On 11/11/2016 at approximately 6:50pm MST, I was aboard Southwest Airlines flight 422 (Boeing 727-700) from Phoenix, AZ to Sacramento, CA. About 15-20 minutes after the flight left Phoenix at 6:30pm MST, a bright light appeared on the left side of the aircraft. According to the flight parameters available via the onboard Wi-Fi, the plane was flying at 528 mph (ground speed) and ay 38000 ft. The light appeared off the left side of the aircraft and appeared to be about 1,000 feet away. The light would move up and down vertically throughout most of the flight. Even as the plane adjusted course, the light did not vary. Other stars in the background appeared to move as the plane headed towards Sacramento. As the plane descended for landing and went through the cloud layers, the light faded in and out. About 40 miles out from Sacramento, the light suddenly disappeared.

A set of 4 bright orange/white circular lights in a horizontal rectangle formation, appearing to be east of the Phoenix airport, from my southern facing viewpoint. The lights traveled eastbound at a fair speed, maintaining the rectangular formation, and then stopped abruptly. Then each light lined up up, fell directly down individually, one behind the next, in a zig-zag line with what appeared to be a comet tail shape trailing behind it.

We noticed three lights in an imperfect line moving nortwest. The lights seem to be blinking independently of each other. No apparent pattern in blinking either. It appeared that every couple of minutes to drop something but it could have been the way the light on the bottom blinked.

I went outside the front of my house around 7pm on November 10, 2016 to retrieve a tool from my truck. As I closed my trucks back door, I noticed 3 very bright stars that were vertical of each other similar to orions belt, but perfectly straight up and down, and perfectly spaced apart from one another. They were brighter than every star in the sky. I thought this was very unusual, so I went back to my front door of my house and yelled for my wife to come out and look at this as well. We both came back to our driveway next to my truck, and I showed my wife the 3 stars. As we looked at these 3 stars they had moved farther down from the sky, and they were now turning themselves off and on separately in order, like one two three, one two three, and they were definitely moving lower and further away in the sky. Although they were very high in the sky like where the stars are. My wife could not explain them as well. We watched them for a couple of minutes. My wife went inside and I grabbed my phone and called the fox 10 news station and talked to a guy and told him what I was looking at. He said he would check into it. I then went to get our son from his room to show him as well. He came outside within 1 minute or so and we all looked at the 3 stars/lights still staying in that same formation, but getting farther away and lower in the sky, but also maintaining the off and on sequence. Our son couldn’t explain what he was seeing as well. This was know going on for approximately 7 to 10 minutes. We all went inside to get our telescope, it took about 2 to 3 minutes to locate the lenses for the scope, and then we went back outside to see if we could center the telescope on the moving stars. They were now a lot further away and lower in the sky, and getting very faint. We couldn’t lock the telescope onto the lights as they disappeared into night sky. We stayed out a little longer to see if anything else in the sky was similar, but their was nothing else. When I first noticed the 3 stars/lights I was facing almost due west, and as they disappeared into the sky they all were at the northwest part of the sky. The whole sighting lasted approximately 15 minutes, and throughout the entire time, all 3 objects maintained their exact spacing from one another and the exact order and timing of turning off and on. They must have been very high in the sky, since the entire time they looked like stars in the sky except they were moving and turning off and on, and we’re always in formation.

It was approx. 12:30am when I got up to closed my dining room window, which faces the Estrella mountains, I looked out and I saw 3 bright orange lights, they were not moving, they were in a shape of a triangle (one single one on top and 2 underneath, forming a triangle) I believe I even saw what I thought was a plane fly behind these orange lights. I went to wake up my boyfriend and when he got up to see what I was talking about, the orange lights faded away one by one. These lights were orange, very bright and very clear.

Upon stepping out to the back yard this evening, I noticed 3 large, orange fireball type objects low in the north sky. These objects were stacked in a vertical fashion in no measured formation with a vector towards the vertical. These objects appeared to move rather slowly. The size of each object to be roughly a third the size of a full moon. No sound included in this sighting. These objects moved to the vertical to about 60 degrees vertical before the light appeared to suddenly dim, then continued to vertical over head. A large very dim/muted object three times the size of each individual "fireball" appeared to travel west, southwest orbitally.

