On 5/12/2015 at approximately 9:45pm, my daughter (age 21) and I (age 50) were outside the house preparing to clean out an inflatable pool and refill it. (Very late at night to be cleaning a pool, but the grand kids had finally gotten to sleep and we wanted it clean for company tomorrow.) Something caught our attention and we both looked over to the neighbors house. Traveling just along the tree line, just before their house, we saw an equilateral triangle of lights in the sky. It seemed to catch our attention at the same time that we heard a dull engine sound, it was brief and only lasted about 2 seconds, as I recall, but deep and not too loud, but the sound was kind of unique and out of place. We watched the lights for approximately 45 seconds move across the sky/tree line traveling at the same speed. It briefly passed behind the neighbors house, when I grabbed my daughter's arm and pulled her across our yard to see it quickly when it reappeared from behind the house. It continued to pass through the sky at the same rate of speed and again we moved across our yard to keep it in view as it passed behind several trees. When it came from behind the taller trees it appeared to be only two lights now laying horizontally and it was quickly gone behind the trees. I still had a grip on my daughters arm and the whole time we watched we kept asking each other, "What is that? What the hell is that?" As soon as it was no longer visible I asked her to be quiet, because I expected to hear a crash. We both thought we were watching a plane about to crash because it would have been flying tilted on it's side and was very low to the tree tops, but it flew too long of a distance, in that position, at a very steady speed and seemed to be moving in a straight line, without any sound, and in hindsight I realized that the lights were in the shape of an equilateral triangle (that is not the case with a plane flying tipped on its side.) There was no crash. There was no sound. It was just gone. We wanted to call to police, but I wanted to go into the house first and tell my parents what we just witnessed. They found it very interesting and encouraged a call to the police, just to report it. I just want to state that we are all very clear headed adults and have never made accusations of any sort to cause concern about ones sanity or need for drama. We are clear on a few of facts: The object consisted of three lights. That is all we saw, just three lights. They formed an equilateral triangle. They never wavered. At least one of the lights was blue and we are almost positive that the other two were white, but one may have been red. There was a strange, low, grumble sound just prior to seeing the object and the sound stopped within a second or two. We watched the object for approximately 1 minute or less. I made a phone call to the non emergency police call center and reported what we witnessed. The lady I spoke with told me that no military actions were scheduled this evening in this area. She told me that though she had not had any reports tonight from other witnesses, there had been a larger amount of calls coming in over the past 3 years of UFO sightings in this area. She gave me the number for the National UFO Reporting Center and I made the call and reported what we had witnessed and was asked to write this report along with my daughter who was to write her own account of the event. The gentleman that I spoke with informed me that under federal aviation law, no aircraft was allowed to use blue lights while flying at night. The leading light was BLUE. We spoke with both witnesses, mother and daughter, and we found them both to be serious and sober-minded in their description of the event. We suspect that their reports are highly reliable. PD

Tonight, Tuesday May 12th, 2015, around 9:45 PM, my mother and I were standing outside in our backyard. As we were facing East we both heard a low noise, as if we were driving underneath an overpass and could hear a car drive above, but not nearly as loud. I looked in the direction of the noise and saw a perfect equilateral triangle consisting of 3 lights traveling across the sky. The top light was white, the light to the right (the direction it was traveling) was blue, and the bottom light was also white. My mother grabbed my arm as soon as she saw it and we watched it moved behind the peak of our neighbors house. Shortly after we heard the initial noise from the object it was silent, though still right in our sight. We walked across the law, her still on my arm, asking one another what we could possibly be looking at. For a brief moment it went behind a grouping of trees that we were unable to see over. During those couple of seconds it went from 3 lights! to 2, as if it had turned flat. The blue light was still in the front and one of the white lights right behind it. It traveled a constant rate of speed during this entire experience. We came to a stop as we realized we wouldn’t be able to see it any further and waited for something. We thought if it were a plane it was definitely about to crash. So we waited, hoping that we weren’t about to see the sky light up and hear it plummeting to the ground. But there was nothing. Just as quickly as it came into our view, it was gone. We were absolutely dumbfounded. After we waited a few moments for any sign of it we went inside to reiterate the scenario to my grandparents. Both of whom had been sleeping, but assumed it must be some sort of military drill. They encouraged us to report it to the police to see if anyone else had seen it. I looked up the number for a non emergency dispatcher and dialed the number for my mother on my phone. My mother explained to the woman what we had just seen and inquired if there were any military craft practices scheduled. We were told that there was nothing planned for this evening so she wasn’t sure what we had seen. She said it was strange because there had been a lot of calls in our town in the last 3 years, none however had came in tonight other than ours. She gave us the number to the National UFO Reporting Center if we wanted to let them know what we had seen. Shortly there after calling and leaving my name and number we received a call back. My mother answered the phone and spoke with a gentleman that asked about what we had witnessed. During this call we were told that it is against federal aviation law to travel at night with a blue light on your aircraft. Though I thought since the moment we started watching it that it was no plane, I never thought I would really know for sure, but that bit of information told me everything I needed. We saw a UFO tonight, there is no doubt in my mind. We spoke with both witnesses, mother and daughter, and we found them both to be serious and sober-minded in their description of the event. As my mother and I left the grocery store, I notice something bright in the sky, but couldn't quite tell if it was a plane because it was so low, but my mother argued and said it was the North Star. When we got home it was still there so it couldn't have been a plane. I then thought ok maybe it is the North Star because it was so big and bright, brighter then the moon. I took my phone out and used the compass on it and it was facing west of us not north, but it couldn't have been because it was levitating in earth's atmosphere. I pulled my camera up from my phone to get a better look and as I held the phone still, zoomed in you can see a round object rotating side to side continuously with rays of red/blue light beaming off from it. I took a video and photo of it then my phone died. I ran into the house to get my camera and in matters of a minute or two I went back out and it was gone.

