During 4th of July Fireworks, a light approached the fireworks from the west. It was raining lightly at the time and the clouds were low. At first I thought it was a plane coming in to land at the State College Airport. When the light reached a point about 1/4 mile north of the fireworks (I can only guess the altitude - probably about 1500 feet) the light stopped in the sky and stayed fixed for a few minutes. I looked down for a couple seconds and when I looked back up it was gone. The light was bright enough that it obscured the shape of the craft. There were no blinking lights as you would expect from an airplane or helicopter. My position was about 1/3 mile east of the hovering position. When it was approaching, it was heading directly towards me.

I saw a green round light out by our pole building. I got my Fiance and we got on our golf cart and went around building it wasn't there we drove to the top of our driveway and we saw the green round hubbering light flying across the driveway down the hill through the neighbors property. It rested next to a building a=for a few moments and then back and forth it then proceeded towards the field and disappeared. We went down to the area it was in with our golf cart and there was nothing we came back up the hill to our driveway and there it was in the field next to our pole building not moving. We started racing towards it and it started moving again we chased it along the farmers field, it stopped like it was looking at us we shined a light on it and it took off again, it never made any noise going through the field. We chase it and it crossed the street and into the woods and disappeared. It was a little bigger then a baseball but smaller then a basketba! ll. It was a bright green hubbering circle. we never seen anything like it before. I am glad I had someone to witness it with me Just mad that my cell phone was dead and didn't get any pictures.

Against a bright blue sky, there was a bright white light that was moving. As it moved, it became smaller very quickly until it disappeared against the sky. It was moving away from Earth, not parallel like a plane. Within seconds, the light was gone.

On June 30, 2016 1:15am. My wife and myself who are both medical professionals and we were stargazing which we do on a regular basis. We are accustomed to spotting all types of aircraft and satellites. We observed the enclosed cylinder shaped UFO at approximately 10,000 feet. The night sky was totally clear with no haze or moonlight showing. The craft moved silently from the south moving towards the north. It was moving much faster than any plane or satellite. It took about 10 seconds to cross our observed night sky. Both ends of the cylinder appeared illuminated and the center almost appeared translucent.

It was a very clear day, no clouds in the sky so i could see nothing but blue sky above me. And out of nowhere 2 white discs appeared in the sky, they remained in the sky for about 10 minutes then slowly faded into the sky. These are not your stereotypical UFOs, these UFOs suddenly appeared in the sky, then slowly materialized away. I was on a walk at the time and accidentally left my phone at my home, so I ran home and called the sighting phone number on the website.

I am a tractor trailer driver and was parked on the shoulder of the exit ramp for exit 88 on the I79 in PA. I park here m-f every week and take my 30 min DOT required break. It is a very dark area as there are no street lights and not many cars exiting at this time of day. I had gotten out of my truck and walked to the passenger side and was looking up at the stars which are very visible here, big and little dipper right above me, just as i was turning to get back into my truck I saw a very bright white roundish light off to my right which "came on" slowly to full brightness. I noticed then that it was moving downward toward the ground and as it did so it slowly dimmed to nothing and then slowly came back on to full brightness and then slowly dimmed to nothing and then came back on to full brightness again. It made no noise that I could hear. It was moving downward as if it were going to "land" or reach the ground and was "falling ot; not in a straight line but more of a meandering way...like a leaf falling from a tree. There also seemed to be a trail it was leaving and it seemed to be a bit hazy around the edges. There was a 10 - 15 ft. grassy incline at this exit ramp and I could not see it anymore when it dipped below the top of the grassy hill. It was too steep for me to climb so I do not know it "it" ever reached ground. I have no explanation for what it was. I was a jet engine mechanic in the air force in the 1980's and have seen all kind of aircraft. It had no standard aircraft lights on it...no red or green or strobe lights...it was just a very bright pure white light.

Noticed an orange glowing flying object in sky moving very slowly from east to west in my backyard. Very high up. Videotaped it briefly on my phone and grabbed binoculars in house. Came out in from of house to catch a glimpse. What I thought was round appeared to be square like object in the binoculars. Lost sight as it went passed tree sight. Definitely not a plane. Standing on the driveway, looking up at the stars, I noticed what we thought to be a satellite. Tracking it moving Southeast across the sky, moving significantly faster than typical satellites observed in the past. Suddenly it turned around, faster than any plane could have, and headed the other direction across the sky disappearing into the horizon line.

