On the evening of 4/15/2016, we were out to dinner with two other adults in Raleigh, NC. Upon arriving back in front of our home and saying our good nites to the other couple, some lights in the sky caught our attention. There were two noiseless objects with red orange lights flying low in the sky in tandem. There was absolute silence, so they were definitely not helicopters. The objects were V-shaped with what appeared to be headlights on the front. Their speed was slower than a helicopter or any plane that has flown over this residential neighborhood. They never waivered from their path. We all watched them until they they were no longer visible. We all agreed this was nothing we had ever seen before(and yes we were all sober). The other couple left us and later in the week when we spoke again, they reported they saw 2 more of the same objects traveling in the night sky as they neared their residence.

This will be very brief. The object actually appeared in a landscape photo I took, so I didn't see it in person. I took two pictures from the same spot about five seconds apart. The object is in the first photo, but not the second so I ruled dust on the lens. I enlarged it to see if it was behind the cloud and it appears to be, so I ruled out a bug flying close to the camera or a bird higher in the sky. In considering the object to be a plane it is at an odd angle for a plane unless it happened to be climbing in altitude, also it would have been in the second photo since it was taken so soon after the first. After further look, I spotted what appears to be a second object higher and further back although it lacks adequate definition. The sun was to my right and still fairly high in the sky. Not much other info to give since I was only snapping a photo of the landscape and not really paying attention to anything else.

Between the hours of 2130 and 2200, me and my 10 yr old daughter were driving home on Pony Farm Rd and as we were turning past the school she noticed some lights in the sky, and said mommy I'm scared, it's an ufo in the sky! As I looked up and saw one or two ufo with several lights that were green and rotating in a circular motion like the number 8 or figure 8! When looking at it our vision went blurry and doubled and felt like we had our eyes dilated and could barely see! I tried to get pictures or a video of it but I couldn't see or find my phone...we were too scared to sit there so we turned at our street since we were right there and as we left my vision got better, but it was blurry until the next day! Everytime we go past there we look up in the sky. My daughter is now scared to go anywhere at night because we know that it was an ufo! Witness indicates that the date of the sighting is approximate. I walked outside at 1700 on April 8, 2016. It was a sunny day with large bulky clouds and 70 degrees. Saw two buzzards circling and looked above them and noticed a thin white cigar shape quietly moving slowly between clouds. The direction was from north to south and lasted about 60 seconds before I lost visibility. Very strange because no sound was heard and no wings were seen. Usually a silver or metallic appearance is visible from a plane that low and wings should have been seen. If a pencil is held at arm's length, the eraser would provide an example of the size (width) of the shape seen this day.

So I am sitting out on my balcony smoking. I see something coming down out my the corner of my eye. First thought that it was a place but it was coming down to fast and I looked up and saw this light with a disk oval shape and I concentrated so hard to notice the shape looked like something in back was black with light in the front. It came down with a slant and then out of no where it disappeared in mid air!!! Something scary as hell. My brother saw the same thing the night before...this has changed my whole view on life!! At 9:35 (sic. p.m.), the craft moved to the right, making its appearance more clear. The craft was a cubed shaped aircraft. The lights were both on top and bottom of the craft. The craft had tripod bottom. It stayed in that position for about 5 minutes. At 9:45, the craft started slowly moving upward towards the sky, then shot off.