Two incidents-same night 5 Nov 2016 beginning approx. 1855hrs (PST) I was sitting in my driveway, with a (roughly) 1/3 moon in the south western sky at around 45 degrees in the sky, which was/is quite clear and free of clouds. Many nights, I sit out looking at the stars, moon and planets—I’ve been doing this for decades (I am 53). In the past year I acquired a good pair of binoculars, Zeiss 15x60 that are excellent for observing. I was curious if I would witness any meteors tonight, so I had the binoculars hanging from my neck, was leaning back, just letting my eyes adjust to the dark. I had my eyes closed for brief a few moments, maybe a minute to give them a rest—when I opened them I was looking up at about 80 degrees, looking south when I saw what I automatically assumed was a satellite (a common sight at night—I have seen as many as 6-9 in a couple hours.) This time was different—it was not one, but two—that seemed to be moving in tandem. The one further west was ahead by a few degrees, but there were certainly two, traveling together. I raised the binoculars to look for any possible detail that might identify them as just high flying aircraft. I observed no flashing lights, just somewhat steady, white light, that faded as the hurriedly traveled southwest-toward and past where the moon was in the sky. This was the first time I’ve witnessed two, so I rationalized this may have been two very, very high and fast moving military aircraft (I discounted any idea that these were civilian aircraft)—that would be illogical to assume they were civilian as civilian aircraft are nearly always commercial in nature, and fly to make money. 2nd incident Roughly 30 minutes later I was sitting in the same spot just outside my garage door facing south. I was looking directly overhead into the dark sky looking for a satellite to pass. At 1925 hrs (PST) I observed a faint moving light, extremely high in the sky that I identified as a satellite moving directly south. I brought my binoculars to bear on the object and observed it moving rapidly, the field of stars in the background clearly visible. I did this for maybe 10 seconds and as it passed through a field of stars I noticed what first appeared to be flickering lights/stars just to the east by maybe 1 degree. I stopped following the satellite as that appeared fairly routine but focused on the flickering lights. What struck me was these lights were not moving quickly—they in fact appeared stationary in the sky (as compared to surrounding stars)—I have seen countless aircraft at night—they are easy to identify—usually almost always you can see 2-3 lights, 1 green, 1 red on either wingtip—sometimes if low enough you can see steady lights from the fuselage-this group of lights—flickering faintly, appeared to not fit this pattern at all. I kept watching the group of lights for well over a minute—they did move—slightly, and slowly—but there was no uniformity or consistency to it. I compared it to what you witness when you see artillery or even lighting far in the distance. No sound, random sudden brightness with no real pattern-purely random. Like I say, the light “pattern” moved but was very high, much higher than I am used to seeing flying aircraft-and as mentioned aircraft lights flicker or blink as well as appear steady as they move across the sky. On a clear night you can even see contrails—none of this applied to these ‘lights’. I even remarked to myself that it appeared to be a moving battle---but in the atmosphere. Very high up in the atmosphere. ((ADDENDUM FROM WITNESS)) Hello Mr. Davenport—I was reading your announcement on the NUFORC website about looking out for hoaxes etc—just wanted to clarify that mine was not. My sighting/report was from 4 Nov out of Kingman AZ. I just didn’t feel like an interview-but it was legit—and actually surprising, as I was just casually observing that night through my binoculars, and was simply surprised at what I saw. On these sightings, I only had my low quality phone, and unable to get a good picture of it and I don't have a camera. When I did take it with my phone, it was to blurred, and unable to get a quality zoom (looks like dirt on my phone lens). There have been many other sightings on this beautiful, wide-opened reservation and filled with flat area, canyons, and undiscovered, hidden areas. It's friends and relatives that just have no one to tell or report to anyone.

On November 4th, right about 1 a.m., I walked outside to smoke and immediately saw these three amber orbs coming in my direction from the north-northeast. They were eerily silent and must have been about 100 feet off the ground. They felt quite close. One of the orbs was a lot more independent and was away from the other two; it jerkily, but yet subtly (if that makes sense), zig-zagged up and down. The other two were constantly side by side and floated in a smooth manner. They must have changed direction when I was desperately trying to get my phone camera out (I managed to get a decent video) and began going west down my street until the lights disappeared from my view.

My mom, and her boyfriend and I were driving home from dinner. We went around the last round about heading out of town, on our way to yarnell. This round about is the last one off the US 60 before you take the road to congress. After going round, in the sky before was 3 glowing lights. They had an orange glow, and then looked as though shaped around something round. Then 2 sets of three more began to appear. It lasted maybe just a minute. We were all in shock, we knew it couldn’t be an airplane. We continued on and then on the road ahead of us for 6 minutes and we saw them again! But this time, only 2 sets of the 3. Same orange glow. I was on the phone when they appeared again, and this time my phone lost service as they appeared. The call dropped. They lasted maybe 30 seconds this time. Then within another few minutes, I saw them appear on the left side of the vehicle, now distant. Then didn’t see them again that night. But as I kept watching, I saw four or five airplanes flying towards where they were. I saw them everywhere and wondered why so many came all of the sudden.