I was on the phone with a friend and I told them what I saw. Maybe a minute later I saw something moving at a decent speed moving towards the front of my house. I first noticed it right above where I saw the "shooting star". This object looked simular to a medium sized star. It wasn't big and bright. The light was solid and there was nothing blinking. I ran to the front of my house to keep an eye. Lost of for a few minutes and spotted it again. It seemed to have changed directions. It seemed to be very high in the sky. Higher than any airplane. Then I noticed it looked like it was going up higher. I eventually lost it. To quick some the description up, small white ball of light coasting through the sky. Did not seem to have a direct path as would an airplane. Traveling west and seemed to be going up after ithe reached a certain point. When I noticed it, I was on the phone with my boyfriend, and he told me to call the UFO hot line. Can't say for sure if it was a UFO, but definitely was not an airplane. We spoke with the female witness, who submitted the report, and she corrected the date, which had not been indicated in the original report. She seemed to be very polite and bright-minded, which makes us believe that the report is sincere. PD

We were sitting on our boat in the middle of the bay relaxing. I was looking at the sky and noticed an orange light. At first I thought it was Mars as I frequently look for it when I take my dog for his evening walk. I noticed it was much larger than usual so I told the other two individuals I was with and they started looking at it. We noticed it was 1 orange/red circle that flickered slightly. It was extremely high in the sky and was in the located east relative to a compass. We were watching it for about 60 seconds until it faded and disappeared. 10 seconds later, we noticed it came back into view but the color was not as strong and then faded away again. The object was not moving laterally and was close to 10 times larger than Mars would be on a usual night. Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. PD

On the evening of June 18th, at approximately 9:09 pm, I witnessed 6 circular objects in the sky. These objects seemed to be floating around in a cluster. They appeared as a solid dark color. These objects stayed in a realitively close cluster the whole time visible. I observed the objects in the north western sky for roughly 4 minutes, until they complexity vanished. They did not go over a hill or disappear on the horizon, the objects simply went from being in view, to not being there.

I went to take the dog out for the night before the start of a coming storm and saw about 50 bright white lights clustered in a long formation. As I called for my 20 yr old daughter to come out my neighbors were both watching it. No noise and all seemed to float at a steady fast pace in the same direction. During the 5 mins we watched the brightness never changed and the pace stayed steady. I told my daughter to video it with her phone. I had considered weather balloons since we were just getting the start of a thunder/lighting storm, but there were too many to be weather balloons. My neighbor said there was a Relay for Life at the park 1 mile from the house so I thought maybe Chinese lanterns, but their website had the event only on Sat 17 to Sun 19. No activities tonight, plus again we had an approaching storm.

At approximately 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday June 15, 2016, I was driving along a “field road” on a farm between the villages of Hebe and Klingerstown in Northumberland County, PA. I was with a friend and two of our children, looking for deer. As I came up the farm lane, directly ahead of me, I saw a glowing/fiery circular object which appeared to be enveloped in a something of a haze, lowdown in the sky, just over a small mountain about a mile or two from my location. From my truck the object appeared to be the size of a tennis ball, but it was obviously much larger as at least a mile or so away. The object appeared out of nowhere a little above the mountain and at a rate which seemed slow to me traveled on a downward angle from right to left and disappeared behind the mountain. I slammed on the brakes and exclaimed something like “what the hell was that?” My friend had been looking for something on the floor, and the two boys were playing a videogame in back, so none of them saw anything. I expected a huge explosion from the other side of the mountain, as at first I thought it was a plane or helicopter which was on fire and coming to the ground. However, when no explosion occurred, I had no idea what I just saw. Due to my thoughts that it could have been a plane or something like it we quickly drove to the other side of the mountain and drove up and down the road looking for whatever had come down. We found nothing. Looking back, one thing that seems strange is that this object had no “tail” such as you might see from a plane or shooting star streaking across the sky. Further, I have seen shooting stars and this was nothing like that. It couldn’t have been a plane or helicopter crashing as we would have seen the aftermath for absolute certainty. As it bothered me for days I looked around Google and found a picture which looked very much like what I saw, which picture was labeled an “Orb” in a setting of UFO’s. For what it is worth, I was not under the influence of any substance. I have never really believed in UFO’s despite once before having before seen several green “dots” chasing each other around the sky when again out in the countryside of Northumberland County many years before. At this point, I honestly don’t know what I saw, but I am very interested in learning more, and discussing this matter with someone more knowledgeable than myself. Thank you for your consideration.

