I observed a very bright light almost directly above my house. It was stationary for approximately three to four minutes at an estimated altitude of two thousand feet. It was sporadically partially obscured by clouds which were moving rapidly from south to north. There was no sound. After three or four minutes the light dimmed and split into two lights aligned north and south which slowly moved apart for a few seconds until they were approximately a thumbnail apart at which point they disappeared. I am a retired engineer and scientist in the field of measurement science.

One single orange-red orb traveling above clouds on a thinly overcast dark evening sky, from southeast to northwest in Southeastern Massachusetts, completing about 100 to 110-degrees of arc in 30-seconds before going out-of-site; orb was just like a flair, constant in intensity irrespective of observed direction as the object traveled toward me, over me, then beyond me -- traveling in a straight line (no zig-zagging), no other lights observed -- no white headlights, no red and green running lights -- just the orange-red orb; no sound; brightness was that of a flair if someone shot one into the sky observed at a mile away; theory it could be a jet from Otis AFB which does coincide with a southeasterly direction from Somerset, MA, but that would be a rare event; observer (me) is a Data Scientist, former Air Force officer, and hold a BA in Mathematics from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth, having graduated Magna Cum Laude.

We were driving down I-90 West bound, between mile marker 95 100, at night when a green light suddenly appeared in the sky and shot down into a field. The UFO seemed to falling. It landed in a field with its light on for a moment, before the light died out and it seemed to disappear. There was only one UFO. The light was a saucer shape before it disappeared. The sky had been completely clear and there was nothing in the way of the sight.

I was standing outside my home facing north when I looked up at the night sky. I then noticed something "floating" toward me and I thought it was a funny looking drone. Once it came closer, I realized it wasn't a drone as it flew with no sound and flew steady fast. It was V shaped and had small white lights under it. I could see the ufo itself, but it was blended in with the night. I froze and stood and watched it fly over the house heading southeast. I was the only witness. Completely silent.

We were driving on a back road when something that looked metallic and sleek moving crossed the road about 20 yards in front of use into the woods. Then about 10 seconds later 2 very bright rapid succession orange flashes lit up the sky. There was no sound but it looked like some type of explosion or of lightening were orange but without a bolt.

I was sleeping when I woke up at about, 2:40am. When my attention was drawn to outside the window, I saw what looked like flashing lights (7-8) in the form of like a Google Image interpretation of a UFO, around Sirius. They were flashing like strobe lights on a aircraft. I saw three stars that were in the same area at the time, it was Sirius, Rigel, and Gemini. At first , I thought that Sirius was about to explode, as expected from the end of a star's life. But, then I saw the lights moving very erratically, like a fish swimming scared in the water, in circles. I thought it was just the one, but I saw the same thing on Rigel, and Gemini. Them moving like that lasted what felt like forever (est. 1min). I grabbed my camera, and coat and ran outside trying to take a photo. But, by the time I was outside and looked in the same area, the multiple lights disappeared, like they left Sirius, Rigel, and Gemini untouched from their spots in the sky.

lastnite something crashed behind my house deep in the middle of the woods. i went out to smoke a cigarette in my car and when i got back i wwas pulling in my driveway and i saw this neon green light land or crash into the middle of the woods close to my house and when i got out of my car and i sat there for a second to make sure i was seeing what i was seeing this isnt the first time this has happen to me before reported it but i could see these creatures again i wasnt afraid they were in my head like before speaking to me they said my name and that when it must of turned off some kind of invisible cloak touch my shoulder and said i know you remember my friend and i did it was the tall gray creature again i saw before in 2015 the creature that warned me out the dark machines in the middle space that they been fighting for a long time it told me to go back inside its not safe out here i remember its eyes from before dark black and a shine glaze over it and i! ts skin was smooth and shiny and i asked why are you always coming back to me and it said we saw something in you and someday one day youll have to make a choice now go back inside thats when a bright light hit down on it and the object with no sound just in a blink of an eye was gone this is the 4th time i saw this same creature it was like it was my friend it knew me it knew my name. now today when i was going out i had a gray van following me they are Russian i heard them speak when i drove by them after i lost the tail they had on me they are still outside my house down the road as im reporting this

Was watching meteor shower 1:45am on back deck with another witness and we both noticed a triangular shaped object moving very smoothly across the sky north to south. Was pretty low. Too fast for an airplane. No flashing lights. Not a single sound. Not a drone. The movement was very smooth. The craft was triangular shaped and looked almost transparent. There were several (looked like 3) circular dim lights on the corners of the triangle. I saw first and second witness looked up and followed where I was looking and saw the same exact thing. We followed it across the sky until it was out of our view which lasted about 15 seconds.

