I was sitting outside on my back deck, enjoying the clear night sky. Lots of stars and constellations visible. We live 3 miles from Gaston Municipal Airport so we are used to the small plane air traffic in the area. Planes flying the landing flight path takes them directly over the cul de sac where our house is located. We are very familiar with how a small plane is lit up at night, with multiple different colored lights on the wings and fuselage. What my wife and I watched this night was not one of these planes. From the position I was sitting on my upper deck, I was facing the back of my house, looking up over the roofline. I turned my head to the left, looking towards my neighbors house and through the trees (still devoid of leaves at this time) I saw a single, solid bright green light. (Orb is the only descriptive word that seems to fit.) Also, it was too low for the usual plane. These 2 items are what caught my attention first. It was also moving fast in a straight line, heading from SW to NE. I yelled to my wife to come out and look which she did very quickly. We watched together as it flew until the back of the house obscured it from view. We ran to the opposite side of the deck so we could see around the other side of our house and we could see it again, continuing in it’s straight line off into the distance until we could no longer see it due to trees and houses. We’ve lived here almost 20 years, close to the airport, and have never seen anything like it. Estimated altitude 150 to 200 feet and speed of about 200-300 mph. Totally silent.

In last 2 months myself of 2 other individuals have been witnessing alot of movement and objects in the Sky's of Randolph County, most sightings began in Asheboro NC. We actually followed several. We ended up at burkhead Mountain off hwy 64 in Asheboro. Here we were in the Country and very secluded we see 10 plus objects in the sky flying around 2 large lights which resemble stars but I've never known stars to move. We were surrounded by fields and woods. We were there for around 30 minutes observing all movement by these objects in the sky. Myself and another individual had this feeling Like we were being watched and we were not alone. We then began to hear a noise that we were not familiar with and this noise was coming from different areas around us. You would hear one and then like a response from another area. These noises are hard to describe, it was like clicks but in different tones and speeds. I know this sounds crazy but it was like a form of communication or speech. We can imitate these noises very close to what we heard and have not been able to find anything online similar to what we heard. We began to have a filling of dread or very uncomfortable so we decided to leave. Once we left these objects continue being visible in the sky and one was like it was following us as we headed away from the area. Since then I have been watching the Sky's and continue to capture images like what I did tonight. I was never one to believe in aliens or UFO but after seeing what i have with my own eyes I know we certainty that there is something in the sky that no one has been able to say for certain what it is. There was another occasion which was actually the first incounter where myself and 2 other individuals were driving and came to a very large object with incredible bright white/clear lights, I was shocked and just stopped and gazed at what I was seeing. This object / craft went from ground level straight up about 30 to 40 feet and then went straight and ad soon as it was over tree line in stopped and didn't mover for around 20 minutes like it was observing us. It was like this object was translucent except the lights on each end. I shine a red Lazer light at this object, the Lazer reflected off back towars me. I then began with different time length burst of light from flash light and my Lazer. All of a sudden more light turned on. It went from 2 lights to 4. Once this the objects began to move forward at a slow speed and was visible for a long time as it was sighted in the next hour up to 40 miles away and that's that I'm know of. If I would of been alone I would not tell this encounter as I know people would think I'm crazy but myself and these 2 other individuals all 3 saw the same things. I would like to talk to someone if there is a person interested in know all the information on this sighting and more that we have encountered and like I mentioned I do have photos to that do show objects that are unexplainable to myself and others that I've shown. If I'm wrong about this please correct me but until someone can specify what these are I'm going to continue my investigation and continue with my capture of objects with photos.

I stepped out onto the back porch while letting the dog out, was looking up at the sky at the clouds checking the weather. The sky was cloudy. I looked eastward and noticed 3 objects floating in the sky. They were silver in color and equally separated from each other, there was no sound. Then suddenly they took off and disappeared.

I was on my way back from walking my kids to the bus stop. It was still dark outside. I got to the third house from the corner when I looked up and saw a orange/red colored light moving fast through the sky. I live near an airport so at first I assumed that that was what it was. There were also other planes flying. Then the light began to zig zag really fast. I knew then that it wasn't a plane or drone. Next it stopped moving and just hovered in that spot for 3 sec, then started moving again . When it got directly over me, it disappeared. I could have sworn I saw a larger craft with no lights sitting/hovering exactly where the smaller light disappeared. I'm not crazy and I know what I saw!