While my wife and I were traveling on hwy 70 west, between the towns of Havelock and New Bern, NC, we noticed above the tree line on the right hand side of the road what we original thought were the lights of one of those cell phone towers that you see everywhere, and we subsequently noticed a small red light that appeared to be flashing slowly between the two original white lights. It was raining that night with cloudy overcast and the cloud ceiling was low. We continued traveling for an additional 1-2 minutes, then in about the same area but this time only about what seemed to be only 50-100 feet above the tree line. This time what we saw although not specifically seeing the shape of a rectangle due to the weather we saw what looked like a sequence of white lights on what would have been the front of this thing. Plus it looked like it remained fairly still as if hovering. However when we opened the car window to listen we heard no sound. And there was something about the lights they looked somehow bigger than conventional aircraft landing lights, and we did not see any other red or green lights coming from the craft in what would have been landing type lights. We spoke via telephone with the witness, and he sounded to us to be quite sober-minded. We suspect that he and his wife are very good witnesses. PD

it is non stop night and day. i asked my husband who was born here and lived here his entire life, and he said that he can hear it too. it lasts 24 hours. it is non stop. today, four mh 60 helicopters black unmarked flew right in front of my house about 50 ft close to the earth. right along the shore line. this is a populated place. i called us air force, navy and army. the navy said that its probably the army in fort cambellton ky. i called them and the man said that even if it was them, he couldnt tell me anything. nice huh?

A large slow moving fireball crossed the dusk sky. It was large, but seemed like it was above 25,000 ft. It moved silently, and slowly across the ridge line above Price lake, located off the Blue Ridge Parkway. I have a military background, but have never seen anything like it. My 6 year old son believed it was watching us.

At 23:09 my dog was barking and alerted my attention to the sky with her growling. I then went outside and saw that there were at least 15 triangle shaped orange colored objects against a dark sky on the Eastern side. The objects were flying in an arch formation and some of them started disappearing behind the clouds. They were all the same color and shape, and moving quite slowly. The objects were close to each other, and silent. When I grabbed my phone to take a picture, there were only 4 objects left in the sky. I cannot see the objects on the camera phone clearly.

I was photographing the moonrise over Lake Tillery, NC. A blip suddenly streaked up by the moon and then past it. I noted it and discussed it in a video I then took of the moon. Did not give it too much thought until I found out I had gotten it captured on still photo I had taken. I took a series of still and videos of the moon last night, May 3, 2015, I have posted my pics and vid on several places on FB on my page and on some friends' pages.