Was a small very bright circle that kept flashing lights in a rainbow pattern, it moved sudden and then stopped frequently. while recording on my iphone it wouldnt focus hardly and when it did it appeared on camera as a white blinking orb. my husband noticed it first and as I went to look it appeared to hover closer to our home. the cats were meowing and trying to hid as we watched the flashing orb hovering in the sky further away.

The dark coloured craft was approximately 1000 ft in elevation, North of I10, moving Northwest at a rate of approximately 200 mph in a straight line. The craft had 10 dim orange lights on the edges of the triangle’s points. It was completely silent and was about a football field in size.

There was a single flashing orb. It flickered and bounced around a small area from my viewpoint. I thought it may be a plane but it clearly was not moving like a plane and the encounter was for 15-20 minutes so a plane or satellite would have been long gone in a shorter time frame. The orb continued to flicker and jump. I caught it on video and photograph. I noticed little arcs of light coming off the orb a few times. Then near the end it appeared to be two orbs. But I’m not sure if the one orb was just bouncing that fast. In my video though you can see two orbs of light moving in tandem with a beam of light between them as the moved and flicked for a moment. Then they were gone.

Outside to let the dog do his deed and we began seeing orange globes in the sky one turned to two then about 12. Once they shut the orange light off they just looked like stars just chillen in the sky. We took video of them.

Husband was taking water to the horses in lower pasture. On the way down, he saw several red and white lights. Thinking to himself it couldn't be house lights as none close enough. He parked at fence & put hose in waterer. He looked up to see a silent "thing" above the trees to the NE which was stationary. As he watched it started moving N-NW making no sound. White light on front and red on back. Said it were really BIG because of the space btwn the red and white lights. He said then another came into his view, rising up above tree level, then going same way, and another, until there were 4. He said they made no sound at all.

There were bright orange lights side by side moving very slowly. Sometimes there was one lone light. One bright light followed with another then another. The light from the glow made it appear the object was a triangle at certain points.There was no sound and it did not look like a meteor, definitely wasn't an airplane. I have never seen anything in the sky like what I saw.

Observed what appeared to be a possible Taurids comet or fire ball that was whitish/yellow in color and appeared to on fire with a flight path that dropped at approx.4 degrees. Horizional decent Not vertical. It appeared to approx. 5 to 8 hundred yards from the ground Time observed Approx. 4:55 AM and tracked for 5 to 7 sec. A clear night little cloud cover with low lunar lighting.

There is objects in the sky that at first looked like stars but then when I looked closer it was lights that were blinking . Been watching it for about a week sometimes couldn’t take picture or video because it would be kind of far away but today I did. The objects move sometimes forward sometimes in circular motion and today when I started filming it seems like it started coming down every time I looked at it through the window. At first I taught maybe it’s drawn or something but it seemed weird that the sky is full of them. And when I took a video and photo it looks like it has some kind of aura it changes shapes, kind of hard to describe.

Shining red object in the sky with three lights. Moving left and right up and down only. Quickly moves in either direction. Object is staying at the tree lines and slowly hovering. We thought it was a satellite however the object is making a some what circular pattern. Watched it for about 15 mins and saw it move straight up. Glowing circular haze around the object.

