Seen a large long light in the sky About 800 ft away over the neighborhood. Craft moved east right over us. About 15 ft tall And 100 ft long. When it past over I moved to be directly under it and it was clearly a triangle shaped craft.The lights flickered and went out. Craft completely faded into. The mist. I had seen the same craft around 3 years ago at the corner of Bob Straub and Mountain Gate sitting directly over the house on the corner. At that time it had one very bright light on the top. I parked my truck under it and got out it was 65 feet up but seemed smaller by 30 or 40 % it then moved west over Eugene. Made no noise and the light stayed on until out of sight. Photo appears reminiscent of Starlink but the triangular description contradicts that.

I looked out my back door and saw this line of light moving slowly from the horizon upwards in a slow, diagonal direction towards the sky. It looked almost like a shooting star, except moving up instead of down and moving much more slowly. I am terrible with directions, but I believe it was coming from the west and moving in a north-westerly direction. I called my 2 children out to see it and to bring my phone to record video. My 11 year old son took the video on my cell phone. The object got then disappeared. When you zoom in on the video, it appears to be a line of lights. There is an airport nearby, but this object did not come from the direction of the airport.

Noticed the lights after taking the photo. We had christmas lights on in the house, but were unable to recreate any sort of reflection on the sliding patio door (photo was taken from inside the house). Photo was taken from the east side of Interstate 5 looking north toward the coburg hills.

Was walking to my car, to leave for work. When I looked towards the backyard I suddenly seen a green “laser like” light shoot from the sky. Lots of overcast so I was unable to see where the light was projecting from. Lasted for about 2-4 seconds the first time, making a very fast, circular motions, hitting the back neighbors cow and the next door neighbors tree. The second time it hit my back yard, then disappeared. No circular motion the 2nd time, just a solid green light.

I stepped out on our patio to lock our garage door in preparation for going to bed. I looked Eastward and immediately saw a very strange, blue-colored light, hovering over and behind trees next to the McKenzie River. It was raining out, so I knew that this object had to be below the cloud deck. I snapped a couple of pictures with my new iPhone 14 Pro Max (raw mode), then immediately went inside to grab my Luna Optics night vision binoculars. I returned to the patio and went to turn the binoculars on, and found the batteries were dead, even though brand new. I returned inside, grabbed my auxiliary battery brick, and powered the binoculars using the external battery source. I have been around aviation for my entire life, and I knew this was not like anything I had ever seen. We have a large hospital immediately to our North, and I enjoy watching the lifeflight helicopters flying in and landing on the hospital roof. This was not a helicopter, and was not a drone, which I see flying over the river often. I had enough time to check all of my flight programs for aircraft in the area, and there were none. I called 911 to report this sighting, just so there would be an official log of it. I tried calling our local airport control tower but could not find a number. I did access the airport's weather data and found that the cloud ceiling was 7000ft. I took approximately 8 minutes of video using my phone and night vision binoculars. The "6005" video is a video I shot of the moon and clouds after this sighting, to show that the wind and clouds were moving in the opposite direction of the object's movement. I love watching the night sky, and my wife and I sit for hours every evening during the Summer watching satellites and aircraft fly overhead. We are very adept at identifying aircraft types, and are very familiar with space stations, StarLink, etc. I have a library of reference objects that I have recorded with my Luna Optics LN-G3-B50 binoculars, so am very familiar with the appearance of most flying objects at night. triangle is close and there was a light beam type shape going from ground up to clouds through it, it looked like it had rings moving inside vertical. Lasted for 10 seconds and was gone.

On December 7th 2022, at about 5 :30 pm, I was driving with my children in the car when my daughter shouted that there is a ufo in the sky when we were driving in West Salem. The object was a black, oval shaped, it had lights on it, and was very large. It was hovering in the sky without moving, it was hovering there, silent. ( We rolled the window down and didn't hear anything. Something that large...so strange for it to be silent.) We absorbed it for about a good 30 seconds. We had to turn off the road so I never found out where it went, it was not there on the way home down the same street. I previously reported a few years ago how I saw disk ufos and I was with my daughters at night around the same time. This one seemed to be triple the size of the ones I witnessed a few years ago. Incidentally, about a month ago I looked out my window one evening and saw a large, black, disk shaped craft hovering over my neighbors house. It was so quick, so I couldn't capture it on camera. I have pictures of this event the other day, they are blurry, my daughter took as I was driving.

