Approximately 1300-1315, witnessed 2 very bright white lights in the east sky, as I watched the two lights, extremely bright visible objects, moved at different speeds and slightly changed altitude, to the south briefly and then disappeared. Weather was clear, with a few clouds. I moved to get a better view of the objects, but could not find them. They were no longer visible.

I was on my bus, heading to my bus stop, when I got to the intersection on Cedar Avenue and 4th Street. The sky was super cloudy and there was a slight wind. I had been looking at the clouds when our bus took a right turn onto 4th Street from Cedar Avenue. I looked out of the left side of the bus, (even though I was on the right.) That’s when I saw a circle in the sky. You might be thinking I am thinking of the sun, but this was a CLEARLY FLAT CIRCLE. It was red on the outside with slight curls, then a thick layer of green, then a layer of yellow, and finally a mix of orange. The layers were not neat lines either they were kind of mixed at the edges. It was just above the clouds, I could tell it was that close. I could see it through a slight gap in the clouds. I was the only witness since our bus was moving but a few people saw me as I pointed out the weird thing in the sky. The time was 3:15 PM it was 4/13/17 and there was MASSIVE clouds over our area.

My sister had taken my puppy outside in order to use the restroom. She came back in and informed my dad and me, who at the time, were in the living room watching TV. She informed us that there was 4 lights in the sky (at the time we thought it was stars). The lights were flashing rapidly from red to blue and back to red and so on about every 3 seconds and double the size of a regular star. I had pointed out there was three light that were side by side in a straight line almost reminded me of a disk without actually seeing the shape of the craft itself. The lights in a disk shape were orange. A few minutes later we went back in the house, checking on the objects a few times in a period of twenty minutes. My dog then needed to use the restroom again a few minutes later and the objects were no longer visible. The lights were located west of Davenport at a bearing of 271° west. Unknown of the elevation of the lights.

I was watching TV with my ((deleted)) sister and my dad, ((father's name deleted)), when my dog began to go nuts. She barked constantly for 15 minutes and began to run around in the house, so I decided she might need to go out. I stepped outside and began playing on my phone, and my dog ran outside. I happened to look up and see my dog being weird and standing still staring at the sky motionless. I looked up to see 4 UFO’s in the sky. 3 of which were lined up motionless, changing and flashing colors. The 3 circles were blinking bright yellow and a faint orange. The other UFO was the biggest and brightness and to the left of the line of UFO’s, was flashing bright blue, and blood red. Upon seeing these UFO’s I freaked out and grabbed my motionless black lab and, drug her inside. I told my dad ((father's name deleted)), and he went outside to see for himself. Upon going outside he couldn’t believe what he was seeing. He told me to take a picture. I pulled out my phone and tried to take a picture of the UFO line, but the weird thing was the line of them, wouldn’t show up on my phone. The big bright UFO was the one that barely showed up my phone, but I did get the picture. He and I went inside, and he told me to bring my ((deleted--sibling)) to come outside. Upon going outside again ((sibling's name deleted)) and I see 3 more UFO’s lined up above the other 3 lined up UFO’s. But these three UFO’s we flashing purple, and white. We went inside because it freaked us out, later before I went to bed I go back out with my dog, and all the UFO’s were gone, and this was at 22:25. But I had a lot of trouble sleeping and woke up at 03:00 to strange screeching noises. I was tired and didn’t want to see it, so I listened to screeching noises until 04:30. So I do not know if this incident was related, but I definitely freaked me out. After school I will be giving your hotline a call.

Sighted object while driving on the highway. Object at first seemed like an aircraft but the light did not blink on and off and the light remained stationary. The light disappeared when I rounded a corner in the highway. I have grown up in the area and am familiar with the types of aircraft that are nearby. This light behaved in a manner that didn't make sense.

