At first by just looking at it with a naked eye it seemed to just be a single orange light but under magnification I saw the three orange circle lights at each corner of the craft. It moved fast across the horizon. Much faster than a jet but slower than a meteor. After 15 seconds or so it disappeared. Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides little contact information. PD

Myself and the accompanying witness work in a water treatment plant, as we were walking along the catwalk we noticed flashing lights above us, it would flash white lights then disappear for up to 10 seconds at a time. It was moving at a steady speed but after it would disappear it would reappear in a completely different location offset from its original course. It seemed as if an airplane was attempting to follow it.

This event occurred at 0308 hrs, 20 November, 2016 in Victoria, Texas. I saw an object in the moonless sky that was not a legacy saucer shape nor was it metallic, or have lights. This object was organic, fleshy, and ‘seemed’ to be several miles long. The object described above was traveling from ESE to WNW. My field of vision was 30% blocked by a tree to the east, I was facing south, and the object came into view over the tree. It took about 5 seconds to traverse my vision field to the westerly horizon. But before doing so it changed direction by about 15 deg to the NW, and within 1 second my LOS was blocked by a neighbor’s rooftop. The object was estimated to be at or above earth’s atmosphere. From my point of view, the object was approximately 4 inches long, if you able to measure it with a ruler. Morning astronomical twilight was 0601 hrs, and sunrise was going to be near 0727 hrs on this date. Moonrise was going to be near 2257 hrs, which places it underfoot. The bottom of the object was reflecting light from the approaching sunrise. The color range was from ‘pony tail badge’ to ‘pastel yellow’. The estimated position (near edge of atmosphere) and length (several miles long) was calculated by the angle which light might hit an object at 300 miles ASL, estimated sunrise, trajectory (speeding away from sunrise), and it’s actual length perceived (4” long). The object can be described in this way: Its dimension was 10 units long, 1 unit wide, and 0.1 unit thick. Its horizontal axis was along its length. Shape was not unlike a colored crepe paper streamer when twisted like a double helix, DNA strand. It was almost certainly translucent. I could see through it. If it were not for the sun’s illumination I would not have seen it. It was ‘ribbed’ across it’s width. The ribs were narrow, rounded, and approximately 0.25 units thick. I would estimate that there were 25 ribs spaced evenly across a 10 unit length. The object rotated slowly on its horizon axis and looked like the above mentioned streamer if thrown into the air.

While on a family walk in McKinney, Texas, at 8 pm, November 20, 2016, the two adults noticed a faint cluster of four to six blinking lights in the eastern sky about sixty degrees from the horizon. They appeared to have coloration of green, white, and blue hue. The objects seemed to move. There were three children ages, 10–14 who also witnessed the cluster. They walked to their home still observing the cluster. The grandmother then observed the cluster and being a retired, science teacher she immediately confirmed that this was a unique phenomenon.

Standing in the parking lot facing east, I began taking photos. I noticed an anomaly in the photos which seemed to be a smaller sphere to the lower right of the bright moon. I looked with my physical eyes at the moon and saw something darker than the moon and sky in the same area. I took more photos and each one contained the sphere. It looked very solid. I decided to clean the lens and take the case off the phone and use an additional lens that hooks on the back of the iPhone 6 Plus. I saw the object even clearer at this point. I zoomed in without losing resolution and took a few more. I examined those with my partner and he was very intrigued and we zoomed in and were awe struck. It was a sphere but it was a moon. It looked exactly like our moon only smaller. In the photos, there is a visible lens flare/glare that is bouncing off of the overhead lot lights. This sphere/additional moon was not a lens anomaly. To further debunk the oddity, we walked to the park in the middle of our condos. We saw the bright big moon through the tree tops. I took out the camera and began shooting more pictures. We figured if it was a lens or camera issue, it would project this second moon overlapping the tree branches, thus copying the image of the actual moon. Much to our surprise, this secondary moon was shadowed by the branches in the actual placement of where it corresponds and the actual moon/supermoon was not shrouded by branches in real visual observation nor in the photograph. This blew our minds.! We took several photos and then went inside to grab the very ! large te lephoto lens for the SLR camera and came back out. We took more photos from the original device, my partners device, and the SLR and there was no second moon present in these photos. So this phenomenon was present for roughly 5-7 minutes then gone.