It was a red glowing object moving slowly in my direction it seemed to fade in and out as if the color of it would dim and then get brighter red as it approached it seemed to begin to hover and then all of a sudden it split into two and the new red glowing spear went in the opposite direction it was coming from at a high rate of speed I have it on video

While I was walking my dog at 22:30 on 2 December 2023, I observed, and took a video of, a light was moving in an oval shape in the clouds in the northern sky over Portland, Oregon. It moved swiftly and was undetected by planes flying past. I watched it for a few minutes then made a video of it using my phone, which lasts 1:33. It was still going when I entered the house around 23:00.

Driving on FWY noticed odd slow moving object with bright elongated white lights that were slowly rotating in a circle. Extremely large dark black vessel , this thing was an enormous object. So dark you couldn’t make out a shape,it moved meticulously rotating in a smoothe clockwise turn , while the elongated light also rotated clockwise , parallel then horizontaly back to parallel etc.. it pretty much vanished. Like it peeled open part of the night sky and slide into it slowly, the lights were gone then we saw a reddish orange purpulsion, in comparison to what a sonic boom looks like, only red/orange in color, and completely silent. No noise at all. our best description and overall feeling we had, was how massive in size and powerful it was, This was an incredible and epic experience!

I recorded but won't let me share from my phone. It had red, white lights went back and forth. Hovering and quick, then zig zag motions. Approaching from the east of our apartment came west looking like it was over Skinner Butte. It was not a police drone nor helicopter and not airplane. Then lights flashing.

I only have a cell phone, the object was stationary, like hovering, and it was changing each time one of us were looking through the binoculars, it went from flat to sphere, and then like a triangle shaped with rounded edges then back to a sphere, the sphere appeared to have several lights on it almost like a Christmas ornament. My name is ((woman's name deleted)) and I know that what I am looking at is not my imagination. Thank you

I saw a bright light below the moon that appeared to be moving with my naked eye early in the evening when the moon was north moving to the northeast. I took pictures and videos with my phone but I could not get it focused to get close-up details. I looked at it with high quality binoculars. It looked initially like someone was pointing a laser and it moved in a random circular pattern much like you would do playing with a cat. Then it changed into a 3-D globe that changed colors but remained stationary. If someone was using a laser to play a joke they would get tired and quit. However, I kept checking on it and it continued to move with the moon. I finally got out my daughter's old education telescope to look at it and it was following the same switching pattern. However, with the telescope I could see 2 more to the right of the moon at different distances. I only saw stationary globes. I tried to find anyone with a high power telescope to take pictures but it was around 12:30 when I started searching so I had no luck. I did try to contact you at the phone number you provide on your website. I went out just now at 1:32 pm. The moon is almost straight overhead and too far to see any other objects. I am positive it was not Venus or Musk's StarLink satellites. I don't believe in alien spacecraft but I have never seen anything like I saw tonight. Earlier in the evening before I saw the moon and first light, a couple of people reported low flying objects flying over their houses causing stuff to rattle and scared their kids and pets. One thought it was a helicopter. Their is a Army National Guard unit in Salem at McNary field and I have heard helicopters that sounded pretty low but not enough to make the house shake. I saw a dark vertical object in the sky. I assumed at first that it must be a meteor because it was a nearly vertical streak in the sky. When it continued to hover in the sky and not 'burn out' I decided to start recording (my phone was already on a dash mount, so all I had to do was open the camera and press record). I took several still photos and videos. In the videos, the object seems to blink in and out of reality, then appears in a clear cigar-like vertical shape. I did notice in pictures later, that there seemed to be a haze around the object, similar to heat distortion. I have other pictures and videos but hesitate to give up all rights to them, so am only uploading one. I have lived in Oregon for almost 30 years.

