On December 6, 2016, at approx 10pm or 11pm 4 Separate households housing 5 witnesses and 2 witnesses sitting outside in a motor vehicle saw the ENTIRE night sky change into a neon blue flash 3 times in a row. I would compare the flash to lightening, very bright, very blue, very vast and without a strike or thunder. Three residence are each a several miles in proximity to each other, and certainly not walking distance. They are too far from each each other for this to have been a simple transformer malfunction and it is no exaggeration that the ENTIRE sky lit up neon blue. The two people in the car were sitting outside of one of the residence. This happened as follows: -The entire night sky became a brief Neon flash accompanied by a vibration (felt by one household) a loud humming (heard by another household)and immediately following the flash the electricity went out. This was experienced by each witness that was at home. After about 15-20 seconds the elect! ric returned. 20 seconds after that the sky flashed neon blue again and the exact things were heard and felt and the electric again went out in the entire area, for approx 15 seconds and then came back on. The third time it happened, which was about 10 seconds later, the lights were off for even lesser of a time, maybe 5 seconds. Each time it seemed as though the flashes and the length of time between flashes and time the electric stayed off and took to come back on got shorter. I myself expected there to be a write up about it in the newspaper the next day. NOTHING. Nothing on the news. One observers house rests way up upon a hill overlooking the entire city. It has giant glass windows in the 'great room'. He said he was fortunate enough to see it happen and view all of the lights in the city area that he is able to see, which is quite large, go out each time the sky flashed. He also stated that he saw no object in the sky and that the blue light WAS the entire sky and tha! t the blue flash did not appear to have an epicenter. The following day, December 7, 2016, I contacted New York State Electric and Gas and they told me they had no record of ANY power outages in the area what so ever for the date of December 6, 2016, in Binghamton, NY. (Description of background of observers: #1 whom also heard the loud hum, is a college educated 54 year old female Medical Record Tech. Mother of 2, Grandmother of 7. Has large bedroom window overlooking a small field and then the river. She leaves curtains open due to nice view. #2 and #3 Stay at home mom 26 years old and her 7 year old son, she felt the strong vibration. I am unclear if her son felt the vibration as well, but he came out of his room to tell his mom about the light but she had already seen it. The power outage had interrupted his gaming and he saw the light through black colored room darkening curtains. #4 Successful business owner, 29 year old married male, father of 2. Owns two homes and a business. He saw the incident from atop of the hill overlooking the city. #5 and #6 The two witnesses that were sitting in the car..it is unclear of their background. They were picking up a child from his mothers house. When witness #2 went outside to look around witnes! s #5 and #6 got out of their car and talked to her about what they saw and what could possibly have happened. #7 Neighbor of #1, unclear of background but he did ask me (#1) the follow day after the incident if I had "seen the blue sky flashes and did your lights go out?". I would be interested in more information from your experts if available. Thank You.

I was looking down at my phone, when I saw a flash of light. I quickly turned to my window and it was pitch black. My window was also cracked. So I heard the trees ruffle immediately after the flash. There was a dog in the backyard of the neighbors on the next block. The dog had not made a sound the entire evening. There was no barking, no ruffling of the bushes, or anything of the sort. Immediately after the flash and ruffle of the trees, the dog barked once. I looked out of the window to see if I would see a shadow in the little lighting in my backyard. But I saw nothing in the 5 minutes I waited to see something move. But the dog never made a peep the time I was looking down from the 5th floor. I was, periodically, whistling for the dog to make a noise. But it never happened. It just seeemed very strange to me. That flash has never happened in my backyard. Plus, the ruffling of the tree was eerie. When the dog stopped after one bark, I was sure there was something down there. My partner told me to relax because it was nothing. But I believe that there was some kind of teleportation that occurred.

I was wondering if anyone besides my husband and myself experienced shaking of their home and a VERY LOUD bang last night in Webster, NY. I'm not sure of the exact time. We were woken by this loud banging sound and bed shaking. I called RG&E to see if a transformer had blown - no it hadn't.

