Bright light in sky (glowing bright white) moving very quickly to the right side of the sky, there was also a helicopter searching for something near me and the light, the light then faded red and disappeared. The source of the report does not indicate the location of the alleged sighting occurred. Also, the witness remains totally anonymous and provides no contact information. PD

After waking up we saw a bright light in yhe sky thru our window. It hovered in place for a few minutes and them it rapitly got smaller as it moved not across, but out and up towards space. It did not fly like a plane or helicopter.

Just saw something really weird. 6 to 8 orange light traveling east to west. They seemed to be less than 1000 ft in altitude. Traveled in pairs. They made no noise and traveled in a constant speed. Thinking maybe they were Chinese lanterns, but there was no wind. They flickered as on fire. Kind of cool.

Bright light in eastern sky near downtown Asheville. I thought it was really bright star but then looked at it with binoculars. Was a rotating shape covered in while lights with a cylinder in the middle. The shape would change as it rotated. It did not move in the sky or make a sound.

Driving down 150 between Gibsonville and Greensboro, I had a weird feeling I was being followed. After a few minutes I leaned forward and looked out the windshield and above me at an undetermined distance was a green light, not unlike a helicopter, but not blinking, moving at approximately the same speed as my car. I stared at this solid green light for about five seconds, then it accelerated off towards the western horizon with INCREDIBLE speed for 3-4 seconds before disappearing entirely..

I was on my way home from work and I noticed what I thought was a helicopter hovering in the distance. But when I got closer to where it was I noticed it was a v shaped object that had 6 white lights (3 each one two sides) and one red light at the point. When I got to the stop light it took off with a zudden burst of speed and was out of sight in no time.

My girlfriend and I were sitting on the back porch at 10:25 P.M. on Nov. 19, 2015, and I looked up to the east of the sky and seen a bright light. I got my girlfriend to look at it, we watched it for about one and a half minutes, then noticed that it had a bright light and two flashing lights to what we could see. The two flashing lights were green and red. As we sat and watched it, it was moving straight up but side to side at the same time. It seemed to be getting farther away the longer we watched. I had turned away for about 10 to 20 seconds and by the time I had turned back around we noticed that the lights were gone and nowhere to be seen in the sky to our view.

I was driving back from school where I attend at ITT Tech North Charlotte campus. I was driving down I-485 inner southbound towards exit 13 which led to the I-85 southbound ramp when I had caught sight of a strange pattern of bright lights behind the tree line. It looked like a mountain was lit up with stadium lights, triangular in shape but very very bright. I tried my best to catch a better glimpse of it and when I did catch a better glimpse the object in question had changed from a triangle pyramid like structure to a straight line in the sky. I stared at this in awe for a moment, tried to make sense of it. I almost missed my exit from staring for so long. Just as i was turning each light appeared to leave a long trail behind it connecting to the next as if they were all moving in unison. When I had merged onto I-85 southbound the structure was now behind me and I could no longer see it however I obsessed over the thought of it on the rest of the way home, and filed this report immediately. I had thought that they may have been planes but I had also seen a plane on my car ride home and the two were not similar at all.

On the deck of my house looking at moon all of a sudden different types of lights flashing from moon view it appeared to light up and dim down no sound but very changing orbital bright lights I notified of they did not see what I saw so if anyone saw this you would know it was not from our world. There was a geodesic shaped UFO on the ground right off route 40 outside of Hickory, NC, USA, underneath a high voltage power line and close to the highway. The object was blending into the clearing but was not completely hidden. The object had clean lines running alongside and looked tooled in a sophisticated way suggesting intelligent design. I estimate it was seven feet tall and maybe 4 feet wide. Other people must have seen it too and did not know what to make of it. It was extremely unusual.

THIS IS AN UPDATE TO A POST SUBMITTED AT APPROX. 19:30 ET. by myself. ***update*** After seeing the objects described below I had to return to my studies inside. Approximately 2 hours later at roughly 9:15 PM the objects were still there in the sky. The only notable changes was that the area they were moving across had expanded substantially and that the sky was generally brighter in their vicinity. I also wanted to note the lights are BLUE in color - not the typical orange or red that is often reported with orbs of light. I have notified a few friends who are seeing the same thing but all are in the local vicinity. We are all college students and seeing as it is a Tuesday night, no substances are in our bodies. We all agree that the phenomenon is almost mesmerizing. This is 100% genuine. I have a picture of the orbs from a smartphone that I will email to ufocntr@nwlink.com. *prior post: Looking east, above the cloud layer were two - but at times three - orbs of light. They were about 45 degrees above the horizon and stayed within a small area in the sky. The lights looked large but may have been enlarged due to the glare on the clouds. The orbs would track over the area in either oval or figure-8 patterns, often circling around the other. The third orb would appear out of one but disappear soon after. The motions were not uniform, although they were not erratic either. It looked as though they would leave a sort of chem trail behind them, and the general area they were n cleared up of clouds - but not entirely. Could not have been spotlights, the source of the light was above the layer of clouds. A fire alarm was set off nearby in the direction of the orbs, not sure if EM related but worth mentioning.

The object was travelling at a VERY high rate of speed - much, much faster than the space station - and was out of my view within 10-15 seconds, moving due NW to due SE with no vector, i.e. banking or turning in its route.

I was on my phone as I noticed a lot of light coming from my window (I had my blinds closed and I have black curtains) and yes I was still able to see a round shape so I thought it was the moon but then I thought why would it be so bright. I looked closer after moving my curtains and blinds to the side and saw it in the sky ad figured it was a plane but it looked to close, and since there aren't really many airports that close to here I took a closer look and noticed flashing lights. I can't really remember if it was more than green and red. I also noticed that overall color of the object was a white light and it was moving slightly up and down not straight across like a normal plane would. It was coming from the North, at first we saw like a fire ball then we saw, what looked like a tringle of three little fire balls and seen like three sets of them, then they disappeared about minute later they cam down in a line like 1 2 3 and it was about 8, 9 of them.

I was driving and notices a red fire looking beam bouncing off the trees and pulled over because I could not figure out what it was! Then I noticed another same looking object! My friend stared video taping and i zoomed in to take pictures on my camera it shows 2 red looking things and 1 blue looking object! One of the objects looked like a saucer! Very interesting and happy I was not alone or everyone else would have thought I was crazy! Then all of a sudden they disappeared!

Saw a shooting star with a burst of light at the end. A few seconds later I saw lights in a formation---thought it was a plane, but it stayed still, then moved to my left, then back to the right, then stayed still, then disappeared. It seemed to be V shaped.