Noticed a bright orange light moving slowly west. I would guess low altitude, a few thousand feet at most. Absolutely no sound. It appeared to radiate light "strings" (like the center of those plasma ball lamps) I ran outside to film it with my phone, but as you'd expect the quality is terrible as I couldn't get focus as close as I'd like to with an iphone. The object turned north fairly sharply, traveled a quarter mile or so and then accelerated northwest and out of sight. This object did not seem to be reflecting sunset, it seemed to be creating its own source of light. This object was too quiet for a known (to me) engine powered craft at that altitude. This object also was fairly nimble at maneuvering. I would not consider its motion to be high speed (when viewed).

I was heading north on PA State Route 611 (Easton Road), approaching Street Road in Warrington, PA. It was roughly 9, 9:30 PM. Dark. This is a highly populated area of "big box" stores that has either shopping centers or gas stations on all 4 corners. As I approached the intersection with Street Road, I noticed a light “falling” from the sky, roughly above the area of where there is a Home Depot on the northwestern corner. It fell relatively slowly, but steadily at a consistent speed. It could have been “falling” or “landing”. It was ball-shaped, and it was whitish light. I could see no structure associated with it, just the light. “What is that!?”, I said out loud to no one. I stopped at the red light, and continued to observe it “falling” down. Strangely, there were no other cars at the light with me, but going east/west and south there were. It was very hard to determine size or what area it would hit, it could have been above the Home Depot, it could have been behind it, or it could have been a mile away. The light disappeared behind buildings and the traffic light changed to green, and as much as I could as I continued driving north, I looked to the left to see if there was a smoke plume or anything when it landed, but nothing. Continuing north, I heard no sirens, saw no speeding police cars or fire trucks. This is a major artery. I almost called the police, but decided not to. I have driven this route every week night for 14 years around the same time of night, and have never seen anything like it.

What I saw was a classic orange orb sighting. There was one of them, alone. It was bright orange, luminescent, sort of plasma like. Very bright. I saw it just above the tree lines, Northwest but it was really close -- hovering over the apt complex just above the trees. It came closer to me, and I thought it might approach me but then it took of to the East, up into the sky past the clouds. The object made no sound but I heard an aircraft behind it. I thought at fist it might be a balloon or lantern, but it had a distinct pattern to its flight. Balloons and lanterns don't move in such an organized, determined direction. It clearly had intelligence. Behind me was fairly clear. We live in a fairly rural area and when its dark it gets pretty dark. The odd thing is though that I seem to be missing some sense of time. I don't usually do that nor do I ever feel COMPELLED to go outside. I took photos but it was on one of those cheap cvs cameras so it will take a week to develop. ty ((name deleted))

Three very bright red/orange non pulsing lights observed over Northeast section of city 15 miles north of airport. Two lights flew slowly in formation, rear light at about 4 o'clock position. Third light circled first observed lateral to the two circled behind and disappeared. Two lights tracked until they disappeared in clouds (clouds at about 5000 ft.) One light may have had purplish non-pulsing light in center. Lights were too bright to be navigation lights and wrong color for anti-collision strobes.

It was the summer of 2016, and I was walking my now deceased, male American Eskimo, Frosty, in our Fairwinds development. Frosty began barking and I looked up in the sky and saw a large disc shaped object, with flashing multi-colored lights, that appeared to have windows, hovering over me. It followed me, at close range, in slow motion. I tried to get the attention of neighbors, but no one was home. While following me, the object traveled from side to side and up and down and this continued for about 10 minutes. Then suddenly, it sped across the sky, out of sight with lightning speed. I had never seen anything like it, and it definitely was not a traditional aircraft. I remember calling TV stations to report what I saw and asked if anyone reported anything similar, but nothing had been reported.

I was flying in a plane was descending to Pittsburgh Airport and was looking out the window. I was looking forward out the window and saw a sphere approaching the plane going the opposite direction, moving fast, since we were going in the direct opposite. My first thought was, what is that up here, then it was abreast of the wing, then gone. I had a good look as it was close to the plane. Round looking slightly reddish with one antenna sticking out that I could see and appeared to have others wrapped around the sphere. It was not smooth in that sense. The whole event was a second or so but caught my attention. I didn't say anything to the crew, as I departed, though I wanted to ask.