I was walking my dogs. I noticed a large orange red light in the sky. It seemed to hover, then kind of shook and disappeared. I had left my phone on charge so could not take pictures. There was only one light that I saw.

After seeing a movie, my boyfriend and I were returning home. However still, I noticed a round object with flashing lights floating in the air as I peered out the window. Yet, this item was simply floating there in the air and NOT moving at all. It had three lights that flashed. When we got closer, it appeared to be landing as it glided downward, but as we got further away, it immediately rose again.

I was in my next door neighbor's backyard with him at 125 Quinn Ln at dusk. There were two passenger airlines that were approaching for landing at Charlotte Douglas International traveling from North to South. I commented that the first plane was flying lower than they normally do when they fly over our property. I also pointed out the Venus/Jupiter conjunction to him which was in the direction the plane was traveling. Shortly after the first plane passed, while I was looking at the conjunction, I spotted a turquoise light traveling at a high rate of speed from south to north. It would have been to the starboard side of the planes. It appeared to be at a similar altitude as the planes. I’m hoping they saw it and will report to corroborate the sighting. The object was a unique glowing ball of light of a turquoise color, but it didn’t look like a drone which I have seen several times in the area and will make a buzzing sound. I pointed it out to my neighbor. We were both astonished at its appearance, speed, and behavior. Neither of us have ever seen anything like it. We watched as it appeared to be traveling at an incredibly high rate of speed from south to north and was completely silent. It made a few sudden directional change maneuvers which would not be physically possible for any aircraft that I am aware of, especially at such a high rate of speed. We were in awe at what this unusual object was doing and didn’t have time to photograph it. The sighting lasted approximately 10 seconds. I took a photograph shortly after the sighting just so you can see our vantage point. The object traveled from near the Venus/Jupiter conjunction on the left and we lost sight of it as it went behind the house on the right.

There was a white light or object in the afternoon sky shaped like the pi symbol. It was hovering or stagnant initially. Then we noticed it disappear and it reappeared across the sky moving horizontally but smaller. This occurred 3 times and it was gone. It was a clear day in NC with no visible clouds.

Two orbs emitting a very bright white light. The smaller one at 10 o'clock position was following the larger one at a 4 o'clock position. Both seem to be travelling slowly across the sky from west to northwest and at the same speed away from my location. My wife and I watched them for about 10 minutes until they faded away out of sight. Likely Jupiter and Venus

There were extremely bright white and large dots of light, zipping around quickly. Followed by 3-4 fighter jets of some sort, much lower than the dots. There was a very light haze around each dot.

I was on my back porch and I looked up at the sky and at first glanced it looked like a fire in the sky but as I focused it was a an orange/ reddish orb. The light wasn’t blinking. It looked as if the light was “falling” but then it stopped hovered and then flew away. It was very strange and very brief. The most amazing part is I actually got it on camera! I was really surprised my phone camera picked up that light. Also, one of the boxes below says to check if it has lights but it appeared to be one big light like an orb. There was no sound but it could have been too far away for me to hear? It was night time so I’m not sure how far away it was. I see that I can attach my video as well, please excuse my language I was excited and a little concerned at the same time.

Over the past 2 days February 13th 2023 and today February 14th 2023 I’ve seen a object flying in close proximity to passenger jet liners, i only see it for a few seconds at a time but when I do see the object the sun reflects light off of it then it disappears I’ve tried to take photos but it does travel what appears to be faster then normal civilian jets. I’m unsure of what it possibly is, I use a flight radar to see what’s in the area but nothing of what I’m describing is on the radar. The object leaves not jet streams of any sort and there is no audible noise that can be heard.

Adult white male, age 65, taking night sky pictures from his front porch. Facing east / northeast. Turquoise / greenish orb seen in the north east, moving up and closer into the east. Successive picture captures the change in altitude and appears moving closer. Path seems to be consistent, not erratic. Within a few minutes orb is gone.