Event location: Euless Texas (just southwest of DFW Airport) Weather: Scattered high clouds but clear in the area of the observation Light: No external house lights on. Early evening just after sunset (dark) Observation: Looked to northern sky and saw a white object approaching. At first I thought it was an aircraft but then it stopped moving and held a fixed position. Seconds later, the object turned to a brilliant red light (no aircraft navigation lights or beacon). Physical location of object from my position: It was 12 degrees (slightly east of north). The object was approximately at a 30-45-degree angle upward from my observation area. The object was west of the DFW airport and not in any known traffic pattern for DFW aircraft (west of approach/departure for runway 18L and 18R) DFW ATC: Arrivals from north and departures to south Observation: After approximately 30-45 seconds in a stationary position, the object changed color from brilliant red to purple (looked like a LED light). Size of observed sighting: The object was smaller than the moon yet larger than a bright star. I compare the size to slightly smaller than my smallest fingernail. Observation: Shortly after the object changed color to purple (approximately 5 seconds), it moved horizontally to the east toward DFW. The object did not move far (approximately 12 degrees to 20 degrees) and did not get close to DFW air traffic. Once again it stopped but was somewhat obscured from my view due to trees. Observation: The object stayed in the obscured location for a very short time (maybe 3 seconds) and then appeared to move upward and north at a fast pace until it was out of sight. Notifications: Contacted a former college who works with DFW ATC. Contacted local media KTVT at 7:10PM. Reported event to UFO Center via telephone. FYI- media asked for a photo or video (no time to think fast enough to get a camera). Media stated they could not report on the event without any physical evidence. Total event time: 6:40PM for approximate 1.5 to 2 minutes (was hard to tell how long exactly). My background: 40 years aviation (Operational Control, Emergency Response, Internal Evaluation, Airport Management). Private pilot and aviation safety consultant. ((ADDENDUM FROM WITNESS)) Yes, I did report it to the media (KTVT TV CBS affiliate DFW) but they said it would not be shared on the news without a photo or video. I told them that I just wanted the sighting on record in the event others call them with a similar observation. I failed to mention the distance away in my report. Because of the darkness, it was very difficult to estimate the distance and accurately state the size of the object. Thanks for the good work your team is doing. Maybe someday we will learn more about unexplainable sightings such as this. I can assure you this is an event I will not forget. ((END ADDENDUM)) We spoke via telephone with the witness, and he sounded to us to be a highly qualified, and credible, witness. PD

Driving home from the store, I looked up at the sky I notice what seem to be five asteroids or fiery balls of fire line up. When it got midway in the sky they separated, my son was with me at the time as we got closer it seem what appear to us that it might be bombs coming to us. The colors were orange, green, red it was just unreal. As they got closer down to earth they stop and we notice five unidentify white flying objects. We were unable to capture the whole phenomenon, however we do have a video, along with pics of what we were able to get.

Heading south on highway 518 in Friendswood, we noticed a strange formation in the skies above Sugarland, or south west of us. There were 6 or 7 hovering fireballs, moving slowly with tails. Then they started to separate and disappear. The last one standing appeared to have a red light hovering by it, maybe an airplane or chopper. The objects were large and bright. In all, the event looked to be a very large scale slow mo version of firework. I have never seen anything like it, nor can explain what it was.

I was on a daily morning walk before work and walking eastbound on Ashdale Drive, heading to Burnet Road. I happened to see a light brown, ceramic-looking craft floating above tree tops, heading slowly southbound over Burnet Road. Craft was completely silent, with no lights. It was visible in the dark morning only due to abundant street lighting along Burnet Road. Shape appeared to be elongated teardrop-shaped with very thin drooping "winglets" on sides. No vertical features visible on craft. No windows apparent. Source of report indicates that the date of the sighting is approximate. PD

I went outside in my back yard and noticed a large, brighter than normal "star" that was not moving, through the trees. As I looked closer I saw it had white, red and green lights. When I measured with my arm out in front of me, it was about 45 degrees above horizon. I have a porch light, but the yard is large and at the back of the yard it is very dark. Because of the trees blocking my view, I went into the street in front of my house and saw it was cone/triangular in shape but very long and narrow. I started trying to take a picture of it because my and my neighbor's porch lights were both off but, because a camera on a phone is not good quality, all I got was a larger than normal white light. My neighbor joined me in the street, and I asked him what he saw. He said "I don't know, that isn't normal." I asked him if he saw red, white and green colored lights and he said "Yes." There was also a small aircraft with 2 blue lights flying by that was easily identified as an airplane. I went back out at 20:19pm, stood in the same place in the street, and it is gone. I saw another craft in June. I put a short video on Youtube titled "Star Gazing Over Texas."