Was putting my children to bed, and they drew me towards the window. They pointed out the moon, and one really bright “Star”. It just looked odd, it had an orange hue. Then I saw four more lights added, but two were moving, and as they came closer I saw that they were helicopters. The helicopters seemed to be circling to see the stationary lights. I noticed two people on a walk across the street, and they too stopped and just stared for a really long time. That made me feel a bit better since I knew it wasn’t just me. Throughout the whole thing, the same lights were still in the same places but every now and then it would seem to dart out a little bit, but then return to the exact same location. Actually that movement was what really baffled me because it would quickly dart sideways and then return to original position. I’ve never seen anything in the sky move that way. I watched for about 5 minutes. The only reason I stopped watching was because all of a sudden there was a super thick all-encompassing fog/cloud that took over the whole sky. Honestly, even the cloud cover that occurred looked abnormal; it was as if a thick auditorium curtain was being pulled across the night sky.

Driving through bergen ny at 1133pm. There was a triangle shaped craft flying north east. There were 3 white lights forming a triangle and a red light in the center. I tried to look online to see if there are any airplanes matching this appearance but there were not any that came up immediately. I turned down a road in the direction it was flying to watch it. After about a minute I could no longer see it.

At approximately 11:30pm, as I was using a computer, I noticed a distant bright light moving in the window, twinkling in various rapidly-changing colors, starting at approximately 140 degrees SouthEast (according to a Garmin GPS watch). Colors included red, blue, purple, cyan, and occasionally green. The object's movement and color changes were both erratic, becoming less so as the object became more distant. A second observer observed the movement of the object for a few minutes at approximately midnight. The observer noted “yeah, that's weird all right.” By 1:15am the object had risen several degrees in the sky and had moved further South to approximately 155 degrees SouthEast, the movement and color changes both much less pronounced, now dimmer but still being brighter than the rest of the stars in the sky. This event was just like what I witnessed on October 14th at 3:45am (report S130618) from the same location.

I was driving back home from Watertown, heading south on 81. When I was passing the Parish exit looking at the city lights reflecting off the clouds when I noticed an amberish colored light in the clouds. There is an overcast tonight so no stars are visible. It didnt have directional lights like a tipical aircraft. It stayed in the same position for about 10 minutes. When I passed by tall trees I lost sight but when I came to a clearing it was gone. Did anyone else see this tonight?

The object kept equidistant but spun within the formation. NYC tourism helicopters were in the sky and allowed me to gauge distance to be overt least one mile. Definitely not helicopters, birds or drones. Too far away.

I looked out my bedroom window (faces north) around 5:05AM Nov 19, 2016, and saw two super brilliant whitish/blue stars next to each other, they were much brighter than anything else in the sky. While I'm looking at these stars I realize, I've never seen these stars before, and quickly reached for my binoculars. In the time I grabbed my binoculars (maybe 15-20 seconds) and turned back both “stars” brightness began to dim substantially as if on a dimmer switch. The rest of the stars in the sky stayed at normal intensity so it was not a passing cloud. All of a sudden, these “ stars” began to move very slowly and I saw through the binoculars each “star” was at the end of a very long dark cylindrical object. The soundless object slowly moved towards the west/southwest and out of view from my window. I ran outside and couldn't find it but there were pine trees and mountain blocking the western part of the sky the where object was headed. Maybe 1 minute later, I saw what I believe is the ISS, or some other fast moving satellite, fairly high in the sky and traveling from the northwest going towards east/ southeast. It should have crisscrossed paths with the object I saw. I was back in the house by 5:16AM.