Three orange-red circles were moving north, and almost collided with an aircraft that suddenly changed direction when it was barely meters away from whatever the lights were. The light came from the outer rings, and they appeared to be hollow in the middle. No sound, no trail.

I've seen multiple a few weeks ago, no less than 7. Tiny silver specks came from underneath them, both times. I saw one in the woods across from my house and it was completely silent. Fog rolls in and a sewage smell is definitely apparent.

As i was grilling my dinner from 6:30 to 7:00 p.m.in Durham NC on Thursday January 19th 2022 i observed 30 or more circular objects that were orange in color traveling in same direction at different altitudes but roughly same speed. I would estimate they traveled at different altitudes ranging from 10,000 feet to 20,000. There was no clear path or altitudes just traveling in same heading of 268 degrees miles apart from each other. I also observed three small aircraft traveling in different directions at different times but i could see the unknown objects during this time. I made three videos knowing they would not be very good do to the conditions with my iphone but unable to download at this time. Personally I do not believe in aliens but in my opinion these were definitely UFO’s from my observation and experience. I do spend a lot of time looking into the skies for the beauty of the heavens and shooting stars… as far as my evaluation of what I saw I am a certified FAA licensed A + P mechanic with a Associates Degree in this field.

The craft was viewed on an a bright sunny day with a few scattered clouds while in my backyard with my dog. At which time I began hearing and visually tracking (approx. alt. 3000ft) an unknown object directly above my head, that I had no way of explaining to myself. After viewing for 30 seconds, I grabbed my phone and attempted to lock in on the object (approx. alt. 4000-6000 ft.) and .5 miles to the North. However, due to the fact that it was extremely bright I could not see what I was recording (the mirror image was engaged and I was therefore recording my own face) HOWEVER, soon after realizing this, I flipped the image and began recording the sky once again. In that short period (maybe 20 seconds) the object appeared to elevate to a height which was considerably higher than before (it was unknown to me at the time whether or not I captured the object at all, because I could not see what my phone screen was recording). Upon viewing later I luckily captured 11 magical seconds. Other than my own fear, wonder and amazement there are a few additional things you may find interesting. First, during those 11 seconds it is EXTREMELY LIKELY the object would have been located almost directly over McGuire Nuclear Station on Lake Norman. Secondly, on the video you can see the green disc shape, and the beam of light (which begins to track back and forth about 75°). NOTE:This was the only time the beam of light "scanned", while flying over me the beam was pointed due north and stationary. This beam was present for the duration of the objects, "visible flight", meaning it was never "off". In closing, I'd like to add that initially I could not process what I was seeing, and previous to the afternoon of January 16th, I had never witnessed anything in the sky that I could not explain, or explain away. I now join a group of people that say, I KNOW WHAT I SAW. The reality however is that I don't know what I saw, I only know that it appeared, "Not of this Earth". What has been particularly perplexing; and the pieces I have obsessed over everyday since the 16th of January 2023, are both the speed of the craft, and the abrupt beam of light (both visible and very bright) that seems to abruptly stop (meaning the light does not fan out like a cone, nor does it lose any brightness as the distance increases). Its as if the beam of light is contained with in a long tube or glass like cylinder). Again, this is something I can not explain. In closing, I want to apologize for waiting so long to report the sighting (4 weeks today), but due to recent objects in the sky I felt the duty to report it. However, I want to be very clear, confident and unwavering when I say; this was NOT a weather balloon, a drone, or a craft i have seen before. My eyes do not lie. NOTE BELOW: Video begins to capture craft after about 20 seconds. It is located just under the haze of the top cloud under the right "arm" (our right). So viewed with naked eye for 20-30 seconds, turned mirror view at approx 20 seconds, and capturing 11 seconds. Including, the total time I witnessed the object it accelerated and ascended north from a probably 2000ft to a best guess of 15,000 ft. in about 50 seconds.

The kids thought it was a rocket ship but it was going sideways and came from nowhere like the air or water and then quickly disappeared. Right afterwards there was a drone and the police helicopter patrolling the area… We have videos and pictures but I could not upload them…