I live approximately 15 miles North of Omak, Washington (State), and about 25 minutes south of the Canadian border. At precisely 10:25 p.m. on April 7, 2017 - 13 miles north of Riverside, Washington, I was driving home (north) on Hwy. 97 when a blue streak of light went across the sky from right to left (east to west or NE to SW). It moved from 360 degrees north to approximately 300 degrees in two seconds. It would have been approximately 1/16 or smaller of the size of the moon. The head of the streak was round with the blue streak following and being parallel & connected to the round ball - example (lollipop). It was very low within the earth atmosphere and could have been just inside the border of British Columbia, Canada. Two of Okanogan County sheriff vehicles just passed me seconds before the streak appeared and so I am not sure if they noticed what my wife and I witnessed. If others saw what we saw, I would appreciate them filling out a report; thereby, verifying this event. We spoke via telephone with the individual who submitted this report, and we found him to be both eloquent, and serious-minded, in his description of his sighting. We suspect he is a very good, and very reliable, witness. PD

I awoke late at night and went to the kitchen to get a drink, then decided I wanted a cup of tea, so I put the water on and sat down at the table. I have two large windows 3ft×6ft one faces east and slightly South, the other South and slightly West, so I have a great deal of sky visible, I often sky watch at night. Last night was cloudy and I noticed no stars were visible from the East window as I put the water on but when I sat down one VERY bright star was in the southern sky. I watched it for a few minutes wondering what star it was and noticed it seemed to be bouncing around just a bit so I decided to take a video of it. It didn't turn out well, as I couldn't keep it centered (that's all on me) so I took a couple of snapshots of it and was trying to video it again, when it simply blinked out! While I was contemplating what had just happened, I made my tea and sat down to look at the pictures I had taken and was stunned by the saucer shaped object quite plainly there where the star should have been. I didn't see it while looking at it with just my eyes. I sat drinking my tea, watching out of the window when when I saw it again about 60 degrees west and much higher. I quickly took several more photos this was about 3:15am. It blinked out again and appeared farther away yet and my cellphone camera could no longer photograph it.

Took the dog out to do her business, and there was a *very* bright phthalo/light blue light (very bright and iridescent) outside on the other side of the trees, just in front of the ridgeline. At first I thought it was a close cloud, but it is very dark and full overcast out there tonight and it didn't move like a cloud. It was moving very quickly from west to east, and it was undulating and swirling, as it went like it was wrapping itself up. There was a bright white orb I could see inside of it for a short time. You can see that my dog went up to the fence where the light is. She was looking around. Not sure if she could sense it too or just saw it or what. I guess that's the best way I can describe it. The first time I saw something in the sky I could not identify in my life was August of last year. I was so shocked, I didn't grab the camera. This time I did grab it, even though it passed very quickly, so I have pics for you that I'm sending. Taken with Samsung Note 5.

Well it had been a week since my dog got ran over by a delivery guy. A tragic death of my best friend of 13 years. She was a border collie. I was standing on the front porch of my house ,a fairly wooded area, looking at the yard. The sun was going down ,all of a sudden 2 pairs of 2 vertical blue orb like eyes about 10 feet off the ground came around the back side of the house. It seemed to me that they were two individuals. Because when they came closer to me one of them began to bounce up and down while the other one was stationary. They were about 20 feet from me. My hair stood up on end. It was freaking me out I couldn't move. Well, after about 5 minutes of awe, they moved off behind the wood shed, never to be seen again. There was no way that it was some kind of reflection, or laser. They were just pure deep orbs. What I saw I will never forget. We spoke with the witness, and he sounded to us to be quite sincere and sober-minded. We suspect that he is reporting accurately. PD

Observed several red flickering lights rising single file at various sporadic intervals to an an elevation of 1500 to 2000 feet (best guess), move sideways a short distance, continue flickering for several minutes and then each light would stop flickering one by one as though they were being turned off by some imaginary switch.