While waiting for the bus looking at the morning moon and admiring nature itself, I saw a object going around in a circle at the distance in the sky it may have been about a mile or so going around but the height was Very Far in the air off of the flight path of intercontinental flights (I have always took interest in my fathers joy of watching airplanes so I know the difference also being a RC Buff 8 ground R/C's and 4 Air R/C's) Also I know there is only one frequency to get at least 10 miles or better and that's UHF band but the control and distance was far beyond that of any UHF band I have ever seen or read about also at the height it was there should have been a en trail but none living in this area for as many years that I have been I know the flight paths of our airports and flight areas for the R/C planes but this was neither because it just appeared then circled and then in a flash it was gone as for the color I saw red along the sides outlined with! a yellow..... I find it strange that I was the only person whom saw it I even raised my Shades to see it and saw it and keeping my eye trained on it to ask the two other people who where at the bus stop did they see it is when it is when it disappeared never to be seen again in my eye.....

The UFO appeared twice as Fox News went to a live shot of NYC before a commercial break. It was moving a rapid pace and went across Manhattan from the West to East side, just North of the Empire State Building. In mid flight, a fireball appeared to propel it momentarily for 1-2 seconds, and it then cut to commercial break. After recording it from the TV and slowing it down frame by frame we could see an object that appeared to shape shift with each frame.

I was driving to get something to eat @ 10:15pm. When I was about to turn the corner in the opposite direction, I saw out the corner of my eye, what I thought would have been the moon-I saw 6 distinct bright white lights in a line, slightly arched...stretching from the South to the North miles across one part of the sky wayyyyy to the other side. A dark shadow also could be seen behind the lights. They were moving West. I started to follow them in my car. My radio was staticy. Then within 30 secs of following-they changed into 1 reddish orange light. The white lights never moved or changed positions or faded out. It was just all these white lights, then the reddish orange and then it was gone. No sound, no streak of light. A little flicker from red to orange. It was just there so massive and then gone. The cell phone battery was no where near dead, but as soon as the camera opened the phone died.

Black oval craft flying over my block and in the area shining a strong white beam near us and over some homes.. When the beam would shut off red flickering lights would cut on and off at the bottom of the craft. It kept flying over five or six blocks and a school yard as if it we're looking for something. It had four orange lights south north east and west on the body of the craft. At one point it pointed a beam directly at Me twice. It was intimidating to even look at, but we were also in awe viewing it. It was amazing to say the least. When I finally got the courage to try and record it, it left the area with out returning.

I was driving home from my friends house and I turned down first street and as I was going down the street I saw 3 bright yellow lights in the sky going toward each other and then away from each other. Then I saw a fourth one closer to me that heading in my direction, I went to go get closer to it and I lost it.

While performing construction at a client's work site in Staten Island, i noticed an egg shaped silver metallic object hovering overhead. I decided to take a video of it on my iPhone and brought it to my co-workers attention. The object seemed to be hovering, joined by 2 other objects of likeness, darting across the sky. It was a bright and clear sunny day with full visibility. Temperature of about 59 degrees.

Observed 3 craft in sky. I hovering still and 2 streaking across the sky, almost in a playful manor. They were fast and changed direction mid flight. Shape is unknown due to distance in the sky. They seemed metallic and shiny when the sun glare hit them and reflected back. This has been the 3rd sighting I personally witnessed but first actually caught on cell phone camera. The sighting lasted approximately 2 minutes at which point they just faded into the sky as if if flying away from earth but still within the line of sight of curvature of earth.