This is the second sighting I'm reporting. Different location, type, and duration from the first. The second occasion was while working UAL Flt 1303/Nov 09, 2022, DEN-EUG (Eugene, OR). We were over Eastern OR, and both my FO and I saw a single source light that appeared to phase into view, and somewhat bright (between the brightness of Venus and an average star). It lasted for a few seconds then disappeared (phased out). We witnessed the same type of light appear and disappear, that at times would move in a semi-circular pattern, or travel up or down, and/or left or right. Sometimes it was a bit dimmer, then it would be a bit brighter. There would be a couple of minutes or so between the lights appearing, and each appearance would last multiple seconds, sometimes 20 - 30 seconds. A couple of times, there were two different light sources behaving in the same fashion. Once again, in no way was it Starlink or the ISS, as the general position relative to the background stars remained the same. Those sightings lasted about 30 minutes or so, up until we were well into the descent. At the time, I thought it was possible that it could have been F-15s from either the Portland, OR ANG or Kingsley Field ANG (Klamath Falls, OR) doing night training off the Oregon coast. I don’t believe that was the case anymore, which I’ll explain later. I don't believe that these light sources were F-15s (or any other fighters) doing night training. I talked at length with a friend and fellow UAL pilot who's a former F-15 pilot about this, asking him about night training BFM tactics. His basic answer is, they never did night air combat maneuvering training involving daytime fighter tactics for obvious safety reasons. The only type of night training they would do consisted of straight on intercepts, followed by 180 degree turns to remain in the training area. Simply stated, they don't do the types of maneuvers that these lights were performing. Also, as I pointed out in the third sighting I had, the lights I saw must have been at an extremely high altitude, perhaps well over 75,000 to 100,000’ MSL (Mean Sea Level), which is higher than current generation fighters have the capability to routinely fly and perform training. Based on my rough estimation of the distance between our position and the light’s position, they would have been travelling at great height and speeds and maneuvering in a fashion that, based on my understanding, even the F-22 can’t accomplish at high altitudes.

Was watching this fast moving craft with 2 flashing green lights go across the sky. As it got above us it stopped for about 3 seconds then continued acceleration forward at a much quicker speed until it was out of sight. Was extremely high up over downtown albany oregon

The first object came from straight down and was chased by second object and followed first object into the ocean around point st. George Light house. Second object came from different angle as if to intercept first object after first object went into water second object ascended back up then followed first object into water. All actions where visible through the clouds.

Unexplained light showed up on our Nest camera on our front deck approximately 2:49am. Has never been recorded before and at first thought it was a reflection but with the light seeming to flare or pulse it is not a reflection. No wind or anything at this time. I have logged a couple other sightings from out here but nothing has ever been this close and we don't know what it is if anything.

A woman and I watched a leaf cavort for at least 15 minutes. We finally left, I looked back leaf was gone. There was nothing to explain the movements it made. No cobweb could extend that much, or create the kind of slowing then moving. I have 4 videos. No one who’s seen them can explain this phenomena.

I saw what seemed to be a saucer type ufo earlier tonight. I tried to count the number of red lights along the perimeter I think there were 6 or 7. The one in the middle was the largest and it was pulsing on and off, the others were smaller and less active but kind of twinkling like stars. Also the lights seemed to be slowly rotating around the craft as it slowly flew from South to North. I got a good look at it with binoculars. The craft itself was very dark. I could barely make out the bottom edge against the night sky. About 2 miles east of me, 10 degrees off the horizon. I approximate it to be about 100 feet in length.

Standing outside where a very bright round ball of lights moved above me before moving very fast upward into the sky and vanishing. It was moving very slow above me for about 6-8 seconds and all of a sudden flew upward at high speed and vanished. It was very close and not up as far as the planes are and much bigger. I thought it was a comet or fireball until it flew upward into the sky. It was over on SE 33rd and Belmont where I watched it. Not sure if others seen it but would guess they did. It was hard to miss. No sound, no trail,no change in color, extremely fast, very bright,very large, and lower in elevation.