We were walking down Borough Road by Garfield Park to our car. My daughter saw 3 hovering lights, white with red and blue and thought it was an airplane but wondered why they were silent and hovering so low, plus too small to be full sized airplanes, but very bright lights. The group of 3 were in a tighter formation at first. There were more bright white lights hovering lower on the horizon by the water, Commencement Bay Puget Sound. We notice 9 lights and actually noticed 11 in one photo, almost as though they were meeting at the spot we saw the first 3, making a formation of some kind. I got my phone to get pictures. They stayed bright white and spread out, then disappeared, most moved upward into the clouds, a few sideways, probably hovering for close to ten minutes. This was about 7:45 PM, Sunday, March 12th in Tacoma, WA.. We have no idea what these were. I'm glad we got photos. ((ADDENDUM #1 FROM WITNESS)) Dear Mr. Davenport, Thank you for your reply and information. I looked at photos online of Chinese lanterns and don't believe that is what we saw as the objects seemed too mechanical and the movement seemed too deliberate but hovering rather than floaty, if that makes sense. Plus they seemed larger than the photos of Chinese lanterns. They were coming from the horizon. I looked at the map for this area and noticed a Tacoma city park on the water called the Fuzhou Ting at Chinese Reconciliation Park. I called to ask if they allow Chinese lanterns and if any were lit last night. It seems Chinese lanterns are illegal in Seattle so I would assume most likely in Tacoma, too. I am waiting to hear back from someone at the Parks Department to verify. Being it is so chilly and rained earlier in the day, I doubt there were any weddings at the Fuzhou Ting Park. I am wondering if there is some kind of military goings on with the nearby JBLM. I looked up pictures of drones but these seemed too large to be a drone, at least what photos you can find online. I also tried to reach the Tacoma Tribune but no one has replied as well as the local Fox KCPQ affiliate. I couldn't find anything online reporting lights in the sky. It was all very strange, we could not stop watching it. I can't believe my Galaxy 5.6 phone was able to capture what it did since the photos are no where near the brightness and clarity of what we actually saw. We were thinking how could you not notice this but this road is quiet and with the trees and terrain, we were in the perfect spot to see what we did. I was hoping the Fox KCPQ might show the pictures and others might come forward if they saw it but they must not be interested. I will submit to the online report form as soon as I get an answer from the Tacoma Parks Department about the Chinese lanterns. The person who handles that venue is out until the 22nd so hopefully the other person I left a message with will call me back tomorrow. I will also see if there is some way to get information from the City of Tacoma about people calling in about those lights. I looked up some videos on youtube and these lights look like what others have seen, too. However, I found an information bulletin from the Tacoma Fire Department that says there are no permits allowed for any kind of incendiary releases or sky lanterns. I would assume a Tacoma City Park nearby would not be allowed to release lanterns. These lights that we saw look like some I found on you tube such as the ones in Missouri in 2012 and in Arlington, Texas, June 2015, in the International Business Times. It's very strange and I also find it odd the media I tried to contact have zero interest. You would think they would at least show the pictures to say what it is or isn't and talk about the safety of Chinese lanterns, etc... or at least verify if JBLM ((Joint Base Ft. Lewis/McChord AFB)) was doing testing of some kind or whatever they want to say it is. I don't think it's either lanterns or drones based on what I could compare it with on the internet. I was driving south on 405 with my friend, where I noticed lights in the sky, flashing at the right side of my front windshield at about 7:15 pm. First, I thought it was reflection of the headlights of the cars that was following me. But suddenly this object moved to the left side of my car and started flying at the same speed with me. Now I and my friend saw it clearly. There were four lights of blue colour, egg form (colour could have changed because of the clouds) that moved quickly towards center where they met and then separated evenly in opposite directions. My friend said it was projector but I said it couldn't have crossed freeway. After I dropped off my friend I got to my home. I spent there about 20 minutes and drove to meet with friends in Bellevue. Google layed route through interstate 5 where I've met these lights again. I don't believe in coincidence and I also do not want to think it was helicopter chasing me with some kind of unusual projectors. The lights did not even touch the ground and did not have beams. I understood that this object was possibly changing it's altitude because the lights changed it's size. Second time I saw it, it was about 8:00 pm. It all happened on 03/10/2017. Finally after I got home at about 11 pm and parked the car. I've seen the reflection of the lights on the house I live in. We spoke via telephone with the witness, and he seemed to us to be quite serious and sober-minded. He added that he now believes that the reflection of lights on the house were due to headlights of vehicles on a nearby roadway, and that they did not have anything to do with his sighting, earlier in the evening. Not a sighting. Only sound. Inside home - slider door open, house backs up to wetland/forest. Sound volume was between a conversational voice volume and a whisper. It was 'machine-like' but undulated. It was extremely rhythmic and consistent in volume. It started close and very slowly moved from bedroom to hall and to living area and down stairs to daylight basement (with no obvious exit) until it finally disappeared. No possible chance of 'dreaming' - I was sitting up and fully awake but dared not make a sound. 'Height' of sound off the floor stayed consistent. Sound did vary at one point as it moved away. It was not seen. There was no change in odor or temperature. It sounds stereo-typically like an alien humming that you might see in a movie. There was no light emitted. The sound implied a size like a bowling ball. It made no noise on the hard wood floors as it moved away. It could be distinctly heard for more than 5 minutes. It moved very slowly. I was driving west this morning and was leaving Index around 6:10 ish. I was almost to the multi-lane straight away when, above the trees, there was a HUGE circular formation of lights that was directly behind the trees. It was kind of in a flower/5 or more light circular light formation, but the lights moved around in no real pattern. I had to slow down and see what would happen and it seriously moved/jumped insanely fast several yards to the left and down a bit, but I could still partially see it through the trees. There's no way it was a plane. It was feet away from trees (maybe even between trees--hard to tell) and way lower than any plane should be. I don't know that much about drones, but this was abnormally large and bright and could move faster than anything I've ever seen. It wasn't just light, either. It definitely had some sort of metal, but it was so bright I could hardly make it out. I was rubbing my eyes in shock before it moved again and I couldn't see it anymore.