I am writing this on Thursday, November 10th, regarding a strange occurrence I witness Saturday, November 5th, between roughly 9:45 and 10:15 and again, briefly, on Sunday, November 11th. Last Saturday, my wife and I were getting ready to watch a movie. As she normally does when we watch a movie, my wife began making popcorn. I went outside to walk around. This last summer I purchased a FitBit (pedometer) and I sometimes walk up and down our long driveway to meet my step count goal. We live just outside the city, on the margins of town, so while we are not completely in the country we usually have a clear view, if it is not too cloudy, of the sky. On this Saturday night, many of the constellations were out, it was so clear. Pacing back and forth on my driveway, listening to a podcast on my phone, with my earbuds in, I was struck by a set of, what appeared to be, constellations roughly 30 degrees north east of our location. This pattern of what I presumed to be stars were among the lowest and closest to Earth of all the stars in the sky. What struck me upon given these “stars” a second look was that they were fading and reappearing with increments of maybe 3-5 second. Had it only been one light doing this, I would have quickly assumed it was a satellite, but this appeared different because satellites are never clustered. There were five, possibly six, of these lights, fading in and out of visibility, out of sync with one another. There was no specific clear pattern or shape to them, although they were spread out from each other in what looked like a skewed pentagon (like a small child attempting to draw a pentagon). One of the lights was somewhat more central to the others and the fading in and out appeared a second slower than the others, although it was hard to tell because, again, they were out of sync. Staring at this with some disbelief, I moved into the road for a clearer view. There was a large tree in the distance which I was using to gage the location and movement of this cluster. No movement was visible to the eye, but after about ten minutes I could see that this cluster had indeed moved northbound and lower toward the ground. Using my phone, I called my wife inside the house and asked her to please come outside to look at something. When my wife walked outside the door, I flagged for her to come over toward the road. I pointed to the cluster saying, “there is a cluster of what looks like stars over there”, while pointing vaguely toward their direction. I stopped myself, however, realizing this might plant a seed in her mind of what I wanted her to see. I wanted her view to be as objective as possible. My wife is much more of a skeptic than myself. She almost immediately noticed what it was I was talking about. She, too, found it very curious and unusual. Assuming there was probably an explanation, quickly getting cold (the temperature was in the lower-to-mid 30s), and hungry for popcorn, my wife, after a couple of minutes, went inside. I stayed a few minutes longer, so that I could store in my memory what I was seeing. After watching the movie, which I had trouble focusing on at first, I popped back outside to see if I’d notice anything else unusual. By this point, the sky had become so foggy that no stars or anything else were visible. I would have written this experience closer to the date it occurred, but having a 2-year-old, being a teacher, and on the cusp of an election, I had not found time to sit and write this until now. It is worth noting that the next night I did go out to observe. I noticed one light, slightly stronger than any I’d seen the previous night similarly fading in and out. On this night, unlike the night before, I was intoxicated and became anxious and panicked pretty quickly, so I only looked long enough (30-60 seconds) to confirm with myself what I was seeing, but otherwise went back inside rather abruptly. I have always had a long interest in UFOs and stories of encounters, so I am very familiar with phenomenon stories, though, prior to this, had none of my own. Knowing that I am prone to believe such events, it was important to me to get confirmation from my wife that the pattern I observed was both real and unusual. She agreed. Even this morning, when I told my wife I would document my experience, she again confirmed for me that this pattern was uncanny. Additionally, several dogs in the neighborhood were barking or howling. Also worth noting is that the pattern I witness was placed, more or less, over the vicinity of our local airport.

HELLO at approximately 21:30, my fiance and I were sitting on our deck. We had looked up at the sky and seen this bright amber colored fire type light. It had to be about 25-35 feet above tree level. We really got us is that after the first had gone by a second one had past about 2 minutes later and then a third about 2 minutes after that. All headed in the same direction to. NOW I know it was not a Chinese lantern because of its speed and it's pretty windy for a flame to stay lit!! Can't stress this part enough. On top of that there was absolutely no sound. We don't know what it could of been, but got our attention enough for me to look up what it could of been and ask questions. This is my first stop to post this. ANY suggestions? It was only one color to that amber fire color, so this has me baffled!

Just after midnight on Friday (I listed date as Saturday because it officially was) I was returning home from work. I stepped into my backyard to use the bathroom. I observed an object in the south east direction that appeared to be spherical in shape and was changing colors. The object was moving north east then appeared to change direction and head south. I watched it then drop elevation and it appeared to be circling. I took a series of photos and went back inside. I zoomed in on the photos expecting to debunk them but was shocked to see it was a sphere shaped object. I have it in several colors. I went back out and took two videos. I am 39 years old and an avid outdoorsman. I observed this object for over an hour. I have never witnessed anything close to this ever.