I stepped out onto my second-floor porch, facing 260 degrees West, at approximately 10:20 p.m. ET. Just to my right, I noticed 6 small, but bright lights, like “strobes”, the brightness of LED-type white lights. They were lined up one behind the other, not in a straight line, but in a broken pattern, still flashing quickly. I assume this was due to deviation in altitude or alignment on one side or the other. If you picture a straight line, then they would look like one above, one below, etc. They were not in a tight formation. There was some distance between them. I would estimate that they were no more than a quarter mile in front of me and an approximate altitude of 2,500 feet, give or take. (This is a little harder for me to establish.) They were moving from North to South, at a steady pace. After observing for about 20 seconds, and questioning myself as to what they were, I opened the door and called for my friend to come outside. He came straight out and the last two were just to my left, and no longer right in front of me. All told, about 45 seconds. We watched them continue about 177-180 degrees South, toward the beach. It is about a .2-mile walk to the water‘s edge. (This island, the next to last on the southern NC coast is no more than one-half mile wide at any point, and actually runs East-West. It is less than 20 miles above the NC/SC state line and probably less, as the crow flies.) We watched them until they could no longer be seen from our vantage point. The street is lined with two and three-story houses on both sides and some with palms out front. I must add that the western atmosphere was completely clear, no clouds whatsoever. There is a street light outside, and, although the artificial lights do not allow the beauty of all the evening stars, it did not interfere with what we observed. It was about 63 degrees and the wind was approximately 10 mph, S to N/NW. We then went through the house to the back porch, facing East, but turning our attention South. My friend went down the back staircase to the seawall and stood about 35 feet away from where I was standing on the steps. Within a minute we began to see the lights again, as they were now moving West to East. We did not have a great vantage point though, as they were emerging from behind rooftops and there was a slight cloud cover looking South. Now their appearance was in a “soup”. However, we continued to watch and in another minute or two, there appeared a large and somewhat muted yellow-orange orb or light, I expect due to the cloud cover. This was at approximately 160 degrees South and high above the rooftops. It wasn’t completely round…almost like a fat tear-drop…lighter, pale yellow, at the top and more of a light orange around the bottom. It was illuminated for about 2 - 2.5 seconds. In about 5 - 7 seconds, another one appeared to the right, but was somewh! at smaller, and appeared for about 2 seconds. About 30 seconds later, my friend could see only 3 of the lights, now moving West, still in formation. The houses along the beach blocked his view. He then walked through the yard to the front and stood in the street. Still, the houses blocked his view. He stated that they were at a lower altitude. I continued to watch toward the South, but nothing. However, within about 3-4 minutes, a red light appeared from that area (about 140 degrees SE), from behind the cloud cover, and turned Southeast to North. It was at a higher altitude, and farther away. It was traveling very slow. I could not detect any other color than red. My friend had come back through the house to the back and I pointed out the red light that had appeared. I watched it off-and-on for at least 6-8 minutes. Nothing else happened. It was still traveling on a northern path when I came inside about 10:45 - 10:50 p.m. ET. At that point the red light was at about 30 degrees North. (My back door face 80 degrees East.)

I was sitting on my back porch talking on my cell phone looking up at the sky. There was a large flash of light for a couple of seconds and then it was gone? The flash appeared to be from space... Not within our atmosphere. Could that have been a star exploding? Bright white light...

Coming home from dinner, I spotted 3 orangish red glowing lights in the sky .. There were 3 of them and they seemed to be almost in a line up and down, but as we kept driving the one on the bottom started to space itself away from the other 2 .. We travel this rd a lot and I've never seen anything like this before.. My kids were also in the car and saw it.. As I dropped my son off and came back down the same road, they were gone!

On Tuesday night around 9:33 pm my husband and I heard a very loud noise outside our home. We went out to see what it was , we looked south in the sky from where the sound had come from and saw a Very Large Craft gliding in the air just above our house, making no noise at all, it looked kinda like a plane but made no plane noises, it was a dark gray flat color, and had wings but shorter than a plane does, the ends of the wings were turned up a lot higher than any plane we have ever seen.I work at a near by hospital and my husband is a auto paint and body man ,we live near an air force base so we have seen a lot of different planes over the years but nothing like this at all. The very large craft had a bright white light in the front of it moving from side to side ,the bright white light did not look as though it was part of the very large craft. There was only a red light on the bottom of the craft but no other lights and it was not flashing,all the planes we have seen around here have flashing lights on them , we watched the very large craft as it glided over us without any noise at all, there were cars going on the road in front of our house, but they did not seem to notice the very large craft up in the sky just above them, they just kelp going . we stood and watched as it moved through the sky going north west till it was out of sight and then we just looked at each other and said what do we do now . I went in and called my mother and asked her what to do, she is writing this for us cause we did not know where to go or what to do or who to tell. she has also seen unexplained thing in the sky as well.

I got a set of binoculars and went back out. It was an orange sphere that kept going back and forth, almost like it was scanning the land below it. You could see it pause briefly, then start the other direction again.

My wife and I spotted 12 or more orange lights coming from the southeast. They kept coming over the horizon and disappeared one by one. There was no sound, contrails, nothing! Bizarre! We have confirmed that the sighting occurred at 2200 hrs., and have amended the time above. PD

This is not the first time we've seen the dancing yellow light. We've seen it on at least 2 occasions before, always between the hours of 1:30 and 4:00 am. The first sighting was in January 2016. This sighting will be the third in 3 months. The light has now been there for about half an hour. There's no sound and the general position has not changed.

I was skateboarding in my neighborhood, there are fun hills to ride. On my way home I got to the top of the hill and something caught my eye. Straight in my line of site was a grey disc or oval shape, I couldn't tell because it was horizontal to the ground. It was darker grey on the top and bottom, slightly lighter grey in the middle. It was just hovering but the reason it caught my eye was a diamond shaped cloud, very shimmery and all alone in the cloudless sky. The disc was right next to the cloud and it looked like either the disc was taking in or expelling the cloud right into the leading edge of the disc. I watched for about 20 seconds and I tried to get my phone out and camera turned on. Right as I looked back up, it just disappeared, the cloud and everything.

First, only saw 1 bright orange round light, so bright I saw it through blinds. I got up and looked at it. A second bright orange light came towards the first. The first one went straight up in sky, very fast until it was unseen. The second went towards the west.