An extremely large rod shape, with bright white, with lightest bluish light mixed in, I counted to 2 and it was gone the size looked to me as the size and shape of a street road (one side of a street road) that is how large it looked to me the light was there and gone. I really did not have time to be worried or scared but I could not forget the shape and thought what on earth could have that kind of light, I did not see a craft large enough to hold this light! just the light it self! nothing really came to mind at the time yet I could not stop thinking about it and started looking on site to see if any one else had seen this light and found this web site on reporting, sightings such as these.. I keep G-d close to me and I thought its was best to report what I do not understand ! In my opinoin when we do not understand because it is not known to us this can make us afraid. I walked outside for a smoke, when i noticed a very unusual bright light stationary above yet behind my father in laws house. As i was standing there, i kept starring and asked my fiance to come outside. Once he came outside it dimmed a bit. He went to get his binoculors, it came back into view. I stared at the light a bit longer. The object started moving up and down yet staying in place.at that time i started to feel scared, and it seemed like whatever it was saw me staring. I had a huge sense of fear and of being watched. The object finally started moving towards me. Which scared me more. That's when i noticed it was shapped as a triangle. it was dark inside the triangle, yet had very bright lights outlining the object. As soon as my fiance came back with his binos, the object stopped. And to me it looked like it started to back up. It ended up dissapearing behind the clouds. My partner at the time and I were walking home with our dog after taking her out to go to the bathroom before heading to bed. We lived in an apartment by the Hiram M. Chittenden Locks in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle, WA. We were facing SW, towards the direction of the ocean. At first I thought I was seeing a biplane with no lights on flying way too close to the city - but it made no sound. I opened my mouth and pointed at it to my partner and as I did so it began moving in a way that didn’t make sense if it were a biplane. I remember asking what the heck is this at that point. Silent and mirror-like. The color of the craft was so stealth it was as if it reflected the night sky around it. You could almost say like it moved as if it was not even in the same night sky. It was just so quiet for how big it was and as much as it was definitely there it was also very difficult to really “see” it. However I also think that could be an effect from the perceptual dissonance of seeing such a huge flying craft so close with an utter lack of sound. I’d never seen anything like this. Complete mindf***. My partner quickly saw it as well. We had very much an “oh s***” moment as it came from what looked like over the ocean, maybe 500ft in the air, crossed half a mile NE and dropped down to a stop about 100ft above us. Me, my partner and even my dog were staring at this thing for possibly 10-15 seconds as it stopped and slowly rotated like a football being spun on the ground. Then just as soon as we were able to register what was happening and that something phenomenally out of the ordinary was above us, it began to raise in altitude and as fast as it started - it was over. Couldn’t have taken more than 3 seconds to completely disappear into the night sky.

Perfect dark triangle object slowly traveling east in a straight line. It appeared to be about 600' high and guessing 20' long. There was a dim red/orange light near the tip of each of the 3 ends of the triangle. The lights appeared to turn off just before it reached a distance beyond my site. The object was silent. I didnt have time to get a photograph, so i just watched it fly away.

Was driving home from work, when a bright light flashed in front of me. It was blinding. When I came to my senses I was still driving, but 13 minutes had passed. I also noted that the song on the radio had changed. Upon getting home found burns on my upper back, and the back of my hands. We have responded to the source of the report, requesting to see photos of the burns. PD

Huge circular UFO hovering above neighborhood on the intersection of McMurray and Jadwin streets, bigger than 2 football fields, lightning white lights flashing all the way around and red lights flashing all around the white lights, myself and a Richland police officer slowed down to watch the craft and after about 1 minute the craft disappeared. There was no sound coming from the craft and it was hoving at approx. a 60 degree angle.

They made no noise they hovered stationary two hours and did nothing while there were other planes in the air but they never moved they were above where the planes were flying and they had to be larger than the commercial planes flying around.