To whom it may concern, the following information as requested, on 8 December 2020 at 0055 Eastern: I was the Captain of ((airline and flight # deleted)) on November 13, operating from Charlotte, NC to Harrisburg, PA. That flight departed the gate in CLT at 2017 local time. After takeoff, while climbing through an altitude of roughly 15,000 feet heading north, I saw an object out of the corner of my eye that then moved with very significant relative speed from the top of my field of view to at or below my perceived nighttime horizon, nearly vertically down with slight movement from left to right. It was moving at a speed consistent with a meteor, but white with no tail, and at roughly the horizon, it instantaneously stopped with no deceleration and changed direction, with no curvature of turn, to the north or northeast, roughly a few degrees right of our course. It disappeared away from our aircraft to the north in a fraction, maybe a quarter, of the time it took to move from the top of my field of view to the nearly the bottom. The light’s movement away appeared to me as a rapid dimming wi! th slight movement to the right, which leads me to at the least perceive it as having rapidly moved away outside my range of sight to the north; that is how aircraft look as they disappear out of sight, albeit multiples slower. This entire event was a matter of a couple to a few seconds. The movement of the object from above to the horizon was roughly 1.5-2 seconds, the movement away possibly .5 seconds. This is an estimation based on perception. With regard to our immediate interpretation of and reaction to the event, as well as my current opinion regarding it, I was immediately puzzled by what I saw. I said to my First Officer “Did you see that?”. His response was “Ya I saw that.” I said “that was not a meteor”, and he echoed that sentiment and said something to the effect of “It turned”. I then said “that wasn’t a plane either”, and my first officer agreed. We bounced ideas off each other for a few moments. During a quick shuffling of possible explanations in my head, an aircraft moving vertically toward earth had momentarily been an alarming one of them. But airplanes accelerate and decelerate, and when they turn, the turn is accomplished with curvature. They also have more lights than just bright white. This object moved across our entire field of view with great speed, instantaneously stopped with no deceleration, and shot off to the north, as if from a cannon. The angular change in direction was almost like a ! pinball bouncing off the bumper of a pinball machine, but with maybe the slightest pause as it made contact. Or a child’s bouncy ball bouncing off an angled surface dropped from above, rapidly changing direction to move laterally. It was not an airplane. We also discussed meteors, to include that we had both seen many meteors from aircraft throughout thousands of hours of flight time. The confident consensus was that the object had not been a meteor, for several reasons. First, and least compelling, was that they usually have a tail. This white, almost bluish white, object had no tail. More importantly, it would have been a meteor moving almost directly downward through our atmosphere with no flickering and no breakup. Beyond that, it would have been a clean, crisp, white meteor with no flickering, no tail, and no breakup, moving downward through our atmosphere to roughly our altitude before making a sudden and instantaneous, deceleration and acceleration-free, 90 degree tu! rn to the north, disappearing faster than it crossed our field! of view It was not a meteor. After ruling out a few possibilities, it became clear that this object did not behave like anything either of us had ever seen while in flight. It showed no signs of being affected by an apparent enormous speed through our atmosphere, and it stopped and changed direction with seemingly no obedience to the Newtonian physics that we have such significant intuition for. Nothing I’ve seen, including fighter jets, change direction that sharply or move at that speed. We asked ATC, I believe Atlanta or Washington Center, if they had picked up an object rapidly descending in front of us. They mentioned an aircraft still above us slowly descending to another altitude above us. This was clearly not related to what we saw. After several minutes discussing what we had seen, as well as the likelihood of us catching both flack and a drug test for a report of this nature, we both agreed that the right thing to do was to report it to air traffic control. We did that, and by that time, I believe Washington Center took my report. We also notified dispatch via ACARS message. We both possess copies of those messages. After providing that report, I thought to myself that the object’s path of motion had looked very much like a reverse checkmark, and I recall asking my first officer to draw the path he saw before communicating that specific notion to him. Whether I did ask or not, at that time he drew precisely that and handed it to me, the mirror image of a check mark, with the long side on the left, the short side on the right. We spoke about the object a few more times during that flight and trip, but we have not spoken about or corroborated our descriptions of the events we are both separately submitt! ing, in order to not influence our individual recollection. On November 17th, an FAA UFO investigative team member contacted me through a member of company management and spoke with me before asking permission to pass my information to you for your organization’s investigative purposes.