Burnet, TX
My son noticed an orange ball in the southern sky and watched it until it faded away in the northern sky on Saturday, Oct. 28, 2016, in Burnet, Texas. He told me about it and when I looked up, I saw the orange ball of light in the east moving north and then fading away. My son got the binoculars and my phone to record it if it came back again, it did... We watched this thing do this 4 times. As he watched it through the binoculars he described it to me as being a saucer with lights rotating, I didn't see that with my eye and the video is not very good as it doesn't depict anything but a fireball, but I did look through the binoculars and can verify what he saw. The video I am sending is the third lap this thing took that we watched from start to finish. Please disregard the audio and I apologize for the poor, poor quality of the video. I was on the phone describing it to my cousin, who was a few blocks north and saw it as well, when it took the fourth lap, and this time it's trajectory was slightly different as it came right over my head. I got off the phone but wasn't able to capture what I saw with my naked eye, which was a saucer with lights and it had a bluish purple aura to it. It went right over my head in the middle of the street! I mean not right above, but way lower than any helicopter or plane would ever be. After it flew overhead, it again faded into the darkness, but not because it flew out of sight. It did not reappear that night that we know of, as we went inside. It was very interesting to finally see something I have always known to be out there. It is crazy how it would disappear in the North only to reappear in the South and it didn't look like it was further than the edges of our small town when it did this. It was not very high up either. Thank you for your consideration of this report, I hope to hear from someone. Blessings!

My husband and I were driving back to the hotel we are staying in here in Fort Worth Texas. We just finished dinner. It was approximately 5:30 pm and we were on hwy 170. I was in the passenger seat and we were driving into the very bright afternoon sun. I looked at my husband while we were talking and noticed something very bright reflecting the sun in the sky out his window past his head. It was reflecting just like a mirror, it made me want to squint. It seemed to me it was reflecting the bright sunlight. It was hovering above a field- completely still in the sky. I said "What is that?" but he couldn't take his eyes off the road to look because of heavy traffic. I leaned towards him trying to see around him. I saw it go to plain grey metal color and I could tell it was shaped like a bar. It was completely still in the sky. No movement at all. I kept leaning around him and trying to re-adjust myself to keep it in view and then suddenly, it was gone, as if it had just disappeared.

I was on my way back home from New Mexico about an hour drive from where I'm at... middle of nowhere Texas. 2 lane highway and the only lights are those from your car. I was driving until up ahead in the sky there was like a green orb. It just dropped down. I didn't think anything of it until it shot back up and then down again. At this point my mind goes blank. What did it for me was when it shot up the 2nd time not to mention it's speed it started doing it from side to side. That's when I knew it wasn't normal. Yes the idea crossed my mind to pull over and try getting it on video until it started flying towards me as I was driving towards it. At this point I'm at 40mph on a 75mph and when the vehicle started merging on he too slowed down next to me. It flew right past us and it was so low down you could see what it was. There was 3 greenish lights. One on the front and two on the back one on each side. It was like a triangle. And when you see something like that up and personal sorry.. your instinct isn't to stop and take videos more like press the gas and take off. Which was precisely what I did.

I was outside trimming trees in the yard. Heard jet aircraft approaching from the north east heading south west. I looked up to see two fighter type jets flying side by side not very fast. Behind them was a silver saucer disc shaped craft tagging along. I watched as they flew over the tree line trying to get a better look at the disc but I couldn't. Southwest of here is Alliance airport, and Lockheed Martin in Ft. Worth where the jets come from. Not sure if the jets were escorting the craft or if the craft was being annoying by following the jets.

This was not a space craft or a plane. It looked like a comet with a tail that expanded out from the ball. It was visible in the southern sky for 2 to 3 minutes over the Dallas, Texas, area. It eventually went out of site. I sent this message to a local TV station but did not get a response. Around 12:40 to 12:45PM today, I saw what looked like a Meteor or Comet in the southern sky. It was visible for 2 to 3 minutes. Do you all know what it was? It defiantly was not a plane. Do you know what this was? Thank You, Jeff PS I have seen the space shuttle come over our area 2 times. The smoke trail that it left was visible in the sky for several minutes. The object I saw yesterday tail diapered a few seconds after it had reached any certain point in the sky. The farther it went the less of the tail I saw. Eventually as went went farther away you could just see a round light. I would think that it was very high or in a high orbit. It may have been a meteor but all the falling stars that I have seen only last a second or 2. I think it was some kind of a celestial body and not a spacecraft of some kind. I really would like to know what it was. Possibly a high-altitude a/c, with a contrail behind it? PD

After eating a late dinner, I decided to enjoy the night air. I looked in the direction of a cellphone tower. It was hard not to notice an extremely bright yellow object, which was motionless in the night sky. The object however emitted a very bright yellow light which appear to flicker constantly. I went back inside and got my cellphone and actually tried to film the object attempting to zoom on it. I actually dismissed it in my mind as the art of the imagination but to make the matter more misterious the object had actually disappeared withiout a trace from the sky and the location it once was.