She is a long time house wife and I amTonight my wife and I were setting outside of Arizona State University climatology lab Lab we were looking to the east-northeast when we saw two fireballs appear over the mountains to the east of the ASU complex they were floating flying to wards West Northwest in a erratic pattern they weren't going for a straight line A to B they were more like insects they hovered a couple of times in places and finally one of them went backwards and vanished. another one appeared over the mountain Southeast and almost the same path. Evant nay the last two Vanished and the night Was empty again. One thing I forgot to mention is Not more than 20 Min Before the appearance Of these UFO's a local Pack of Coyotes started Yipping, Howlwg and Baying like it was a Full Moon. I also have a video of this its about 5 min.

On October 29th, 2016, at approximately 1030 hours. I was out on the fiel, with my nephew in-law, and shooting arrows at a target, when I noticed a dark grayish, round, flat object and the size of a plane from nose to tail, in the sky above us. The object was moving north at a speed greater than that of a passenger plane. Once I saw it, it flew for about 10 more seconds, and then it disappeared. There were no clouds in the area, only to the far west. On these sightings, I only had my low quality phone, and unable to get a good picture of it and I don't have a camera. Fast moving straight line from east to west, no sound, completely covered underneath with dim white light, slower that a meteor, much faster than an aircraft or satellite, I looked up and caught it at 45 degree above the east horizon and watched it move into the clouds closer to Tucson. Considering the elevation of the cloud base and a craft disappearing into the clouds I would have to say that it was much larger than any craft I have ever seen over Tucson.

I got off of phone. I opened my video camera on my phone and started getting what I could of what I was seeino. It was pretty amazing. I've never seen anything like that ever! 5 orbs all hovering in the sky. Together not moving. In a second at 2216 the orb on south side of group vanished. At that point there was now 4 of them together in the sky 3 looking like a stoplight figuration stacked and then one look as it was moving towards the Southwest because it got smaller and higher and then you can still see there was three that still look like they were stacked on top of each other and the way that they were stacked it didn't look like they could be aircraft at least not commercial planes anyhow. Tthen two proceeded rather quickly to continue out into the North Area of the sky ratherrather. They just went out of eye sight. the other one just kind of hovered in the air and then went up and disappeared. that I got on video. for a while you could see it flashing different colors before it was gone. Then, I looked to the north again. Out of nowhere there were 2 very bright light that flashed and they look like they were hovering in one spot their brightness was very noticeable. Much like dimmer switch. they were in one spot then would separate. and then they proceeded to get even brighter and I was able to get that on my camera then I came back to look in the same spot over across the street in the sky. And it was back! Bright and it looked like it was getting closer and bigger and brighter and then it started to get smaller as it look like it was climbing in elevation on a 60* angle, across the sky coming towards the east. It moved across the sky above our north corner of the house out here in Apache Junction I watched it come all the way from the other side of the valley over South Mountain toward my home, and its lights just disappeared. The lights cut smaller as it got closer and went up. There was no sound no nothing. It was gone like it went right up. Nothing like an aircraft when it goes by over head, you hear jets. I was coming back in and then all the sudden I heard this loud deep rumbling and you couldn't see lights or anything just a odd void. I have it on video. Then I started looking up airport flights etc to rule out planes. I could not believe I witnessed this. I began to fill out report sitting on my truck when my neighbors friend walked over asking what that noise was. He was waiting smoking a cigarette, and asked if I seen the weird lights. and then I heard that odd deep rumbling again. The guy was looking around to see where it was coming from. He could not see anything nor could I. That was at 2249..I was working on report so I looked at time on phone. I and this other guy witnessed a black void go across the sky fast towards the east like the other one. Only a little further north. It looked to be above the houses next to field. The guy grabbed my arm when he seen it first, (as I was looking up), pointing at it. About 6 seconds later we heard another rumble. I decided I had enough so did he. He went back to friend's house. I came in to finish report.

The event took place about 7:00pm and we were driving east down Hunt Highway. We looked up and saw lights that looked like they were circulating around an object. The event lasted about a minute and then it disappeared. We stopped the car and got out to try and see if we could see anything but there was nothing. This is my third sighting out here in Chandler. While traveling south on US 60/77 near the old town of McMillanville, roughly 15 miles north of Globe, AZ, we witnessed a string of 5 amber lights in a straight line. The lead light went out and came back on in the rear. This continued in succession until they eventually all went out. When the last one went out, we could see a black object where the light was then all disappeared. The lights seemed to be 30 feet apart and did not break the straight line formation.

I saw 9 lights in a straight line then the lights went out one at a time then they moved to a different spot and the lights came back on. These lights were like a greenish color, but then when I went to take a picture, they were gone in a flash. We have corrected the time of the sighting, which believe was 6:40 p.m. (MDT). PD
