September 1st, 2015, my significant other and I witnessed some kind of craft hovering over the center of our city. We were facing North, and we live at the top of a hill in our city. We are both in our early twenties and work most of the day, so we spend most of our time on the back porch at night. That night we witnessed what I can only describe as a black "twinkie" with reddish-purple lights on both ends, and a very bright blue light in the middle of the craft, situated at the bottom. The lights on the side would change from bright red to a very deep maroon, almost purple. There was no reflection on the actual craft itself from these lights, although there were halos of the same colored light around the craft. We watched it for at least a minute, as it was motionless. I thought it to be a satellite or some kind of plane, but then it began to move. The movement was erratic, moving in zig-zags and up and down at an extremely fast speed. We watched it move for about 45 seconds, until it came to a halt. It moved slightly upward and then just seemed to disappear. My significant other and I have witnessed this kind of craft in the same location before, once on July 22nd, 2015, for about 10 minutes at 10:45 PM, and once again on July 15, around midnight, for less than 5 minutes. We spoke via telephone with the witness, and she sounded to us to be quite eloquent and serious-minded. We suspect that she is a very good witness. PD

Small sphere looked like fireball with flames on top. Only 1 object floating in the air while driving on route 209. There was no bright lights around it or the object moving. I went out to my car with my 6 year old granddaughter. I noticed the full moon and then noticed 5 bright red stationary twinkling lights in a perfect zigzag formation in the sky. At first I thought they were lights being turned out at a ball field then realized they were slowly moving in formation with no sound. I started to drive in the direction of the lights and called my parents, whose house I had just left, and told them to look out their front window. They, too, witnessed the lights but one by one the lights disappeared until they were all out. I drove about half a mile down the road towards them. They were way further than I had originally thought. They slowly disappeared.

My father and I were returning home on 8/29/15 from Richland Township on route 219. In between Davidsville and Jerome, we spotted a redish orange light in the distance and watched it eventually pass over our car following 219 North East. Once the object was behind us, the light was not visible anymore.

Bright Orange object with tail came shooting across sky then abruptly stopped, hovered, dropped altitude. Slowed down, then sped up and went behind trees, ascended and again abruptly turned 90 degrees and shot off into the sky and disappeared.

I know the time but it didn't allow me to enter it. It was around 8:45 PM and I was in the backseat of a Buick Enclave, when I took a snapchat of a gas sign of Sheetz, and when looking at the snapcha,t I saw a circular object with lights around it but when I looked again it wasnt there. There was no other lights or buildings above the height or even near the height of the sign. I considered it to be a reflection of the speedometer at first but the lights of the speedometer are covered and green yet the photo shows no color of green. I also tried to remake the photo but it didn't work so i returned to the sign to take another photo from the same exact spot but there was nothing there. Looked up and saw a strange object in sky. It had bright red and white lights almost like vehicle lights. It was moving very slowly from northeast to southwest. It slowly moved across the sky then stopped and the bright lights went out, it continued to hover with very dim lights for a good minute maybe more, then a smaller bright light came out of it's right side and flew off to the east, at this point the original object began to move north without turning the brighter lights back on. It finally faded out and I could not see it anymore. I had one witness who saw the first part which was the bright lights and the slow movement, they did not see the smaller light fly out of it.

My husband had told me about seeing something like this about a week prior, but within a different direction than last night. However, the specs were the same. I was in the house when he called me to hurry and come outside, that "thing" was in the sky like he saw before, but this time to the south (last time was east). When I got outside, I observed a reddish-orange bright light that appeared to be descending but steady pace. After only a few minutes, it stopped moving all together. After only a few seconds, it began to move horizontally to the east and then stopped again. It appeared to hover while moving a tight circular pattern in each place it stopped. It would descend and move horizontally west and back east after each "stop". It even made a quick movement back UP at one point. I told my husband to flash his flashlight, but surprisingly he refused (he has interest in these types of things, watches a lot of documentaries). Right before it "disappeared" it began moving in what appeared to be a horizontal pattern away from us, so it either disappeared or moved out of sight because the light slowly dimmed during this process. I went back in the house to get my phone to record it, but had the phone focused on the neighbor's light instead of the sky and didn't realize it until it was gone because I was watching the sky, not my phone. I'll try again of the opportunity presents itself.

My wife called me out side and i saw a very bright orange red light, moving slow through the sky. Moving west to east. Just as it was going over my house, I lost it in the clouds.