At approximately 22:15 on Sunday, March 6, 2016, three witness observed a low, slow moving unidentifiable object crossing the Cape Fear River over downtown Wilmington, NC. What was observed was two spherical amber lights moving along the river. The object than made a curved turn. The lights were then observed to move an equal distance apart briefly before returning to their original position. Absent from this event was any form of noise that would explain if this was a possible aircraft. The lights moved apart and back in formation several times before completely disappearing from view. This event, upon investigation, closely matches a similar event that occurred in December of 2012 in another part of North Carolina. Their are no concrete details to report as to size and shape as all that could be seen were the very distinct lights. An estimated guess would place them approximately 250 feet in the air moving at a speed of less than 80mph.

At about 20:15 I left Hurdle Mills, NC, and headed south down Guess Road. Every time the tree cover broke to the west, I saw several extremely bright lights hovering in the distance to the southwest. I kept looking at them as I was driving and at some point I realized they were much brighter than anything I have ever seen before. All of a sudden, the lights quickly moved toward me going northeast. As the lights got closer, I thought they were on a triangular object with a light on each corner. I thought the object was a stealth bomber. I pulled over to the side of the road, took a picture of it with my cell phone, and called my mother. As it got closer to me, I realized that the triangular shape was only the front half of the vehicle and it was actually diamond shaped. As it flew faster toward me, I rolled down my car window, stuck my head out the window, and looked at it as it passed over me. It was huge and flying at a very low height – around the ! height a crop-duster might fly. Each side seemed to be 75’ – 100’. I was awestruck at how something that big could stay in the air and then I realized it was silent and I freaked out a bit. I remember thinking that I needed to note the location and I remember passing by Holeman-Ashley Road, but I don’t remember if that was right before or after I saw the object. After the object passed over me it quickly was out-of-sight. I drove to the first safe place to pull over, a gas station at the intersection of Routes 157 and 57, and looked for a pen or pencil to use to record everything I witnessed. I didn’t gave a pen in my glove box or front seat, so I got out of my car to see if I had one in my purse on the back seat. As soon as I exited the car, I noticed that many dogs were barking hard. It was eerie. After recording everything, I got back into my car and started driving to my original destination. Someone drove up behind me, started tailgating me, and followed me to my destination about 25 miles away. I was upset about it but then I remembered looking in my rear view mirror when I had pulled over to watch the object, and I had seen a blue car pull over about 200 feet behind me. The car that was following me was also blue and I think that person might be a witness, too. In retrospect, I think that person might have been following me to see if I saw what he or she saw. If someone contacts me about this incident, I have the make, model and license plate number of the blue car, but I never spoke to the person, in case the person was a nut. One other thing to note…before I left my house and saw the object, I let my dogs outside in my yard for about 15 minutes. When I went outside to get them and bring them inside, all three were hiding under my porch. One of my dogs frequently does this, but not all three dogs. Again, in retrospect, I wonder if they sensed something was different.

I live on Tusquittee Mountain outside of Hayesville, NC. At, or about 20:00, I saw a red fireball like object above the neighboring mountain south of my location. It moved very slightly and then shot off to the west and then up at an incredible speed. I have NEVER been a proponent of UFO's, but this was something I could not deny or pass off.

My Husband and I were going to get some dinner about 8:30 pm on March 1st, it had just gotten dark, as we went down the road we stay on we saw a very bright light with a small red light on the side of it down toward the river, we could not tell if the small light was attached to the large light or not . We thought it was a helicopter cause we live near an air force base, as we continued to town we watched the bright light and the little red light moving toward us,it seem to be moving just not very fast, as we traveled closer to town we came to a business site that has a large drive way just off the road and we stopped to see if we could tell just what it was. By this time the large bright light and little red light had gotten closer to us . It was not very high in the air that's why we thought it was a helicopter. We stopped and rolled down our windows to hear if there was any helicopter sounds because we still thought it was a helicopter, but we could not hear any noise of a helicopter at all so I turn the truck off and listen again no noise, by this time the craft was even closer , but when the truck head lights went out, the large bright light on the craft went out too, and then we saw 3 sets of small red lights off set from each other. We then got out of the truck and stood in front of the truck, watching and listen to see if we could tell what it was, just then it started to turn away from us still moving very slow and with out any noise at all. One set of red lights was in front, one set in the middle just a little lower than the others and the other set was up toward what look like the back of the craft but we could not make out the body of the craft, the red lights moved together and appeared to be together. We watched it as it went out of our sight, we just looked at each other and got back in the truck and were talking about what we thought it could have been since it we knew it was not a helicopter ,we went and got our food. As we were heading home , we had to stop at the stop light on 70 hwy and a police car pulled up behind us when the stop light changed we went across 70 hwy the police car turned on its lights and flew around us really fast and went in the same directions as the craft did. Not sure if someone had reported it to the police or not .