They are multi flashing lights, they look oblong in shape, and one seems to get longer, then shorter… They are just sitting there, its not a plane or helicopter. It’s really weird. It’s like they are watching me… We have changed the time above, in order that the report reflects an evening sighting. PD

I was on a flight somewhere above northern North Carolina between 1900 - 2000 hrs. We were beginning our decent and were going through the clouds and I looked out my window and observed a UFO of some sorts stationary in the clouds. It was a disc shaped UFO. I can best describe it as shaped liked Saturn. It was round in the middle, a ball almost with the typical disc shape around it. It had rotating lights around the perimeter of the disk portion of it and the front of the top of the circular area towards the left of the craft. I don't know if anyone else on the flight saw it but I know for a fact that I saw it. ((ADDENDUM FROM WITNESS)) I wasn't able to take a picture. I saw it and I had to look again and by the time I got my phone out we had passed it. In all it was about 10 seconds that I was able to see it I think. It was not moving, it was stationary. It was in the clouds and it just happen to be in the upper portion of the clouds and thin enough that I was able to make it out. The lights around the perimeter were rotating but I don't know if the craft itself was rotating or if it was just the lights. ((END ADDENDUM))

About 9:15 on April 22, 2015 I was sitting outside on patio watching a plane going south to my left. When above me appeared a very large v shaped light pattern. The lights did not blink but we're round and pale yellow white color. They seemed brighter around edges and paler in the middle. There were 5 lights in tota, and it made no sound. Compared to the plane, I had just seen it was massive in size. It moved in a northerly direction quickly. I went in the house to get my son, but it was gone by the time he came out. I must have watched in disbelief for a minute or so before I went to get him.

I do not remember much of it, but: Well, the night before the abduction, I had a dream of being chipped (it was square and translucent, It went into my flesh without needing it to be cut beforehand), then the next night I was abducted by tall aliens (like 220 cm minimum) that were very pale (albino like). I then had a white tool put onto my hand, and when it was taken away a minute later, there was a cut. I can feel the chip, it is not scar tissue, as there is no scar. I do not remember there being any pain during this, but I am not good at remembering things other than words and pictures. The next morning, I woke up with a purple hand and the cut still there. (I do not know if this is related to anything, but...) My leg has been going numb for no reason since then. Witness indicates that the date of the sighting is approximate. PD

Driving back from Huntersville heading into Charlotte and saw triangle shaped craft, approximately size of football field. Pulled into my destination and couple on deck was looking at same object. lights on points of triangle looked man made, so it was probably military, no telling though. I was watching air traffic in the northern night sky. I was thinking it would be wonderful to see a ufo, and suddenly straight up in the sky I noticed a star-like light moving in a northern direction that i recognized could be a ufo or a satellite. At that moment I noticed lower on the northern horizon 3 red lights flying east to west. I could see the red lights clearly and nothing else. It was totally odd to see 3 red objects flying one right after the other anywhere in the night sky. The lights did not conform to aviation lights that I know of. They disappeared behind a tree line and were gone.

I went to lock my car and I was heading back to the front door and saw it hoovering above the neighborhood. Red and Green lights and it was very quite as it made some quick moves left and right. I went and got my roommate and she saw it as well. I thought it may have been a drone but I don't think so it moved very quickly. Heard loud noise, thought helicopter overhead. Looked out to see a row of lights, changing in color, and blinking, in the sky. It looked to be moving from side to side, then appeared to go up and down. Suddenly it seemed to be going higher in the sky, when two separate lights approached it. My boyfriend my roommate and I stepped outside to get some air and look at the stars and noticed a bright burning white light in the sky. It was not a star. It was brighter than the stars. There were airplanes circling all around the object. At least four planes were in the sky with this object. When we first saw it, it was extremely bright and bi. Then it seemed to get dimmer and farther away. Then it looked like it was coming towards us. Then it remained in the same spot just became more dim. By this time most of the planes had left, there were only one or two left in the sky with the light. We got tired of waiting out there because it was freezing cold so we went back in the house. About an hour later we went back outside to go to the store and it was gone.

I am retired Army aviation of 8 years with two deployments to Iraq. I have seen it all, day and night. I understand FAA lighting patterns and those of all aircraft worldwide. I was dropping my step daughter off at school. The time was 0814 exactly, I was headed N on Dixon Rd. toward Rifle Range Rd. The road is low speed of travel at 25 mph, a field for the school on the left high trees on the right. At the intersection there is a tall tree line. I observed a triangular pattern of three green lights. They would have been positioned directly downward from the aircraft they were attached to. They were of a flood light type, this is inconsistent with any search light, landing light or position marker lights to include night vision friendly directional lights. The aircraft appeared to be in a left bank descending turn low on the tree line as if in a final approach of a landing. In the air force it would be considered a tactical landing due to the harsh maneuver required to perform such a maneuver. Camp Lejeune is the property the aircraft was flying over.
